Ms. Smith (no relation) at front desk was excellent with checking me in. She went above and beyond and I appreciate her. Would definitely stay again. There was still hair on the toilet but luckily I brought my Lysol so I sprayed it down and wiped it off.

Only room available with double beds was a handicapp room. It didn't have a shower or when asked.. coudn't put a shower curtain on rod. The TV was older model and small.

The overall property was very good. With that being said our room not so much. We had an ant infestation on the bathroom, there was a urine stain on the pull out couch, there were two places on the carpet with crusty stains and the TV remote was filthy.

The window wouldn’t close in our room so we heard the highway all night, the tub had cracks as well, no microwave in the room, coffee machine wasn’t in the best condition, the tv wasn’t updated the coloring was off. The staff was very friendly as well, the lobby was nice, the pool was closed so that was disappointing to my daughter. Good location.

I really enjoyed that rooms had a balcony. I also loved the pool area,the rooms were nice and clean. I didn't like that I wasn't informed of the 10 parking fee and that breakfast was twenty dollars a person and I was brought out a bill not knowing that breakfast wasnt included with my stay( although the breakfast was pretty good..just not worth twenty dollars). I feel like the price should have been shown.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was a nice size with lots of towels. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Close First Horizon stadium, so if you are going to a concert or show great spot. Close to highway and lots of restaurants near by.

August in NC. The A/C was not on in the hallways on the upper floors and our room was 75 degrees and super humid on check in. The room reeked of mold/mildew. That's the result of going cheap on a/c in a humid state in August

The staff was amazing! Adrian (front desk) went out of his way to find me the perfect room (quiet and far away from the elevator). Kelly (front desk) was very personable and had excellent customer service skills - she arranged to get me coffee for my room, and late housekeeping services . Then there was Nati (housekeeper), who was very cheerful and cleaned my room spotless. The only negative was the jacuzzi and firepit were out of service when I arrived, but the happy hour was great and I loved the staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Was passing through on the way from Florida to New York. I had made the reservation in the morning, but didn’t arrive at the hotel until 11pm (traffic was horrible). I’ve stayed at other Courtyard hotels in the past and they have become my go to. Always clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Always a good value for me. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

We arrived in the evening and went straight to bed. When we woke up we noticed a huge spot of mold on the wall by the AC unit. We changed rooms and the staff was genuinely concerned but a 3' by 3' patch of mold doesn't grown overnight.

The room was clean and nice, the only complaint there is how the room is set up. I just think if you moved things around so if you are in bed and want to watch tv you can, but it is set up so you have a closet in front of it. also the bed is so far away from the AC that you can't feel it. The room was beautiful and clean though and I loved that. would have given 5 stars if not for the poor service on Friday morning.

Everything was great at this property. Had a washer and dryer on premise, so that helped. The one down side was the other guests. There were a lot of teens there and they seemed to never sleep, which meant I didn't sleep with the running and slamming of each other doors.

The hotel is very outdated. The pictures on the waiting area are the only part of the property that has been renovated. The property is trash we had to switch during our stay. This is NOT a full Marriott. The room had a smell of cigarette smoke, trash on the floor and no sheets on the bed upon arrival.

The staff was wonderful and the facilities were clean and modern. The gym was well kept and i enjoyed my stay. The only reason i didn't give ot 5 stars is because the pool was unavailable. I wish I had known BEFORE booking. Please make this known at the time of booking so we don't arrive and get disappointed. Thanks.

This hotel is poorly managed. The HVAC in my first room was so loud that I had to ask to be moved. I stayed multiple days but my room wasn’t cleaned eat day and they didn’t bring me an additional washcloths and towels. On the day I checked out, the cleaning lady bangs on my door and woke me up at 8:15am to ask when am I checking out. The day before that the cleaning lady set off the alarm to her cleaning closet, located directly across from my room. The front desk lady just merely brushed off my concerns. I’ll never stay at this courtyard again !!

The hotel was ok, but not great. Check in was easy. The air conditioning must have been off or out on our floor when we got there because the hallway was terribly hot. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell, but at least the air worked. We grabbed a drink at the bar to take to our room when we returned from our event, and the service was really bad. There were 2 or 3 people sitting at the bar, but the bartender was oddly overwhelmed. It took 10+ minutes to get acknowledged. We tried to get a drink again while waiting on an uber. One guy at the bar, same bartender, same situation. She was making food for the patron but never even looked at us or acknowledged us until more than 15 minutes later, as we were walking away. Worst bar experience at a hotel I've ever had. With an the options on the area, I would not stay there again.

Power was out for half a day while it was 95 degrees outside. The only option you had for breakfast was a Starbucks café that was way overpriced. The staff was not very professional. I would never ever consider staying at this hotel again and I would never recommend it to anyone

I used to love this property. I travel to High Point for business, at minimum, 6 time a year and would stay here. In addition to the rooms are starting to look worn down the customer service has declined. First example: I received a call to my room letting me know they were getting noise complaints on my floor and that we are approaching quiet hours. At that point, I had already been asleep for 2 hours and had an early day the next day. Needless to say, it took me a few hours to fall BACK to sleep. Example 2: On my check out day, housekeeping came into my room at 8:15 to turn the room over. Problem with that was I was still in the room. Both situation were very inconvenient. I really don't think I will be staying there anymore.

This was a pretty nice hotel, the room was fine, but the reason that I chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool. There was no notification that there were any problems with the pool. When we arrived, I asked about pool hours and was told that it was closed for renovations. That was very disappointing and I would have selected a different hotel if I knew.

I'm not sure what's happened to Marriott's Courtyard brand, but this hotel was a real disappointment. The seams of the cushion on the sofa were noticeably pulling apart. The sofa itself was nearly impossible to sit on it was SO uncomfortable. There was very little selection in the Bistro. I thought we had made a wrong turn, and we ended up on Ukraine. According to Expedia, where I made my reservation, breakfast was included in the price. When I asked the desk person about this, she just said, "We don't do complementary breakfast. We can't control what Expedia says." REALLY!? A brand like Marriott has not say with Expedia? I find that hard to believe, and if true, Marriott should leave the "fold."

Mariott's website shows a shuttle - in fact, after waiting a while at GSO, calling central reservations who confirmed yes, they have one and just keep waiting (but didn't check at the local hotel - just read the website to me) - finally, another nearby hotel shuttle driver saw me waiting and told me that in fact, Courtyard no longer has a shuttle. He was nice enough to take me over to the Courtyard where I learned my booked room type was not available, the pool/spa remain closed on Covid excuses, breakfast was not included and quite expensive, and my room would have ample highway noise through the night. No USB ports to charge in the room. Totally not worth the money - many many other adjacent properties to pick from.

Very comfortable stay, very clean. The design of the shower was weird, only one side of the door slides open and it was the side where the toilet was so almost no room to exit. It seemed like the door was put in backwards. The staff were friendly during check-in and check-out.

The hotel booking information listed free breakfast with the room but the next morning I was made aware that the online information was wrong. The reason I stayed at this location was to grab a bite before I left early the next morning. At check in and check out I had to wait for someone to return to the desk as they appeared to be pulling double workloads and had to stop one task to complete another. Overall the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

Our room with 2 queen beds was very large. Can't say enough about the entire staff, so friendly, very helpful & accommodating. We were there for a wedding with numerous family members. It was a great location by the airport. We would stay there again!

The area seemed safe. There were restaurants in driving distance. Which there has been a continental breakfast, but the bistro in the lobby was pretty good. Loved my room. The beds were sooo call comfortable. I was surprised that I slept through the whole night and got a good night sleep! There were some noisy people staying above me, but the front desk took care of the issue!

My review is based upon the fact that Expedia has on its site that breakfast is included and it is not. I also chose this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub, but they have not been in operation for quite some time. On Expedia, these two items need to be noted and changed.

My only con is that it states breakfast included. It was not! They have a bistro which you had to pay out of pocket. The cost was not included with the price of the room. If I had known that I not have stayed at this place. Very nice and updated like new hotel. I only book hotels rhat that include breakfast.

I was disappointed overall. This was my first stay at this Marriott property in Greensboro. My room was not as clean as I would expect a Marriott property to be. There was a copious amount of dust in the air duct above the shower and the grout in the shower could use a deep cleaning. There was a huge tear with the cushion foam exposed in the front part of the sofa in the room. I informed the front desk attendant and got a dry apology and told that she would notify someone about it. Which she didn’t during my stay. She didn’t offer a room change either. It was either freezing cold or rather warm in the room. There was no comfortable in-between temperature it seemed. They have mini fridges in the room but you have to go downstairs by the front door to use a microwave. There is no breakfast included in the rate, when all the Hilton’s in the area include hot breakfast in their rates. Overall a 3 out of 5 stars because the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. I will be staying at Hilton’s moving forward as I feel you get more bang for your buck.
