It was a good hotel . It was not worth $220 had no welcoming water, cookie etc. The amenities were outrageous! How are you charging people $6 for a candy bar. $3.50 for a bag chip and $7 for a drink and the list goes on. Most of the things was out dated. The chips we got was out dated just didn’t fell like going back down there to tell them. I would have went down there if I knew it cost that much. We didn’t know the price until we checked out. For 1 soda, a water, Hershey with almonds and chocolate chip cookies, and one bottle coffee drink cost us $35 a rip off!!!

It was a great stay on our trip! They were super helpful in getting our son from the airport before we arrived! Really appreciated their helpfulness and going out of their way for us!

We arrived late at night for a stop over on a road trip. This inn had a lot of excellent reviews and they were not kidding. We were met immediately, despite the lateness of the hour, by a very friendly and professional staff member. Our room was very nice, roomy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We slept very well. I would definitely stay again.

The sink area is very small and had little space to store toiletries, etc. for two people. It took forever to get hot water in the sink, but the shower was fine.

The staff were incredibly friendly when we checked in. The airport shuttle was not in operation when we stayed just after Christmas. It was the main reason I chose this hotel so that was disappointing (plus the short uber ride to the airport was about $35) but otherwise it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

Website said there us a shuttle services. I sent message to hotel in advance about my flight information as well as inquiry of services. No reply. I called hitel several times, nobody pick up calls. Bread of breakfast was very dry.

If was literally, just okay. Only real complaint was the bath tub appeared to be baked in dirty, where you noticed where they’d once had a bath mat in it, carpet needed cleaning. Spent two nights, they didn’t clean the room that one day.

This hotel had less fragrance than most, which I appreciated. It still did have a little fragrance but the window opened in the room so I could pump a little fresh air in the room each evening. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd like to see them continue to try to use more fragrance-free products as many of us (as high as 30%) have some form of fragrance allergies. Children with autism are also more vulnerable to fragrances (about 60%). This hotel is off to a great start in these areas but still could improve in a few areas. (linens had a light scent, cleaning products were lightly scented, etc.)

This was my worst experience of my life with Marriott. I had been a platinum member for long time. I did my booking via expedia and when i reached the property i was told my booking is canceled. They mentioned that an email was sent couple days ago and those emails generally go into spam folders. Not just that the email says we confirm your reservation and then at the end it was mentioned about cancelling if we do not call. Also i never got any phone call or message regarding this. And not just that no email was sent that my booking is canceled. I drove 7 hours for my daughter's track national and the front desk said my booking is canceled and they do not have any room available. How could you cancel a confirmed booking and not communicate in right manner. This is pathetic service and experience i had with brand like marriott. The front desk also did not help with anything, didn’t help find any other available marriott property. We did not have anywhere to stay and had to sleep in the car when my daughter needed the rest for her nationals next day and that was a very important event of her life. I really want an answer and compensation for this event.

Breakfast buffet was as expected for this category of hotel - drip coffee, breads & pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, make-your-own waffles, juices, cereals, etc. Bed was comfortable, some highway noise at night. Rooms were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. They had an emergency hot water heater failure so there wasn't any hot water available in the morning for showering.

I could not rate this hotel more highly...I got stuck at the GSO airport due to a weather delay at my destination, so this was a last minute request. The airport shuttle came and picked me up with snacks and a kind conversation. The staff were welcoming and lovely in every regard, breakfast was good, and the room itself was comfortable. I was especially grateful for the nice shower and comfy bed. A wonderful choice for a stressful occasion. The floor of my room should have been vacuumed better before I arrived, but that's a tiny complaint. Everything else was perfect and I hope I get to stay there again.

There were plenty of grab bars and a nice roll in shower. BUT the gap between floor and bottom of shower curtain in roll in shower too high and water splattered out and made most of bathroom floor wet. There was only one tiny towel rack, in a room for 4 adults but there was plenty of room for more. There was no exhaust fan for steam and no night light. The door to the room was sprung so hard/tightly that an able bodied adult had to really lean into it to open the door. THere's no way someone in a wheelchair and with limited mobility and body strength could open the door without assistance. It really needed a button operated door.

Nice area and easy to get to off the highway. The only thing i really didn't like was the big bright lights in the parking lot. Our room faced the parking lot and only had sheer curtains to cover the windows. There were thick curtains on the ends but you can not close them so ·light shone in the windows allnight. That is annoying. Every thing else was fine.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean, large, and comfortable. Location was close to major highway so easy access plus close to restaurants. We left our car there for 6 days which was very convenient. We would certainly come back to the same property if the opportunity arose.

Let’s start with the smell of weed as soon as I arrived. There was only one working elevator for 5 floors. I had to request extras towels and bed linen was torn. And finally the fire alarm went off my final morning.

I really enjoyed how polite and thoughtful the staff were. The facility was very clean and the woman that checked us in was very helpful and even printed up some events we could do and enjoy while we were in town! Thank you to all the staff!

From check in to check out, everything was great. The front desk staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean and the rest room well stocked with towels and soap. Breakfast was good and the food plentiful. All employees were friendly and helpful. I plan on staying at Fairfield Inn, Greensboro Airport location again.

Comfortable and quiet. The eco score goes way down for me because of styrofoam plates and plastic utensils in plastic packages. Glad they did away with those little plastic bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc.

Our room was very clean. The front desk service was amazing and they were very accommodating. They were also very friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciate it after tiring travel. My only complaint is the pillows could use a refresh breakfast was also good.

First off the check-in staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make your experience a pleasure. I am specifically talking about the check-in clerk that was on duty 12/31/2022 during the day time shift. She made the whole experience worth it! Thank you!

I contacted the manager, Desiree Williams, on Monday and she assured me she would take care of it. I sent her copies of the bill. She told me she would get back to me that day. She didn't. In fact, despite numerous emails and phone calls, she never got back to me. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company (who was great! Thank you AMEX). I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and let them know how awful the customer service was here. I wouldn't stay here again.

We just needed a place to sleep for the night. This was perfect. The room was clean. The breakfast was good.
