Room was horrible. I washd up in the sink bcause I will never step a foot in that NASTY tub to not even to shower.. the rest of the bathroom was dirty as well, the bed sheets were stained. the top locks were torn off the door. Burn stains on counter tops.

I didn’t even stay in the room. When I arrived at the property there were men outside that kept trying to call me over. They stared me down and kept calling me saying, “hey baby” and “come here girl”. I went into my room and it smelled like cigarettes. I told the girl up front that I would not be staying, and I didn’t feel safe. She told me to go through Expedia to get a refund.

Room was overbooked. Waited 1 1/2 hour and Hotels.com sent me to a better hotel. No one to be found to talk to

Room was dirty. Was given a smoking room (311) when the reservation was non smoking. Half the lights did not work. The front desk was closed and I have pictures of anyone would like to see. Furniture broken and no working phones in rooms. Tv also didnt work. When stove was turned on smelled like gas was leaking. Couldn't check out because front desk was not available when they were supposed to be open. When you call the hotel it says to see front desk after 9 am and no one was in there well 9 am. Then the property doesnt want to issue refund because they said we didnt contact them. Hard to do with no phones or open lobby and front desk. By far the most miserable hotel experience in my life

The room was so dirty I couldn't even take off my shoes. The TV didn't work with any remote the office supplied. I had NO shower curtain so I couldn't shower in the morning. Even if I had a shower curtain, I don't know if I would have stepped into the tub with the finish peeling off it looked terrible. The dresser was totally falling apart! the drawers couldn't be used. There was not even one hanger in the closet area. I had people pounding on my door in the middle of the night and some crazy people standing outside yelling at each other for hours. The pictures shown on line are completely misleading. My advice is stay away from this place.

Checked in and immediately returned keys and left out. I will take the $111 loss. If you value clean, sanitary, safe lodging, look elsewhere. Dirty room, lumpy bed, burn holes in blanket, thin, cheap bedding - just the tan fleece motel cover, furniture was scratched and dented- carpet filthy and smells. Ramen noodle cup in stairwell. I carried my luggage up flights of stairs no elevator. Men walking the breezeway of upper level eyeing me. I drove an hour back to Virginia. I will drive back for my event tomorrow morning. My usual places were booked full. My fault for not reading reviews or booking in advance. Front desk staff was warm, friendly and apologetic.

I've stayed with this brand since it was Homestead and never seen a dirty place in the US like this one in Greensboro. I left and paid in full within 10 minutes after check in

Got locked out of our room multiple times and had to sleep in the car one night

Rooms were not cleaned well had to change to first floor. Lady that came in the evening as helpful but I can tell it wasn't much she could do about the overall condition of the hotel but she was helpful. I couldn't check in early as told or on time. Rooms were not ready I was told it was one housekeeper but it was a homecoming weekend so wasn't prepared.

I was not happy with this hotel. I did not get the room I booked. I wanted a king room, but I ended up with two doubles. I was on the third floor, and the steps smelled like pee, cigarettes, and weed. My room also smelled like cigarettes. There was no soap in my room, nothing to cook or eat with, and only two sets of towels. The floor was dirty. This is not what I expected out of the Extended Stay America brand. I have pictures to show also.

How quite it stayed I'm disabled, and shared that prior to arriving. I need a grab bar in the shower. They didn't put me in an accessible room, like I had reserved. Then they put me on the 2nd floor, and there wasn't an elevator. It took me hours every day trying to navigate my wheelchair up the stairs, then down once up. I don't know how I can express how frustrating that was. I still can, shouldn't have to, i have multiple sclerosis, and that much effort took away from the festival I was there to participate in. for that I am happy. One day I won't be able to. This is/was unacceptable!!!

I could not stay. Upon us entering the room smell of smoke, bed unmade, cabinets falling apart, garbage on the floor, dirty towel on the floor. Unacceptable for a reputable company like expedia to even list the hotel. Requesting a refund immediately. We arrived at 10pm couldn't even think about staying. We went back to the desk immediately and also took pictures

Overall a good stay but no towels were in the room when I arrived and either the window shade it seemed to be broken or off track when never I wanted to get sunlight in the room but over nice and quiet at night just how I like it

The cleanliness of the room I was given was horrible. Dont recommend a stay here. The lamps in between beds did not work, the amount of dust/debris caked on the air vent was absolutely disgusting and a disaster for someone with asthma/allergies. The chair was broken with what appeared to be food stains/particles stuck on it as if it wasn’t cleaned from multiple stays. The carpet had a huge spot of sticky substance that had been walked over and dirt compacted into it. Looking like a wad of gum spread and flattened to the floor that had never properly been Removed. Crumbs inside the ac/heating unit, the buttons never looked to be wiped down. The dresser drawers even had crumbs in all 6 of them. I mean I know after each stay the room is supposed to be cleansed and sanitized but this one appeared to not have been cleaned at all. The side of fridge had grease spills from previous stove use. The sinks were clogged and barely drained properly. I really wish I could get a refund just based on how unclean this room was. Traveling with small children made the uncleanliness that much worse. Will never stay here again. The staff was friendly at check in but unprofessional. They were on the phone with their mom having general conversation as if a guest was not standing there. It was confusing at some points during the check in as I couldn’t tell if they were talking to me or not. All around, horrible experience and stay. The amount of money charged was NOT worth the stay.

Strange activity felt all around the property. Fault smell inside and outside. Cleanliness was not well. We slept on top on the made beds. Only had 2 towels for 4 guests.

when I arrived to my room there was no sheets on the bed and the room looks like someone started to clean the room and did not finish. I told the attendant on duty and he proceeded to hand me sheets to make up the bed. I asked for another room and he said that was the last room. I asked for a refund. Just a bad experience and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We weren't able to check in until an hour later than the listed check-in time due to them being understaffed. The word "suite" was a joke. The kitchenette was old, dirty and contained no kitchen supplies. Usually extended stays are nice, but this place was very run down, understaffed, and caused us issues as far as being able to get to our show in time due to the late check-in.

Hotels canceled my reservation around 430pm on the day I arrived in the town after traveling hours from my home telling me they had sold out. I made the reservation 3 days earlier and being inconvenienced like this was unacceptable.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. Checked in with toilet clogged already. No maintenance staff onsite. Front desk gave me cheap plunger to DIY. Could not get toilet unclogged. Could not get another room. Will NEVER stay at Extended Stay ever again. Toilet was stilled clogged after checkout.

Was told room was not ready at 250pm.i waited out side no one went in or out of the room they gave me checked in at 320pm. 1240 am knocking noise in wall sounded like a broken washing machine it went on for several minutes waking me up not happy

Sparse room, tv didn't work, dirty floors and filthy walls blood on bathroom door, room smelled musty, AC barely worked, hot in room, trash in hallways. Staff non existent, I had to wait 30 minutes to find a front desk person, twice! Never once saw a cleaning crew. Residents sketchy. Listen to reviews dont stay here.

Our first room was dirty and the electricity not functioning. Our second room was also dirty and no shower curtain. Beds were comfortable. Our third room was much better with no complaint but for the remote not working. This hotel needs redoing inside and out. For an extended stay hotel there were no amenities (soap, shampoo) and was surprised since they had kitchens there were no dishes, silverware, pots and pans. And there were no waste baskets in the rooms. Management was very accomidating to our complaints and that made the situation bearable. Much improvement needed.

It’s a get what you pay for type of hotel. My microwave didn’t work in my room, and there were kids running around the hallways at 11pm. But the bed, living area, and bathroom were clean.

This looked like a low income extended living hotel. People were smoking marijuana and cigarettes all over. Every inch outside; walls & floors was dirty. It says breakfast was included, but all they had was granola bars. Sheets smelled like cigarettes.

Be aware! Front desk lady asked if we wanted to see the room before she gave us room keys. Front desk stated that once ppl saw the room they canceled. Front desk showed us the room it was horrible! Smelled of smoke and carpet was nasty and dirty. Front desk asked us to call hotels.com to cancel. She was pleased with giving us a refund.

The entire room was dirty. Pubic hair by the sink. The toilet wasn’t bolted to the ground so you had to balance yourself as it wobbled. The room next to ours had their tv on full blast the entire night except when they were arguing. The cost of the room was utterly ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

My trip was a much needed trip with my daughter the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed that it was near many restaurants and activities for us to walk to. Will be staying again and recommend for others.

Noise from the highway on the back side of the building was very loud all night. Kitchen had no utensils or plates. Drawer on the dresser was completely broken and just hanging. Otherwise, property was decent.

The shower rod was installed incorrectly causing the shower curtain to not be effective. The walls were damaged because of the incorrect installation. I called the front office about it. nothing happens. It shows a with management. Hiring unskilled labor and not doing inspections. The doormats in all rooms are now missing. There were no utensils or cups. No coffeemaker. The pillows were too soft offering no support to the head. I am a repeat custom from a few years back. The cost was more reasonable and there was more to offer.

The staff was very pleasant. Check in was great. They went above and beyond to get us in a room early. They fixed an orbitz error, it was great! The room… the door was filthy. The smell Of cigarettes hit you right in the face when you opened the door. The other tenants were loud (fighting, screaming, crying, slamming doors!) the dog kept barking..:no one came to make either stop. If you know you have tenants that frequent the property and/or the property has a history of violence, hire security! It may make the other guests feel more safe. The bathroom… The tub didn’t drain right so that was nasty. The shower head wasn’t actually where it belonged. It was one of those removable ones and the place to rack it was on the shower handle… The plus side…the water was hot! The kitchen amenities…the microwave was stuck up in a cabinet. No pans, no plates, no utensils…she said they always run out. If you know you are always out…order more to keep On hand. The carpet was filthy, I would dare to walk barefoot there. The tenants in the day time were pretty quiet. There was always ample parking. It is in a great location with quick access to the coliseum complex which is where we are going. There are a lot of restaurants near by. Close to shopping.

The hotel advertises that you are provided kitchen utensils to use in the kitchenette. This is a blatant lie. They have a very limited amount of pans and utensils and if they are already out then you are out of luck. We specifically chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette and then had to go out and purchase our own pot and utensils, completely defeating the purpose of staying there.

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen. it was creepy scary. Smelled terrible, was trashy and I actual left and went to a different hotel. The pictures on line were definitely not from this hotel. Do not go there. Im by no means a prejudice person but trust me it's not good.

The room wasn't even what I reserved. I reserved a Queen size single non smoking room. Instead I got a Double full size room. The room smelled like pets and the floor was extremely sticky and dirty. I had to borrow a mop and Mr. Clean to mop the nasty floors myself. When I checked in they told me I could get a new room the following day but when I went to the front office they told me they had no Queen rooms available. I am homeless and if I spend my hard earned money then I deserve the best at what I'm paying for. I couldn't afford to leave the room and find another hotel because my money was already spent. I don't think it was fair to take advantage of someone because of their situation. I am Human too so I deserve and expect that, seeing as though everyone has inalienable rights.

Well my stay was not that great cuz I had to switch rooms the first time because the TV didn't work I get to my next room and I don't realize to the morning which is now when I'm ready to take a shower. The shower doesn't work I sit in the chair last night in the back of the chair broke and this is the second room that I was in and I drop something on the floor with them to bed it was trash of the little bed so I think they need a little bit of housekeeping and to check the rooms a little better because I spent a lot of money and not to be able to take a shower that's crazy I could have stayed home for this and I spent my money I would like to become animated Somaya disappointments that I know that's probably not going to happen but thank you anyway

Overall it was enjoyable.

Reasonable Price, Good sized room, full size fridge, Great TV. Desk Chair was broken, Smoke Alarm was disabled, Outer window shade working, inner window shade torn down, soap was bizarre, small towels.

They have roaches and the staff is nice enough to move you to another roach infested room then give u a voucher instead of your money back when u leave do to nastiness

The hotel room had dried drops of blood in several places on the carpet. The bathroom door looked like it was punched by the lock which was missing. One of the two beds was broken/tipping. And the whole place smelled like cigarettes.

When we got there and checked into the room the room was supposed to be non smoking but it had cigarette butts on the floor. It did not have any blankets on the bed. It didn’t have any towels or toilet paper. It didn’t have a shower curtain! It had no soap or toiletries. We had to call the front desk repeatedly for these items. He gave us a late check out at 1:00 pm. The next morning we were disturbed by a banging on the door. The manager told us we had to leave. We reminded her that we had a late check out due to the issues. She was very nasty and said she didn’t have any notice of that and it was time for us to get out. When we went to the front desk to turn in keys she refused to take our complaint and dismissed us. I had to call hotel.com and complain. They contacted the hotel which refused to give us a refund. If it wasn’t late and I wasn’t totally exhausted I would have not stayed there. To cancel would have meant no refund since I had already paid online. I do not recommend this hotel at all!!!

Omg soon as I pulled into the parking lot it was a party... Loud music and people loitering. It took 20 minutes to check in the receptionist did not know what he was doing. Got to the room I immediately inspect as I always do. The lights didn't work to see. So appeared like clean linen in the dim lighting. The bathroom was horrible, no shower curtain dirty tub and towels were yellow and brown. That was just nasty. I called for new towels and a shower curtain. They didn't even have one for the room. While waiting, I turned the TV on, by no surprise. The TV doesn't work! I was to afraid, uncomfortable, upset and just disgusted to even stay. I told the receptionist I wanted a refund and to check out. He stated, "I don't blame you." Nice please refund my money. He couldn't do a refund either.

Where to begin?! I checked into my hotel that was supposed to be NON SMOKING only to come into a room that reeked of smoke. Disgusting. Then I discovered there were no bath towels or complimentary shampoo in the bathroom. I called the front desk and instead of having them delivered, I was asked to have to come pick them up at the office. These are basic hotel essentials, I shouldn’t have to go back to the office to pick these items up. There were multiple flies in my room and stains on the chairs. The carpets were sticky and gross. The AC unit was outdated and noisy. There was no coffee maker, which is unusual for a 2.5 star hotel. The mattress was flat. I couldn’t even sleep, because there was constant commotion and stomping around my hotel in the parking lot going on all night. And the worst of all, a spider from the hotel happened to get in my bag and I brought it home! And now all my clothes smell like smoke. Filthy. The receptionist was however very friendly. The only positive outcome I learned was that I will never book this hotel again! Stay far away.

The people that work at this location are AWESOME and super nice. The only problem I had was the carpet was so disgustingly dirty.

I just needed one night to rest and relax, for my long drive home. The room was not that clean. The location was close to fast food and walmart, but the area itself has gone downhill. The tv did not work, and I was unable to refrigerate my left overs from dinner. I asked to have the issues repaired or be placed in another room. Management would not do either. I complained to Hotels.com afterward, and was told the hotel would issue a certificate for a free night.. which also never happened.

I received a cop for one night directly from the property itself, and that made my stay better. Plenty of eating and shopping choices nearby. Thanks to Bre and Keshia and Ms Renyolds I will only stay here again if they are there.

Well the hotel had no towels and wash clothes, the bed didn't match the frame. The recliner had combs sticking out the side, nothing was cleaned in the room. The top of the dresser was dirty. I already had paid for the room 1 day before arriving then i get there for her to tell me they sold my room. The hotel has falling off so much. Want be going there anymore. It's like a hood hotel.
