The property is clean and has breakfast each morning. It is convenient to activities in the area.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was full, delicious breakfast which included french toast, bacon, eggs with muffin, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, toast, bagels, pastries, cold cereal, many toppings for the oatmeal such as brown sugar, candied pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, craisins, raisins, dark chocolate chips, granola, coconut, etc. There was also a coffee and tea station and juice fountain.

Dead bed bugs in room, had to change room immediately. Toilet seat kept coming off partially or totally - the crappy old plastic hinges are a safety hazard.

Suite had plenty of room for three of us. Room was clean. We did not have our room cleaned during our stay but housekeeping was ready to fulfill our needs/requests. Complimentary breakfast was as one would expect.

Our stay was great , the only issue we had was at 445 AM the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate . Fortunately we were awake , showered and ready to head to airport for our flight home. We will definitely stay with them again when we are in the area to visit family

The pool was closed for maintenance, but since the weather was cold, that did not really affect our stay. The only downside was that the elevator was a little slow and slightly unsettling with how long it took to go from one floor to another. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

My stay was amazing. The room was clean. The staff were very polite. I enjoyed the room temperature and it was easy to adjust. Parking was always available and convenient. The parking lot was also very clean and safe.

The accommodation itself was excellent. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel created a relaxing environment that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food options available. The dishes were flavorful and satisfying. However, there is some room for improvement. The scrambled eggs could be enhanced in terms of texture, warmer and taste, and it would be wonderful to see cut fresh fruits included as part of the breakfast spread to add a lighter, healthier option. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire team for the great service and comfortable accommodation!

The hotel staff were friendly, professional and the cleaning staff did a great job. Bed was very comfortable. Roll-shower and accommodations for wheel chair was much appreciated. Breakfast was very good. Parking was very good. Lobby was clean and decor inviting.

I was glad to onownthe hotel takes guests safety seriously and made sure alarms worked properly and Greensboro's finest fire fighters arrives swiftly, doing anfull checknof the hotel and the source to insure all issues were resolved. I felt safe and secure.

room was in good condition and clean. check in not so friendly- they have a LOT of rules and almost seem disappointed when you have the correct charge card . They must get a good deal of vagrant customers because we were told by email, text, voice and voice over that they needed a credit card not a debit card to hold the room! Even prepaid rooms. I travel a lot for business and this is never a concern elsewhere. Trying to get my room cleaned and fresh towels took checking in and checking out to trigger it. OTHERWISE the breakfast was suitable, and service great and the cleaners were friendly and accomodating

We checked in and went to our room. We did not find the accommodations to be of the standart that we would expect of a Marriott, so we did not stay. In general, the room was of a low grade and needed to be refurbished.

Our experience was good. Staff at the desk and the nice lady who prepared the breakfast were very courteous and professional. The room was clean, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed in the room was comfortable. Thankfully, the hotel was quiet.

Room was clean and large with a convertible couch. Bathroom is basic and functional. Bed was great and my number one priority is a king size, firm mattress. Pillows were good too, which is often not the case. Room was quiet and I didn't hear any hallway noise.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a king two room suite and it was very nice for the price we would definitely stay again and would recommend anyone looking for a decent room at a fair price to stay.

No towel service in two days. Breakfast was not good. The pancakes were hard and dry, the sausage was tasteless (not caramelizad), and the texture of the eggs was peculiar. However, the staff was friendly.

Breakfast was very fresh and a good variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially when I came in late on my first night. Came in around 12 and the front desk gave me a menu to some late night pizza place. Perfect spot. Close to downtown Greensboro. Great parking area. The room was large and had a lot of space.

The room was clean but the pillows were so uncomfortable that I slep poorly. For $202 per night I expected more comfort. Will try somewhere else next time.

Breakfast was great, but eggs weren't very hot.

We sent a message on the first night requesting additional pillows, however the message wasn't answered. I went to the front desk the next morning and asked for pillows and advised they could then disregard the message, they finally responded at that point. The pool was advertised as heated, however it was freezing. There was a fire alarm that went off at 2:00 am on Sunday, we had to evacuate the room but there was no direction or communication from the hotel regarding the cause. Our tub drain wouldn't shut, to hold water. Our sink drain wouldn't lift, we manually had to move the silver piece underneath the sink. The hotel was clean, other than the stuff mentioned above it was an okay stay.

Arrived at 9 pm.. got settled/ unpacked and tried taking a shower...but NO Hot water.. had to repack and move the family up to 3rd floor.

It was a very nice and clean hotel, 2 free waters in our fridge was lovely.

It was amazing, front desk was incredibly patient and helpful 👌 the breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean. Made the trip for my concert all the more worthwhile .

The refrigerator is so small you can't fit a full size takeout container and sits so low it may as well be on the floor. The microwave is in the same low profile cabinet, too low and difficult to access.

The hotel is newer and very clean. It is near a shipping strip and many low cost restaurants. The clerk was efficient but spoke in a mumble and I didn’t understood most of what she was saying.

The property and rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were so kind! I appreciate the complementary water and the breakfast was excellent. While we only stayed one night, it was the best hotel we’ve had in months. If we ever have to come back to Greensboro, we’ll for sure stay here again.

I did not like the hall wall papering going on outside my room. TVchoices were hard to access and few They need ROKU TV's

The room itself was nice, but they made it that you have to pay for WiFi for any streaming services. Considering we have an infant that watches videos that was an absolute pain so we used our phones as hotspots. The first two days we were there the breakfast was not really good at all. On Sunday the breakfast was pretty decent, but they ran out of fruit and when asked them they pretty much said they had no more and oh well.. Considering we’ve stayed with them before and it wasn’t like this I’m not sure what happened, but they went down hill pretty bad.

5 day stay. Breakfasts were great. There were lots of renovations happening. We picked this hotel due to indoor pool. Even phoned 2 weeks before booking to make sure the pool would be open during dates of our stay and was told it would be. When we arrived, the pool was closed. The desk personnel said at the time we phoned the pool would have been open. We specifically asked about the pool on dates we would be staying and wouldn't have booked w/a closed pool. Besides that, I would stay again if pool was open.

First of all when I booked this hotel the day of for a family emergency, the construction and remodeling was not advertised. I did not find out until after checkin. When I arrive after 24 hrs of travel, and nearly midnight- the hotel smelled from wall paper glue and adhesives. I could/would not rebook at that point due to exhaustion. I told them I was there for a family emergency and may need to extend if they were not sold out. Well NO WAY. In the morning I rushed off to the hospital. After spending the entire day and evening at the hospital, I went to the hotel. Only to have to walk through shredded debris, down my corridor and outside my booked room. The adhesive scent was horrendous. I could not get to sleep. Thought of checking out but didn't, due to exhaustion . At 6 AM i got an emergency call from the hospital to get over there. It was also checkout day. I had no time to request extension and literally stayed homeless and slept in the hospital room of my family member for the rest of their admission. There was no way I would extend. I even showed the hospital pictures of the debris. They said they would be sure not to recommend a stay here anytime soon.

Right in the middle of all the shopping. Walking distance from a buffet and a diner. The kids loved it here. Our shower curtain was not the right fit so water was all over floor after every shower. Overall it was a nice hotel with great staff. We would definitely stay again.

I had a very nice stay, Fairfield Inn hotels have always been one of my favorite hotels. The staff are always pleasant, and willing to be of assistance.

Overall, our stay was good. However, the heating/ac or something in our room, intermittently made loud thumping noises. We did not sleep well as a result

We experienced issues. Received a message that if we did not call them back by 3:00 on Thursday all our luggage etc would be removed from our room. They said we were only booked for one night and our card was declined. We called the credit card company and they said it was suspicious activity so I’m not sure what was going on and we had to give them another c/c and the receipts In receiving have the first C/C #. Now isn’t that strange. Hopefully we will get it straight!!!

She’s here while attending a local wedding. Stay was excellent. Staff friendly. Only complaint I have is I checked in late at night alone with 2 kids. The front desk guy didn’t offer any help and gave me gauge directions to the elevator. I was with 2 kids carrying 4 bags and went the wrong way he didn’t even bother to correct me or offer any assistance. He went to the back and was out of sight. It was 2am.
