The hotel has a nice property and is located conveniently near shopping centers and convention centers. However, guests have reported issues with the TV and Wi-Fi not working, as well as dirty rooms and unfriendly staff. Additionally, some guests have complained about noise and lack of sleep due to slamming doors and loud conversations.

    There is a lot of walking at such an event, which is good, but I did rub blisters on both my heels because I was wearing new shoes. One of your kind registration staff gave me two band aids and did so with a smile. Thanks!

    I enjoyed my stay the staff was nice and helpful. My only concern was after we got in the room and left to attend an event in the downstairs ballroom, when we returned to the room the light fixture had fell from the bathroom ceiling in the room. And the screws on the security bar on the door was loose. I wish we could have had a free breakfast. But other the coffee shop was nice.

    The commode was too low no grab bars to hold on to to assist with getting up. If someone fell off they would fall next to glass doors and could mill themselves or really hurt themselves.

    We chose this hotel for 2 reasons. It had a pool and proximity to the coliseum. Half of our family was going to the coliseum for a concert and the other half planned to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. Not sure if it was being remodeled, but it was completely torn up. So that was a major disappointment to my 6yr old and when we told the desk clerk we were disappointed, he did not even acknowledge it or apologize. It was however, close to the concert so we were able to drop off and pick up our other family members easily.

    The amount I pd for my room and then I get there and they said it was upgraded. It didn’t seem like and up grade. Couldn’t see out the windows , trash cans didn’t have bag liners in them. No ice. On the floor We were on the 5th floor. It just didn’t seem right. I would have like to have been on the 18th floor. But to change it after I check in. I paid for tower and that room just seem like dull. I been made my reservation in March. I wasn’t please with the room. It seem like a regular room. Someone made a mistake when the calling that room and upgrade. Seem like the added the breakfast on there for the amount of I had paid for tower.

    I was disappointed in the availability of food choices. Restaurants on site were not opened late in the evening and room service was not available either. I typically stay at the location where conferences are being held because I travel alone. The fact that I had to leave the property after 9 PM made me think I could have stayed at a different hotel. The overall condition of the hotel and room were great but I will "shop" for other possibilities when I return to the Greensboro area.

    Very outdated. All shades of boring brown. Our room carpet had a stain and I tripped over the carpet where it needs to be re-stretched. Our room felt like it was at the end of a never ending hallway. Our room overlooked ugly construction to make it even more delightful. And we’re Bonvoy members too so don’t expect any upgrades. Staff was very friendly but will never stay there again.

    This hotel is huge and can be a bit overwhelming when you go in, but there is plenty of staff there to help! The staff is excellent!!! We felt safe while there because there’s always someone walking around checking on things. The room was nice, not big but plenty of room for us. (Husband, teen, and myself). This is our second time staying here, it’s our go to for when in Greensboro.

    The hotel was fine, but we were given a room that had an adjoining room, which was closed and locked, but the noise that came through that wall was as loud as if we were in the same room, there might as well have not been a wall between. The beds were pretty hard too, but the hotel was very clean, the shower was hot, and the coffee in the lobby was great. If I were to return, I would ask for a room that did not have an adjoining room door.

    I always enjoying staying at this hotel. The front desk was very short staffed for such a large hotel. One clerk when I arrived and another came to assist shortly thereafter, although he did not seem very happy about it.     The place looked like homeless people were staying there when we first got there. Bags and suit cases were everywhere along with trash. Apparently there was an event going on but they had made a mess everywhere on 1st floor. However I will say as soon as they exited the staff were on it cleaning it up.

    Both nights, the girls were running loudly through the lobby and up and down the hallways on my floor, creating a constant and disruptive noise. It was difficult to rest or relax due to the ongoing disturbance. I reported the issue to hotel security, and while they did respond on the second night, the situation did not improve in any meaningful way. It appeared that many of the parents were gathered at the bar for extended periods, leaving the children unsupervised. The hotel staff did not seem equipped or willing to manage the situation effectively. I was in town for a relatives funeral service. This experience created more stress than I needed. I also reported my concerns directly to the hotel, but overall, the experience was frustrating and far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here if the hotel is hosting large youth groups without proper oversight.

    Clean , large room . The bar had great food and service was excellent. Location is good Although the room was spotless, it was dated I couldn’t fine an outlet to plug me phone near the bed and the desk across the room had an outlet but it was non functional. I had to climb under the desk to find a receptacle. Also all the hotel room doors were self closing and slammed loudly all night . The front desk help seem uninterested in me pointing this out For light sleepers this may be an issue

    Our stay was okay but on our last night, the hallways were so loud with people. I had to make a noise complaint at 2am. I heard a security guard walking the hall around 4am. I finally fell asleep after that but had a 5am wake up for a dance competition. When I told the front desk at checkout, they basically didn’t care. I have a long day ahead of me and need to drive home tonight after no sleep last night.

    Our room was nice, and the blackout curtains did their job which is helpful! The coffee shop on-site is appreciated. There were some issues while we were there though. There was about a 10 person line to check in when we arrived. At night, we got locked out of our room. When we went to the lobby to seek assistance, one staffer didn’t look up or acknowledge us as we waited patiently for him to help us, and another hotel guest just walked right up to his counter space and got help before us. The staffer who assisted us with our key problem did walk up with us to fix our door and get us into our room which was helpful. I could hear every footstep of the guests in the room above us. The trash was overflowing at the cafe when we left to the point that there were drinks that had toppled out and spilled onto the floor.

    We traveled as a family of 4. We loved everything about this hotel. Our only drawback was the shower didn't have an enclosure and our exhaust fan didn't work. Other than that everything was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. It's a very popular hotel and the overall energy was good. The beds were comfy and the bedding was soft with high quality sheets. You won't be disappointed.

    Upon arrival we were meet with a friendly and helpful staff. The room wad clean and orderly. It was ready for our stay. We had breakfast at the Cafe near the lobby and the food was delicious and the service was the best that I have experienced. The waitress was friendly and helped us navigate the menu. She ensured yhat we were happy with our food and came by for drink refills without our asking. This will be my stop everytime that I return to Greenboro.

    i booked a room for one night through expedia. As soon as the booking was made, i realized the date was one day prior to when i needed it. Made for 4.6-4.7 but needed it for 4.7-4.8. i immediately reached out to the hotel to cancel/adjust, but they pointed me to expedia. They reached out to the hotel who said that i would be billed anyway and couldn't be cancelled. this was 10 days in advance of reservation. i continued to press and was told by Expedia that it was the hotel that would not allow a refund or rescheduling. NEVER EVEN CHECKED IN. I NEED A REFUND!!!

    The staff were professional nothing more. That’s why I rated them a #3. To make a difference, they could have been more warm and inviting. The hotel doesn’t have a hot tub or spa so that’s why I rated it a 3. Plus the pool was down. Not a good look. My room was a large family suite and it was excellent. I would highly recommend it. 🙏❤️

    They did not provide the king room with balcony that I booked and were unable to fix the issue. Also charged the wrong card before checkin and had to wait 7 days for reimbursement.     The area and amenities in the hotel. Security and no microwave in the room. Security profiled my spouse and stopped him and asked can he call someone down for you and that should not have happened. If he was curious about him staying at the hotel he could of made general conversation and discreetly get the answers he needed to verify he was a guest at the hotel.

    I usually stay here often. The hotel is nice with bars and dining. Always clean I stay here often when in Greensboro. They used to be so much more accommodating. The last few times I’ve stayed, i wasn’t met with the friendliness I usually get. The hotel can be very busy; however, they began blocking some of the parking and one or two main entrances (which changed daily) this can make it a hassle and annoying when you’ve walked quite a ways because you couldn’t find parking only to find the door is blocked today that maybe was not when you left. Pricing last two times was also higher (i get supply/demand) however, when the inconveniences are there - it’s not worth the price increase. Also, no pool at this moment as it’s under construction.

    The property was great! Restaurants on site was a plus. Some of the customer services such as doormen/bellhops were just standing there and not helping at all. Also, we had to have a maintenance person come to reset and adjust our air conditioner which worked for a short time.

    I reserved a room for four nights during the winter storm. The streaming services were not working. Cold air was coming from the windows. The tall African American female manager thought I was on hold and I was not. I heard her tell the person I was talking to that I am not getting a damn thing. She yelled and acted unprofessional. I called and complained. Later I got a call back from another manager that refund me and gave me points. I have stayed at this property multiple times and I have never had a problem. The Tall African American Female Manager was rude and unprofessional. Everyone else was professional and nice.

This was my first stay at this hotel but it won't be my last. The only downfall was that the hotel bar closed early so there was no place to watch the college games.

    The room and hotel were beautiful. Pool was closed without any notice when booking. Housekeepers loudly knocked on every door on the floor right before 9am, when we answered the door they said “hello, we were checking if you are still here.” Check out wasn’t until 11 and that was kind of a nuisance.     I had several issues with my room and not a single issue was resolved by the staff. First, the TV didn’t work (as in it would not turn on). Call the front desk 3 times for help but no one came to fix it. In the middle of the night I noticed bugs in the room and the fire sprinkler in the room just kept rattling (which made it very hard to sleep). I told the staff about my issues early the next morning and all they said was that they would give me a $50 credit and that of course didn’t happen either. Don’t stay here.

    Staff was perfect except for the front desk guy telling me there’s no microwaves on the property this morning. To later see a microwave by the lobby elevator. Meaning you have to leave the comfort of your room, to warm up your food? Craziness!! The bed was nicely made but very firm. Not everyone likes a firm bed Sheraton. And then the bathroom towels were dirty luckily we didn’t need them. Still a very nice hotel. But at that price point I expect way better than holiday inn

    Not as clean as I would expect. Previous guest hair left all over the bathroom, wallpaper peeling in the bathroom as well.I went to the Walgreens to grab cleaner for the shower to clean it myself . Dirty stained carpets and old phones that looked like they have been in there since the 80’s. The bed was the only decent thing that I really appreciated. Clean and comfortable!!

    The family suite was nice, clean, and spacious. It had two full bathrooms and two rooms. A tiny refrigerator was in the main room. TVs were in both rooms with ESPN to watch football. The second room with the tub/shower wasn't draining properly. The other bad thing was there is no microwave in the entire hotel. We even asked the staff when searching.

    I stayed here because it was close to the location I had to get surgery. And my #1 reasoning for picking this hotel was in hopes of having a comfortable bed.. Let me tell you. It was not a disappointment.. The bed was absolutely amazing !! I requested extra pillows and they provided them with no hesitation.. Everyone was so nice there. I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I wish they had was outside furniture for the balcony. But I was laid up in bed anyways from surgery. My room did not have a microwave. So I did buy a small one from Walmart. ( I asked if it was ok to do so and they said no problem) I got one of the biggest rooms with a king size bed AND a full couch. It was more like home, not just a hotel room.. I was sad to leave when it was time. They also allowed me to do a late check out also. I will definitely come back !!

    I had pay for breakfast when booked my reservation when I mentioned to the front desk upon arrival they checked in confirm that they see it on my reservation but when I went to have breakfast they made be wait for no reason since they didn’t see it on computer I had insisted to the lady that I had pay already so please check with front desk she say yes is all good but while walking out of the restaurant some one was chansing me like I’m a criminal

    This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at in this area. We visit frequently as we have a child attending HPU. It’s convenient (only about 17 min to the university), clean and the staff are friendly and pleasant. There is a bar in the lobby which we enjoyed. We didn’t make it to the pool, but saw a beautiful sunrise from our room. We will definitely stay here again!

    I did not like that the “queen” beds were so small. They were actually a little bigger than a twin. They did not fit two people comfortably. With highly recognizable and long standing names such as Sheraton and Four Seasons the bed size was a disappointment. It would have also been nice to have had a microwave in the room. And our in-room phone was missing the extension cord. It could only be used with the speaker on.

    We did not like the shower, the shower door only covered half so no matter how careful we used it, the water would spill out and pool into a large puddle in the middle of the floor. Also the Ac/heat thermostat was functionally useless. Setting it to any degree made Zero difference hot or cold. Go to bed freezing wake up in a literal pool of sweat. Take a shower to clean off then mop a puddle off the floor.

    I first stopped by the front desk to ask for help in extending my stay; the associate told me they had no more rooms as there was a soccer tournament in town. I went up to my room and logged in to find that there were rooms available. I chose the wrong date and immediately called the customer service line. They booked me a room for the night that I was asking for but the hotel would not refund me for the accidental date.

    What concerned me most was the possibility of faulty equipment. I repeatedly asked for a maintenance professional to inspect the smoke detector—to check the battery status and confirm it wasn’t expired or malfunctioning. I simply wanted to ensure there wasn’t a false reading or missed emergency. Despite multiple requests, no one ever came, and I was told no staff was available. If there truly was an indication of smoke, why didn’t any alarm go off to alert me? This raises serious safety concerns in addition to poor service. As a guest, I’m highly frustrated. I will not be returning to Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons and am disputing the charge through my bank. I hope management reconsiders how they handle these situations. Until then, I will take my business elsewhere.

    Overall I enjoyed my stay. I love the amenities that they offer; pool, gym, bar and restaurant. The location was good. Near a mall, and lots of restaurants in the area. My room was average, no complaints about it. I'm sure they have better rooms than the one I chose.

    We just checked in and I recall booking a room with 2 queen beds and a couch that turned to a bed as well. I paid extra for 4 grown men as they are celebrating my husbands 60th bday ands 2 days at the Wyndham. They called and are in a tiny room with 2 double beds. Smh

    From the time I entered Sheraton, it was amazing. It was so clean so spacious. Everything was easy to find. The staff was very, very helpful and friendly. It was my son‘s birthday and we picked the exact right place to celebrate it. I will definitely be back for my birthday.😁❤️

    The hotel is old and out of date. The room and AC were smelly. We had to turn off the AC and just left the balcony door opened. Room was not very clean and the towels in the room had white particles. Staffs were not friendly. We booked our room with 2 breakfast included. But the Cafe denied and had my pregnant wife run around to the front desk to check and confirm. Very disappointed.

    Walked in the lobby and it smelled amazing, l have a super strong nose so smells matter to me, and the lobby was very clean and I was able to check in quickly. The room had a little of a musty smell but it wasn't bad, more of a room that hasn't been used and was shut up with little to no air flow. The room was clean, but the bathroom did have some mildew and it's most likely due to the fact the glass doesn't go all the way to the wall and there is wallpaper. It's also only a rain shower head. That's cute estheticly but realistically I dont want my hair to get wet every shower. There is also no ventilation other than the built in one from the hvac so it gets very steamy and humid in the bathrooms. Also just something the hotel might want to fix, there are no temperature labels on the faucet so you can easily turn it up wayyyy to hot where it is scolding and it does get very hot without realizing youre on the hottest setting. Our sleeping experience was TERRIBLE, first the bed was a full size bed. I'm sure that's not a big deal to some, but I booked a room for three people myself, my husband and our daughter. This is the very first time I've stayed in a hotel and it wasn't either a king or queen sized bed. All night we were fighting to keep in the bed as too adults who don't usually sleep on such a small bed it was very annoying. I didn't know realize when picking a room with two beds and it stated double, they meant two full size beds not just two beds in the the room.

    Your showers are overhead. Most Black people do not like getting our hair wet. You do not offer shower caps. You designed the hotel without considering ethnic and cultural differences. That is disappointing. You can easily correct this my making sure all room have more than one shower cap.

    Hotel is nice. Food is good, but do not leave anything behind. Housekeeping will give you the run around, they promise you someone will call you back, and no one returns the call. You have to keep calling to remind them your are waiting for assistance, only to be told again someone will call you... 5 days had past since my stay, and no one returned any of my calls, as I write this review I still wait.

    I was told at check in that breakfast was included. I was just informed that it’s not,and the hotel has a bunch of new employees,giving misinformation. Guest service then transferred me to front desk manager to help with this issue. Went to messages,that were full ,and couldn’t leave a message or talk to anyone for assistance.

    My only complaint is that the Joesph’s restaurant is just a buffet and no bar. Last year we had fancy dinners and a drink. The food is still very tasty and the space has a wonderful atmosphere. Skylight cafe is terrific for breakfast and dinner as well.but it’s a fixed menu. Even though located next to the bar, they have a limited adult beverage menu. After dinner you stop at the bar.
