    On the second day, housekeeping didn't make the beds or empty the trash and no clínex. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were burnt, and the sausages patties tasted awful. We do not recommend the breakfast at all. The location is ok, gas stations nearby.

    The rooms were not clean. Our A/c had drink stains all over it. Looks like renovations were being done and this should have been noted on their website. The sheets on one of the beds was stained.

    I understand that hospitality work can be stressful, but guests should be treated with courtesy and respect. A simple greeting and a willingness to answer questions would have made a significant difference.     I wanted to buy a soda and a candy bar. When I tried to play with a $20, the desk clerk said “Don’t you have anything smaller?” When I said I didn’t, he said “How about a credit card?” When i said no, he said “Well, if you can find a $10, that will be better.” So I got change from another traveler and, when I went to pay for my things, the desk clerk pulled out a cash box with plenty of change in it! My sister was told her room wasn’t cleaned “because you had electronics out.” In the lobby, loud music played continuously…so you could barely hear someone sitting just across from you. Asked for butter for the waffles, only to be told “We have to wait for it to come in…it’s a supply issue.” Really? Then they ran out of forks! Overall, a very disappointing stay and not what I’m used to at La Quinta.

    The customer service was great! Everyone was smiling and happy to help with all our needs. The breakfast was decent but could be better. Overall, the stay was comfortable and my daughter loved the indoor pool! The floors are definitely in need of a deep clean inside the rooms. I could not walk barefoot in the room. The carpet in the room is very sticky and I think it would be better to just have the laminate flooring VS having the rug under the beds.

    Rooms clean, staff helped us get side by side rooms on a busy weekend, breakfast had a solid breakfast instead of just waffles. Indoor pool was very small and not adult friendly because of no seating, echoes and noise but the kids loved it anyways. One of our rooms had poor water pressure and the screen was off the sink, which no one came by to fix over our 2 day stay. Overall a good stay.

    The breakfast was supposed to last till 10. We got down there about 935 and there was no food. It was pretty dirty down there. I just think the guy got overwhelmed and needed another helper cause it was a weekend and they had every room booked, but if you advertise serving breakfast to 10, you should still have food there. The location was OK for me. It really didn’t matter. What we didn’t like was me and my husband both got our arm messed up on the door latch, and we did report it other than that the staff was really good and you know the room was half clean. The floors were dirty, but the bed was good yeah that’s about all I can say and I hope where I messed my arm up. Doesn’t leave a scar.

    The staff were great and helpful! The gym has everything you need. However, we did not see any towels available (same way at the pool) but if you ask the staff they get you some right away. The breakfast looked good, but I only grabbed a banana and it was not the freshest, and if anyone knows bananas, they ripen really fast, so hard to fault that. Over good stay for the price! It was about 15-20 min from Wisconsin Salem!

    ⸻ The best part of our stay was definitely the parking situation—it was convenient, easy to access, and made coming and going stress-free. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The water in the bathroom never got hot and remained lukewarm the entire stay. Cleanliness was a major issue—there was dog food under and beside the couch, and the shower had noticeable hair buildup, including large clumps that had to be removed. Even more concerning, there appeared to be black mold around all four sides of the shower. We also noticed signs of termite activity, including what looked like swarming termites and visible termite damage under the window in the room. To top it off, there were dead wolf spiders in the corners. Overall, aside from the parking, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance expectations.

    Stayed here for a visit with my teen to HPU. It's only about 15 mins from the college and we loved the room. We both agreed the breakfast was the best of all the hotels we visits during our college tour week through SC,NC, and VA.

    The breakfast was fine. They didn't have any fruit which isnt a complaint but it would of been helpful for my athlete who couldnt eat heavy. The room had a slight odor but probably because someone was warming up food in the vicinity. Overall it was fine and will stay again.

    It was a beautiful property. The room was spacious comfortable, and had anything that we needed. There was no nighttime monitoring of guests who were overly rowdy and kept everyone else awake. We were in a situation that the partying started about one and continued until five in the morning. Being too senior women, I did not feel comfortable, leaving the room to either confront the situation or to call attention to myself. I think the night clerk should at least use the elevator and check the noise level on the floors, or have cameras to pick up what is happening. We got absolutely no sleep at all.

    The staff was nice, friendly, and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The property was not bad. The biggest area of improvement was the shuttle service. The shuttle service is handled by another company and communication between the hotel, shuttle service, and customer needs to be improved. The property should connect the customer with the shuttle service directly and explain it is not operated by La Quinta Inn. Without the shuttle service issues, I would give the property a 3.5 rating. Also, the one vent in the bathroom was very dusty/dirty and the closet door could not open all the way because the floor may have shifted.

    They don’t tell you this but there is a 24-hour notice if you need to use their shuttle service. They didn’t tell me when I reached out to ask about a shuttle nor did they ask me at check in if I’d need a shuttle the next day. The water pressure in the shower is terrible and the water temperature never got more than lukewarm.

Although hotel seemed at 25% capacity, they checked someone into the room above us at 12:30 a.m. When I called front desk to let them know waking us up was not appreciated, they asked "what's the problem?". I didn’t bother callling again a half later when kids were running through the hall. My wife talked to manager next morning, who offered no apology, nor even understanding of the problem. That's all we had hoped for. Nope.

    Not very friendly staff. Free breakfast was until 9am and they literally shut the doors for access a few minutes before. They put me in a room next to someone who had multiple pets and the barking kept me up majority of the night, that paired with a bad AC unit that made loud compressor noise all night (I had thermostat on off - unexplainable) Next morning for check out, I asked for a courtesy late check out (one an hour), and lady was nasty and adamant “No! We can’t do a late checkout!” HOTEL WAS MAINLY EMPTY! Very disappointed on my experience at this hotel.

They put me in a room next to someone who had multiple pets and the barking kept me up majority of the night, that paired with a bad AC unit that made loud compressor noise all night (I had thermostat on off - unexplainable) Next morning for check out, I asked for a courtesy late check out (one an hour), and lady was nasty and adamant “No! We can’t do a late checkout!” HOTEL WAS MAINLY EMPTY! Very disappointed on my experience at this hotel.

    First, I do not like the "modern" look with fake tile floor. The construction was subpar. The bathroom floor drain cover was simply laid on the floor, and slide across the floor if it was stepped on. The sink faucet was loose and flopped about when used. The room return duct and fan was put in the bathroom but would suck in the shower curtain. Moreover, it was noisy all night. The shower was poorly designed. While I like a walk in shower, there was no ledge to prevent water from running into the rest of the bathroom. The room heater was also loud. Would I stay there again? No

    The room was initially fine, but anytime someone you just shower or the toilet sewer gas would come out from the cleaning port next to the bed. I can also hear a drip behind the wall most of the time. The sink pressure in the bathroom was barely a dribble, even though the valves were turned up.Maybe it was because it was one of the last rooms upstairs and the pressure was low. Spoke with the front desk they were polite, but they were completely booked, so there was no options.

    Our TV did not work in our room. I went to the front desk and someone did come to the room to try to fix it, he was unable. When I went back to the front desk to see how they planned to rectify the situation, they said because I was unable to allow them in the room when we were not there, they would be unable to do anything. We ended up watching TV on my phone, which was less than ideal. The room was also not good. The shower had mildew in the corner, the fauet in the bathroom was misplaced and the room was loud. There were folks running in the hallway and over our heald almost all night. The breakfast was also very unappetizing looking. We saw the food and left to go find breakfast. The refrigerator would not get cold and the room had a weird smell. Our stay was not good and we will not be back.

    It was ok, good for a short stay. The room was big enough, clean bed, and bathroom. On the bad side the pool was not available, breakfast a bit basic (no fruits nor veggies). The guest next door had the TV at the highest volume all day and night, otherwise we would have had a good night sleep. I just didn’t like at all that they charged twice my credit card, they explained that the second charge would be reimbursed but it may take up to 10 days.

    They do not honor reservations. If you plan on staying here have a plan B. Drove from Florida and when I got there they told me I did not have a room even though it was paid for in full. The general manager James Peel was extremely rude and refused to escalate my complaint. He stated he was the only person who I could speak with and there was no one above him. He has been the GM there for 7 years and answers to no one. I have never been treated so rudely at a hotel/In. This was the worst experience ever. Thank God that Homewood Suites who called Embassy suites for me to see if they had a clean room available for me because they did not. But they went out of their way to try to help when they aren’t even a part of Wyndham. They are actually part of the Hilton franchise…. Embassy suites came to the rescue and had a room ready and allowed me to check in way early so I could get some sleep. Stay away from La Quinta and go with Hilton properties. They know what customer service means…

    The place was filthy in common areas. Our shower had mold in the corners which we decided to live with since it was late when we actually got to the room to stay. We kept smelling a gross smell that we thought was the carpet so we sprayed air freshner which we touught helped. This morning we investigated more and found a horrible, nafty foul stain under the mattress cover on the mattress. This was absolutely disgusting.

    Room was clean. The King Bed sucked (this based on the type of mattress I like. FOOD: Hotel has a light breakfast and snacks. The nearest real food is 2.5 miles away down HWY 68. There are some places in and/or around the Airport. I had my own vehicle, so the transportation question what not a question th as that I had. TRANSPORTATION: I did see three or four busses parked hehind the hotel. but not sure of the function of the vehicles.

    ( receptionist) and a housekeeper were great allowing me to get in a little earlier so I could make it to the service at the Kourey Center on time. I love the fact their water was nice and hot because most hotels are just warm no matter how long you let it run. The only thing I disliked was the fact their mattresses were NOT protected in a plastic cover which would prevent bed bugs IF someone brought them there. There were NOT any but a mattress inside plastic would be great so then I wouldn’t have to look to see if there were.

    Luckily we were able get to grab a room here last minute after having to cancel a previous reservation at another facility due to uncleanliness & unsanitary conditions. This LaQuinta location at Triad Center was an answer to our prayers! Clean rooms, crispy cold AC, and conveniences like continental breakfast, indoor pool & gym made our stay comfortable and convenient. Easy parking, friendly staff, pet friendly and clean.     This location we’re not meeting our expectations And we did not want to make our stay any worse than we were already experiencing. The rooms could be much cleaner, the first room they assigned was not even clean or made up. (412) then we ended up in room 414 that rug needs to be shampooed, oh, we didn’t know that they allowed pets and there was a very foul odor that was very uncomfortable.

    This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It was just as good as the first time. The room was very nice. The facilities are well kept and nice. Their breakfast is good. It is a great location. The only complaint I have is the shower door wouldn't stay closed. Probably just needs to be adjusted. Highly recommend this hotel.

    My room had bed bugs. I was bitten over 17 times, not to mention that me and my family was staying there and they gave someone else access to their room. A stranger walked in while they were napping. I incurred medical bills due to an allergic reaction to the bed bugs bites and they have yet to resolve this. This happened on 9/13/2024 room 208.

    Pros, it’s in a convenient location, the front desk staff were really nice, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Cons, the desk chair was dirty with stains, the one wall had something gross & sticky spilled on it, there were lots of used eye contacts thrown on the floor by the head board, the area around the bed was dirty, and the shower head water pressure was weak.     The room wasn’t properly cleaned and the front desk representative was notified. I requested a room change and I was told that all of the rooms were booked. Also, the customers in room above me were loud and bumping.

    Once I booked on the app, I received a text with a quick online check-in and completed all tasks. When I got to the hotel, the attendant handed me my keys, gave me a rundown of the location and services, and said have a good evening!

    I just about froze to death in this room, the thermostat said 78º and it felt like 67º. I booked at the last minute and was given a room on the first floor at the end of the hall near the door. Surprisingly it wasn't loud. The heater fan however was super loud. Most everything else was fine, the bed was clean and comfy.

    Over all the hotel was fine. I reported an issue with my toilet the first morning. They plugged it but did not repair it. I was there on business and was gone until late that evening and came back to a non working toilet. Again reported the next morning. Needless to say that it never got fixed over the 3 nights I was there. I was in a Jr Suite and they said they could not change my room. They did give me a free night but waking up in the night and having to go to the lobby to use the restroom was far from ideal. The front desk was nice but unable to resolve the problem. Otherwise, the hotel was nice.

    We stayed in room 414 which had white paint splattered in many places on the laminate floor, no mirror in the bedroom. We were looking for an ice machine and found where it should be in the hallway but the machine was missing

    James the manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Very good staff manager! The mattress in our room was a bit old and uncomfortable to sleep on.

    We had a smooth check-in and our room was very clean and quiet. The only negative was that at 8:15 in the morning there was no staff member in the breakfast area to wipe down tables and empty the overflowing trash cans. Breakfast itself was adequate.

    This appears to be a brand new property. Everything was clean and tidy inside. The location was great and easily accessible. We went downtown for dinner and it was an easy 10 minute commute.

    The reason for my review is the cleanliness. I found SEVERAL simply dirty areas, including towels. My mattress had a giant dip in it. The floor felt physically dirty, the water pressure was okay but the shower head was so faulty it didn’t matter. The sink was broken, the water temperature was scorching and actually dried my hair out. Hotel is in a great location with good staff as far as customer service/front desk. The cleaning was a bit appalling especially due to the fact I had to be moved from my suite to a regular king to do damage in that room… someone needs to be confirming the rooms are actually clean. No one wants to spend money in this day and age and experience filth. Kudos to the front desk and customer service, they were the best experience of the hotel.

    Only stayed one night while traveling through NC. I will say this hotel was one of the better hotels that allow pets. Most that allow pets are subpar. Breakfast was just okay.

    This one was good. The breakfast was pretty good, and the decor was nice for breakfast. We asked for a non-smoking room, and when we walked into our room we smelled a little cigarette smoke. It did go away eventually. Also, the heater didn’t get very warm. It said one temperature, but it blew out cold air. A little disappointing.

    Weak wifi in room, remote only worked to turn on TV and volume, seemed to be black mold on silicone caulk used to seal rear lower seam of shower, very weak shower water pressure, no ev charger as I selected in filters but that is a hotels.com issue, water stain on ceiling of bathroom that appears to be old, not very personable staff, and temp in room not consistent as you'd be hot then cold and back and forth.

    On the opposite side of the ledger the staff is marginal gifted in knowing much more than checking you in..if I run into a discrepancy in charges the staff are poorly suited to resolve without a manager..a was checked out of my room during a breakfast meal before 10am and items taken out of room before check out at 11 I was charged twice by new employee on my credit card. I understand things happen but the orientation process for the employees may need review

    LaQuinta was easy to access, check in was easy, the room with the king bed had plenty of space for my yoga and the bed was comfortable! I enjoyed my Belgian waffle and eggs for breakfast. I'd stay here again!

    Hotel is amazing. I felt safe during my stay. Lobby is clean with friendly staff. Coffee is 24/7. Rooms are immaculately clean. Bed is comfortable, seems more like laying on a cloud. They have plenty of cable channels to choose from. There’s dove lotion, small bar soap, shampoo, conditioner & gel soap. The shower is large & there’s instant hot water, no waiting required. Plenty of plug ins for phone or computer. Free wifi. Indoor pool (not heated). Free breakfast from 7am-10am.
