The staff here is amazing! Kindhearted, patient, and friendly. The breakfast here was great & they made me feel welcomed. The rooms were clean & the air worked wonders! Food is easily accessible with nearby restaurants, stores, and fun things to do. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was great. Nice dining area. Two queen beds, plenty of room to get ready for a wedding.

The property was right off of the interstate so unfortunately we could hear the cars all night. The air conditioner made noises all night and had a hard time keeping the room consistently cool. The room was clean though and the staff was nice.

Horrible take 30 minutes to open the door and 1 hire to try to give me a room and my reservation was cancelled I show my receipt to prove that rooms was paying already she try to charge for other 2 room but the system doesn’t let her and she not give me any answers

I was only at the hotel for 2 nights with a bunch of my mahjong ladies. We were there for a tournament. The hotel was wonderful...no complaints. The room was perfect and grounds were nice. They had a nice little snack shop too. I did not use the pool or gym as we didnt have much time. If I had to be really picky though, I wish the breakfast area was a little bigger. Breakfast itself was nice: waffles, fruit, cereals, juice. There just werent a lot of tables, or space for them.

Staff was awesome and the maintenance man was too. Ginnifer Williamson checked me in and she was a ball of fire. Very personable and very customer oriented So were Jesse Singh another Desk Clerk and Juan the maintenance man who fixed our A/C in a very short time.

The location was close to a lot of great restaurants stores and shops It’s right close to the interstate so hard to get out of the driveway .. the workers on 1st shift not as pleasant

The room was terrible. The shower flooded the entire bathroom and no ventilation. The room was gross and the entire smelled awful. No towels, had to go to cleaning room to get some. Literally one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Also, no outfits to plug anything in. The front desk was of no assistance on anything. I would give them zero stars if I could!!! The hallways smelled like pot. Checkout took forever because no one was up there. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Didn’t use any of the amenities because I was only there for a quick trip. Some of the staff members were very nice however I did encounter a few that seemed irritated that we were there.

Had a small issue with the TV, reported it to staff to let maintenance fix it for next guest.

The bed is not as comfortable as expected for a Hilton property, and the breakfast left much to be desired the sausage appeared to be undercooked and the omelettes didn't taste very good.

Everything has been great with one exception. The picture on the tv was very dark. We live only 20 miles away but don’t have cable. Our reason for booking here was to see the Ohio State, Miami game and it was so dark it hurt the eyes to watch.

My stay was good, though I had issues with my room being hot upon arrival due to the room below me having the heat on max. The hotel was under renovation, so it’s understandable that things happen, but it did make my first night somewhat uncomfortable. The staff were attentive and quick to work to solve the problem and by the second day, my room was back to a comfortable temperature.

I tried canceling this reservation for 4 days and no one would get back with me. This hotel has no power and still accepted my reservation.

At check-in the computer was having problems. Would not allow keys to be made. Computer went down during key making process. Susan was very nice and let us into our room, but it took 3 hours to get a key.

This is a safe, clean and friendly Hampton Inn. I stay here at least 10 days a year.

Property is under construction- our room needed updating the tub and surrounding looked old and dingy and turning on tub faucet was so loud.

The location and room were great! Even though it was under remodelation we did not experience any delays or inconvenience because of it. The front ladies were amazing and super helpful when we needed something for the room. We loved all of the nearby restaurants and Indoor trampoline park nearby! Our kids had a blast and we will definitely come back here next time we are in town.

The person checking me in announced my room number with another customer present. The toilet got stuck when flushing and the rug was stained.

A little dated but clean with a nice staff. Breakfast area needs to be better lit with more cheerfulness from the kitchen manager. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. One elevator needs facelift inside. Lower Panels held by duct tape. Beds and linens quite nice.

Walked into the hotel to over hear a patron highly upset due to the loudness of the renovations The ladies were nice repeatedly apologized and even asked if i wanted to book a hotel nearby .IT WAS THAT LOUD!!! But i agreed to stay and it was nice hotel but they were renvoating 8-5 Easter weekend

My only complaint is the trash cans are too small. A few cups fills them up!

The toilet got stopped up. They put us on the first floor. The last night we heard a lot of banging in the room next to us. Then the howling and barking started. We requested to have another room. That’s when we found out the 1st floor was guest with pets

I cut my arm on the towel hanger in the bathroom and the place do not have first aid kit to even get a small bandaid and evening clerk could have cared less. Morning clerk was very nice she tried I told her to tell her manager to get a first aid kit ASAP for the staff at least.

The property is well located; as my room was next to the elevators, it was a bit noisy.

No real complaints. Everything was very clean, staff were cordial, but polite. If I had to nit pick, one of my towels had a hole in it and the tub stopper did not work.

Sink stopper in Bathroom would not work properly. No air circulation in Bathroom No way to turn off heat lamp over head without turning off all lights. Coffee maker tray would not fit properly causing water to run everywhere. Microwave location too low unable to read buttons without standing on your head. TV remote batteries not working.

After we checked in, we found that shampoo was not provided in the room. We had to go to the front desk asking for it. There are also unknown stains on thr bathroom floor.

We were using the sofa bed and it was in poor shape – it was slanted towards the head so much that we slept in the other direction. The shower was uncomfortable. You step up into it so you only have about 6 inches to the ceiling, so you can't raise your arms up. The bar on the wall was in the way so you don't have horizontal room either. And the faucet handles were oddly low. We were in the largest room and we just felt cramped.

Rooms were very modern and updated, bed was comfortable and shower was great! Very thankful for this hotel being dog friendly as well! Would stay here again if we visit Greenville

I always use this property when I travel to the Greenville - Mauldin area. Never consider another property.

Only one elevator working on a busy summer weekend

The staff was wonderful! The pool could use some maintenance but it was okay.

We had to switch rooms due to slow drainage in shower and fridge wasn’t working. Also it was difficult to sleep due to staff in hallways

Cars on highway are super loud. I did not see a hot tub, even though there may be one, not sure where and the Pool was closed completely. Could not even lay in chairs on a 90 degree day.

Found two BIG roaches in are room. Had to swap rooms..

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We spoke out. Then I phoned and it rang 15 times, right in front of me. Finally we heard noise in the breakfast room and found someone to help us. Room 422 is infested with ants. The carpet looked like it needs a good cleaning.
