From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, everything was great. The amenities were great. The room was clean. The staff was super friendly. We had no idea about the complimentary meal that was served on Friday and Saturday, along with three complimentary drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast had numerous good choices. At night, there are free drinks and food. It was enough to be a dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I know it is becoming the trend at businesses, for the majority of the staff to be unfriendly. However, friendliness & saying "Hello" at the very least is not a difficult thing for anyone. I come from decades of skilled customer service, and majority friendliness amongst staff should be standard procedure. Not difficult. Very very simple, actually. This skill takes training by management. No, I am not going to be blocked from going down the hallway to my expensive room, by two maids carts haphazardly blocking the hallway. This was what I experienced, though, and twice during my one night stay. No, I am not going to clean & bus my own table - when I see staff standing around ignoring what should be cleaning & clearing the tables. Anything else I can do for your establishment, as a guest, paying an inflated price for my hotel room?

Didn't even get to take advantage of the free food and drinks each evening, but will definitely stay here again when in Greenville. Great hot breakfast.

The staff at Drury are quite literally the most welcoming staff we have ever been hosted by. Stephany was very accommodating. The breakfast was great, I got biscuits and gravy everyday we were there.

I think you need another hot tub. It was overloaded…

We had a group travel to Greenville SC for a college friend surprise party and were very impressed with the rooms, food and drinks. We requested adjoining rooms and the staff happily arranged it for us. All staff were excellent!

Booked this hotel not knowing much about it. Upon arrival, we learned that not only do they have the best breakfast offering but also have a complimentary dinner every night at 5:30 . I was blown away with the service as well. Would definately recommend again and again!

First time ever staying at a Drury Inn and thought it was wonderful. Will be booking there again.

Free food I did not agree with the micro-monitoring of the pool area while trying to enjoy some leisure time with my family. The staff came around with a checklist questioning as if they didn’t believe we didn’t have a room. They charged my card at 11:03 pm which luckily declined because it was locked. I called guest services to figure out what the charge was about and they said they didn’t know of anything it could have been. There were stains on the sheets and bathroom walls had poop smear on it. After checking out, there was an additional charge added as well as the printed receipt stating that there were 3 adults and 3 children when there were only two adults and my kids which I informed the front desk of when checking in.

Conveniently located near highway, good breakfast

This property was a hidden gem in Greenville. It's on the main roads and central to everything. Highly recommend!!!

I was pleased with my overall experience from check in to check out. My room was located on the Interstate side of the building which resulted in a little bit of truck noise from the exit ramp about seventy-five to one hundred yards away. It was not a major issue. However, travelers may wish to specify rooms on the side away from the interstate. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Free breakfast was very well done.

Before this trip, we did not know about Drury. Stephanie checked us in from the beginning was extremely helpful and friendly, and actually remember my name several hours later when I walked to the desk. The location where we stayed had breakfast and dinner included with the room price. I was thoroughly impressed and will be traveling in the future and will stay at Drury whenever we do.

Even so, the rooms were cleaned you could still smell the last animal that was in this room. The front desk said it had been over a month since the last animal in this room. Stayed three nights, staff was great room was clean.

All of the amenities were available and exactly as described online - I got to enjoy the indoor pool, the hot tub, the fitness center, and complimentary hot breakfast. I did not partake in the dinner socials because of other engagements, but I did get to see them take place with regular attendance from guests. The hotel location is optimal - close to the highway, not very far from the airport, near a variety of restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend booking here for your next trip to this region!

Hotel is in a great location. Great selection of restaurants & a “Whole Foods” close by. Staff was helpful and polite. Bed was very comfortable an room was clean.

The only problem i had was my room was next to elevators. It was nice for it to be close, however while trying to sleep, people waiting for elevators or coming off were not very considerate of people trying to rest/sleep. ( night time of course) There was plenty of seating for meals and I loved the layout!!

This was a great location and clean. We were in town for a very large swim meet and kids needed to eat and be at pool before 0730, they were kind enough o begin breakfast at 6am instead of 7 to accommodate all these families. Well done

Aside from the sink stopper in the bathroom being broken, we had no complaints. The staff is attentive and friendly. The evening "kickback" is appreciated so that we don't have to go out into traffic for dinner. We stay at this property regularly and are never disappointed.

We loved this hotel. It is so close to all the places we wanted to visit. Everything was clean and bright. The free meals were very good and so much appreciated. The staff were all kind and friendly. The rooms were quiet and large. We will definitely stay there again.

The check in was good, the room was probably cleaned & truly enjoyed the higher level with less noise. The pool area was always full of used towels everywhere—-the dinning area was too crowded too many seats everywhere & Dirty tables!

As always one of the nicest hotel we stay at every year. Always the greatest staffs and cleanest rooms.

First time staying there was excited to get in the jacuzzi and pool first night was overly crowded so many children , the second day we had to get in the water right after breakfast we was able to be there comfortably for an hour until all the people brought the children in the water and also let them jump in and out the jacuzzi which was a concern while they sit on the sides in their phones! The staff the next day was very friendly including the GM !!! Thank you all for a good stay will definitely be back soon!!

Stayed at this location several times and have never been disappointed. Staff always checked to make sure everything was as expected. Breakfast was always hot and fresh and kept full. Nightly food options were good and drinks were ok. Check out was quick and correct.

Stay ay this Drury! The rooms are excellent. The 5:30 Kickback with a nice dinner buffet is fun with three adult beverages per night. The hot breakfast is a lot nicer that a microwave and a toaster. Two types of eggs scrambled, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and a breakfast meat on the hot bar was very good. Plus every other usual breakfast staple at most chains. Cereal, fruit, oatmeal...

This is the most friendly hotel I stayed in from front desk staff to maintenance staff. It's the simple things. Instead of telling us what is available they ask what we would like. Do you want turn down service? ,for example. They offered so much. The "Kick Back" for example. Never experienced this at any other hotel. In our opinion the food at breakfast and kick back was great. The perks are amazing. The staff was attentive to the food and guests. I cannot say enough.

Staff that did check in was robotic and cold. The floor we stayed on had another guest parting at 1:00 am. It woke our entire room. You can hear cars with loud bases inside the room.

Great time as usual!! Very friendly and attentive staff, rooms and common areas are spotless! We stay here for my kids birthdays and they always have a blast and indulge in the free popcorn! Buffets have a good variety of items. This year they even gave my daughter a little birthday bag during the kickback! Managers are always available and accommodating, great indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Highly recommend! Kid friendly, dog friendly, makes for an easy laid back weekend! Can’t wait for our next visit!

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. It is very nice having the option for a free dinner and breakfast. The rooms are definitely dated and my room was so loud. This hotel is right off an interstate and busy main road so the road noise is constant 24 hours a day. The walls are thin, so I could hear kids screaming, people coughing and shuting doors, etc. It is very close to shopping and tons of restaurants.

We always stay at this location when visiting Greenville. Staff and service is always A+ thank you.

kickback - clean - convenient - safe

The bed and pillows were slightly less comfy than our usual hotel. The microwave door stuck and the refrigerator froze our food and had no straps across the door slots so things just fell out. The hotel was generally good but could easily be better without much effort.

I wish the bed was firmer and the walls a little bit thicker, as it was easy to hear people in the halls. The staff was the best including the manager. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. This place definitely caters more so to families, but the atmosphere was easy to be in. I would definitely book again.

The property from reception to room was very clean and well maintained. I would have loved more variety with breakfast; it was the same every day. I liked the kick-back every evening with the complementary hoer d’ouvre and drinks.

I liked that it had plenty of restaurants and shops near by even walkable restaurants & shops. The staff are amazing and helpful, everyone is friendly and willing to help you. The rooms are decent, it can use more cleaning. The bathroom tub can use some soft scrub inside the tub floor. I had to ask for a towel from housekeeping on arrival to wipe down all the room furniture it was full of dust. The AC doesn’t kick in as much, it made the room feel stuffy and musky.

Not good at all, the moment my girlfriend and i stepped into our room we were greeted by a cockroach. Then as we went down to swap rooms, we overheard another couple checking out because they found bedbugs in their room. All of this happened within 5 or so minutes of checking in

This hotel had larger rooms, fair price, free parking, indoor pool. Best of all it had free breakfast (yes, I know a lot of placed do as well), It has a free nightly kickback. This includes free dinnertime foods. The food is not gourmet, but it was decent and free. Also 3 alcholic beverages per adult, and unlimited soda. Free popcorn. This is definitely a great stay for a buget friendly family. We had a suite with a pull out couch and even that bed was comfortable.

My room was very clean and quiet. The hotel is very clean and well maintained overall. I was greeted by a very friendly woman at check-in. Unfortunately, her greeting speech is so rehearsed and robotic that she speeds through her explanation of the property amenities. Words like "free" and "popcorn" registered but I was unable to catch the rest of it. Overall, a very nice place to stay with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The entire staff including the -front desk, dining, house keeping, and maintenance were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Our room was clean, the lobby was clean, and the site's facilities the gym, pool, dining area, were clean. The area was quiet. There were restaurants and shopping opportunities close by and the drive to the downtown area was approximately 20 minutes. The perks the breakfast options and dinner perk were awesome. Overall it was an excellent experience for the value. We will return when we travel to Greenville again.

The staff was very helpful. The happy hour was very welcome after a long drive. My only complaint was that the room was too cool, and the front desk didn't send the blankets I requested. I ended up turning off the air conditioning for the night and turned it on the next morning.

Everything from checking in to checking out was excellent. We actually wanted to use the pool for more than 30 minutes but there were too many other families there. I don't mind how crowded it was, however, some parents weren't supervising their children and it made it difficult to enjoy. Luckily our two year old grandchild didn't fight too hard about going back to the room to finish "swimming" in the tub. Thank you for accommodating our request to be as far away from the elevators as possible.

Fine, but not wow… It’s really nice that they have the drink and buffet hour. However, I just feels a bit rundown and with the exception of a few incredibly nice stuff, everybody just seems like they don’t want to be there.

The whole stay was great!

Front desk staff were amazing! Room was clean, comfortable bed, AC worked great. Good breakfast, and the 5:30 drinks/snacks was a nice surprise. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful! The managers reception was very nice with good food. The breakfast was good although some variety would have been nice. All in all we have no complaints and will definitely be back to stay again!

Never stayed in the area before but love that Drury has a dinner option and free breakfast. We missed the dinner by 4 minutes, but breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly. We would definetely stay here again!

Breakfast, better than most, didn't try their evening munching, been there twice but have family nearby so not much to say except for late evening until breakfast, 2 days (twice) Drury inn is better than most.

The evening meals and cocktails were great! The full breakfast was delicious as well. I loved that they were in a shopping district with lots of food options. Very comfortable rooms as well. Great customer service!

Best hotel 👍

The bed was very comfortable, the sheets on the other hand were not. The free dinner/drinks were unexpected and a pleasant surprise. The buffet breakfast was MUCH better than the usual "Continental Breakfast". Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was great.

The room was very clean. Check in was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Big room and bathroom. Room had microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker. We didn't make it to the evening reception. The breakfast was wonderful. They had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, grits, oatmeal, pastries, cereal.

This is my favorite place to stay when I visit Greenville.

All of the staff were fantastic. But one person especially stood out. The social hour was particularly busy with huge crowds. At a couple of minutes before the buffet was due to close and the staff was starting to clear up things 2 women walked up and started through the line. Penny, one of the ladies managing the food bar, very graciously handed the ladies their plates and smiled sweetly. Penny is a jewel. BTW, she was back smiling the next morning.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great. The meals were OK.

Very nice overall. We walked to the Whole Foods next to the property and the Cracker Barrel next door has great food.

Comfortable beds. Clean room. Dry good breakfast and evening meal. Wanted place with hot tub for my arthritis. Small children allowed to jump in & climb out of pool; more than 10 people in, so unable to use. Next day there was dirty brown foam float g all over inside of hot tub/on top of water. Chemicals need to be balanced better &hot tub needs attention- to be cleaned!

I've stayed there a few times and the hotel is great, but I wish they would figure out a way to keep some of those kids from loitering outside in the parking lot.

Fantastic hotel with breakfast and evening hot food.

There was a half-eaten donut on the carpet when we arrived. A hotel guest had his truck scratched with a key, and the hotel had no security cameras to help with the situation. The brochures at the front desk were not for the Greenville, South Carolina area. The brochures were about things to do in Georgia.

Excellent service. Great value for the money spent. Shay, the General Manager went above and beyond. Full breakfast, and dinner with cocktails each night. The last day, I was extremely ill, and the hotel was sold out, yet Shay arranged for me to stay another night, without me having to move to another room. Jackie, at the front desk, when I was also amazing. I checked in, on my birthday, and was given a little birthday surprise.

The staff was amazing in heling my accidental double booking. The manager was attentive to all the guests frequently seen all over the hotel and asking people how they were doing and if they needed anything. If we ever go back thru Greenville we will stay at that Drury.

Great hotel with plenty of amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, and the included kickback was nice after being out for the day to get a snack and drink. If we're ever in the area again this would be the go-to hotel.

Noise from interstate was disturbing, but the hotel has no control of that. Parking was no problem. Room and linens were clean and kept fresh. Staff and employees ere friendly and helpful.
