Reviews
The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the hotel's condition is a common complaint, with guests frequently mentioning outdated rooms, dirty carpets, and the need for upgrades. The breakfast is generally well-liked, but some guests have experienced issues with food running out or not being replaced.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Good breakfast options
- Outdated rooms in need of upgrades
- Cleanliness issues, particularly with carpets

Checked in 6/12 for 3 nites in 2 room suite..asked multiple times for housekeeping and was told it would be done…checked out this morning having to search for towels and NEVER had housekeeping..never again
- 3/5
On a positive note, breakfast was very good, and the staff there was excellent—friendly and attentive. The made-to-order omelet was a highlight. Overall, great service, but the hotel could really benefit from some updates.
- 5/5
Best place to stay in Greensboro NC.
- 5/5
The room was way past my expectations for the price I paid
- 5/5
loved the breakfast buffet and happy hour
- 1/5
The room was disgusting. There was actual mold falling off the bathroom sink under the ring of the countertop. I reached out to the hotel 2 times to discuss this issue and a possible partial refund and never heard back from anyone. The whole place looked run down and lacking upkeep. I don’t expect perfection at the rate we payed but I expect basic cleanliness.
- 4/5
The overall stay was very pleasant. The only complaint I had is my vent was leaking with drops of water in the living room area of the suite. But, the room was clean and the breakfast bar was fulfilling.
- 3/5
The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean. The breakfast was also delicious. However, the rooms were extremely outdated, with worn and damaged furniture, torn wallpaper, and visible stains throughout. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned! It was very disappointing to see such poor room conditions from an otherwise reputable brand, as the overall appearance was quite unappealing.
- 5/5
The breakfast also was great. Omelettes to your liking and fresh fruits or scrambled eggs and potatoes, very good. I will stay here again!

Water features, free reception and breakfast. Bed was not very comfortable. Hotel is definitely due for some updates. Cleanliness...food that was crushed on the carpet by the elevator was there for longer than a day so definitely vacuuming needs to be done more often and when I pulled out the desk chair in my room there were sunglasses sitting on it. Those would've been seen if they vacuumed the entire room. Bathroom is very tiny compared to the size of the room.

Room was great, staff was very professional and kind, breakfast was great

I liked the greeting (my name) on the TV screens. I liked the made to order omelet for breakfast. I liked the water fountain in the atrium. The bed was hard. There were only 2 wash cloths for 2 people yet 4 towels and 2 hand towels. The a/c was turned on, but it didn't blow in the bedroom.

I have always stayed at Embassy suites I love the layout and the atmosphere. Embassy suites seem to be somewhat dated in its decor and furniture. Bathrooms were small but when you consider the age of this hotel you understand why it was configured like that. The rooms were very clean but as they said somewhat dated. The amenities were nice. Would they stay at this hotel again absolutely I love embassy suites I love their atrium and if I have that choice I will choose Embassy suite.
- 3/5
Hotel was nice clean and in a good location. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Bartender very rude. Room was not cleaned and clean towels and washcloths were not given. The food was okay but not great.

Location and breakfast The bath tub had mold and in the morning water from another room had backed up in the tub. From stains in the tub it appears the problem had been there for some time. We did not use the tub because of the unknown bacteria in the water. I reported the problem, but no adjustments were offered.

How clean , nice bar , a little cold in the pool but clean, loved my room Nothing I can think of
- 4/5
Front desk not very helpful most of the time, felt like they did not want to help, tons of younger kids running around property knocking on random doors, fun to watch-annoying to sleep. Breakfast was good, would be good if they mixed it up a little. Pool and pool area were terribly cold to the point of not being able to enjoy, that was a big disappointment front desk told us they couldn’t do anything about it. Would also be good if housekeeping checked the garbage in room during our stay. Waiting for charges to post but upon check in what we paid was different than expedia price. Evening reception was bare, celery, carrots dips and trail mix/chips salsa, comp drinks kind of cool.
- 5/5
A little outdated but overall nice stay!

Great place to stay. This will make the 2nd time we have stopped passing through. Love the spacious rooms.
- 2/5
Not impressed with the property whatsoever. Room had a funky odor to it. Faucet was faulty and the best tub was way too concave on the bottom so I didn't feel like I was unstable footing ever. There's also mold in the bathroom as well. Beds were not very comfortable. I have nothing against the service and staff they were courteous. Unfortunately before we left I was on the fifth floor stairs and noticed a large pile of human feces was left there. I know that's not the fault of the hotel entirely but the fact that this kind of stuff can happen here makes me not want to recommend it to anybody

It is a nice hotel some on the outside sidewalk is coming up. Breakfast bar was good. The air conditioning was a little loud in our meeting room.
- 5/5
Stay was EXCEPTIONAL.. The gentleman at the front desk that checked me in was EXTREMELY helpful, polite, professional and understanding... I would stay at Embassy again and again especially with staff like that... I am looking forward to staying again..
- 3/5
Attention to detail could have been better. It is clear that nobody cleans behind the furniture and that is a shame.
- 2/5
AC sounded like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. Carpets were torn and tattered. Pull out sofa mattress was stained, paper thin, and uncomfortable. Room was very dated, everything in there looked older than me.

Breakfast was excellent, the only 2 bad things I have to say is the sidewalk entering the hotel. It was deteriorated and was very upset. The indoor pool was down for maintenance, my wife and I were there for our 23rd anniversary and could not go swimming!

They were free drink coupons upon check-in and very nice breakfast the next morning with omelettes/eggs made to order. Really a nice touch. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice hotel, wish I could get this from them in whatever town im in all the time. Beautiful hotel, quest appreciation night from 5:30-7pm every night with 2 free drinks. Excellent Breakfast with made to order omelets or eggs any way you like them. Bar. Restaurant.
- 1/5
Not clean, outdated and wrong room
- 3/5
Front desk staff was awesome. The omelet lady was ride and really had an attitude.
- 5/5
We always enjoy our stays ay an embassy suite. The inside could use a little updating but everything was clean. We would stay there again.
- 4/5
It’s good
- 2/5
AC was out my entire stay had to ask for maintenance to come out for 2 days straight and then he came and said AC was working fine it was extremely hot in my room visibly no air coming out and no ac flow yet he said air coming out was 54 ° lol a joke. Pool was closed our entire stay which was why we booked here very disappointed also saw a roach near lobby
- 4/5
I have stayed in this hotel many times, it seems like the cleanliness level is not as good as I experienced in the past. The $10.00 daily parking fee was unexpected and an expense I did budget for. Breakfast is still one of the best amenities you offer. The evening manager reception is getting less and less with very little snacks.
- 3/5
Hello, the staff was very nice during check in and the restaurant staff. Our bathtub was full of rust chipping and was peeling. We needed water shoes to shower. We alerted the front desk about our need for linen for the sleep sofa. Due to the hotel being short staffed we had to get it ourselves. The pool was down for maintenance until we checked out. That was really disappointing because we selected the hotel because there was an indoor pool. It wasn’t a horrible stay but we’ve definitely had better experiences with the Embassy Suites and Hilton brand hotels overall.
- 4/5
I stay there often when I'm in town and I always enjoy my stay. The only thing that I've noticed is the wear on the carpet is becoming more and more noticeable to the point it might become a trip hazard. But overall me and my family had a wonderful stay!
- 5/5
We stay in quite a few hotels and opt in for Hilton every time we can! My son is a picky eater and BEGGED for their breakfast! The facility was very busy, yet clean and friendly. It’s the perfect place for families with kids of all ages!
- 4/5
The manager's cocktail hour service is awesome; the bartender was engaging and gave great recommendations. Embassy has the best full-service breakfast, can't beat the omelette station and then there's still a full breakfast bar. My only complaint the pool area was disgusting. The female restroom needed to be cleaned badly. The pool water was cloudy-looking, we were severely disappointed.

The staff is great. The evening reception and breakfast are both very good! It's easy on and off from the highway. I've stayed many times and will stay again!
- 5/5
Perfect location for our trip and breakfast was great
- 5/5
Miss Saundra and Christian were absolutely amazing and so very helpful when a canceled flight caused me to miss my original check in date. Thank you both.
- 2/5
It feels old. The air-conditioner in my room mad a lot of noise. Decor looks 30 years old. There is a parking charge, which is not obvious in the description. The melon at breakfast had no taste - whoever was slicing definitely did not try any. The check in staff member seemed distracted and had no warmth.
- 2/5
Room was terrible. There was someone else garbage inside unlearned and someone else used towels thrown around. Me and my husband were very disturbed. Definitely disappointed in this. Food was very bad also.
- 3/5
Our bathtub oozed dark colored material from the tile around the tub while I took my shower. So that was disappointing. Also all the carpets were worn and need replacing .
- 5/5
Nice value.
- 3/5
This hotel is a little dated. While it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are dated and feel like they need a modern touch.
- 5/5
The front desk met us where we were at (family with two under four), super nice and made it an enjoyable experience
- 5/5
The room was decent, and all Embassy Suites have such a good vibe. The pool was freezing definitely not heated but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. And had a great location.

- 1/5
This property needs some update
- 5/5
The staff did it for me. Excellent! The food was excellent! The service was excellent! Great stay!
- 4/5
Breakfast was great. The toilet overflowed in our room and the carpet got wet. I wish more had been done to dry that or maybe move us, but that was really the only issue. They addressed it quickly.
- 5/5
The breakfast was alright
- 4/5
My stay of one night was ok. The room was clean. The property is older property and in need of a refresh, especially the bathrooms and removal of carpet, since it harbors so many germs and takes more to keep it clean and fresh. The staff were nice and attentive. The food is only ok. Attended an event and the food was luke warm and not the most appetizing. Drinks were ok. Breakfast was ok.
- 3/5
Staff were very unfriendly. The only person that smiled was the front desk manager. HVAC was broken in our room and we froze ALL night. We ordered food from the restaurant and it was old reheated wings. Horrible experience for such an “upscale name” and price.
- 3/5
The carpets need to be replaced in the entire hotel. It was musty in the rooms. Overall it just didn’t seem like it was kept up with much. The continental breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Had an awesome stay…only issue was there were 4 people in the room and only 2 washcloths and no linens for pull out bed…. called the front desk but didn’t receive for hours-finally had to go to the desk to request items which were then delivered within minutes…other than that-awesome-kids loved the pool and tasty breakfast
- 4/5
Yes the breakfast bar was very good
- 1/5
I answered terrible since we were moved to a different hotel based on maintenance issues. We arrived at 3pm and was told to come back at 4pm. When we returned they told us that they would have to move us to another hotel. When I asked why they didn't tell us before when we were there and was told that they didn't know.
- 5/5
Breakfast food was poor. Property and room was excellent. Front desk staff was rude.
- 3/5
Thanks Frankie Owens
- 1/5
For $275 per night, I expected a much higher standard. Many items in the room appeared stained, dirty, and damp, which made the environment feel unclean. Additionally, the housekeeper entered the room without properly knocking. I had to say “excuse me,” at which point she closed the door. This felt like a lack of basic courtesy and privacy. I also attempted to purchase a drink, but the front desk was unattended for an extended period. When the staff member returned, she was not helpful and did not display a welcoming attitude. When I asked if there was another place to pay, I was simply told no. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and will not be returning.
- 1/5
When I showed up at the hotel they told me it was oversold and they sent me to a Hilton Garden Inn, however they gave me the address to the wrong hotel. Even though I asked for confirmation that it was a hotel four miles away. So after a lecture by that properties manager regarding company billing. I contacted Embassy whe eventually gave me the correct address. An hour lost after a long workday. Hilton / Embassy you left this customer feeling very under appreciated.
- 3/5
The bathroom was tiny and leaked water from somewhere. The furnishings are just really old. The whole property needs to be renovated. The breakfast wasn’t that great and we ended up skipping the second two mornings.
- 5/5
Breakfast good
- 4/5
I picked this hotel over others in the area because of the size of the rooms and made to order breakfast. For a week’s stay, it’s helpful to have the two room suite style room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little dated compared to other Embassy Suites, but the cleanliness, room size, and the friendliness made up for that.
- 3/5
Breakfast selection was good. Dinner was at best cafeteria quality and sat in restaurant area at least 30 minutes before they realized I was even there. Carpet was old and dirty looking. Don't even look at vents above top floors that blow down into atrium area ( very gross )! beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Disappointed they didn't have a hot tub.
- 2/5
A little dated, but clean overall. i asked for a fan and was told they would bring it right up. They did not. A/C stopped working around 9:30pm - maintenance came right away. Unfortunately the problem could not be fixed. Maintenance assured me I would be moved into another room. Front desk never called and I was not able to get a live person on the phone. It was hot and stuffy all night. Traffic noise from I40 right outside the window. NO sleep - court at 8:00am! Defininately would not stay here again.
- 5/5
It was fresh we didn’t make it in time but it was good
- 3/5
Room was not up to expectations they were the precious stay.
- 5/5
Great place to stay with nice amenities and full complement of breakfast and beverages in the evening.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, pool area was ok. Breakfast could be a lot better. The omelette chef needs some help
- 5/5
Didn't have breakfast. But the bar was good
- 5/5
Great staff! We were able to check in early and check out late. Will book again soon!
- 3/5
Not impressed.

I’ve stayed here several times and each time was wonderful it’s worth the price.
- 1/5
Severely outdated for an embassy suites
- 3/5
Positives are the staff was excellent, the free breakfast was very good as well. And it was very quiet and peaceful. However overall the hotel is screaming for a complete refresh.
- 1/5
The room was outdated. The whole place did not look appealing. Cold breakfast. Slow service. I wpuld not stay there again. It is on the outskirts pf the city, no stores are walking distance.

Great room and customer service. Hotel allowed us to check in super early with mobile key making for an easy smooth process. Breakfast is always on point and the indoor pool is perfect for the kids. Zero complaints here.
- 3/5
Nice hotel for the price with good amenities. Breakfast was 45 min late to start and AC in the room did not work but all and all not a bad property.
- 1/5
It was a terrible experience especially the guy at front
- 4/5
Honest review. The people that work there are great. They spoil you. The property is beautiful and clean. I dropped a star because there are some maintenence issues that need to be addressed, but my overall experience was wonderful. The rooms are dated and could use a refresh, but they were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the bar and restaurant had everything we needed for a few nights of coming in tired and not wanting to Uber food. I would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
This is great place to stay as it is easy to access from the highway and easy to get back on when you're ready to travel. The desk staff are friendly, the happy hour drinks/snacks are good, and breakfast is excellent!
- 3/5
Old rooms. Not very clean. Super dusty. No lunch here one small snack room and not anything around that doesnt take a drive.
- 3/5
The hotel’s main areas were clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve been too - lots of yummy, fresh option. Wait staff at breakfast was very friendly. Our room, however, was less than stellar. The toilet was not clean, gross. And we had a King room with a pull out couch. The pull out couch, the mattress had dark stains on it…and I’m sure the original mattress. It was God Awful.
- 4/5
yes
- 4/5
It was good
- 5/5
All in all amazing!
- 5/5
Very clean (large) room. Nicely appointed. Very quiet in the room. No noise from the busy atrium just one floor below! Professional/helpful staff.
- 3/5
This must have been a grand hotel once. It is long in the tooth and in need of a renovation. Besides the wall-mounted body wash and shampoo, there were no other bathroom amenities. We stayed for three nights, and room service was hit-or-miss. Very haphazard refreshes. We didn't get the washcloths returned, and the towels felt like sandpaper. The coffee station wasnt replenished either. They just dropped towels and made the bed. Broken security locks and worn out furnature. The one plus is the proximity to the airport. The $10-a-night parking fee was ridiculous. To top it off, there was a conference with hundreds of screaming teenagers. I wish I had known about that in advance. I would have stayed elsewhere.
- 3/5
The check in was a mess there were at least 200 kids in the check in line we could not check in until 3 hours after we arrived. Hotel very noisy until midnight
- 3/5
Rooms are spacious, on-site restaurant is great. Called for a toothbrush and one was never sent up, and upon morning checkout no one at the front desk for over 30 minutes so never got a toothbrush.
- 5/5
Family gathering.
- 5/5
Gotta pay to park.
- 4/5
The staff very friendly and accommodating. It was a very busy weekend for Embassy suites. When I arrived there was a long line to check in but the staff handled it very well and I didn't wait long. The elevator was always packed. My room was very outdated and could use some updating but it was clean and comfortable. For the price and very short stay I think it served its purpose for me.
- 1/5
Horrible stay.
- 4/5
Nice place overall. Staff was very friendly. Room was large and nicely designed. Lighting was quite dim, and one lamp didn’t seem to work.
- 4/5
Everything was great except it was very hot in my room even with the air turn on it made it hard to sleep!
- 4/5
It was a very nice visit. But the furniture in the suite was very old. The televisions were very new and nice, along with the coffee.
- 3/5
The whole hotel smelled musty! Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
The evening reception is a lovely feature and the breakfast is great!
- 5/5
Fabulous staff and great facility will definitely stay here again
- 3/5
the room smelled and lookold
- 5/5
NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT! MY FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY
- 4/5
The room was clean and spacious. The only downside to my stay was the convention of some youth group that was very noisy and cleaned out basic supplies.
- 5/5
The hotel was great. Friendly staff and great breakfast.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The breakfast was good. Staff are courteous lm
- 5/5
The size of the room, cleanliness and amenities
- 5/5
Yes room was spotless and staff was very nice
- 3/5
I requested an item from front desk that was never received. I was asked how to be accommodated and when I provided answer for a special delivery of breakfast it was declined. So I never received any complimentary accommodations for that or for the fact that it was extremely noisy at night. Children running for most of the night. I would like to receive something on my next stay
- 5/5

- 3/5
The room was substandard the bed should have been replaced at least 5 years ago you would think for the price of the room it would at least be of this century .. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel needs much improvement it is not like any other Embassy suites I've ever stayed in before it seems like the first ever and is stuck in that time period!
- 5/5
Loved it will be back 😊
- 5/5
The 2 room suite was comfortable, the free happy hour was a surprise and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. However, the $10 parking fee was a unpleasant surprise!
- 5/5
I always enjoy myself at your hotel. You guys spoil me. The rooms are like a one bedroom apartment 😊
- 5/5
Great location; nice rooms, friendly staff, close to the airport
- 5/5
Clean room, GREAT staff!!!!
- 5/5
Everything ! The free complimentary drinks the indoor swimming pool the breakfast the rooms feel like you got your own apartment the only thing is the heaters are too low and the freezers are not cold enough.

Breakfast was even worse, items were constantly out and not replenished timely. Wont stay there again
- 5/5
Wonderful weekend great room.

- 3/5
Hotel and staff great. Indoor pool was cold as the pool room was. First hotel I have stayed in that charged for parking a night. To get WiFi I had to subscribe to a hotel app. I will be back if I have to not by choice.
- 1/5
There were roaches
- 5/5
I love staying there. You people spoil me.l love the rooms, they are like small apartments. The breakfast are great.
- 3/5
The room had a weird smell, the furniture was stained, the mattress on the sofa bed was horrible, and I had to wait for 10 minutes for the front desk person to come to the front. I then had to go back up front and wait another 10 minutes to get bedding for the soda bed.
- 2/5
The breakfast was plain, nothing out of the ordinary. The gym was nice and clean. The pool was disgusting. The little convenience store was nice to have but way over priced. Over all stay was just okay. Will not be booking at this location again.
- 5/5
The room was Beautiful! Staff was very friendly and very polite and helpful! And the Breakfast is Awesome! And the Hostess is excellent!!!! Definitely be back!!!
- 5/5
We had a great date night. We will be back for the next date night.
- 5/5
The eggs could have been warmer, but they were good. Great bacon. Variety for sure. Clean room. The air in the building seemed to smell a little musty but all looked clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The downstairs restroom (Womens) needs a little maintenance. Hooks on door were broken. My husband and I were given complimentary drink tickets which was very nice to sit and relax together. We did not eat at the restaurant - decided to go close by to eat a Philly Cheese Steak:) All in all we had a very nice time. Just wanted to give some constructive input. Thank you!
- 3/5
and the room was a little chilly. I am severely anemic and I get cold really quickly so I prefer the room temperature to be at 76 degrees it was definitely never above 70. The staff was amazing which was the highlight of the trip.
- 5/5
The suite was great! Breakfast was really good. Had it all, omelettes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit. Bed was comfy. Definitely will stay again
- 3/5
Courteous staff
- 4/5
I enjoyed the stay but I think the living room furniture could use a upgrade the back of the cushions were ripped and need bigger trash cans in the rooms with extra trash bags
- 3/5
Wish i could post a picture. Mold in room. Toilet leaking
- 3/5
The bar was fantastic. Staff was personable and friendly.
- 4/5
Thenroom was outdated. The rug was a bit musky but the room was clean enough. The entire hotel is beautifully designed but horribly outdated. Needs a freshen upnoverall. I did appreciate the free ride to the airport.
- 5/5
The staff were very courteous - from the front desk to the reception bartender to the omelette chef!
- 3/5
Housekeeping staff couldn’t even speak English so when I asked for new towels the guy kept saying No Hablo ingles! So I had to walk down to the front desk to get new towels and ask for someone to come to the room and do their daily cleaning. I also had my key cards locked out after returning after leaving for several hours because the front desk said the system re arranged things and it took over 15 minutes for them to fix my key cards and ensure the system had my room reservation.
- 5/5
The hotel has easy access to I-40. The staff are friendly, the evening reception is i great way to wind down, and the made to order omelet makes breakfast great!
- 5/5

- 2/5
Breakfast was great, pool was not in great shape. Called to ask for extra blankets and pillows, said they were on their way, never got them.
- 5/5
Jen is a great attentive bartender and Al who does the complimentary drinks is good too.
- 5/5
Clean room, delicious breakfast, nice staff.
- 2/5
Fridge didn’t work, air didn’t work, room wasn’t cleaned in the morning until we complained, 2 $8 bottles of water weren’t in the room and they claimed we drank them! Carpet in the room was gross! Bug in the sink in the bathroom!
- 5/5
Great staff! Very friendly!
- 5/5
Egg omelet was amazing!
- 4/5
Staff and Hotel Atmosphere was great.
- 3/5
The carpet is discussing, it needs a deep deep deep cleaning throughout the entire hotel, the furniture also. When your shoes make a sticky sound as you walk on the carpet, gives bacteria amongst other things. It has a smell of fungus. Staff was pleasant, however when doing a banquet the staff shirts should not look like they work in a fast food restaurant. Breakfast was okay, that floor was sticky as well. Also, how are you charging guest to park, that ridiculous and to not advise until you are checking in is crazy. But for one night stay it was okay. Wouldn’t stay again.

thermostat in room didn't work. Was too hot and would not cool. Turned system off and opened a window instead. I did let the front desk know on the way out so hopefully it actually got noted and fixed.
- 3/5
Our room was so hot. It had to have been 80 degrees. There was no AC at all. I had to call maintenance at 10pm to come turn the AC on for us. I feel the whole building was way too hot. Even the common areas for breakfast and the hallways.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and cocktail hour were great. I love how dog friendly it was. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. We were visiting family and will definitely stay there from now on.

Breakfast was okay. Need more variety. The furniture was from 1980's. Dirty old flat pillows. Furniture needs to be replaced but served the purpose. Staff was nice room was clean.
- 4/5
On arrival to my room, I found the electrical outlet next to the bed was inoperable. I notified the front desk and within five minutes, a man from maintenance arrived and repaired the outlet within a few minutes. This was ay 5:00PM on Friday.

Clean room and nice staff.

First, we were charged for the full 3-day stay for "no show" even though we showed up 10 am the next morning. the reception was very disrespectful when I tried to explain that our flight was delayed and I didn't even have time to inform them of checking in late. Anyhow, we were super-late for our event to we booked another room. Room was old, with multicolored stained carpet flooring and worse of all, we saw cockroaches in the bathroom and the living area. My wife was disgusted throughout the stay. Never again!
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
The room was clean and very well outfitted. We had to move from our original room to another one because of maintenance considerations. And the three way switch by the entry was not working inbthe room we were moved to.. The breakfast was excellent and the staff providing that service was very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Room was ok food behind the nightstand in the bedroom the staff on nightshift was suppppper rude and we ask for towels for the pool area and no one brought them the cabinet was empty all evening

The heat did not work
- 4/5
I was very disappointed when entering the room , after turning on the heat it never came on. Called front desk and was told that maintenance would come and he did, however ot was so cold outside, the heat should have been available immediately as soon as I entered the room!!! the room
- 5/5
The facility was overall great and perfect for our needs. No concerns or issues during our stay.
- 4/5
They charge extra for parking and it’s not safe.
- 3/5
The rooms heart was broken most of our stay, the room smelled moldy and had pretty stains on the carpet.
- 5/5
All your team members were professorial and a pleasure to work with.
- 4/5
Great breakfast, relatively quiet, simple check-in process. I also liked that i could send a tip via the app.
- 3/5
The room was nice enough. The receptacle by the bed didn't work so I had to use the light on the wall, that was inconvenient. When housekeeping came in after being gone all day, they left the door ajar instead of closing it. I didn't appreciate that & complained at the front desk & told them I didn't want them in my room. That fell on deaf ears, when I returned later that day housekeeping had indeed been in my room. Other than that, the room was fine, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. Staff was awesome!
- 2/5
The temperature in the room remained cold for 2 days, although we turned the heat on and my dad was uncomfortable most of the trip. As for breakfast, there is usually grits served, but this time some funny looking oatmeal was served both mornings consecutively. Overall, the hospitality was not as great as it usually is. I was at this location for business this past June and everything was great. This is normally our go to location because our handicapped requests for dad are always accommodated. We understand that the holiday crowd may have factored in and will possibly return another time.
- 4/5
The shower soap dispenser wasn’t checked periodically, but once brought to the attention of the staff, they corrected in a timely manner.
- 5/5
clean and courteous- we love staying here
- 4/5
Bed was stiff, pillows to thick and very firm. Surprised to find on site parking was $10/night. Location is great, right off I-40

* Our Room: The furniture in our room was unclean. The chair and sofa were unclean. We really did not want to sit on either of them. The furniture either needs to be replaced, or professionally steamed cleaned. The tub needed a thorough cleaning. We cleaned it ourselves. The lamps needed light bulbs. And a floor lamp could not be turned on because the knob to turn it on was missing. * Our Dining Experience: We had dinner and breakfast. Both places were clean(except the floors where we had breakfast were sticky). However, both staffs were exceptionally hospitable. And the food was excellently prepared.

- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice and price was very reasonable. The hotel is a bit out dated but all in all a very comfortable stay.
- 1/5
My bathroom had black sediment in the tub two days in a row. I could not use the shower/tub. They’d clean it and it would return.
- 5/5
This property was excellent. Very clean, staff was professional, food was good.
- 5/5
The breakfast was fantastic!! Someone knew how to make a Denver omelet like I did back in my cooking days, delicious. We had booked one night, then extended it to two. Loved sitting by the indoor water feature and hearing the soothing water as we ate in the mornings. There is also a happy hour 5-7pm, very nice and food was great!
- 5/5
The room was georgious, clean, and spacious. The staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
the furniture very worn
- 5/5
Nice and courteous stand and lovely accommodations, dated but seemingly clean.

This was my second stay at Embassy Suites Greensboro Airport. On this occasion, I flew to Greensboro. Upon arrival, I spent over 1/2 hour trying to contact the hotel to request the promised hotel shuttle. I called corporate, and their representative and her supervisor spent an additional 15 -20 minutes trying to get a response from the hotel, to no avail. I will not be returning.
- 5/5
They were short on cooks so I felt bad but the food was good and everyone was nice.
- 5/5
Easy to check in.

- 5/5
The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly
- 5/5
Staff very helpful and accomodating
- 3/5
Room wasn’t clean bathtub dirty fridge did not work properly. Maintenance came in. Turned refrigerator up and said housekeeping. Needed to clean refrigerator freezer overloaded with ice never came to fix or replace refrigerator because of full house
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
I would stay here again
- 3/5
The staff was amazing but the room and surrounding areas were very dated. Our room smelled, the couch was stained and there were no blankets or anything in the room for the pull out sofa bed. In the bathroom the ceiling had water damage that was covered with a plastic plate. The sink looked like it had black mold or something. The carpets were badly stained.
- 5/5
Was a great weekend there! Staff was friendly and accommodating! Definitely will stay again!
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and working their butts off they were awesome the rooms were very much so so clean but with a kind of weird antiseptic smell
- 2/5
The bed was comfortable shower nice and hot. Furnishings are outdated. Maybe that’s why they charged extra for everything. We won’t be back
- 4/5
Excellent staff in bar, restaurant area and breakfast. Hotel needs major updating. Rooms were large, clean and beds were very comfortable. But rooms were very dark, need major updating.
- 3/5
The room was great! We noticed upgrades to the physical property, very nice. The staff was rude. There is a charge for parking, now. We've stayed many times and never paid for parking. There was no wheelchair acces to the lounge area. My reservation was not processed correctly and the front desk tried to charge me again. We were very disappointed and won't be back.
- 4/5
The location was great, staff amazing. Only gripe was the shower, the water backed up in the tub and you couldn’t get the shower on full stream.
- 2/5
Upon checking in, the staff was very kind and provided excellent customer service. The dining and other common areas appeared to be nice and clean. However, upon entering the room, it was not as we expected it to be! The carpet was dirty, which caused the room to have an unpleasant smell. The heat didn't work, so the maintenance man had to come fix it. The TV in the sitting area where the couch/pull out bed was not working, even after the maintenance man attempted to fix it. They didn't have any more blankets left so we had to improvise. A roach along with a stink bug was crawling on the wall! The bathtub was rusty. Overall, the room needs to be updated, and our stay wasn't the best to say this hotel was highly recommended!!!
- 1/5
I've stayed there for 5+ years. The carpets and mattresses are awful. My dogs have better beds than that!! I left after only one hour of being in my room.. #423. Cost for 1 nights stay $350. Plus tax. Hell no. Never again!
- 4/5
My stay is always good but this time I left an item and went through the process of lost and found online only to be lied to and told that my item wasn’t found. Well it’s not going to be found if the housekeeper finds it and does not turn it in. It was a brand new, never worn dress left behind the bathroom door on the hook. It’s my fault that I left it but not my fault that it was taken. I love to stay there alone to get out of my hometown for the weekend but I won’t again! Also, it’s time to update the couches in the rooms. They have been there and starting to look really bad. On a better note, The breakfast is great and the front desk employees are always polit!
- 5/5
rooms were clean and well laid out
- 5/5
The furnishings are a little dated but the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I love that the water is filtered to remove chlorine and my room had an air purifier. The breakfast was good too.

- 3/5
The rooms are really dated. The light fixtures were rusted and the bathtub had cracks from wear and tear. This hotel needs an upgrade.

Broken door lock.Safety hazard. Old and run down hotel. Rude front desk.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 2/5
Absolutely disgusting room. Couch was black with dirt. Bathtub was so dirty. We asked for a new room and were told they were full. We had to ask 4 times for sheets for the pull out and eventually had to go down to get them. It really was so very dirty in that room. Super disappointed
- 5/5
It was fine. Didn't know about the parking fee in advance. Older mattress.
- 1/5
Sold my room even tho I confirmed it
- 5/5
A/c works great. I love purifier. We always use this room. We have severe allergies so I’m glad we can rest comfortably. I like the TV room so one of us can watch TV and the other can read.
- 5/5
Excellent as always… my private getaway
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and very comfortable room with all the amenities...we really enjoyed the stay. We always like Embassy Suites breakfast and happy hour, and the staff was so friendly and helpful!!
- 1/5
Nothing really
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, nice to have a restaurant to order dinner, decent snack and drink selection, convenient to have ice machine on the same floor as my room, convenient parking. Could use updating but all of the furnishings were clean and well-kept. I love that they offer rooms with air purifiers and that the shower water is purified to remove chlorine.
- 5/5
It was very clean and well kept, rooms were very nice, quiet at night, almost too much water pressure at the shower. Staff was friendly and professional, even at off hours. First class experience and would definitely stay again without hesitation.
- 4/5
The internal courtyard, breakfast and staff were great. Room was big, but outdated decor. Great experience.
- 5/5
Close proximity to dining and the airport.

- 3/5
I came for some rest and relaxation, but unfortunately, I came on the wrong weekend. There was a family reunion at the hotel and it was completely sold out. The room above me had several kids running back-and-forth so all I heard all night was stomping on the ceiling. In addition to that, my bathroom tub flooded while I was taking a shower. When I stepped out, my feet were instantly soaked, and I slipped and fell. Contacted front desk and they sent someone up the next morning even though I was checking out. He was in there all, but maybe a minute turn the water on turned it off and then left. I had to call the front desk to get extra towels to clean the mess up. I used this hotel a lot when I have my solo trips, our plan to use it again, but hopefully they don’t put me in a situation like that again.
- 4/5
The property had awesome space. Very nice sized living and bedroom areas. However the property is in dire need of renovations and upgrades in all areas of the facility. You can tell it is an older property so to attract more people it would need to be up to the times aestically. Otherwise good stay.
- 5/5
When we go back, we will bring tape to keep our privacy sign on the doorknob. It kept falling off and Housekeeping kept thinking that we needed them to come in and clean. They clean all day and late into the afternoon or early evening, so the sign needs to stay up as long as you want privacy. Don’t assume that they ever stop cleaning or that the sign will stay on the doorknob! We enjoyed our stay very much.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. My kids loved the pool.
- 4/5
Beautiful facility. Was not aware that there was a parking charge until I checked in. A $10 surprise.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was top notch even for Embassy standards. Just a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Need better wine at happy hour. $10 for a bottle of oyster bay might go a long way

Needs up dated carpet and couches
- 1/5
Our room was dirty and had mold on the ceiling. I ended up getting sick as well and my roommate. They did switch us to a room with an air purifier but they need to go through the rooms and fix the ventilation. Embassies are great with the happy hour and omelettes for breakfast but this one is very dated and the service was great either. We requested daily housekeeping and they never came to our room.

We stayed at this Embassy and we had a very nice time. Years ago we stayed at Embassies and we haven’t for a long time. This was like coming home. From the compliment drinks to the wonderful fresh breakfast n the people serving us, everything was wonderful. Thank you all at Greensboro Embassy, you’re the best!!

Bathroom not well cleaned

I would like to say thank you to the whole bunch of the Embassy Suites Employees. They all make me and my family feel like we are tight at home. Quiet, easy access, friendly and fulfilling. Thanks guys!
- 5/5
The free breakfast is good. The beds are very comfortable. The wi-fi is ok. They have airport shuttle. They charge $10 for parking. They ran out of ice cream snacks. They don’t have express checkout. The indoor water garden is beautiful. Only 20 minutes from High Point University. Shower is very nice. They have microwave, coffee maker & fridge. I enjoyed the air purifier inside the room.
- 5/5
Everything was great including staff
- 5/5
Great a convenient location when we visit our daughter at high point university
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 4/5
There's a certain standard at Embassy suites that you can expect and its satisfied here. One of their bigger hotels. Clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night. 24 hour gym good. Breakfast just a bit above average. No complaints other than 7:30 start is a bit late for people on the move. I dint like that WiFi is not really free unless you sign up with Hilton. This is 2025 come on! Also they want to charge $10 for parking. This is the first time i will be charged for parking. A big minus. Expect me to look carefully at your competitors next time as you may have lost a customer. Stop trying to squeeze me for every dime. Put your chargers up front and let me decide
- 5/5
Great room, nice water fountains and great breakfast. They need to upgrade the elevators to be a bit faster since there’s only 2
- 1/5
Liked that t was close to interstate. Staff at desk was appalling and can’t see how they have survived in the “Hospitality industry “ and no one correct their poor service behavior. Inconsistency breeds the decline in business and results in poor reviews, and awful reputation.
- 4/5
The breakfast was good, and the dinner was convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
- 4/5
The welcome gift was great, front desk staff were friendly. One staff member at the omelette bar was not friendly to guess or coworkers. Room was in need of attention: lamps not working, drinks left in fridge from previous stay, and deep cleaning needed in the bathroom. Overall a okay stay.
- 5/5
It was great. I was sorry I didn't have more time to spend there and that the pool was out of commission. I would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
Staff was kinda avoiding work, and helping people. Acting like they didn't see us
- 1/5
Shower painted over black spots, tub stained. Double billed at checkout for room even though I advised it was booked and paid prior online. Getting run-a-round to get reimbursed. Hotel used to be exceptional…what happened to Hilton standards?
- 5/5
Yo
- 1/5
10 minutes …. NOTHING. I called down she said she would send someone. At this point my husband and 4 exhausted kids have gotten our luggage to the new HOT room. It’s 12am. I call down again that no one has come. A new guy picks up and says maintenance has gone for the day. So I’m like so what now? He gets me another room…. We move again. ALSO HOT. so I paid money for me and 4 kids to cram into a sofa bed since that was the coolest place in the room. My husband on a chair. Baby who is 15 months kept waking up all night because she was sweating. This has been the WORST experience. It’s an old hotel and if you know you have guests coming the AC SHOULD BE ON AND COLD! Plus the water shuts off at 10:30 cus they have some major pipe being fixed. So can’t ask for a late checkout for the kids to go to the pool. So what was the point of staying at a Hilton?!
- 3/5
Older property needs a lot of upgrades in the room. Poor bathroom condition.

Front desk staff blatantly ignored us so they could continue socializing when we checked in. When we arrived at the room the coffee maker was broke. We called the front desk to request a replacement, but no one ever showed up. After we checked out, there was a $10 fee added to our bill for parking (even though we didn’t have a car).

I really enjoyed my get away here with my children

Needs updating in the rooms. Especially the bathroom
- 3/5
First off i have to say we have stayed at a lot of embassy suites over the years. This hotel was by far the most out dated. The carpet was a patchwork mess. The curtains looked like swiss cheese and they were stained and dirty. The toilet and cabinet in the bathroom was super low so it was very hard on my back and knees. There was a random hole near the ceiling of my toom. The tub was stained and dirty looking. The shower curtain was stained. The sink near the refrigerator was crusted around the fixtures. The refrigerator was leaky. The curtains were ripped and hanging off the wall. The light fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. The bathroom was tiny and you had to stand on one side of the toilet to open the door. The couch and the chair in the room was dated and old. The carpet in the room was old and worn and the room had a musty smell. All of the staff that we encountered from the front desk. Breakfast staff and housekeeping were all amazing and this hotel's saving grace. Based on these things we will no longer be staying at Hilton hotel brand.
- 4/5
My recent stay I was a little surprise with lacks of service: breakfast was served until 9 Am, and right at 9, everything would disappear including coffee!!! And most morning we would miss it . The famous happy hours at evening has been demoted to the bone! Just some chips and chips, and Hamas, drinks are served with coupons ( two drinks per person). No lunch served, and practically every service is trimmed to the bone . Rooms as usual are roomy and clean, but living room furniture looks like the furniture in cheap antique shops!!! I remember seeing there 30 years ago!!!! Rates were very fair, and bottom line it worth your money without any vibe!!
- 4/5
We had a good stay. Hotel needs to be updated but other than that it was fine.

Very nice as usual. Pool was closed for renovations ☹️
- 4/5
Although something went wrong and our room was not available The very nice people working here arranged for us to have a suite next door at the other Hilton property. They also gave us a free breakfast and free parking. So I'd say that was pretty good customer service.
- 5/5
as we were driving a lot over two days. But everything else was excellent. Beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very good with an omelet bar and anything else you could want. Some have said it’s dated, and I can see that, but still comfortable and clean. Thank you!
- 3/5
Although I booked this hotel mainly for the convenience of the indoor pool after our flight from Colorado;the pool was under construction and was not available. In all it was a very nice stay. The room was exactly what we needed space wise and appropriate for our crew.
- 3/5
The social hour was ok, 2 free drinks per adult but we only got 1 adult card even though we had 2 adults.. snacks were ok, expected slightly better social hour foods..breakfast was average.. nothign special about this Embassy Suites, below average on the many we have stayed at.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean, quiet and we appreciated friendly staff and spending down time by the fountain, having drinks. Will definitely go back.
- 4/5
It was ok
- 2/5
The ac/heat unit only blew out super cold air, was freezing. There was hair in the shower and the sink is pulling apart from the counter and was covered with mold. Also the pool is closed for repairs and that was not listed anywhere.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Pool is being renovated.
- 4/5
Clean. Carpet worn. Overall nice experience other than extremely slow pick up at airport. 1.3 hours.
- 2/5
I was there five days and the room was cleaned once. I got clean linen once!! It's summer time!! You have to shower a minimum of twice a day!
- 4/5
All the staff really nices and friendly if you're staying in rooms that are facing the interstate the room is really loud because of the interstate noise the bed was extra firm. They give you four pillows but they are kids size pillows and flat so you will need to bring your own pillows the breakfast is really good the pool is out for another couple weeks

Spacious and friendly staff.

The pool was not open and there was a leak in my room from the air conditioning.
- 5/5
This was my first time at the Embassy suites in Greensboro. I had previously experienced the embassy suites in both Charlotte and Virginia. I was surprised by the need for upgrades at this location. However, the customer service that I experienced made up for the short in my expectations of the property itself. The staff was kind, friendly and understanding of my expression. I am satisfied with my experience at this location overall 10 out of 10 will recommend. special thank you to MAkayla. Whom took care of my concerns. I was not happy that the pool was not open, but because I booked through a third-party, I did not see the notification on the website however, we still enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
Was great stopping point for overnight rest ♥️
- 1/5
Was charged for hotel that I didn’t stay in for the night..
- 4/5
The overall experience was good but this hotel needs to be upgraded. Everything is so old. The curtains were ripped a little and the ceiling had water leakage spots. The best part was the full breakfast that they provided.
- 3/5
Overall good room space to spread out. Much older property (worn/dated carpet and furniture), and double beds are very small. Bathroom is tiny; but nice there is a sink/mirror in the bedroom to get ready while another person showers. Nice staff. Breakfast on weekend starts too late for early risers. Would consider again if price was better.
- 4/5
Clean and affordable
- 4/5
It’s a nice appearance when you walk in. Staff was great. They do allow animals and my room 413 definitely smelled of dog. I own dog and work hard to have that. It was off putting and I’m not sure I’d stay again for that reason.
- 5/5
I stayed in a 2queen bed suite which had plenty of room. It had a room for sleeping and a room for entertaining with a bed inside the sofa. All the snacks were free since we were in the premium suite. The room was clean and as a plus they give you 2 complimentary drinks during happy hour which was a great social hour. The bartender was great and made everyone feel like family and even refers to you as family. They even have a restaurant which we ordered lemon pepper wings and they were plentiful and good. The staff was always friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The only drawback was the pool was closed for maintenance and I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. My check- in was seamless and the young lady who helped was professional, patient and kind. I definitely will stay here again when back in the area.
- 1/5
The carpet furniture, and curtains in the rooms are dirty and outdated. The buffet is awful. They keep the bacon and sausage behind the grill/omelet station. So, u have to stand in a long line just to get 2 pieces of bacon and 2 sausages. The rooms stay cold and you have to call maintenance to switch it to heat. You can't control if u want heat vs cool. I have stayed at so many embassy suites and this is yet the worst and most outdated that I have ever been to. The amount of money that you pay to stay here isn't worth it.
- 4/5
-the bartenders were nice -the breakfast crew was nice -the front desk workers were very pleasant -real nice pool area
- 5/5
Parent warning: there are pay drinks in the room, so I had to keep a close eye on my kiddos, because they wanted to see what $8 water tastes like
