The room was disaster burn holes everywhere during our stay someone was kicking on doors and broke her door locked staff didn't seem to mind at all they were unbothered air conditioner barely blew in the parking lot just had no lights in it

The room is good. Trying to figure out why housekeeping is so loud! All that talking and hollering for each others attention is too much!! They are polite and do an ok job at cleaning. Cleaning the windows and the headboards would be a plus. The doors on the inside where you touch the handles could be wiped off. This place needs a general overhaul cleaning other than that it seems to be great.

Parking was great they have parking lot security. They are freshly painted the gates and the pool area so hopefully they're about to get that open. It just needs a little bit of cleaning around the areas and trash picked up. Maybe a good pressure washing would help out for the stairwells.

The next door tenants were allowed to sit in their vehicles playing bass loudly, which was unfortunate as we had been on the road for several hours and wanted to lay down to rest. The fire alarm in our room was broken, with the facing and batteries on the floor. The smell of Marijuana was equally present outdoors and seemed to seep from all rooms nearby. Tires were chained to the outside posts as well. The pool was unusable and green. Only good thing about this property was the kind lady working the front desk, who after showing her our pictures and listening to our complaints, immediately issued us a refund on our room and apologized profusely. She deserves a raise!

It was all around awful there was still hand a feet prints on head board dust was so thick ! Almost left but was too sick to even leave ! Will not ever recommend this place !

Run down property, checkin clerk was polite however was not in any rush. Felt very unsafe, people hanging out in hallways with very strong odor of marijuana and the hallways smelled of urine. Not to mention the layout is extremely confusing, took several trips around the entire complex to find the room. I would not recommend to anyone.

There was a rat (literally a rat that was over 12" long head to tail) in my room that came out from under the bed. 100% serious. I've stayed at Greenville Inn & suites for over 10 years and will not stay there again.

The location was right off the Highway The property and room are way past due for renovations. The room was the dirtirest, most run down room we have ever seen. There was no trash can in the entire room, the lights were unplugged, the hair dryer was missing from the mount. The room was so disgusting we left after 10 minutes. We stayed about ten minutes away at a Quality Inn that was nice and clean and modern. It was $15 more per night but well wort it.

I have never been in Greenville and not felt safe, anywhere (and I've been all over the area, I used to love there), and even though I know that there are some not so great people who live at the motel, I know it's cheap and stay there when I'm just need a bed and shower for the night. I've never had any problems before, but this last time, we had 2 very unsavory looking guys beating on our door in the middle of the night. Called the front desk and she called the police, but regardless, no one should have been beating on our door or trying to open the door to our room! Period! Fortunately, my husband carries, and no we didn't open the door, but it was still an experience that I don't want to repeat! And, what's worse, when we went to check out the next morning, the other woman just acted like it was no big deal, like it happens a lot, or something. No, this is not acceptable. I always do my due diligence before staying anywhere because we do travel frequently, but like I said, I've stayed before, and just wanted a shower and some sleep. Unfortunately, my husband got no sleep the rest of the night, and we had to travel through the mountains to get to our next destination. I'm not saying don't stay, usually we feel safe, but this last time, I realized just how dangerous it could be.

The place smelled horrible.. the place was not kept .. a lot of broken doors like someone had a fight in the room.. didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed so I sprayed down with Lysol and covered sheets .. we were traveling and just wanted to get a few hours sleep..

People clearly live here full-time, which is fine, but they should put guests in a separate part of the hotel so the people don’t stand outside your room talking at 3 o’clock in the morning. When I asked for a late check out due to lack of sleep, I was told no.

The best thing about this motel was its location. It also had very friendly staff. The outside of the facility looked very nice. The carpet throughout was damp to the touch of your feet. When I arrived the door to the room looked like someone had used a crowbar to try to get into the room. There were wood shavings all around the inside of the door. Their was visible trash under things from previous guests when our family entered the room. The bath tub had noticeable damage on the floor where the finish was missing and the rub was rusting. The guest nxt to us were outside talking until around 3:30. The police came at least 2 times while we were there looking for someone 2-3 doors down from us. Very dissapointed.

The floor was super stained, the walls genuinely had dirt and other questionable substances on them. The blanket on the bed was stained. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the toilet. The smoke alarm was disconnected from the ceiling and dangling and the room smelled like cigarettes. The room with all the lights turned on was really dark. Pretty much walked in, was incredulous from the state of the room and canceled the reservation. I was refunded and the front desk guy was super polite, but the state of the place was no bueno.

The property was not kept up. The pool was green. The hot water did not work as it should. The tub drain was caulked. The one word that comes to mind is GROSS!

The staff was friendly It was beyond nasty. Stains on the bed and blankets. No mattress protectors, in complete disrepair. We immediately went back to the desk and requested a refund and did not stay

I felt like I was at a drug/crack dealers hotel. Dirty, smelly, abandoned cars in lot, and I did not feel safe. I left that hotel and stayed at a different hotel.

Customer service at the desk was very unfriendly. They gave us a room way at the back next to the maintenance and laundry area where they were working on a lawnmower and running a lawnmower and leaf blower all afternoon and then again, before 8 am the next morning. The door originally would not close and lock. I called for them to move us to another room. After 30 min, they still had not shown up. In the meantime, my husband fixed it so it would click and lock. The room was old and in need of serious repair and updates. There were cockroaches (my husband saw one as did I at separate times) and indications on the bathroom light fixtures that they were not the only two in the room. We rented this hotel for one night as we had traveled to have cataract surgery and needed to go to our follow-up visit the next morning so didn't want to spend a lot of money. The breakfast bar is not open even though their website shows free breakfast. That morning, my husband walked to the front office to ask for extra pack of coffee and was told that housekeeping wouldn't be in until 9 am and they didn't have a key. Was told they would get some and bring it to us. By 10:45 when we left, we still had not seen any coffee. The only good thing about this hotel was the shower head and water pressure. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

It was disgusting. The stairway smelled like urine, there was a whole pizza dumped outside our room. Someone's cats were lurking around. It was supposedly a nonsmoking room, but it smelled terribly. The room was filthy-dirty. My wife and I turned around and left.

The hotel did its job. We were there for a concert. We needed a place to sleep. It is showing its age but was very comfortable!

Go to check in, there’s a murder case paper sign taped up on the door. Freezing cold shower that I managed to get lukewarm for about 30 seconds, stains all over walls and floors, nothing clean about this place. Managed to get a refund after being scolded by the manager for not “checking out” with him specifically before asking Hotels.com to cancel. Sorry, was too busy trying to get out and book a different hotel as quick as possible..

Upon checking into the room. I was accosted by a family memeber of thr staff memeber at the front desk. Asking me to hand my debit card to him before the hotel clerk and yhe hotel staff insiting onnyhr same thing. After argueing thatd not whatvibwas going to do i proceeded with gettin my room. Entering the room it was completely filthy. Dirty furniture, phone torn out the wall. And not working. No running water in the room at all. No running water i say again. I rode a motorcyle 1530 miles and couldnt takw a shower the enitre week i was in the room. No food offered at all. They told me room was non smoking and some one had smoked in the room right before i walked in. And it was thr maintenance staff. At no point after conplaints to the front desk did i get another working room with water or any issue resolved in any way. Completly horrible stay followed by nothing no follow up at all. Do not stay here evwr not worth it eben gor yhe cheapest price they can offer it will jot be worth it. People live in this hotel like its there home and they arent the cream of society. Is all ill say. Worst expierience in a hotel i have had in my entire life. I was attacked in yhr parkkng lot 2 times by drig dealers who thought i was some one else becaue i am black look i ng then followed by the police for the same reason. I will never stay in this hotel again anf will not visit greenvile either southern hospitality is the same as it was duting jim crow. So ill go back west to neww mexico and
