Four Points by Sheraton Greensboro Airport

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Mainly because the staff was so accommodating and extremely cool. Rooms were clean and kept up. My only issue was the tvs in the rooms. We had to change rooms because the tv had no signal and the second room was really fuzzy. Other than that we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again! I can’t stress how great this staff is!

The property was clean. My bed was very comfortable, but my shower had somebody blonde hair balled up in a hair ball on the floor and hair throughout the shower. That was gross and disappointing after a long day and evening out and all we wanted to do was step into a clean shower

Great clean place to stay with wonderful staff

Unfortunately we had no hot water for the first 24 hours of our stay. The tv channels did not work because it’s internet tv and the signal was poor. The WiFi did not work well in general. The elevator was broken for the first part of a day and it is the only one. The staff told us the GM was out for personal reasons and could not assist us. The hot water was fixed eventually. They would not provide a refund or discount to our hotel cost.

The staff was very nice but unfortunately there’s only one elevator and it wasn’t working one night and we had to take cold showers because their hot water heater wasn’t working.

I didn't do breakfast. Not because its like 10 bucks, i just didnt. My only issue was the tv in my room because it kept losing signal and going blank. I guess it was the signal. Very frustrating. Everything else was fine.

We’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and as always, staff was friendly n helpful, rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. It’s conveniently located to multiple places and/or highways to get where we needed to go quickly. Will stay again.

Great location and stay. The only disappointment was that we stayed here because they had an outdoor pool which was not open and there website did not say that, it was closed so I was extremely disappointed because we flew in a day before so we can enjoy one relaxing day in the sun before our travel plans took over. My advice just call to make sure on any site about the pool. Evidently this one didn’t think it was important.

The staff was friendly. The hotel itself is a nice hotel based on location. However, the rooms are in need of an overhaul. It seems like the room that i was given was not used in a long time. The bedspread had holes. The couch was slightly dusty on the arms. When we first turned on the shower, the water came out brown. We had to let the water run until it was clear. Also, the closet door was off the hinges.

The room was clean, we didnt use the laundry service. It was nice that they offered complimentary coffee throughout the day. We didnt purchase the breakfast buffet. Our shower had two bottles of shampoo and one conditioner. No body wash. There is no daily room service so we had to go to front desk for and items needed. Staff was friendly and overall hotel was clean.

Suits basic need for a place to stay at a reasonable price for the area. Large enough room, pretty clean, decent atmosphere, good working air conditioning. B-fast buffet had enough choices for $10.

Clean room friendly staff

Clean room you can tell it was renovated some flooring was loose innthe bathroom and the showe gel was empty but the room and beds were comfortable for a night stay.

The hotel is very nice and clean, although we had a few misfortunes during our stay. The elevators were being renovated so we had to use the stairs. Upon check in, the gentlemen informed me that he sent an email but while traveling, I hadn't checked it so this was the first we heard it. A phone call would have been better. (I later found the email in my spam folder) But it was fine so we stayed anyways. The room was clean but our toilet kept over flowing for some reason. A kind gentlemen came up quickly to take care of it. The TV remote was not responding, but the front desk clerk was kind enough to come up to check it out and gave us another one to use. The breakfast was hot and everything was fresh. Even with all the mishaps, I would stay here again but hope my next experience will be better.

The property is clean enough but the room furnishings are old. The room itself was clean and provided plenty of liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner and lotion. There isn’t much room to walk in front of the beds so I kept walking into the big wood box frame that surrounds the bed. I slept ok but the pillows are not very comfortable. The elevator was not working during my stay. They offered a free buffet breakfast but there was too much grease to eat it.

It started off with a little hiccup because my room was not actually cleaned as they thought it was, but the hotel staff more than made up for it by providing a spotless room, which was very big and I’m sure, an upgrade. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and I felt very comfortable. I would definitely return.

Toilet in room was loose and took 45 minutes for tank to fill up between flushes in which was alerted to staff twice and was told maintenance would fix it, they never showed up. The shower was hot, however the water barely trickled, i was told maintenance would come look at it. I had to have my key card reset twice a day, because they constantly failed and stopped working. Staff were friendly but never ensured follow through with my concerns. I never one received housekeeping and had to go get my own trashbags for my room. I asked the front desk for towels they said they'd send housekeeping to bring towels but not one person showed up so i dried off with the makeup washcloth. Service there has a lot to be desired. It was a quiet place to sleep the 4 nights so that's a plus. My room phone did not work either.

The room was very nice and spacious. Very clean. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows not so much. I am not a fan of the feathery pillows that flatten and do not provide neck support. If I book a stay here again, I will make sure to bring my own pillow. I will consider this hotel again in the future.

One staff was not friendly. Refrigerator had to be replaced due to lack of defrosting. Breakfast I paid for when booking 9.95 a day was not good. Everyday it was as if the food was recycled from previous days, paid for 6 days I only ate 2 of the 6 days

As soon as you walk in your agreed with such a good smelling lobby. I don’t know what fragrance it was, but it smelled fantastic. The staff was very friendly. The room was spotless. Sitting on the balcony and watching planes land was by far the highlight of the night.

The stay was fine. We were there for 12 hours to sleep and shower before my sisters funeral. But I was charged twice by the hotel. Once for the deposit (that still hasn't been refunded) and once for a charge no one can seem to find. I've been in contact with Expedia and they keep asking for the same screenshot of the charges that were previously sent to them. This has been a headache trying to obtain a refund for a charge I didn’t incur. I don't recommend booking with this hotel or through Expedia for that matter. The savings are not worth the headache.

The rooms are a little run down (at least the two we were in trying to get a working tv and phone). Staff was great. Couldn't get any network stations according to staff it was because their occupancy was high. We were overall dissapointed.

This is the 2nd time this has happen with the hotel. Both time I booked thru a 3rd party (a different one). The only reason I'm rated it a 3 is Michael was nice. I have stayed with you at least 3 to 4 times a month. Always using a 3rd party do to discounts I get through them. The room was severely neglected! I really because i had a puppy we were given the worse room in the whole hotel! We paid the same as any other guest , we just happen to have a fur baby! We were given a room thst was seculded from all the other rooms, and it smelled terrible! The sink had crud all under the edge of it! I thknk they feel like no one is going to look in those areas but i do!!!!!! I wasted water on the floor and used a towel to wipe it up and the towel was brown!!!!! That just ruined my stay because it made me question the cleanliness of everything else in the room! I could wait until morning to check out! Then to add insult upon injury, that crazy $100 pet fee for 1 night!!!!! Most places live stayed it was only $25 a night!!!! I will NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR ANY HOTEL OFFILIATED WITH Y'ALL!!!!!! EVERYONE SHOULD GET EQUAL TREATMENT IF THEY HAVE A PET OR NOT!!! IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE ROOM DESIGNATED FOR THOSE WITH PETS AT LEAST MAKE SURE IT'S NOT AMELLING LIKE URINE AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE FOR THE NEXT PERSON!!!! We had a great experience until 2am when a staff member beat on a door for over an hour over and over and over. She woke our entire room up to the point we left at 3am and drove home.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Minor issue with the TV that had to be reset by staff any time we wanted to use it but that’s not a major issue.

Check in was very easy. The person that greeted and checked me in was very nice and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. My stay was quick, so I was unable to take full advantage of everything. The area was quiet and close to shopping/dining. I would recommend this hotel to others.

1st , WiFi only free only if you join members reward. Secondly, breakfast was not free, I was charged for it. Thirdly, room smelled musty. Housekeeping only came once during my 3 night stay. Had to call front desk to have someone make bed and take the used towels. I was very disappointed on this trip. Will not be visiting Four Points again.

There was also a moment when we got locked out of the room in a weird way. The hoop latch caught on to the protruding hook and locked the door from the inside on the way out. We told them about it and they came to our assistance really quick and also had a tool for it solving that problem in less than 10 minutes.

The staff gave us breakfast for the weekend and busting their humps to make sure we were taken care of. Michael, Rosa and Ms. Nikki are amazing and they took great care of us despite all the stuff we went through. Jerry the assistant manager was very rude to us when we told him about our problems and brushed us off like we weren't important. We're it not for Michael and Rosa, we would have left that morning... The room my family and I were given had the door cracked open and tv on which was alarming. Once safely inside we were met with a freezing room and realized the issue… the door did not shut. We requested another room and were once again met with frigid temperatures in the room, but this time a shower that looked like it had never been cleaned. Being exhausted, we simply covered the shower floor with towels, took our showers and went to bed, but we will never return to this hotel. We only selected this hotel based on ratings, but the ratings were inflated.

Overall great stay, was there for one night but hotel was updated and room was clean. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Only issue I had, which was minor was the bathroom toilet took an extremely long time for the tank to refill, so the noise from the water filling lasted a good 20 mins. It wasn't a major issue, and I could barely hear it over the television, but it was there.

Called down for a hair dryer in morning and had to wait … front desk could have told me to check that it was hanging behind the bathroom door - in a room by myself so never closed the door. I didn’t think to look there after I had checked everywhere else in the room. Just an fyi for future questions about that if anyone cannot find one and didn’t look there. Fairly clean except for what looks like black mold around an outlet in the wall with the window after closer inspection. At first it looked like there had been a fire around the outlet until I looked closer. The staff is the standout here. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. (Except for the tip to check for the hair dryer hanging on the back of the bathroom door. 😉)

The hotel is convenient to the airport and the staff was super friendly, the food/bar service was good and food was well made. However, for the price I would expect better. My room smelled like spoiled milk and felt damp. The shower was not clean and the room itself was run down. Needs some TLC.

Upon arrival at hotel front desk staff person greeted me with a smile and made conversation as she checked me in. The room was very clean, no odors in building only the wonderful smell of fresh popped popcorn! Everything from booking this stay on Expedia to pickup to check in was very smooth! Thank you!!

It would have been 5 stars but from day one, the coffee in the room was decaf.. Iasked about getting regular coffee and they said it was downstairs. Not for nothing, I start my day off early with coffee and don’t much care about going down from the 5th floor for coffee when I wake up. Alison the bartender, waitress,cook was amazing. Very nice lady but the prices were a bit outrageous.

The hotel had a weird smell. The rooms and hallways need to be renovated. Upon entry the room was hot and smells. You can see but the finishing this hotel only got a new paint job. Very disappointed for this to be affiliated with Sheraton and Marriott. Staff was very nice, helpful and professional. Overall, I would not book again.

The paint was missing in several areas, neon on green area in shower which was odd as well as the shower floor looking disgusting.

This hotel was a perfect stopover while traveling. We needed a clean, safe place to stay and a good night’s rest—and this hotel delivered. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which is always appreciated when you’re exhausted and checking in late. Simple, comfortable, and reliable for a short stay.

Only concern was the fire alarm went off at 2am, we had to evacuate the hotel. However, was informed by the hotel desk clerk that firefighters were on the way, then she informed us we could return to our rooms.

There was hair in the shower and dust on the telephone and light fixtures, not what I expected at all!! Also, I needed a dolly to bring in my bags, and they didn't have any available... I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again, I'd rather pay more for a better hotel next time!!

Pet friendly

My son and I stayed one night during a home renovation. The website and my reservation confirmation both said "Free Breakfast". After checking in we were told there was Breakfast for purchase. We needed to get to school and thankfully, there is a Dunkin Donuts nearby but for as much as we paid for the room, Juice and cereal don't seem too much to ask? There are lots of choices in the area for similar price that include breakfast, so look elsewhere. Also, the bedframe corners are killers, we all have bruised shins as souvenirs!!

The beds were comfy, the pillows were plentiful, the tv was huge, and the AC worked great. I slept well. The shower needed some attention. The shower pan is stained gray and the square thing the faucet was on, was lopsided and loose. The only thing holding it on was the faucet itself. I would not use that shower without shower shoes because I'm not certain if that was staining or dirt.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The bar area is simply amazing.

We split our trip to the beach in half and this is our usual stopping point. Always easy to get into off the interstate. The staff is the best, very friendly and they always ask if we need anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The value is great, so we look here for availability first when we travel.

Check in was easy. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. The bed was more comfortable than most hotels I have been to. I travel a lot for work and I would come back.

The patio area was so relaxing and comfortable and the daily deals at the bar that you cant beat. The rooms was so clean and the beds was so fluffy and soft. I like the hide away refrigerator.

Rooms were filthy ! I had to be changed to two different rooms . Four points should be shamed ! I wish I could upload the photos taken. Unbelievable. However must Mr. Brown and his leadership tried to make do with what they could given the circumstances. Nonetheless DO NOT stay at this hotel

Most hotels have more toiletries in the bathroom like shower caps etc the wall in the bathroom needs painting seems like it had previous water damage. But overall my experience was good

The items in store, snacks,soda etc was alittle pricey.

Perfectly good hotel - nothing special but meets the basics

The property leaves much to be desired. First, I was put into a room that should’ve been left for somebody with special needs. When I went to the front desk and said this, they said “this is the only room we have left”. I felt very bad taking the room, as the room didn’t suit me and should’ve been used for somebody else. Secondly on the last day when I went back to my room and tried to use the key card, the lock turned to red and I couldn’t get back into my room. After several tries by hotel staff and making new key cards they ultimately had to call the general manager to have them come and replace the batteries of the key card lock. It took management over 90 minutes to replace the batteries for me to get back into my room. I missed a Zoom meeting and was late to my subsequent meetings. I probably will never go back to this hotel as they’re way more options in the area. I hope things improve.

Overall my stay at this hotel was good. The in-room fridge was a little loud but I know there’s not much that can be done about that. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but manageable to sleep on. The staff was amazing. Very welcoming and professional. All in all I would stay here again.

Dinner in restaurant was expensive and not good. The bathroom door handle is backwards and doesn't close properly. The shower faucet was crooked but worked fine. There was no shampoo .
