I requested adjoining rooms due to medical issues or rooms on the same floor close by each other and did not receive either request. We were placed on separate floors and stated our request was never submitted by Expedia.

Close to where I needed to be, friendly staff, breakfast provided The building is very old and shows its age , especially within the bathroom it’s old (waters sounds from other rooms/floors, toilet pressure) air quality in room with older air conditioning.

The guest in next room had kids who jumped on the beds and screamed for hours. The hallway reeked of weed. I didn’t bother to report to front desk. It wasn’t worth the headache.

I had to wait for a family member to take me to the bank to extend my check out. The manager told me that it would be OK to come back and pay when I came back. She had locked me out the system and made me get all of my stuff and leave after I had already had my payment. She said she was the general manager and she would be the one responding to the review so she really didn’t care if I left one.

Pool looks dirty, i think they have a lot of guest using it that day. my kids got so disappointed but i wont let them use it. Not bad for a 1 night stay though.

Overall the stay was decent. Just some minor things I feel that could help. Cosmetically the room needed some work. A couple things that could be fix with a skilled handyman or maintenance worker. Breakfast was good- I’ve never seen things warmed or served as such. Seems to be effective. All the things we had were good

Arrived on a Monday night check-in was a little bit slow but OK. Room was very good. Bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. Good shower pressure.. breakfast was adequate as was the coffee. Staff was very pleasant.. overall a good one nights stay.

It’s a beautiful space. I’d expect nothing less from Marriott. Our bathroom toilet had not been cleaned, so I had to do that when we got in. That was a bit sad. Also, when we went down for breakfast this morning, someone was getting fired I believe, and there was a lot of screaming and cussing that we feel could have been handled inside an office and not out in the lobby lol. Everyone was so nice to use though. We celebrated our engagement and they had the room decorated for us and everything.

TV and remote wasn't working. It was an inconvenience during the stay to change rooms. Unacceptable for the Marriott Brand. It was a big dissapointment. Breakfast also could have been better. (Normal value) not exceptional.

The staff are always so friendly There was a lot of young unsupervised teenagers roaming the halls due to a wrestling tournament that weekend they were being teenagers but after a call to the front desk they calmed down

It was a good location for going to the concert at piedmont hall. They had shuttle service available to an from the venue. That was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and comfortable. The hotel smelled clean and everything was fine for us. Breakfast was good the next morning

I really loved my experience here. My daughter wanted a sleepover with her friend and auntie and we had a blast . Swimming pool was clean .breakfast buffet was quiet,clean and tasty ! The staff was very lovely. Made me feel so welcoming and they really enjoyed our little talks. I love Fairfield inn and I will make sure to come back.

The chlorine in the pool was overbearing and strong. Couldn't enjoy it. We come here for daughter party every year. This time we had to keep leaving the pool The smell of burnt popcorn stayed with us the whole stay but they told us about it at check in

The description in the ad for this property explained that I would be getting a large suite that could accommodate six people. It was just the double bedroom. Priced differently from what was described as the double bedroom so I was overcharged. There was no accommodation made. The Internet on the televisions didn’t work so we couldn’t stream television off of YouTube or any other avenues. The pool area was closed for absolutely no reason and it was the reason I booked this hotel with an indoor pool for my son‘s birthday. The entire hotel smelled like cheap cleaner and it was so strong that it gave me a headache. There was trash under the sofa bed sheet appeared to no be so clean on sofa bed. And this room was equipped for three people. It had three towels, three washcloths three of everything, but there was 5 of us like I said we paid for a suite and got a double bedroom.

The stay was exactly what we needed it to be. The beds were not the most comfortable, would be my only complaint with the stay. Most staff were friendly, except the lady putting out breakfast, who was quite rude. Overall would absolutely stay here again. Nice- quiet area (for the location) and hotel overall.

We had excellent service and the staff was wonderful. However, the room had a dirty q-tip on the floor when we walked in and the room ac/heater did not work so it was stuffy all night. The floors didn’t look like they had been vacuumed for a long time and the bathroom towels had stains on a few of them. We will be making other accommodations our next trip to Greensboro.

I booked this stay and called in 2/1 and spoke to a woman in regards to me traveling from Ohio to North Carolina through the night with my 5 children and was inquiring if I’d be able to check in early in the morning around 3.. she explained to me to call back the following Sunday because there would be a manager available to see if they would have the space and the room available to be able to check in early. I called again on 2/9 around 9:50am. I began that conversation speaking with on lady reexplaining my situation at that time she told me check out was 11am but if we got there early they had a pull and sitting area me and the children could wait in while a room was flipped for us… I then reiterated that I was looking to check in around 3am if possible. At that point I was placed on hold and another woman (I assumed a manager at this point) came in the line. Again I reexplained the situation to her and she told me she was checking the system to see if there was that room that would be available at that time. Ending the conversation saying she was putting in the notes that I’d be checking in early. At this time there was not talk of additional cost or needing to book additional nights. I assumed that I was able to check in early because the room would have been vacant. We arrived around I believe 2:30ish Tuesday morning. I walked in and was greeted after the doors were opened for me. The woman took my id I again explained me speaking to a manager that Sunday prior and we we

I am afraid but this hotel does not respect the standards of Fairfield hotels. Although most of the staff was pleasant the property was dirty: smelly room and hairs in the bathrooms. The staff did not stocked some of the supplies in the bathroom. The breakfast was not pleasant. Not the usual fresh food.

The worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. We would have been better off in a motel. The hotel was worn, smelly, and had mildew on the bathroom ceiling. One star is too many for this hotel. I was extremely dissspointed.

This hotel had very high potential but with the rude stafff and the misunderstanding that came with fees was absolutely horrible ! Would definitely not recommend staying here on top of all that the water that we had to use was brown and had a veryyy odd taste ! Although I do appreciate the breakfast host they were very nice and had the area veryyy clean !

I liked the breakfast offered at the beginning of the day as well as how kind Joyce at the front desk was when asking for extra towels. I did not like having a broken toilet in the room, the expectation that we “could just deal with it”, the unavailability of the site manager to resolve the concern of a broken toilet in the room. It is obvious that repairs are needed before renting out room, however it wasn’t done. When making the front desk aware, we were informed that a manager would reach out but didn’t.

Staff amazing! Hot water not so much if it’s a full house. The water heater/boiler cannot handle a full house. Breakfast cuts off at 9:30. If the waffle batter runs out while in line you are not getting waffles. Over all…I wouldn’t stay again but it suited the purpose.

I do not recommend this hotel. The reviews are misleading. Do not go by the positive reviews. All of the negative reviews are accurate. Location is sketchy. My room had several maintenance issues including a running toilet. Maintenance did come and fix but the running continued every time I flushed. My last night I was moved to another room because maintenance was not available. In my first room the shower was not clean and hair was visible everywhere. I also killed two bugs. The rooms at this Fairfield are below average and equal to that of a motel but we are paying hotel money. I was very disappointed.

The rooms were clean and the staff was exceptional. We were only in for one night but will return because the staff was so friendly and the rooms were neat and clean with updated decor. Kristen -housekeeping lead rode up with me on the elevator and introduced me to Tiwanna who also greeted me with a smile. A friendly face goes a long way!

Breakfast was cold cereal and a broken waffle maker. Only ice machine was in the lobby. Sofa was hard as a rock. Overall, very disappointed because I’ve stayed in other Fairfields before.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The internet was easy to access. Love the easy access shower. The breakfast was great.

Staff is amazing the beds were comfortable. Room was nice the ac could not keep up and it got warm but not hot. The room showed its age. The bath room door was a bit black at the bottom and the over all finishes were dated. I felt safe and again the staff was great. Was it over priced yes i felt so. Probably would not stay again.

On a scale of 1 to 10, this motel is rated a BIG 10 in my opinion! From the Front Desk Rep to the Cleaning Team to the Breakfast Team, all of the employees were helpful and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable and secure. The motel is secure and in a user friendly location with beautiful landscaping.

Was in Greensboro to see our daughter in college and the New Edition Legacy tour a wonderfully time for both.

We spent little time n room but very adequate. Breakfasts was a little disappointing.

Second time staying here for a business trip. Very consistent - clean, good variety of breakfast options, quiet

The location was near the Coluseum, which was perfect for us!

Quite interesting as experience

Checkin was difficult as the lobby had two different parties and the staff was hiding in the back as we waited 10 minutes before we saw anyone. Meeting space had music so loud blaring the floor in my room was shaking. Rooms were fine and hotel was relatively clean but clearly understaffed.

I reserved a king was given 2 queens. Not a huge problem but never explained to why I wasn’t

Thought this was a great facility. Until they charged me 3 separate times. Terrible customer service when trying to get the money back into my account.
