Everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and helpful staff.

One ice machine working and that was all the way on the first floor. It was 90+ and the pool was out of order. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Good place to stay. Had an older feel but this is just my opinion. The room was cleaned daily but the bed wasn’t made crisp.. I hope my honesty doesn’t sound negative, because overall we were pleased with the place .

It was an amazing stay and we were accommodated for any check in mishap which was mostly not their fault! It was a third party issue, love the manager and her energy!

The room rate included breakfast - but one morning of my stay the kitchen was closed down, no notice was given, no signs were posted. Not even coffee was provided (you could buy a coffee from a machine for a minimum of $4.) the mini- market was way overpriced- $4 for 2 Advil? Really? When the restaurant was open the waitress Neesh was outstanding. I have stayed at enough Doubletree properties to know that the rehab for this one is overdue!

Beds are super comfortable, staff quickly addressed needs like extra pillows and towels. The only complaint is that there are too many truckers.

I think I may have found “my” hotel for future stays in Greensboro. The staff? Exceptional! The room was spotless, And the room temperature was perfect. The make up cleansing cloth and the magnifying mirror were two details many other places overlook. I won’t need to bring my dinner with me, there’s a restaurant on site. Luxury linens, and a cookie ? What’s not to love!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay but it’s not worth paying extra for. The rooms were clean and mostly well-maintained, however the bathroom faucet handle was not attached, and the mirror felt like it may come off at any minute. There was also a small problem with black ants— I assume they were just feeding on some crumbs or something. I couldn’t find the source. It wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, 4/5 stars. I would go back!

For the price it was not bad. The facilites and rooms needs some attention as they are not being maintained well. The hotel staff was exceptional. The property does offer good amenities and common areas. Very easy to access all the area offers.

The location was nice and my room was clean and comfortable. I could not get my thermostat to stay on heat. I was freezing a good portion of the night and had to keep getting up to adjust it. I didn't like that the bar closed early during my stay. I stayed on a Thursday and by 10:30p, the bar was already closed.

Overall the room was clean but the toilet flushed slow so you had to hold down the handle for it to go all the way down. Also, I had to get new towels each day because they didn’t service our room while out but the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. My daughter used the gym and said it had all the equipment she likes so it was good.

The staff at this property were completely unprofessional. The rooms were average and the property could use some upgrades. The bar and grill was essentially non operational and the cleaning staff would only replenish half of the items in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our family stayed for my son’s graduation. No complaints about everything super clean and staff super friendly. The cookies were chef’s kiss.

Big sign in lobby that’s says join us for breakfast. There was a nice big breakfast laid out. Fixed our plates and began to eat… a person brings over a $32 check to the table… there was no notice that breakfast was not included. $14.99 per person.!! She said check your room reservation if it does not say breakfast included, you pay $14.99!! The sign in lobby said nothing about a price. Beware ..

The hallways were very drab , punctuated by the base trim peeling off the wall and exposing raw dirty sheetrock. I was surprised that Hilton would allow its brand to be associated with a hotel with such horrible bathrooms …. The shower door positioning required you to get wet to turn on the water… the light was mounted in the wall behind you instead of in the ceiling…. The toilet was under sized, the lowest height of any toilet, that I’ve ever experienced, truly what you would expect in a kindergarten.

The staff at the desk was excellent, but the waitress we encountered during breakfast seemed annoyed that we asked for a table to be cleaned off (those vacant had been cleared, but not wiped). She said she would clean it off, but after a few minutes of no result we left and got breakfast somewhere else. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. From our room, breakfast, bar and the staff. Only one good thing I can say is lady helped me to check in to the hotel. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name.

Overall nice hotel but laundry always an issue. No coins available and machines need coins and also two machines out of 4 out of order. Soccer teams staying most people wash their uniforms. And the coffee seriously charging $4 for a cup of coffee insane. Not even good coffee. At least that should be complimentary. No real amenities given at all. Don’t charge for coffee it’s insane. You charge for breakfast. Charging for self serve is outrageous especially for crap coffee charging Starbucks pricing.

Stayed 5 nights but room only cleaned 2 times. No hot water in shower 2 mornings. Soap dispenser empty. Front desk staff and bartender were great. Expressed concerns to manager who said half the building had no hot water and they were trying to fix it. Did not know why room was not cleaned. He promised to compensate for the issues but still waiting.

This hotel was exceptional! Friendly staff, very clean. Great burger at bar and breakfast buffet was not included but was excellent. Will definitely stay here again

I was in town for a business trip and unfortunately, there was no hot water. Due to my illness, it was imperative that I have hot water, but apparently the hotel was having issues. The night clerk did try to get me into another room, but that’s when it was discovered that there was no hot water in the entire hotel and I ultimately ended up having to go to the hospital because my body went into shock from the cold. However, the next morning when I got ready to check out after returning from the hospital, Brandi made sure to offer me a refund for my stay and a discount towards my next stay.

Refrigerator was broken leaking water on floor.. Hotel staff had no replacement. Room had bad odor of cigarettes and marijuana .. My sister struggled with asthma .. Not an enjoyable stay.. Book through Expedia multiple times and feel credit for inconvenience should be given…

Property is dated, needs renovation. Room A/C and heating was malfunctioning, would turn from a/c to heat every 90 mins…during the night while trying to sleep room temp would go from 68 to 84 and kept having to get up and adjust thermostat. Would not recommend this property.

I would not stay here again! The bathroom wall by the sink was dirty and the bathroom overall could have definitely been cleaner! The bar/grill closed earlier than what it stated on the bar code inside the room on the nightstand. There was not one single cookie made/served during my stay! Guest services were blah except for the brown gentleman who helped me when checking out; he was very kind and customer-focused. The bed was a comfortable sleep!

The walls in the room were dirty with marker on the walls. The water was also room temperature, so I didn’t enjoy any of my showers. The saving grace was the staff. They were all very attentive.

Our flight arrived last but shuttle driver agreed to still come pick us up before ending his shift. We were so grateful for his extra effort to make out stay enjoyable.

Seems like a hotel in transition. The rooms and common area in lobby are all very nice. Comfy beds. Hallway, elevator carpet in halls all felt leftover from an older hotel. Location was kind of funky and not much right around it. Good value though that's for sure. We slept well

But as much as we paid for the room, we figured that when we were out during the day that they would come in and restock the coffee and our towels and clean the room but they didn't. Really decent stay. Not bad at all. I was told that breakfast was in the morning, i didn't know that you had to pay $15.99, because that wasn't mentioned at the front desk. I thought it was complementary. Key didn’t work for the gym, even after the man readjusted it. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The room was nice, however the shower was very uncomfortable. The water pressure was so high it hurt to stand in the water. I adjusted the shower head but it did not help. The water was ice cold.

The staff was so rude, and the entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. A few people were in the lobby asking about it, and the front desk lady was angry and standoffish.

Hotel is needed a little sprucing up (missing carpet on my floors' hallway and lots of scuffed up marks on walls etc.). Rooms AC sometime worked and sometimes didn't.....luckily i didn't really need it because it was perfect outside. I wish there was complementary breakfast, but having a fridge and microwave in the room was very nice. Shower never got beyond warm. The first day there I noticed a big black fake eyelash by the shower door..(ew)....I thought it was a bug, and assumed the cleaners would pick it up the next morning.....no, it stayed there my entire 5 night stay! There were also real bugs in my room. Lady bugs. One on the wall above the bed and several on the window behind the curtains. Glad it was just lady bugs!

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms, conveniently located relative to where I needed to be. Taj at the desk is always polite and helpful. Neesh in the restaurant is a ray of sunshine at breakfast. I’ve stayed here one other time and honestly Neesh is the main reason I booked this place a second time. I was so glad to see her at breakfast yesterday!

When I arrived around 1:30 AM, I was informed the hotel was sold out and that I would be placed in what was described as an “inventory room.” I was told the bathroom light was flickering and that I would receive a breakfast voucher and Hilton points for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues: • The bathroom had no overhead lighting — only a dim light from a small circular mirror. • The in-room phone did not work, so I had to go downstairs to request towels. • The shower did not produce hot water. • The sink began backing up while I was using it. • There was also a space heater plugged in along the hallway, which raised safety concerns for me. Because I arrived very late and had an early start the next morning, I did not have time to wait for maintenance and had to work around the issues. In all my years of travel, I have not experienced this many maintenance and room condition problems in one stay. This did not reflect the standard I expected when booking this property. I hope management addresses these concerns for future guests.

House keeping is the worst - no house keeping at all, no changing of towels, no removing trashes. I have to call the front desk on Feb 17 and 18 upon returning to the room around 8-9 pm to ask for new towels. Luckily the evening front desk staff -Kim she is nice and help to get the towels for us. We will never go back to this hotel. At the time when I made my package (air tickets & hotel) reservation, the hotel includes breakfast but I have to pay for it for the three morning breakfast.

There wasn’t much hot water, pretty much luke warm for a shower.

I reported this to the desk when I checked out on Tuesday morning. The heater by the wall continually blew out cold air. None of the buttons worked on that unit. I was able to adjust the thermostat on the wall and it helped to warm up the room some.

I got locked out of my room due to a defective lock and my suitcase and toiletries were unavailable until the following day. They put me in another room but it was a hassle.

The room was great except the pillows. They may be the worst pillows. The other problem was the athletic kid above our room. Floors to ceiling are thin. You hear everything thing.

Rooms are comfy and clean. There is clearly a good work culture here because everyone is extremely professional & friendly. The space downstairs is really nice with plenty of space to spread out and hang out, or just set up & do some work.

The first room had an adjacent door and the lock was broken and screws were lose, so I am glad I saw it right away. It is close to the airport. Safe location. They have an airport shuttle. General hotel amenities are available. All is all, a good stay. Note, it is not a free breakfast. I booked the hotel because I read somewhere that the breakfast was buffer style and free. It is actually restaurant style and paid for, so I did not bother eating there. Unfortunately, it is not walking distance to eateries.

Hotel rates are great. Room was clean and staff are nice. Location is good too. Only thing that was unfortunate was the intense smell of weed on our hall the entire weekend. Wish they could do something about that. But the hotel is very nice, and we’ve stayed there more than once while visiting family.

Very clean hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport and hotel has a very cozy relaxing vibe with plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby and hangout areas. Even has a fire pit by the pool area. This will definitely be my go to hotel as I will be return often to see my grand daughter.

Food was not that good but yet you was charged a lot. Would have been better buying McDonald’s. Also it took the cook a hour to bring my food and it was only me and one other person there. Front desk no one would answer the phone after multiple attempts finally had to go downstairs. Had to pay for tea and coffee which is usually free. Had to ask for cookies which was cold when they are known for warm cookies. The internet was barely working and there were bumps in the carpet floor when walking down the hall. I almost tripped several times. The toilet barely flush and the sink and tub water would not go down.

The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking, especially the head Chef, waitstaff and housekeeping. Also, the breakfast was good and the bed linens are nice. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Cons - scuffed, stained, chipped walls in bathroom and broken/stained sheer curtains, no towel bars in bathroom, no way to hang anything in the bathrooms except 1 hook behind bathroom door. out of order elevators (except for 1), no access in from side doors with room keys, only front main entrance access. Overall I’d rate my stay 8/10. Thank you!

Was booked for a king size bed, but was given smaller due to overbooking.

Nice hotel

The hightlights were the friendly staff and the comfortable bed. Suggestions to work on are the ventilation in the bathroom, bed linens and clutterness of the furniture when there was an open wall to put something at and will be go to. New paint and carpet will help also. A great hotel for short stays.

Well to start with there was a black lint or something all over the top covers kept thinking it was something else and giving me the heebie jeebies. The door kept rattling I was trying to calm myself thinking it was next door but it happened 2-3 times. Finally decided on checking out at 4am and going home early. The next day I decided to open the complimentary cookie they gave out and eat it for breakfast when I noticed there’s a bite already taken out of it!?! I had not bitten that cookie. So weird. Not coming back.

The staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. Unfortunately, the electrical plug in the bathroom wasn’t working and the king bed sagged in the center as if there was no center support under the foundations. The foundation also squeaked when you sat on the mattress.

I loved the staff, property, location etc. I had breakfast and enjoyed the food but was disappointed it was not complimentary and on top of that, it was too costly; a breakfast sandwich and a cup of tea cost me $17 before tax.

When we arrived the room was very nice and inviting. We arrived on a Thursday night and stayed until Sunday morning. The cleaning staff did not come in the room to fresh up or give us fresh towels. We had to ask for clean towels.

This is my hotel to stay in if I'm in Greensboro. Clean and no noise. Friendly.

I was there for two days and on the first niggt attempted to watch TV and my television had zero functionality on any channel and no connection for any streaming services. I went to the front desk three times over the next 36 hours to request the issue be corrected or to be moved to another room and was repeatedly told it would be addressed and then subsequently ignored.I have been a Hilton Hinors member for more than 15 years. Definitely has me rethinking my brand loyalty.

The Doubletree was fantastic!! Super friendly staff! Restaurant staff and food were all great! Bed was comfy and GREAT PILLOWS!!!!! Definitely will use them again in this area!!

The pool was broken and there wasn’t a hot tub, but other than this, 5 stars!

The room was nice and a good value for the money, however the shower gel dispenser was either empty or not working properly. I reported it to the front desk and was told that they would send me some shower gel to use but it never came. Also I purchased a latte and it was horrible. Won't do that again.

The front desk staff were professional and helpful. The hotel room and lobby space definitely exceeded my expectations.

Room setup was different from what I viewed online during booking. I was not pleased with the room, few lights were not working in the bathroom and fan did not work as well in the bathroom.

We were optimistic. The facility seemed new at first sight. When we got off the elevator on our floor we smelled weed. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and is very dimly lit. The thermostats were too limiting making our room too warm for a good sleep. Noisy neighbors. For a Doubletree this place was let down.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was great. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to have a few more towels and washcloths in the rooms, but overall, it was a great experience.

My only comment is, I didn’t ask for connecting room and I can hear noise from the other room. the water pressure in shower is low, the sink faucet is loose. The coffee in the lobby should be complimentary to hotel Guest. We had a Nice stay for 2 nights. Thank you

Shower glass door would not remain closed on its own, tv and remote would sporadically malfunction unresponsive or reboot on own, sink hot water a low flow slow dribble, housecleaning knocked on door way before checkout even with a do not disturb sign placed on the door hallway side knob. Other than the above, the stay was comfortable and satisfying.

It wasn't Expedia's fault - the hotel overbooked and they cancelled the reservation without notification. When we tried to check-in, they were helpful in finding us another hotel. Unfortunately, at a higher price.

Clean and comfortable. I gave four stars instead of five because the noise in the hallway is pretty audible from inside the room. I also could hear people in the adjoining room’s bathroom from our bathroom. The toilet in our room was also quite loud after you flushed it (the pipes). Despite those things, it was a very comfortable stay and we would absolutely stay here again.

This property is my go-to hotel when I come to Greensboro to see my daughter. I love the people, and the hotel is not too far from the various college campuses. Love this property.

The property was clean and check in was easy however after my friend and I checked in, housekeeping entered our room without knocking by using their own key. That was a huge invasion of our privacy due to we were in the process of getting dressed. The next morning at 9am, housekeeping was beating on our door and entered before we could answer because we were still in bed. Check out is at 11am. We spoke to the office staff and were told unless we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, they start cleaning the rooms. They need a better system if checkout isnt until 11am, dont start knocking and entering occupied rooms at 9am.

Overall, a great experience. We were originally provided with a room that had an unusual odor, but returned to the front desk where they quickly reassigned us to a different room which was very nice.

The hotel bar/restaurant is ok, but the bartender disappeared for over 1/2 an hour and then had an attitude when she returned and there were several people waiting on their check or just to get a drink and were frustrated for having to wait for so long. She was more interested on what was on her phone than customers.

They were very friendly. I was only there for a few hours to sleep before a flight.

First night the elevator near our room would not call from any floor other than ground floor. We had to use the lobby elevator. The hotel next to us had 5 police cars and the lobby was taped off. It wasn't our hotel but made us feel uneasy.

The rooms were well kept and fully stocked with everything we needed. Staff were all appeasing. My dad and I enjoyed our stay. 9/12/25-9/15/25

The beds was so comfortable and the covers felt as if no one ever slept under them! Outstanding stay!

However, there were a few things that could use improvement. The condition of the elevator was disappointing; it felt outdated and not well-maintained. Additionally, there were noticeable marks on the wall in my room and stains on the curtains, which took away from the otherwise clean and cozy atmosphere. Despite those issues, the hospitality and comfort of the bed really stood out. With a few updates, this could easily be a top-tier stay.

I feel really bad saying something. However, it’s a great space. I stayed one other time before an early flight. My room:((((( it smelled of cigarettes extremely bad. The air conditioning was bad, and or broken. I was supposed to have a shuttle that literally left before my pickup as I was running out. Just disappointed this go around:(((

The front desk staff were unfriendly. They were lacking in customer service during check-in and check-out. They didn't even ask how my stay was. When I checked in zero information was given about anything. I had to ask if they wanted to see my id. Honestly, I could have been anyone using someone else's reservation. No free coffee in lobby like most hotels. They want $4 a cup. I find that ridiculous. Housekeeping was rude. They banged on my door at 8am even though I had the "do not disturb" on the door. They were also very loud in the hallways both mornings. QR code on the bathroom mirror begging for Housekeeping tips. Also ridiculous. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Greensboro was good, but I had a serious issue with the air conditioning in the room. The airflow is directed straight onto the bed, especially the right side, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. I ended up getting sick because of it, which ruined the purpose of my trip. I strongly suggest reconsidering the AC placement, as it significantly impacts the guest experience. Best regards,

Being a light sleeper, I just got up, packed and left. This should've waited until a more decent time. In addition, they should've known the night before. Around 9-9:30 I tried to connect to the WIFI from my room. I couldn't connect so I called the front desk from the room. I explained this to the lady on the phone, explaining to her that I was using my last name (Wood) and room # (321). She said, "oh you should use "Moore". That worked, of course. I did tell her that "Moore" was not my last name but she just shook it off. I'll be coming to Greensboro more often on business and will pass this place by.

Heather was amazing and so personable. Easy check in and made it fun! Aloni at the Bar was a great bartender and server! Kuddos to the cooks as well on 8/17/25! The food was amazing! The pool was nice and loved enjoying the sunset on the patio. We will be back next year!

The bed was very comfortable. Room clean, shower very hot! Only complaint was there were no pull out sofas, or roll away beds. I would stay again, just get a double bed.

I would recommend this hotel. The rooms and lobby were renovated and very nice. The hallways were dark, worn, and needed to be renovated. The elevator was broken.Staff was excellent. The area was not unsafe, but felt sketchy. For the money, it is a great value.

Staff were friendly both at reception and in the dining room. Food was delicious. Room was a good size and it was clean. Bathroom was clean with enough towels. Linens were fresh.

No body wash in either room. No coffee refills for the next day. This was after asking for both items.

The rooms were very clean and nice and cold. I stayed in the summer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable.

The staff was responsive and we could see the renovations but definitely needs more work. Cleaning service was lacking. Even when they went to the room we asked for soap in dispensers and extra towel. We only had one towel upon check-in and they provided hand towels when asked for more in room. We identified the damages to include water ceiling to the staff.

As with most stays you get what you pay for and this was no exception. The beds were the best I had my whole two week vacation. There was plenty of hot water and the room was properly clean. What tickled my partner the most was the well thought out furnishings. Every time we went to look for something from coffee maker to charging outlets for our devices they were there right in the most logical and useful spot. What got us most was the alarm clock that doubled as a magnetic charger on top. We will definitely be back.

Clean rooms, excellent staff

The stay was good until I left and got home and I realized over $1200.00 was missing out of my purse and the only time it was out of my eyesight was when we went downstairs to smoke and for some reason the bartender wanted to know what room we were staying in and like dummies we told her then she went in and came back out and kept talking to us.

Pool was dark green as a pool owner that is just lazy. Charge me 9.88 bc I accidentally hit on Netflix.

It is tucked away in a well lighted location.

Double Tree Hilton has gone downhill. This basic room has no glass shower doors, location is near nothing, mini fridge was wobbly, and internet doesn't work. I definitely expected better.

I don’t like these particular hiltons because they are usually older and don’t give complimentary coffee -which is ridiculous. However the staff was super nice and the room was fine.

Front desk staff was very pleasant except the staff that worked the night of August 1,2025. He face nor customer service via phone was polite. However upon check out the ladies up front were awesome!
