Pool was nice, and we were able to visit with local family while enjoying the pool. Breakfast was yummy and the coffee was actually good! Great stay.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean. Despite proximity to airport, minimal air traffic noise. Time breakfast started. We were not able to eat the morning of our last day given that breakfast didn’t start until 7am.

Great attentive staff....clean facility....just noisy on 1st floor at night.

My only real complaint is that the hotel’s location right off the highway seemed to attract a different clientele than I expected. Aside from that experience, the staff truly did a great job making us feel comfortable and resolving the issue promptly.

It was very good, nice selection of food. Only problem was the lids on the chaffing dishes, lids won't stay up by themselves. You need 3 hands to get food on your plate, or a flat place to set your plate while holding the lid up and dishing up food on your plate. Sèe comments above.

The breakfast bar was pretty good! Several food choices! No complaints! Very clean establishment, close to many places! My only complaint is receiving a call from the Assistant GM saying I needed to give him my credit card information over the phone , because the card I used did not go through! Also if I didn’t give him another card, my room would be canceled! This made no sense, seeing that I had already prepaid for this room more than two weeks before. The card he said I used, wasn’t even a card that I own ! Seemed very shady! I called back up there and ironically this was a mix up! Lastly the housekeeper tried to barge in my room at 9! Thankfully I had the chain on the door!

Room was clean, but was more impressed with the free shuttle to High Point Market, and the take and go snacks and cold drinks in the lobby, and the breakfast options. Was a very nice stay.

Everything was great! When my child left her Phone in the room after we checked out, I received a call from the front desk about it. We were able to turn around and get the phone back! There was nothing that I disliked about the hotel. Please let the staff know to keep up the great work! Please don't change anything that you are currently doing!

They set the fire alarm off early in the morning and disturbed my sleep it was no fire and everyone acting like nothing happened I had little children with me I'm not satisfied with this kind of behavior at all

Is hotel was super clean and well stocked for our needs. It was quite and appropriate for me and my son to get a good nights rest. The bathroom had full sized shampoo and condition plus body wash to make traveling easier for us. The staff was polite and friendly.

I love the hotel and staff. I have stayed here for 4 years 2x a year. This year breakfast was disappointing. I have always enjoyed the oatmeal and pancakes with yogurt because I don’t eat meat.

It was clean and the room was spacious. Early checkin was a great perk since we arrived early. Breakfast was very nice too. Surprised the pool was closed since it’s still so hot.

It was on regional road. I lived in Greensboro for 24 years and never remember that area being elite by any means but it's continued to go downhill. Feels odd as it is close to a red roof motel and a motel 6. Outside of that it was fine. Breakfast was okay nothing too out of the ordinary for a place like that.

After waiting over an hour past the check in time waiting for our room to be “ready” even though about ten-fifteen others family came checked in and were able to go to their rooms, we remained patient and waited….. the day of our checkout while we were downstairs eating breakfast while my husband stayed back in bed sleeping and even though check out is at 11, the cleaners walked right into the room while he was asleep ready to clean at 9 am. They opened the door with their key and walked right in, he thought it was us coming in and asked us how breakfast was and that’s when they realized they room was still being occupied. The breakfast tasted great but there was only one person taking care of the breakfast and it was definitely felt, she was very upset the food kept running out and towards the end of my breakfast people were coming back to the tables with empty plates. And I’m not too sure how our room took longer then needed to be “cleaned” because as we left I asked my kids to check under the tables and beds to ensure nothing was getting left behind and they found Cheetos in the corners and we never took chips in the room. So there’s that.

Everything that we needed for our stay in Greensboro. Safe and close to airport and High Point University where we were visiting. Would and will highly recommend to anyone coming to the area for High Point University visits. Will definitely stay for future visits to campus.

They had a fire & alarm at midnight... But handled well.. still tho spoiled the experience a bit ..

This was an excellent place to stay after visiting pilot mountain state park on our way to the beach. The staff was amazing, very attentive and friendly. They kept the place very clean at all times and helped quickly with any needs or requests. I would stay here again for sure!

They didn’t have any pancakes at breakfast since the machine didn’t work. The boys were excited about pancakes. The pool is very small, nice, but small.

We stayed in the larger double queen room and it is probably one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in, even compared to high end hotels. Wish other hotels had similar rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable too. Icing on the cake was the breakfast spread which was quite extensive for a hotel without a restaurant. Definitely would stay here again!

Our stay was great! The only issue I had was that they need a better system for late check out. We had late check out until 1:00pm and 4 different housekeepers knocked on my door from 11:00-12:45. Other than that things were great!

Side note, over time, hotels fall from great track records to lower numbers. This hotel can remain clean and tidy as long as management encourages staff and maintains their excellent track record.

Having two kids and drove for 10 hours and hear that was not something we were expecting. Our room was nice and clean, but the A/C didn't seem to be working correctly. There was a lot of construction going on as they were rennovating.

It was great ... comfortable and stylish yet cozy and spacious. The room was very clean and the bathroom was as well. It had extra towels and a very bright light which was great for applying make-up. I loved that it had Dove products and it was better than the small ones other hotels leave in there. All in All it was a great time and will definitely book again!

I think that the airport shuttle should be schedule to accommodate travelers leaving before 8 am. There shuttle went from 8 am to 10 pm. The shuttle was part of the reason I chose that specific hotel.

I loved the property. The renovations were beautiful. Staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our only issue was the bathroom door is extremely difficult to get out of in room 213. A family member had to help me out of the bathroom twice because I wasn't strong enough to open the door!

Great place to stay and very good breakfast. The ladies who prepared the food and greeted guests were super kind and friendly. How nice to be made to feel so welcome! Free cookies upon afternoon arrival. Hope to stay again soon.

Terrible check in process. They said a card I used to book was declined and then gave me a completely random card number as the one that was used. I showed my Expedia confirmation with the last 4 of the card that I actually used to book and they said they still couldn’t honor my reservation without charging my card again through their own system. So I will likely have to spend time tomorrow arguing with customer service to get my money back. Also, we received two full beds instead of 2 queens. We had to use the pull out couch but had to carry up the sheets ourselves and put them on ourselves. There was a comb and crumbs inside the pull out couch. Finally, we asked for water and we’re told there are no water fountains and they do not provide a water station for guests, so we had to buy a bottle of water. So far I am nothing but irritated with this stay.

Construction means materials and noise circulating throughout the building. This is still a good hotel.

There is nothing wrong with the property, it was the booking experience with Expedia. i searched for a pet friendly hotel and selected this hotel from the options presented. i booked a king-sized suite which would have been on the 2nd floor. When I checked in i was told the guests with a dog can only get a room on the 1st floor. As a result, there were no king-sized rooms on the 1st floor. I had to accept a regular room with 2 queen beds. It is a much smaller room and less expensive. Since I booked through Expedia, the hotel could not give me the lower rate. In addition, I was charged an additional $75 for a pet fee. I thought that was included in the Expedia rate since I searched for and selected a pet friendly room. Based on this, I will not be booking through Expedia in the future unless I am credited back the difference in the room rate plus the $75 pet fee I was charged. I will call hotels in the future so that I know exactly what I will be charged and what room options I have. If someone would like to call me to discuss this, I can be reached at 914-954-2473.

We found this hotel to be a good value with a newly renovated room.

For the most part it was ok. We requested a shuttle pick up for 5:45. The shuttle arrived around 6:25. We had a early flight. I called about the shuttle several times before booking your hotel. I was told it would not be a problem. Very dissatisfied with this service.
