at first I was given the room on the third floor and the door was not working. The front desk changed the room. The second floor room had few problems. When I entered the room, it was so hot. It was 80 temp inside. I sweated a lot. I had to turn it down. I had to get out of the room for a while till its cooler. Three light switches were not working at all. The window screen was broken. I was given the room with handicapped bathroom (sigh). I had to go down to the front desk (third times). I was tired and frustrated!

Staff was friendly Systems down we couldn't check in for 6 hrs, room smelled horrible, the smell of Marijuana was very strong thru halls & elevators, room ok clean, stains on pillows. Health score 91% which was evident by the look of the buffet. Eggs & sausage nit under heat.

The keys did not open the room, and when we went to get help with this issue. We went back to the room and it was already occupied. We had no ice bucket. Asked for n one, but never received. Upon departure, the breakfast was just bagel, toast or fruit. No waffles no juice. I wish thwy would have put up a sign to alert folks.

The pool was out of order, the AC control panel was broken, room wasn’t available at check in and was told to come back later and the young lady wasn’t very pressed or apologetic either. She said they were short staffed so no room assigned at almost 4p.

Overcharged me for room and an additional charge of $34.56 they can't explain and still haven't credited. The manager still has responded. Plus there were roaches in room

Very Nice property with a good breakfast buffet. We used the pool, exercise room and the mini store. Wayne at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home.

I was charged another hotel charge after I had already paid for two hotel rooms from Expedia. The receptionist was awful. Wasn’t friendly, didn’t ask if I was a Hilton rewards member or give us any information about the complimentary breakfast. Another receptionist did fix my rewards when I asked later. I want a refund for the extra charges for the two rooms I booked.

The clerk at the desk was terrible. Kept telling us we didn’t have a reservation. We booked through booking. com. We had a reservation he just didn’t know his own system at the hotel. Terrible experience. Never stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. It was a continental breakfast. The turkey sausage breakfast bagel was already made ( not made to order) they were extremely hard!!! No other meat options. Nothing made to order!!! You need to do better!! I was extremely disappointed!!!

Overall the evening and night staff were amazing but a huge shout out to Wayne! He helped my family be extra comfortable and welcoming as we celebrated my sons birthday in the lobby. Thanks Wayne for all you do!

Good location Dusty/ dirty in the rooms. Extra “blanket” was a itchy duvet cover. No shampoo just conditioner body wash and lotion

I liked where the hotel was located it was safe amount other hotels and what I didn’t like was that the lady’s in charge of the cleaning were really loud early in the morning cleaning other rooms so it was hard for me to go back to sleep!

The sitting area and couch My shampoo was empty, my refrigerator made a load noise on and off and woke me threw the night, my remote for the TV had no batteries, one of the drawers was dirty and shower had pink slime around it.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Trash in hallways, I been biting by a Bed Bug on my leg, leg just healing from the bite.

The price of the hotel was excellent and the quality of room ? I was super impressed with our whole experience from the room, pool, breakfast and staff. You can't find good deals like these anymore!

The property is close to GSO airport, like 10 minutes away. The attendants at the front desk during check-in and checkout were very nice. The room was spacious and clean. My issue was when i booked the room it showed the hotel offered shuttle service to the airport which is one reason i selected it. Upon check-in i inquired about the shuttle times only to be told they haven't had shuttle since covid. So I had to Uber which was not a planned cost, considering the room cost and it took a while to find a driver very early on a Saturday morning. Lyft wanted $68 for a 9 min ride 😬.

Awesome, the receptionist was very friendly and a great help overall. (Tall African guy with glasses and locs) we had great conversations as laughs he was so excited when I told him I had a little one.

I was very excited for my stay at the Home 2 Suites Hilton hotel. However, the Hilton app was difficult to use and did not function smoothly. I had to request new room cards because one of the cards was not working, the digital key did not work at all, one of the bedroom windows shades did not work, so we could not roll the shade up and down. The room was not thoroughly cleaned and sanitized due to their being previous food left in the room, and overall I would not come back and would not recommend. Before checkout we decided to try the Complimentary breakfast, the advertisement showcases 400 different combinations available, however there were very few options, there were bagels with eggs,cheese, and bacon bits, sausage and egg bagels, plain eggs, bagels, and packets of oatmeal. I was very disappointed with my complimentary breakfast.

I paid for a room with a queen bed. I got a room with a double bed. Also the building interior seems to be falling apart. Breakfast is a sham. Disappointing

I frequent Greensboro for business, and required a larger style living accommodations for myself and my Assistants. Evening check in staff was indifferent, and did not make us feel welcome. What I believe to be flirtatious stares from the housekeeping staff will not keep me from speaking in honesty. The housekeeping staff could use a quick refresher course. Dust on top of the refrigerator, dust behind the toilet. Mold in the shower, and the person who had the room prior had covered up the smoke detector for some reason. AM counter girl was attentive and customer service oriented, but that was the exception. Too many options in this price range to take any short on service or cleanliness. I will not be staying here again.

I did not like that the property backed directly up to a neighborhood with old junk in the back yard. When we looked out our window we looked directly into someone’s house and they had a lot of junk outside in their yard, it is probably the worst I have seen outside of my window, ever at a hotel and I have been to a lot of hotels in my lifetime.

How embarrassing to have our commencement speaker stay at the Greensboro location this weekend and have no hot water for either morning of his stay. (He is a seasoned traveler, so navigating the shower faucet was not the problem.) Room was fine. Staff was courteous. But no hot water is kind of a major problem.

This hotel has a bit of a dorm-room feel. The doors allow sound through very easily, so if people were late getting in/early to rise, you could hear everything going on in your hallway. We had booked this hotel specifically for the hotplate amenity they offered, but they were unable to provide us one until our second to last day there.

It was great, however there was old food (an apple and granola bar, so nothing too gross) left in the fridge when I got there. They were very nice when I let them know, and everything else was great.

My husband frequently travels for work and will typically stay at the same hotel for up to 90 days. We will not book here again.

Great hotel. I recommend the 5th floor because people make noise.The blinds are not completely darkening you will still have light coming in the room.There is no tub just shower.small bathroom. Full kitchen. The bed was comfortable but the linens are rough. The blanket on the bed is rough and textured. The pool is limited to 45 min use time per room. Its small but its indoors.no hot tub. The lobby, gym, business center is very nice and comfortable with lots of seating.The snack bar to purchase things is not stocked well and is very limited. The breakfast that is being offered is extremely limited. Things like yogurt, cold buscuits with gravy, breakfast sandwiches etc.The staff is great and is very accomodating.Quick and easy check in and check out process. I needed more pillows and they brought those and they moved me to 5th floor because of the noise above me when i was on the second floor.I was also able to get extended chevkout till 12:30pm.

The hotel was nice at first but as I went to my room, the carpets on all the floors needed a cleaning or replacement. There was a huge spot on my desk chair seat and they seemed to have a hot water issue in the morning.

Elevator attacked my husband and I more than once. A huge party happened two nights with fighting screaming and vomiting. The breakfast food was not good. The sheets, blankets were itchy. Not very clean for being a covid pandemic. The people who worked their were nice. Disappointed that pool was closed and the website didn’t tell us prior.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. I will say that the mattress was really soft and the pull out sofa mattress (which I realize is never great) was so uncomfortable. The efficiency aspect had a fully fridge & mircowave, but unfortunately no hot plate/stove top. This was quite a disappointment. It also didn't have a carrot peeler.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. I will say that the mattress was really soft and the pull out sofa mattress (which I realize is never great) was so uncomfortable. When i arrived, i was greatly promptly by Ryan. He was nice, funny & quickly got me checked in. Also helped me find food, due to the curfew. Rasheeda the night agent. Such a sweetheart! Because of them two, on top of my great experience i will definitely be back!!

Doggie smell and my allergies was really bothering me I started wheezing due to the dog dandruff. They shouldn’t have dogs on every floor. I spent to much money to not enjoy my stay.

I liked the customer service, and the room size. The gym location was perfect. However the bed size seemed smaller than expected.

House cleaning took dirty towels and did not leave any clean towels. Water for bath sink was only a trickle. Overall we were happy with our stay price was a little high.

It was just a very nice place to stay. I wish I had longer to explore.

We loved our stay here. Rooms were great set up and comfortable. Loved the outdoor grill area right outside of the indoor pool. We want to stay here again

The location was ideal for my trip and my needs to be close to the family events. The staff was very friendly and efficient. However, there were some things not quite right about my room. The toilet seat was not anchored down and kept sliding. When I arrived in my room, there was no bar soap for the kitchen, bathroom sink or bathtub. There was no guide for the TV channels for either TV. The lock on my door was loose and the door rattled badly in the doorframe. The bedside clock was broken and would not operate at all; I even tried plugging it into several other outlets that I knew were working. There was no DO NOT DISTURB sign to hang on my door. The morning after I arrived, just after I had gotten up, there was a knock at the door by a staff person asking me if I wanted service in my room that day. I was barely awake! I replied that I didn't want service right at that moment, and I assumed that the room would be serviced later that day. It was not, but fortunately, I had plenty of linens. The breakfast was really good.

Very pleasant stay. The property was off the main highway. Convenient.

Reserved the room days ahead but when got there was told no rooms were guaranteed to be available so just left after driving 12 hours and the staff thrre wsd absolutely rude to me and my wife it was an horrific experience

Breakfast setup very poor. Bottlenecks into tight narrow space; long very slow line.

Great stay for 1 week as we were in the process of moving from one state to another. Breakfast was very good. Service and responsiveness of staff was very good. Units were very well equipped, comfortable and clean.
