    My room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety each day. Right in the center of town, so easy access to wherever you need to go. Very friendly staff.

    Location is great. It across the street from the minor league baseball stadium. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. There was no microwave in the room. That was a bit of a surprise. The only negative was the hot items on the breakfast. The scrambled eggs and sausage were not good.

    First, our room was not ready until 6:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. After a long day of travel, we expected better communication and hospitality from the staff. To make matters worse, the front desk employees were not friendly or welcoming at all. On the second day of our stay, I called the front desk to request a couple of extra towels and asked if it would be possible to have the room refreshed. The gentleman who answered the phone responded by saying, “this is not that kind of hotel,” which I found very rude and unprofessional. In the end, we never received the towels either. In addition, the shower was not properly cleaned upon our arrival, and the AC unit in the room was extremely loud, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. We are very disappointed because Hyatt has always been our preferred hotel brand, and this experience did not reflect the level of service, cleanliness, and hospitality we have come to expect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure future guests are treated with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve.

    Our only complaints are the too soft pillows, not having a microwave in the room, and the smell of bleach upon walking into the room. We knew we would not have the free breakfast as we had to be out at 5:30 a.m. for a skate competition in town so we had packed sausage biscuits to heat. Thankfully we were able to use the one in the lobby but it was inconvenient. It was obvious the rooms were just cleaned as the maid cart was just a few doors down. The bleach smell took your breath away! The smell was horrible and caused coughing but with a little exhaust fan and perfume we made it work! At least we knew the bathroom was clean!

    What a fantastic facility! Was immaculately clean, excellent helpful staff and big room. We were unable to enjoy the rooftop pool that overlooks the ballpark and it was wonderful too. The best thing was the breakfast which was the best I've ever seen. Wonderfully surprised at this hotel.

    Location is great. Receptionists were professional and nice. Breakfast ladies were nice. Room was clean and spacious. I didn't hear other guests which is a plus. I had food at the restaurant and my 5-year-old could make better fries. It tasted like reheated frozen food and it was burned on top. I heard staff talking about other workers. Staff was loud and they were sitting in the restaurant on their phones while guests were eating and drinking there. Unprofessional. Breakfast was not great, but not the worst.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of smiles and polite greetings as we passed the staff. We loved how you needed the room key to activate the elevators and get to your floor it made us feel very safe. It was quiet aside from the construction across the street. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh not like cleaning products.

    Everything was fine. Staff were great. Parking was a little tricky but the premises were very cute. One recommendation would be to update site to reflect that pool is only open on a seasonal basis. Kiddos were looking forward to swimming since it was so warm outside. Overall, I would stay again!

    The hotel tried to charge me a second time after already booking and prepaying for the room. Also I was not told that I was going to have to pay $12 additional for parking which they took $50 off my credit card and they still haven't deducted it it's floating in limbo. I was told the day a check out that they weren't going to charge me for parking but they still have my $50 in limbo it's been over two weeks

    I absolutely love the front desk staff! A big shoutout to Amar for the incredible help and outstanding service. I stayed at the hotel for multiple nights and was disappointed that my room was missed by housekeeping on some days, and fresh towels were not provided consistently. In room 201, the bathroom light on the left side of the mirror was out, and there appeared to be a bleach stain on the chair. Considering the hotel’s premium pricing, I believe issues like these should be addressed and corrected promptly to match the expected standard of service.

    The room was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The king room with a “view” wasn’t really a view. The baseball stadium is across the street but the view provided for us….we wouldn’t have been able to see the game. That wasn’t my purpose for going but felt like we paid for a nice view and it was slightly disappointing.

    This hotel is very clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a great location if you were going to a minor league baseball game as the stadium is right across the street. The parking lot is very secure and access is well controlled.

    Breakfast is always good and the desk staff is friendly and professional. The only issue I had was on Thursday of my stay, we were out of the room for most of the day. When we came bac in the late afternoon, around 2pm, the room was still not done but housekeeping came to do our room. I told the lady that we will be out in 30 minutes and she needs to come back. But when we got back after 8pm, the room was not done at all. This was not good. Our room was available to be cleaned for over 8 hours. Very disappointed.

    I booked this stay through Expedia, and that only made the situation worse. When I reached out for help, neither the hotel nor Expedia was willing to offer a reasonable resolution. Expedia’s customer service was subpar and unhelpful, and getting assistance felt nearly impossible. If something goes wrong with your stay, do not expect meaningful support. This was not a good value, not a pleasant experience, and not what I expect from a Hyatt property. I would not recommend this hotel, and I strongly suggest booking elsewhere—and avoiding Expedia altogether—if you want reliable customer service.

    This is the perfect hotel for traveling with your pet. The area is walkable and safe. There is also a nice pet relief area right outside the front entrance. There were other pets there and you would never know that they are there. It’s a very quiet and clean hotel.

    Hotel staff called me at 11:30am to tell me that they had a water leak and they had technicians there fixing the problem and that they were not taking any early check-ins which was fine by me. While I was on my way to the hotel at 7pm, I was reading emails and was informed by Expedia at 4:30pm that the hotel wasn't able to honor my reservation. Would have been nice it the hotel called me directly like they did to tell me about the water leak! This was very nerve racking finding out so late in the day that I had no place to stay!!

    The front desk employees working there were wonderful. If there was an issue, they would investigate and handle it. I wish I would have gotten her name.. but she was working so hard and remained so polite the entire time. All of the employees i encountered were so nice. The room was large and very clean. The area was very accommodating for me and my small dog. I felt safe taking my dog out for late night potty break. I really appreciated the dog release area at the front of the location. I will stay at this location from now on. Great service! Don’t think about it… just book here. You won’t regret it.

    This was a great hotel for what we needed. Spacious and clean. It always smelled clean no matter where we were in the building. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast ladies kept things clean and always full and coffee hot and were just all around nice. We will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

    I enjoyed my stay at this property. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. I will say that we heard our neighbors TV and I didn’t like the $12 a day for parking. The bartender was nice and made great drinks! The breakfast wasn’t bad either. Overall I would stay here again for sure.

    Good breakfast, nicely presented, with many seating options -- outdoors and indoors. Most staff were gracious, thoughtful, and friendly. Have stayed there before and will again. Only negative thing we experienced was on Saturday morning. It did not reoccur on Sunday morning; at least not while I was eating breakfast. On Saturday, a staff member (perhaps head of House Keeping) was seated at a table near the front desk and in the bar/breakfast area with her radio on communicating regularly and loudly with house keeping staff. The front desk staff member also had a radio on as well. House Keepers radioed as each room was ready and clear for check-in. As things were announced on either radio from either end the communication could be heard throughout the main lobby and eating areas. With 2 radios receiving messages, each announcement was multiplied. In addition, the house keeping "manager" was eating at a table that appeared to be one that was supposed to be for guests. All of this was irritating, unprofessional, rude, and just plain noisy.

    Stayed here with my husband and 2 young kids. Parking on the property is not free but there were lots of street parking around the hotel which we utilized. House keeping was not great, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned multiple times before it was done. Overall the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely book here again.

    This was the first Hyatt we had stayed at in quite a while. The location was great, it was nice having parking as well. The hotel was very nice, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was MEH at best. It was not very good and it was not just me as many people were throwing theirs away. They definitely need to update that. The pots were so hot I burnt my hand trying to take the lid off. The large bowls of yogurt and fruit should be replaced with individual servings. Not a deal breaker, but definitely worth noting. The staff was very friendly. Also we had the option of checking in early but we did not realize there was a $25 charge until after we did it.

    Hotel appears to be fairly new and was in excellent condition. Downtown location is great as it is across the street from the baseball stadium. You can watch a game from the pool area. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good (included some hot items).

    Average hotel but new. Downtown Greensboro is absolutely dead, so not much to see / do in area unless an actual baseball game is happening at stadium.

    Hotel was average, we had accidentally left my daughter’s baby doll. We called back that night and it took offering a reward to get the doll back, because hotel has no lost and found policy and the doll had been thrown in the compactor. I would expect more from the Hyatt.

    I was offered a single. Upon my arrival to the room, it wasn't cleaned. I went back to the front desk and informed them of the condition of the room. Front desk manager immediately began searching for another room. There was a double cancelation on the 5th floor and I was offered the room. Very inconvenience, however staff were professional and came through at the end. Parking was free. Best,

    The room was fine. However, the bathroom more specifically the shower curtain was dirty and had multiple stains that looked like mold. In addition, the bathroom obviously had been painted or something and there were three spots were the paint was either peeling off or patched poorly.

    Had an issue with no mattress covers feel that is unsanitary but was explained by management that they use mattress pads instead of covers the one on our king size bed was not the correct size but immediately changed and made to our satisfaction

    Great place to stay and enjoy downtown Greensboro. I felt very safe with security measures limiting elevator access to guests and the staff were very accommodating. We requested extra sheets and they quickly brought them to our room with additional blankets as well.

    We were able to check in online. Exceptionally personable check in experience even through we arrived after hours on a holiday. Parking was great. Felt very safe. Room was huge with a nice view and very clean. Great breakfast.

    The staff was top-notch - friendly and welcoming. Hotel in good condition but our bathroom had a slow-drain sink and some uneven surfaces. Overlooks Grasshopper Park for minor league ball in season. Great place, would definitely stay again, especially because of the staff.

    The room was okay but needs some attention. From the gross TV remote to the gross shower and slow sink drain, to the mediocre mattress and pillows, I was a bit shocked, given the price per night. The breakfast offerings were good and appreciated. Yet, the scrambled eggs were not from fresh eggs, maybe a powder of some sort.

    Very outdated rooms, although i was told the hotel is fairly new. There are not much dining options within the hotel and the "convenience store" is just a very small space next to the reception, not even a store is more like a convenience wall, with limitted supplies.
