Rooms were great and large. Shower pressure was amazing!

Stayed One Night, A week ago - I still have a rash on my leg.

Good food, rooms were excellent, clean, plenty of room. Breakfast area... was CROWDED, so be aware that there tends to be a heavy load in there with not a lot of room, and... the seating is kinda weird. E.g. lots of "fancy" stuff instead of plain tables you can sit and eat comfortably.

Place was immaculate. very clean and staff were great!

Bathroom ceiling of 322 was water damaged (paint peeling) and slightly musty. A/C fan had intermittent rattle. Dinged me an extra night for early checkout. Breakfast was good. HIEx across street is cleaner and newer.

Overall a very good room and a very nice stay, I would definitely go back. Moms were big, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choices. The only negatives I saw were minor, there was some pink mold in a bathroom shower seat between the slats, and the pool was kind of chilly. Overall, a great stay

The stay was excellent I would like to personally say that Ms.Cindy and Ms.Rosa were exceptional they have great people skills as well as great personalities I would definitely recommend SpringHill to my fellow comrades for their stays in February,June and also in October as our convention stay fills up at the Embassy suites !

This is our 2nd experience with Springhill Suites and both were great. The staff was incredible, helpful and quickly responded to our requests.

Wonderful staff, always available to help. Great breakfast, many hot protein choices and changed up each day. Also waffles!! Also all complementary! Close to many things for young and old.

I liked everything about the property. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. And the smell of the hotel was amazing. It smelled so clean and fresh, which is a huge thing for me. For consideration, I do want management to consider providing shower mats. I have stayed at other Marriott properties and they provide a shower mat. The shower floor was a little slick and then when you cut on the water it makes for a slippery surface. And there was also no rail to hold onto in the shower. This is not a criticism. It’s just a recommendation to ensure that guests don’t accidentally slip in the shower.

Staff members were friendly. Our room is next to the elevator and so much noise. Kids were running around and talking so loud. The room above us was also noisy The mattress was not comfortable

Everything about this hotel was great! It's in a safe and convenient location, exceptionally clean, friendly staff, beautiful and spacious rooms, comfortable beds (even the enormous sofa), good restroom layout, and variety of breakfast items (including hot food). I will be staying here every time I visit GSO.

Upon arrival the hotel had notices informing guest that carpets were being clean during their stay. The hotel always smells nice and clean. Receptionists are always professional and polite.

Overall it was a great stay—everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that there was no water in the fridge.

Traveling with kiddos. We enjoyed the stay…. room was nice. Behind the sink area should’ve been cleaned a lot better. The pool was super small and not the cleanest. Staff NEVER AT THE FRONT DESK. But it’s a convenient stay that’s close to many stores.

The room I was given was near a noise source in the morning that gave a clanging sound from 6:30a-8:30a. I'm sure this was not most rooms, but it was quite distracting. The staff was responsive when I pointed it out and offered to move me to a different room but ultimately, when I attempted to move rooms later, they said they were completely full, so I wasn't able to actually resolve the situation.

The breakfast was excellent! A variety each day. Hot and plentiful. The location was great because we were secluded and it was very quiet. It took a time for the water to turn hot in the shower, but once it kicked in, it was hot.

The room was clean breakfast as really good I love that they had complementary apples and orange and water in the lobby the gym was big enough the rooms were super roomie and big too! Nothing really I guess Mabe the pool could be a little bit bigger

We had a great experience here this weekend. We stayed for a soccer tournament and ended up eating pretty late in the lobby. The staff was so kind and tried to make sure we had everything we needed. Every person that worked the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The one cleaning lady we ran into was also super friendly. One of the best staffed hotels we have been to. Thanks for your hospitality!

The rooms are clean, and the staff is nice. We enjoyed our stay. It took us a little bit to figure out a few things in the room. They are old rooms that have been redone. They are great, but some of the old switches are still there and don't do anything.It was a problem; just a little frustrating at first.

The hotel smells sooooooooooooooooooooooo good! Its modern, super clean, and comfortable and we loved the indoor swimming pool that allowed us to have a little fun in the water in a very cold January.

Everything was fantastic except the lack of hot water. I was told by management that I should have let the water run longer than the five minutes that I had let it run. My son had the same problem in his room, but my granddaughter’s room was fine.

When arriving and having the first impression of the main lobby, all you see is clean and smiling faces helping people . I can’t say enough of the amazing guest service that all your employees have. I would like to help you two focus on two areas of opportunity that we were very unsatisfied with. The first, when arriving we had to call someone up because there was no hot water for over 25 minutes, even with your helpful employee trying to help. The water wasn’t hot u til the next day, when we were leaving. The second would be the sheets in the bed . I couldn’t tell if they were so overused that they were , tearing or shedding? Or if they were washed and dried with with what I can only explain a box of Kleenex. Anytime I would lay down I had what paper chunks all over me, I had to change multiple times when getting out of bed because of the infinite amount of paper or sheets on the sheets. Might want to look into that. Again, other than that A staff. Also great breakfast.

We got in super late and the lady was so kind. Used the shuttle service to the airport the next day and the diver was a gem of a human. All employees we interacted with were so kind. Very clean and comfy too!

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options for my picky family. But the most wonderful part of our stay was the wonderful staff. They were kind, helpful, and just a joy to interact with. We will be returning here.

The property was close to where I needed to go to the hotel is very clean they cleaned our bedroom every other day. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The only thing that I didn’t like was a lady who worked the housekeeping asked us if we were checking out every day.

Beautiful hotel in a location convenient to Greensboro and High Point. Friendly and efficient staff. Lovely room with walk-in shower, work area, couch (which can sleep two though we didn’t need that). Standard hotel breakfast.

Wi was in the hotel for a short getaway. Location was accessible to tthe things that I wanted. Morning and evening staff were friendly and accommodating. Room appeard clean and maintained. Would stay again.

Customer service was friendly and always helpful. I like the convenience of being right off the highway. It made it easy to get to events. My main problem was with the temperature of the water in the bathroom. It never got hot. I had to settle for warm and cool when washing hands and showering. A cool shower is no fun in winter.

First room assigned had not been cleaned (unmade bed, trash with dirty tissues on the desk). They quickly assigned us another room and were very apologetic. The second room was clean but directly behind the elevator, which had a very loud mechanical sound when in use that woke us up multiple times per night. Good selection on breakfast buffet, which was a plus.

We had a group of three rooms and they put us all together as we asked and were extremely enthusiastic and offered to take pictures of our group! Wonderful, friendly staff. The women working the breakfast bar were so helpful refilling and getting extras of what our children wanted. Will definitely be staying here again and referring friends and family for upcoming travels.

I loved everything about this stay even if it was for one night. The smell as you entered the door, the staff was delightful, very friendly, the cleanliness from the front straight to the room. My room was absolutely the best. The bed was comfortable and I really slept good. The breakfast was ok, I could have used some grits lol , but overall I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful large walk in shower to unwind after a long day of driving was most welcome. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff was friendly and answered any questions we had.

Nice room very clean however on day of departure. I was awaken by my door opening at 10:21 am i advised someone was in the room. She apologized and proceeded to close the door. She left the door ajar which alarmed me to go close the door fully. Before closing the door I opened and asked why the door wasn’t closed all the way no response. Checkout is at 12 I called the front desk and advised the manager will call at 11 when she comes in. At 11:09 the manager calls says hello proceeds to talk to some in the background then hangs up. The manager never calls back. At 12 I proceeded down to the front desk and explained which I spoke to the manager she apologized that was it. I am a woman traveling with my two daughters and safety is everything. I did not feel safe and I’m glad it happened on our last day. Please be aware. I could have easily went back to sleep and someone could have came in to cause us harm. Not sure why she didn’t close the door fully an explanation I will never receive

We came down for college tours and the staff and property surpassed my expectations.

The hotel was nice and quiet the pool, and everything else was pretty clean. The breakfast was pretty good it did feel like they reuse the same breakfast from yesterday for today which I’m not sure how safe that is and the beds were pretty hard. The pillows were too soft but other than that it was a nice clean place to stay at. you might hear a plane takeoff or two but other than that it was a nice experience

We were in town for a football camp for our son. They were very accommodating for us to have a later check out for him to be able to shower after the camp.

Upon arrival to our room we noticed feces on the toilet seat, sticky stuff on the sink, chip crumbs on the side table and the cover on the trundle mattress was filthy. Also, there was no pillow in the closet for the sofa bed or trundle. The paint is peeling very badly on the shower ceiling there is mildew in the corner of the shower. At first glance you would think everything looks clean and new but that definitely wasn’t the case. We wouldn’t spend money on this Marriott location again especially with the numerous other options within 1/4 mile radius.

This property is really nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and attentive. Our suite was very clean and modern as well.
