The room was clean however they did not clean the room a day before we leave. As you walk in the building it smells moldy need a complete upgrade. The staff was very limited. The breakfast was not good everything was stale. There hole in the ceiling. Thumbs down

Our stay here was good. Everything was clean and front desk staff was great. Price was very reasonable.

A good sized room with LVP floors, we took our pet. The desk employees were always friendly and helpful. A surprisingly quiet place to stay.

Pool was a little funky and the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that, it was good.

Staff was wonderful. Very friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice variety. We booked a non-smoking room, everyone around us was smoking. We couldn't walk in the hallway without choking. I have a child with asthma, we ended up in a severe respiratory distress after our stay. Breathing the smoke all night was too hard. The bedding had burn holes all in it. The microwave didn't have a handle. The pool was horrible. The place definitely needed upgrading. For the cost, I didn't expect alot. The smoking was horrible though and for that, we won't return.

Old style building in great shape Staff were very good with a customer with complaint while I waited to check in They were very respectful to her and accommodating and it deescalated the customers stress level and she left smiling The only thing that was not pleasant was the smell of pot cannibas in hallways it was choking Very inconsiderate of the customer that thinks they have the right to pollute everyone else air Made me want to eat a whole crock pot beans and onions and have a fart storm in their car and room lol

Nothing the whole place was horrible from staff to the night stay The staff was rude lady front was horrible had an attitude and the cleaness of room was horrible and the shower had a bad odor coming from the shower or drain it was bad soap was empty and more I’ll never promote this place ever.

The staff is very pleasant and that was the best thing about the hotel. I looked at reviews and was misled. While, I would never stay there again (not my preference), if you're on a tight budget, this place will work.

The hotel is easy to find and has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable. With a friendly staff. The hotel shows its age. A remodel is required to bring in a better clientele.

Unfortunately the pool closes at 9:00 which I think is too early and there is no hot tub.

Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. There is no elevator for guest to use (only 2 floors), however the staff will gladly transport you luggage cart on thew freight elevator. Really the only complaint I would have is that the hallways have a musty smoke smell.

The assistant manager was so incredibly helpful and kind! I wish I could remember his name, but we really appreciated him! The room was great, just what we needed. I did go to the fitness room but then turned right around, so they could use some work there. But everything else was great!

Hotels older and right off the highway. I in no way felt unsafe. The room was clean but the tub was reeeeal slow to drain. There is no elevator, but its only 2 floors, so it wasnt a huge deal. The breakfast was fine. I would stay there again at the right rate.

My two young daughters and I were put in a pet friendly room (we didn’t have a pet) and within ten minutes, I was covered in bites. Sheets had hair and were yellow. They did move us to a non pet room and it was a tad better but still gross. Dirty ceilings & floors. The pool….inside an atrium and absolutely disgusting. Smelt like urine and chlorine. Breakfast was ok only because the lady working it was the only hard working staff we saw. I’d love corporate to contact me.

The staff were great. I was there for 5 days and every staff member were very friendly. The room was perfect and the prices were reasonable. I found a motel that Iwould book at again l. Deserves a Five Star rating.

Affordable, but hotel was in disrepair. Kind people at check in. Stayed for the pool and breakfast, but not really a hot breakfast...waffles were the only hot food, well and bagels/toast. Pool was murky yet highly chemically treated. Minimal lights in piol area. Ceiling tiles missing in places. Next time I'll stick to other hotel chains. Live and learn.

The breakfast options are mostly bread and cereal products, with a waffle maker. There were healthier scrambled eggs, small yogurt containers, and a basket of small red delicious apples. There was coffee, juice and milk. Overall, everything was what you’d expect from a Quality Inn property. I have no complaints, and had a comfortable one night stay.

Checking in was a bit lackluster. Two people were behind the desk. One of them ignored me completely and the other gave me my room in a deadpan, monotone way. The room was clean, however the tub looked pretty damaged.

Room was decent. It’s an old hotel that was cheaply renovated but the bed was great. TV and channels could have been updated. Breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly and efficient

My children and i loved our stay. Well be booking again. The woman that cooks the breakfast is very sweet and helpful. Forget her name she has beautiful eyes. All of the front desk staff was amazing. But those housekeepers are ok its just the attitude and half cleaning. Had to get my room changed because of that.

Non smoking room still had faint smoke smell. Area around the hotel had a lot of litter. Currently under renovation but not an issue for me. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was okay with the usual except no meat options, eggs were good.

Rude management, maintenance and sanitation issues when asked to address them was told to do it myself. Construction going on through out the property. Need to shut down and renovate the whole property and not renovate and try to still sell rooms that’s not up to par

This time they was remodeling the motel completely on one side but I never heard the construction noise can’t wait soon. What are they done when it’s fully remodel

The lady worked hard for morning breakfast. However I wish there had been a couple of fruit selections instead of just apples and more of a selection for breakfast instead of just eggs, waffles, cereal or yogurt. Other than that our 2 night stay was excellent and we'll stay again if we head that way again. Pool area was great, needs more seating for adults but kids had a great time.

Pool area was needing a lot of upkeep, very outdated and sad. Pool hours were lacking also; 9am to 9pm is just silly. I get up at 6am and would like to swim before I eat. Would not stay at the facility again or reccmond it.

The first room smelled like the bathroom vent had burnt hair or something, the second room was ok. The matresses are very uncomfortable. They are renovating so its kind of a mess. The shower head wasnt attached to the wall. The breakfast could use some help, its a small area and hard to get around if people are making waffles. Its loud, but we knew it was by the airport.

It was completely OK that part of the property was being renovated, but the room reeked of smoke, and the equipment in the fitness center was in disrepair and very outdated.

The person checking us in was named Richie. They were wonderful. Very polite and kind. However we were in a hallway yhat was all torn up. Wallpaper and trim was ripped off. Stunk of weed and people were bsnging in and out til 330am.

The motel needs to be remodel and stuff that needs to be fixed it’s like one place in the hallway the carpet in the middle floor is unglued from floor and up in the middle for a few feet and it can cause anybody to trip and the outlet in the gym where the treadmill goes to needs to be fixed and the outlet cover needs to be put on it treadmill what does work the outlet is bad and the gym was locked even when the time it should be open but when asked the lady in the lobby, she said that I use it so they didn’t unlock it but she was nice and unlocked. It were my son could used the gym the people were very nice friendly went up and beyond for their job very helpful. The breakfast was really good.

There were ants in our room, tv didnt work. Breakfast was underdone eggs and some waffles with stale bread options. They only have double beds or king. The facility is out of date and not kept up at all. The vending machines dont work and the pool area is questionable. The pool was clean and warm but a little scary. The staff was fine but it took forever to check in. Halls smelled like dirty weed. Would not stay here again

I was pleasantly surprised! I was shut out of recommended hotel for the wedding I was attending that was twice the price and my niece who stayed there said there was mold in the bathroom? Our room was spotless and the beds were really comfortable!

Average stay motel

It started at check in. The receptionist was quite rude when i asked about the deposit. Then on to Room 228... door is not plumb so you have to shoulder block it open. I went down to retrieve the rest of our items and house keeping was next room over, she watched me walk down the hall. When i returned my fiance let me know that as soon as i left the cleaning lady entered the room, was startled to see her, said she was just checking the bathroom, never checked anything and left in a hurry. Im glad my fiance was there because it seemed like she was there to thieve. Smoke detector in the room was wrapped in plastic, the chair looked like it had vomit on it, the curtians would not close completely leaving a 3 inch gap the shone light in our eyea all night. The "breakfast" was disgusting and actually had expired honeybuns on it. Its 30 yrds from a main highway and airport is around the corner. Dont come here to get rest. Worst stay anywhere ever.

I chose to stay here because I have stayed here before and it was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this wasn’t. There were huge roaches. Cleaning staff tried to break into our room at 9:30 AM (we never requested service). The surfaces (table, nightstand, dresser) had not been wiped down from the previous guest. Our room was also right in front of the vending machines in a very public area, instead of in a hallway. It was an unfortunate experience, although tolerable.

This is an older no-frills motel in a somewhat noisy area near a large highway. However, it is extremely well maintained for a hotel its age. Moreover, the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms are simple but very clean. Overall, this is a very good budget motel.

The place is really run down. We were in a smoking room. As you walk upstairs all you can see is piles of trash.

Lobby area smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. The room floor wasn’t vacuumed and had eaten sunflower seeds on it. No water pressure in the room and about an Inch gap on the room door to the floor not a place that I would stay again.

The breakfast host gets 5- stars, the breakfast would've 5- stars IF it had sausage or bacon, with some hash browns or potato wedges. The location was noisy all night with it being so close to the highway. Great shower, bed, & cleanliness.

Took an overnight trip and needed a place to stay. It was comfortable and spacious and within a short drive of everything. The price was perfect. Would stay there again!
