Clean and it was what I needed and expected for our stay. There wasn’t a full shower door that closed and the pillows were not comfortable.

The room was very dirty. Hair everywhere. The AC didn’t work and the unit was extremely loud! The property was in a pretty dangerous location. We noticed when pulling in there were multiple drug addicts stumbling around the parking lot. They had a security guard outside the front doors. I guess that tells you the area they are in.

Very clean room and hotel overall. Friendly front desk staff. Enjoyed having a small kitchen in the room too.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful during checkin and anytime we needed them. Unfortunately the room wasn’t up to Marriott standards that we have grown accustomed to. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and being held together by some green rubber tape, there was lots of mildew in the shower area around the glass and drain area. The pillows on the bed were uncomfortably soft to the point where it felt like I was just laying on the mattress with my head. The overall cleanliness of the room was good other than the mildew in the shower.

bfk. was great, location great. The builder should have made thicker floors for over head floor noise. not bad and not a lot of noise but I could hear walking or jumping ect. upstairs.

Excellent stay overall. The room was very clean. The bathroom very spacious. Has ice machines that work. The air conditioning was very quiet. The hotel was very quiet. The staff could not have been better, very courteous and helpful.

The biggest WASTE of money. The room is so small. The pull out sofa bed can’t even stretch out all the way as it hits into the king bed. There was a half filled OJ bottle in the fridge and a half eaten ice cream bag in the freezer. When we pulled out the sofa bed there was a quarter and a juice box straw wrapped in it. So how much do they really clean? Also outdoor pool was closed for the season. Expedias’s website did not mention that. Never again. I will never ever stay at a Towne Suites Place by Marriot. We really enjoyed our visit at this property. The staff was friendly, the room clean and location worked well for our evening at the First Horizon Coliseum.

The staff was nice but after the little lies about “ your room is on the schedules for Saturday “, and you have to get your towels”, We decided to leave. We put our garbage out ourselves. Breakfast is served everyday, that’s a plus and the coffee is good.

Quiet relaxing getaway no noise staff professional clean room and building

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Clean rooms and nice kitchen. Plenty of space in the room. Fitness room is small and half the equipment did not work. Laundry is outdated and needs quarters. Room needed some maintenance- faucet in sink was loose and toilet paper holder was falling off and wouldn’t hold the roll.

Everything from time I checked in was amazing! The suite was definitely great nothing at all can I complain about I will recommend and stay again!

We had a poor working shower head on the first day that we reported and it was replaced with in 4 hours while were out and about that day. Breakfast was a little different everyday and well stocked all morning long. It was nice to have hot breakfast with eggs, toast or beagle, coffee or tea. Parking was easy and well lite at night. Overall, it was a very nice stay. If we ever have to comeback to Greensboro, we will diffently book here.

Photos of hotel on Hotels.com made it look better than it was. Although the hotel was "okay", the nearby area was horrible and the service was non-existent. The hotel looks relatively new, but the AC unit in our room did not work at all! Hotel next door was full of vagrants and homeless.

The hotel itself was a good stay! I was a little confused about the deposit or hold they charge your credit card when you check in. I asked about that because I didn’t read anywhere it said you would have to pay that. The area the hotel is located is not the best however they ensure your safety everything is locked and you need a key to get in. My overall stay was nice.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The bed was not a king size bed. We paid for a king size but it felt more like a double bed. It wasn't a comfortable sleep for us.

Everything was clean and fresh and professional! I had my full kitchen, so I was able to buy food and go back to my room and cook and have our own private dinner! There was plates, pots, pans, silverware, and glasses...... when I say this room was READY!!! I have found a new spot for my husband and my self to escape too and all we have to do is pack our clothes and GO, knowing the hotel will be able to accommodate all our needs! Thank you!

Hotel smelled really nice when entering. Room was nice, bathroom was a great size. Had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in because nobody was at the front desk. Also walls were paper thin, could hear someone in the room next door phone conversation.

Quiet building. The only drawback was that the pool was not in working condition and this was one of the reasons we chose this property because we wanted to be able to swim after our business trip daily.

I wish the Indian manager that was called could have been more flexible with my cash payment when the desk lady called him. That inflexibility has turned my entire opinion on this franchise because there were many other establishments who gladly took my cash for the room especially since i was there for a convention.

Nice selection at daily breakfast (muffins, sausages, eggs, toast, english muffins, cereal, belgian waffles, oatmeal with lots of topping options, juice, milk, choc milk, coffee, tea, almond milk, half and half, regular milk, choc milk, 2% milk). The pool was small, chilly and did not appear well kept- so we passed on this. Location is close to the conference center, collosseum and many food options. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

The associates at the front desk were hardly there. If we needed something, like tissue paper, it was a struggle to find someone at the front desk. When we use the courtly phone as suggested, we were asked to leave a voice mail.

It was spacious, pet friendly, convenient breakfast bar each morning, large lounge area to sit and relax with company, not far from places to eat

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen but no silverware, even plastic. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Definitely will stay here again.

The property is very nice, but unfortunately the room had ants. All over the counters. Big ants.

Very easy access to restaurants, many to choose from. Just down the street from the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. Everything you could want within minutes.
