    Do not stay at this hotel. It is nothing like the pictures. The rooms look nothing like they pictured . The room felt like a cell and the air conditioning did not work . It was so incredibly hot and I also immediately got seized up by some cleaning product they used. I immediately went back to the front desk to tell him we could not stay here and I wanted my money back. He would not give me my money back and said I would have to deal with hotel. Com . This was a horrible experience.

    The room was clean, although the trim needed painting. Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was normal motel buffet: waffles, pastries, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, pastries, cereals, juices. They made sure everything was full/fresh. Parking lot was clean and safe.

    Good location, maids helpful, facility clean I booked this hotel three rooms specifically so that my kids could swim in the pool during our four night stay. States that the pool is open from May to September but the pool was closed. Sunny, warm weather outside and boiling hot hallways inside. Arrived I hope the air conditioning was broken in the whole hotel because the hallways were so hot. My room was hot as well but cooled off after a few hours when I turned on the AC in the room, it had not been done in advance, but it did work. Pool was clean and the pumps were running. It looked nice. There was music playing and outdoor speakers, but they remain closed for the entirety of my state. The staff gave different reasons for why it was closed, which seemed deceptive first they said it was because of rain the previous day and it had not yet been opened but I think they just told me that because they thought I was going to check out and when they found out, I was gonna be there for a few more days. They said well it hasn’t opened yet and the manager has to decide when it opens. I was transferred to the manager’s phone line several times. It rang three times and then hung up with no answer or opportunity to leave a message. I left my name and phone number at the front desk for the manager to contact me and did not hear from him throughout my stay or even after my stay.. employees, finally said that Liverpool might not open until later in the month and only the manager could do that no one else had the authority to make that decision. Rooms were very cramped and at several points I felt like I was climbing over the dust chair to get around the bed to where I could hang up my clothes. Natalie was the manager, totally absent and unresponsive, but customer service was largely dismissive and kept putting me off of the wait-and-see attitude. None of the problems were solved during my stay and despite their hundred percent satisfaction guarantee, I was not able to receive any acceptable compensation.

    I will say the most important part was the bed was comfortable. After a long trip that was definitely welcomed. The room seemed a little dated and paint was peeling all over the door to the bathroom. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but it was incredibly noisy for the money it’s worth it I suppose.

    No milk at breakfast. I wanted to confirm my method of payment at check out and was told “drop the keys here”. I repeated my request and was told the last 4 digits. I asked to confirm if I prepaid and was told “your card is pre authorized”. I just wanted to switch my credit card but desk staff didn’t want to deal with my request. No receipt was offered either. Also very loud morning staff that would congregate in the hall at 7:30 am.

If you were that family, I hope you have the day you deserve. Was it necessary to shake your iced drink outside my door for 10 minutes? Due to the fact the noise can't be fixed I won't be returning to this location.

    I was visiting the area for an event. The hotel served it's purpose at a great price. Nothing extraordinary but definitely not bad either. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. Parking was easy. The front desk told me breakfast was at 7am but I went down at 645 and there were already people eating and I had already made other arrangements to have breakfast so that was a bit frustrating. Other than that, a fine experience.

    I don’t know how anyone could give anything more than 1 star for this hotel. I’ve stayed in nicer motels than this place. The hallway was dirty leading up to the room. When I entered the room, the smell was unbearable. Musty wet socks x100. Kitchenette is very outdated and they don’t provide silverware or any cooking utensils/pans even though there’s a stove top. The smell disgusted me so much I walked out.

    They like to enter your room immediately when they knock for house keeping, no sense of privacy. Clean your room every 3 days to keep the bed bugs down. Employees harassed us for payment before checkout. Had no power Christmas Eve and had to use my phone for a light, no one offered me anything and made my mother in law climb 3 floors to get to her room after cancer treatment. When I complained about power outage and not having the basic essentials I paid for like hot water, heat, lights, they didn’t care. Not to mention there isn’t any security and it was completely dark. I complained to my third party booking and they lied to them and said they had a generator supplying lights. Overall poor hotel altogether. Poor attitudes and very disrespectful.

    No customer service, entered while do not disturb was on door when we weren’t in room. Charged $3 to book with third party, so many issues. Not to mention the power was out all night Christmas Eve in 30 degree weather and they will not refund me anything.

    Everything was fresh, clean, neat and very quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size and accommodated all our needs but since it was listed as an upgraded room I would have expected the mattress to be much more comfortable; it was very hard. Decent variety of options for breakfast. Not a very busy hotel, a lot of work and moving trucks in parking lot but appeared to be in a safe and quiet area. Directly across the street from the mall and a massive number of restaurants in the area.

    Staff was so rude!! The lady at the front desk yelled at me for trying to take a disposable bowl of grits to my room from the complimentary breakfast buffet when there was not even a seat to sit in at the dining area due to a college soccer team. The bathroom was not cleaned, the paint was chipped on the walls, and majority of leather peeled off chairs. I could deal with a little wear and tear but being berated like child for taking my food to my room was unacceptable!!!

    Breakfast was very good. Several selections. Only items with room to mention are, one. The TV comes on at Max volume with no way to prevent it in any settings. The volume switch on remote will lower the sound, but it takes a long time to reduce the volume. Apologies to anyone in an adjoining room. Secondly, the hair dryer was wonky. The switch on the dryer did not work (broken). The only way to use was to press the reset button on the plug to get it to come on (at high temp, no low temp available). And to turn it off, press the circuit breaker switch on the plug. Other than that, the facility, the room and overall stay was very good.

    When we checked in, we had the option to choose which floor we wanted to be on and we chose the first floor just for ease and accessibility. It was awesome because we were able to park right outside of our room. But, being on the first floor was pretty noisy so keep that in mind if you choose the first floor :-) The hotel was in a very convenient location and there were tons of dining options nearby.

    The bed was extremely uncomfortable, hard spring matress that squeaked when we moved and had the tiniest pillows! Wound up waking up at 530am because my back hurt so bad I couldn't lay in the bed anymore. The room was outdated, the alarm clock was broken and making a static noise in my ear (had to unplug it from behind the bed to get it to stop), there werent enough outlets (we had to unplug lamps on the other side of the room to charge our phones). Lastly, we like to leave the bathroom light on with the door cracked for just a little light. Unfortunately, the vent fan and light were on the same switch, so we had to listen to the vent all night.

    It was decent I guess. It just didn’t meet my expectations. The pool was itty bitty. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. The phone doesn’t call the front desk or housekeeping. I actually had to call the outside number to reach the clerk. The hot breakfast was the saving grace. The secret to a good waffle though is to stop it with about 30 seconds left otherwise it’s crispy. If I have a need to stay at a hotel In Greenville again. It won’t be at this location. I’m glad I booked early for a good rate.

    The air conditioner didn’t work and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Customer service overnight was great, but then the next morning was horrible. I just wasn’t out of the ordinary hotel experience as far as the consistency with customer service and the room itself was just it just didn’t work out. I would never stay there again.

    The bathroom had hair all over it!! We asked for more towels and rags but never got them. We were told we had to ask a different cleaning service? Also, it said pet free it was not!Then we realized our AC unit was full of mold! Our noses have bled and been on fire since we left. I told the front desk they said oh ok we will tell maintenance!     We had a wonderful weekend stay and only found a problem in the lack of accesible outlets for devices to plug into the TV of the room and also a lack of functional curtains to use to block out the light beaming in from the nearby street light. Beyond that, we would definitely recommend this property.

    During checking in the clerk, quoted me a different price that was sent to my phone through email from hotel.com . They were charging me the price that they charge customers booking directly from them. The clerk at check-in was very rude and never smiled, She made me feel very uncomfortable as if it was my fault that i was being over charged. She made me feel uncomfortable while other others were standing around, waiting to check in. I felt so embarrassed because I knew what price I was quoted through hotels.com was not the price they were charging me. She said that the Manager would have to correct it. Upon checking out when I received my receipt it had the correct price on the receipt. When I checked my credit card account I was charged the hotel’s rate and not hotel.com rate. This was not a good experience for a family vacation for me. I was very disappointed with the experience that I had. I called the manager later to let her know they overcharged me and she said that it would be reimbursed to my card within 3 to 5 days. I am waiting to see if they reimburse me. If they don’t reimburse me, I will dispute the charges with my bank. I hope this gets resolved before I have to call the bank because I believe the price that was quoted to me through hotels.com is the price that they should have charged my credit card. I hope someone addresses this issue and even speaks to the representative at the service desk that was very rude to me and never apologized for her actions.

    The day at the hotel was beautiful. Checking in was terrible, instead of charging me price that hotel.com me they charge me their price that they charge individuals for booking a hotel directly from them. The clerk that checked me in was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable due to a mistake on their end and not mine. She promised me it would be corrected due before I checked out. When I checked out my receipt gave me the price of hotels.com hold me. When I checked my credit card account, they charged me more than what my receipt said. I contacted the manager later on that day, she told me that my bill would be readjusted and I would be credited back the overcharge to my credit card within 3 to 5 days. As of now, I have not seen the credit come back to my credit card. If it doesn’t take happen by Friday I will be calling my credit card and I will dispute the charge. It’s very disappointing that this is my experience with booking through hotels.com for the first time. I hope this issue is addressed and taken care of. It would be nice if I am compensated for this experience that should not have occurred.

    Reserved a handicap accessible room - the only thing accessible about the room was the door to the bathroom and the height of the light switches. The online booking showed a shower and shower chair in. Handicap accessible room. Our room had a tub/shower combo and when calling the front desk, they informed us they had no chairs. My husband had to move the bed so my wheelchair could fit between the wall and the bed. There was no room for the wheelchair to move in the room. Very frustrating as someone recovering from ankle surgery who is non weight bearing.

    Property is great for someone on a budget. Our room was clean and we were given fresh towels everyday. The location is close to shopping and food with easy access to I-385. My only complaint is the marijuana smell in the halls and at the pool, but that is due to the other customers staying at the hotel.

    Checking in with the young lady at the front was great! Then it went downhill from there lol. Our room was hot the entire time. We turned it the lowest temperature, and the unit still didn’t work well. It was a hot and uncomfortable night for my husband and I. Breakfast was delicious, but I felt like a child when I was told I couldn’t take my plate back to my room. I wanted to eat breakfast with my husband, not in a small lobby full of strangers. Lastly, Hotels.com has it listed with a 12:00pm checkout, but room service came to our door at 10:38am! I called downstairs, and she rudely confirmed it was 11:00am and that Hotels.com has it incorrect. I still don’t understand why housekeeping came at 10:38 when checkout was 11:00?! It’s too many options in that area to revisit this one and be treated as such. We won’t be back.

    The hotel is older, so it was ok for a one night stay. The toilet had poop left under the bottom. Also, they charge a $100 deposit, and the room was only $100. I think the deposit is excessive for a hotel that isnt that nice.
