We tried two different rooms, and there were roaches in both of them. The front desk clerk was nice and tried to he helpful, but we ultimately and checked out and found a different hotel on our own. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone until they can get their pest problem under control.

The hotel and the rooms seemed very dilapidated. The rooms were sooooo basic. The tv was about a 15 year old 32 inch! I could barely get the remote to change channels. The shower in the bathroom had mold all around the edges and cracked tiles. I would not recommend for this price. Cleanliness and age.

The customer service: they refused to give me my invoice with a full price breakdown, which I need to get reimbursed by my company. It's a simple ask, but they refuse to disclose any payment information.

Loved that the bathroom had grab bars at toilet and around shower. Both of us need that extra assistance for safety. Bed was fairly comfortable. Only issues - unable to adjust the a/c in the front room, thermostat not working - probably needed battery. The attendant on duty came and adjusted a/c for us. Also, TV remote in the main room was not working properly, it was very difficult to change channels - perhaps it was the battery in the remote as well.

Convenient to Costco, restaurants and easy access to major roads/highways. Good internet connectivity and free laundry was HUGE. Another guest in laundry was rude/surly…other than that…loved the hotel/staff.

Hotel room was very dirty from the kitchen with food in the cupboard , hair in the refrigerator & floor not swept. The bathroom had pee stains on the floor. The bedroom had a dirty Q-Tip on the floor. Living area carpet felt wet and not clean.

The room was clean but not spotless clean. There was a dog in the room before us for sure. Scratches all over the doors and dog hair on the furniture that got on my husbands clothes. There seemed to be no employees, atleast we never saw anyone except for 1person at check in.

I’ve stayed at this property several times over the years and it was a great hotel. However it has declined substantially with staffing and cleanliness. Aside that it’s in a great safe location.

It was in the middle of town, but set slightly off on a side street, so was very quiet. The staff were super friendly. I would definitely go there again.

The bed squeaked at the slightest movement, like a rusty door hinge. The ac sounded like a loud car exhaust any time it was cooling. The parking lot lights were turned off by 9 pm. The shower pressure was very weak. The TV was around the size of a computer monitor. All this, but the price was on par with some of the more expensive hotels in the area.

Products used for cleaning floors in bath and kitchenette left them sticky and slick if damp or wet. They were shiny but sticky and slippery when damp or wet. Recommend using a different product like soap and water with vinegar. Clean better than looks clean and shiny.

200$ a night to stay in a stay by the week type hotel. It was terrible. Hair in our beds. No breakfast. People living in cars in the parking lot. Worst I’ve stay at in 20 years. Sad that they rep their selves as a nice hotel online. Please read this and run

The location was great, the staff were wonderful. However there was no linen for the pull-out bed the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom would not function properly. And there was the smell on marijuana on the premises. Overall the suite was completely unsatisfactory for my family coming in to Greenville for the weekend.

The hotel was in a great location. The bed was not as comfortable as other hotels that we have stayed. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a breakfast, an oversight on my part. The room was great with a fridge and stove.

Its a really good location, but there are no sidewalks to walk to the restaurants that are very close. Disappointing.

No cable or satellite TV. Room was dirty, dirty nightstand, dirty dishes in dishwasher, filthy hairdryer, stained chair. Uncomfortable bed. One very rude interaction with staff when requesting help however manager rectified this. Rock solid bed. Wouldn’t stay again.

So any great amenities and the bed was so comfortable and soft. Also the fact that we had a full size kitchenette and fridge was awesome! I wish our stay had been longer.

Our stay was wonderful except for the fact that our hotel was across the street from a nutra plant that operated throughout the night.

Hotel was ok. Not a fancy hotel by any means, but it was clean and the 2 room suite provided ample space. If your room is on the North side you will hear beeps and slams from the company next door starting around 7.

Room was very clean and quiet. Everything was as advertised and staff was courteous and helpful when I needed help with their self serve convenience store area. It would be better if they had even a continental breakfast bar as many now do.

The room was spacious and seemed very clean. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. My only problem was with the presentation on Expedia's website. It used pics from a 1 bedroom King suite to sell me a Queen suite/studio. The front desk made it right though, so Kudos to Candlewood.

Bad side was I was awoken every morning by a barking pet. As a traveling salesman, this is a motel industry problem. One or two deep barks or a continuously yapping dog are annoying. I love dogs but I prefer people to leave them home. The third morning the deskman asked how I slept and I again nicely mentioned the dog woke me up before my alarm. He mentioned he was sorry but the owner was in the room with the dog. I responded that that did not stop the dog from barking.

We thought the cost was extremely high for what we got. The neighboring room stayed up all night partying and people outside at the grills talk loudly and sang and did not leave until 0600. With only a queen bed and a bath I can’t understand how it could be called airb. Staff was friendly and helpful and it was close to where we needed to be.

Had a top floor room at the end. Staff super nice. Zero problems.

We picked this location due to the availability of outdoor space. When looking at information and photos we saw that there was a gazebo with grills and picnic tables by the pool. When we pulled in we saw that the pool was very dirty. At check in I asked about it and I was told that it was closed for the season...it is May and he high today is 91 degrees!! Also at check in we were not givin any details about our stay such as where to find things in the hotel or information about breakfast or WiFi. The room was clean and comfortable, but the shower had No water pressure. We decided not to stay the rest of the week.

Excellent customer service and large room. The bathroom shelves and cabinets were dusty and had not been cleaned. Other than that it was great! My son loved the complimentary popcorn too! Would stay here again if I need to go back to Greenville.
