Adequate parking and excellent checkin staff. The rooms were recently upgraded and had a new feel about them. Very family friendly. The breakfast area is run by an Eva Braun type. Stiff, suspicious and unfriendly. Keeps the silverware behind the counter as a way to monitor the guest dining. Uncomfortable.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable but we still had a good night sleep. The hotel was very quiet and staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet didn’t include pancakes or waffles which was a bummer but over the continental breakfast was good. They do offer a menu to order from for additional price. I would definitely recommend

The 12 pm checkout time was really great The lobby has a good vibe but the bar area is too bright, and harsh the lights should dim in the evening.

The room was clean, friendly sraff, I saw others walking their dog. I felt like 15.99 for breakfast was a little much.

The room was perfect, very clean. Only downfall is they had no extra pillows and the pullout bed was extremely flat and uncomfortable

The room was huge, enough beds to sleep 6. It was clean as was the entire building. Great staff who was very attentive. Really not enough good things could be said about this Hilton and I’d stay again if needed.

Room was a decent size to share, front desk staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The location was close to many restaurants.

The hotel and bathrooms was very clean. The staff at the front desk (at all hours) were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. The lady overseeing the breakfast on Friday morning was a little rude to a couple guests who were trying to figure out what was included and what wasn't and she seem irritated for no reason because everyone was being pretty nice and understanding with her answers. My own personal issue with no daily housekeeping was challenging because the trash cans are extremely small, and I prefer fresh washcloths daily. Having to hunt for towels and let trash accumulate for 2.5 days was annoying.

Stay was great. Especially Tim the bartender. We talked for quite awhile and discussed our move from Oregon to NC. The only negative thing I would have to say is, the lady who ran the breakfast bar on 10/03-10/04 was incredibly rude. The rest of the staff was GREAT.

Check-in was easy, workers were very nice. Room was very clean, shower was clean. It was nice having a mini fridge and microwave. Both were clean. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

The stay was nice. Front desk staff, housekeeping and maintenance were attentive, accommodating and very helpful. Their great service made up for poor service I received the last morning I was there. I decided have breakfast there instead of making a stop on the way home. The lady manning the front of the breakfast buffet basically pounced on me like I was trying to steal breakfast. She was rude and disrespectful.

The worst part was service. I woke up to find no coffee podsfor the coffee machine - only tea. I saw a maid outside my room so I asked her for some. She could not speak or understand English at all! She needed me to speak j to her phone for a translation and then still couldn’t understand. I am wondering. If she was even legal. Staff should be able to u see stand and speak English in the US. I ended up having to go downstairs to get coffee.

When I first arrived, the staff was so friendly and helpful. In fact, the Front Desk knew who I was by name and they were so helpful. The room was excitedly clean and spacious. My view was amazing. Will definitely return.

I brought my daughter and her friends for a sleepover to celebrate her birthday. They enjoyed the hotel and the family community area downstairs provided room for them to paint a canvas. The pool area was a bonus for the stay as well.

Enjoyed staying here, the room was very spacious, clean and up to date appearance. The bed was very comfy. There were a lot of stores and eateries close by so if needed to make a quick store run, it was no problem.

This was not a pleasant experience. The service regarding the front desk personnel was terrible. Many time it is not staffed. Waiting up to 10 minutes for someone to show up. Walking by or going down to front desk was rarely occupied by a hotel staff member. Not pleasant at all. This hotel location is not somewhere I will go again.

We spent the night after the Gold over America Tour to see the Olympians. The hotel was easy to find, clean, and well-suited to take on the other gymnast enthusiasts who did the same. The morning breakfast looked delicious, but we took advantage of the coffee bar on the way out. The staff was very polite and even tolerated some aspiring Olympians doing tricks down the hall.

The individual who tended bar and served the tables in the evening was exceptional.

Nice property…across from a Waffle House and buffet spot….they also serve breakfast $14.99 pp…looks like it also may serve after breakfast also but I was there for a concert so we were in and out and ate at other places…..be in early to get good parking….nice and friendly staff….rooms nice no problem there…I was trying to touch all points I look for in reviews so I hope I helped

I stay at this hotel regularly and have consistently had great check-in service, restaurant service, and bar service.

Dealing with customer service is not the best . Someone stole Me wifes charger , when she tried to retrieve it I had to call . It should of not come that I had to call .

Great hotel

The rooms were updated and clean. During our stay there was a large group of teams/kids and the staff did a great job of allowing the team to enjoy their stay while respecting the other guests. Property is in a good location about 10-15 minutes from downtown Greensboro.

Stay was good overall. Rooms were spacious (Jr. Suite). Location closer to main area (food, Walmart, target etc). The only complaint was the pool!!! We went for a swim didn’t get in due to a layer of hair on top of the pool!!! My husband noticed it didn’t look like it had been circulating. Other than that front desk was very nice. Didn’t eat we were busy! Would stay again, just clean that pool!

Good location convenient to all my needs

Several hairs in shower…unacceptable. This hotel was more expensive, with smaller shower/bathroom/no fan, and did not include breakfast (big disappointment).

The layout of the room was well done. I also appreciated having an individual microwave and mini-frig. The room was spacious and clean. I plan to stay at that hotel every time I visit the Greensboro area.

I have stayed here numerous times with no problem. This particular time our room had ants. The room they move us to had toilet problems (Flushing). Attendant didn’t seem to practically care. Did the minimum I guess.

Hotel was great, convenient location for lots of restaurants and fast food. It’s also located right off the highway which was easy to access. The rooms were very clean. The only negative was that I had requested a crib during check in for our one year old baby but we’re told by the front desk they only had 1 and it was in use. I understand they are first come first served but only having 1 seems quite inadequate. Needless to say, my baby nor I got much sleep without her having a crib. The front desk offered extra blankets which I used to make a bed on the floor. It was very frustrating as I’ve never had a hotel not have a crib available and we were unable to travel with a portable crib.

Overall pleasant stay. Obviously hotel had overpriced beverages. But they are still reasonable and great.

I had paid for my room through hotels.com and got confirmation of paying. When I got to hotel I was made to pay again. I was told that the charged that I had already paid was just to hold the room. But my bank had already been charged. When I made it known to the front desk clerk the next morning once I looked at by online acct. that I had been charged twice the manager made it seem as if I was lying and that she had to get it straight with hotels.com or I was going to have to call them. Then the manger decided to call expedia to try to get it straight and I was told she would get in contact with me by the end of the day or the next day. I'm waiting for her phone call. Because I refuse to pay twice I will take this further if I have too. This makes me not want to book through hotels.com or stay at that Hilton any more if they can't see on their screen if a patron has already paid or not and makes them pay again and then they have a hard time getting refunded.

We were VERY disappointed in this hotel. It was under construction and that was not advertised to us. We paid a VERY high rate and stayed in the older part of the hotel. The bathroom was very dated and neither one of us wanted to shower there. There was rust everywhere in the bathroom. We tried to get a new room but they were booked up. It was so GROSS and not worth the high rate. We would like a refund for our trouble, it was awful.

Even though the hotel was not full, we received a room facing the highway and it was very very noisy at night with horns and racing engines.

When I went up to te front desk for checking the person working gave me an attitude because I was a minor (I was not checking in I was just waiting for my parents). The towels had stains, the bed sheets smelled dirty, the rooms were musty. We only booked the rooms for one night but we got charged for two nights (We checked in Friday night and checked out Saturday morning at 8). Overall it wasn’t the best hotel and The ambiance was not good and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This place is not worth $250 a night. This only plus is the location. It is close to everything that you want and need.

Property was clean and inviting as always. I have stayed at this location a few times for various occasions. So this last visit we are battling hurricane Ian, I usually travel with a small dog.... as a positive response to Hurricane Ian, pet fees were waived. Cannot express the gratitude enough. This location has always been clean, responsive and dedicated to customer service in its truest form
