    This was an overnight stay on the way to my destination. The hotel is clearly a work in progress, but the staff was very nice, and I really cannot complain. There was no microwave in our room, and the front desk said we were welcome to come down and use the microwave in the breakfast area, which, again, was fine for one night. Our shower was missing the shelves and had holes where the old ones had been ripped out. It was not pretty but functional.

    my recent two-night stay, which was an absolute nightmare! I woke up with six bites that looked like insects bites and were very itchy. I called the front desk, but they did nothing. I waited for an hour and then walked down to talk to them. I was shock!! and so confused by their answer. This is not how a manager should respond. When a guest calls, a manager needs to take action right away by showing up at the room to see what is going on, bringing the cream, or doing something to help. You don't just do nothing and say there is nothing he can do! (Very unprofessional) Due to the lack of hygiene and poor customer service, I am requesting a full refund for my stay but the manager refused to help. Instead of offering a real solution, he just handed me a used, old, and half-empty tube of cream. It was incredibly insulting and unprofessional.

    In addition, housekeeping service was inconsistent. I repeatedly had to request clean towels, and basic toiletries, including toilet paper, were not replenished as needed. While the affordable rate and convenient location were positives, the lack of cleanliness and attention to guest needs negatively impacted my experience. Because of these issues, I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

    It was close to where we were we needed to be the following day The refrigerator in our room was leaking, there was no hairdryer, it was very clear that the soap conditioner and shampoo have been used previously by someone else. The beds were not comfortable at all.

    Shower curtain was dirty. We ask for a clean one and to leave it on the door handle. Because, we didn't anyone to go in our room. And they went inside anyway. For the most part the stay was okay.

    Staff unprofessional. No one was at desk waiting 10 minutes to check in because staff was outside smoking. Staff had no name tags an was dressed as if they were coming from a construction site. Room was not throughly clean and there was no remote to TV. I called front desk and he had to bring me one. Continental breakfast was scarce. Also there is a charge for incidentals and I was not told when this charge will be removed from my credit card. I would not stay here again

    If I had been charged the going rate, which I found out should be about 60$ per night maybe I wouldn't be so critical but I was charged nearly $600 for 3 nights. Overall it looks like they're trying over there, doing the best with whats left of the hotel. I would never book this place again, it was way overpriced for how old and run-down the place is. 1st room was giving me respiratory issues (not normal for me). the second room was definitely better but still the whole hotel has a bit of an odor and is kind of gross. not to mention there was water coming from the ceiling in the main entrance lobby. What was dissappointing is that when I got there I noticed that every single hotel (like 3 total) in directly adjacent lots were quite a bit newer. I really screwed up picking this hotel when booking, dont make the same mistake I did. I heard they had a continental breakfast but I didnt even bother looking since I wouldnt feel comfortable eating from a hotel that looked as this one does.

    Staff was friendly but the hotel left a lot to be desired. The pillows (3 to a bed) were the absolute worst pillows i have had at a hotel. The room felt humid. Which probably explained the mold in the window. Breakfast was seriously lacking, 2 of the 4 drink dispensers were broken. Waffles smelled good but we opted to go elsewhere. Room was clean. A big plus eas thst they had a full cable package with lots of channels. Lately a lot of hotels won't have that.

    Hotel was ok. However I was unfortunate to spend 3 nights when a a bunch of disrespectful college kids were there as well. They partied at the hall (not even in their bedrooms ) until 1am. Very loud. I had to ask them a few times to keep it down. I shouldn't have to be doing this. Horrible nights. Coincidence or not but the breakfast area floor was sticky. Not sure if it was them and their lack of proper manners and common sense (I witnessed one overfilling a coffee cup and dropping at the floor). But it was gross. My shoes are still sticky.

    While heading out to dinner, we were waiting for the elevator and heard what sounded like a domestic dispute happening in a nearby room, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. In our room, there were cracks in several areas, and the bathroom fan was extremely dirty and appeared moldy. Overall, the condition of the hotel and the atmosphere were a big letdown compared to our previous stay.

    We had a terrible neighbor that turned on the tv to a high volume at 3am and was screaming into her phone starting at 4am. I went to speak with the front desk (Manny) about my rude neighbor. He immediately went upstairs to speak with lady who was loud and disrespectful. He addressed our concerns by giving us a new room that morning. The rest of our stay was more peaceful and relaxing. The hotel room was clean and their wasn't any carpet.

    I stayed in a the largest king suite they have. Batroom was clean, but was showing age. Was some small bits of trash on floor. Bed was comfortable and room was large. NO CHARGING PORTS OF ANYKIND! pi found thus frustrating. I usually stay at Marriott and hilton, but this place was in the same parking lot, so I decided to save $40. Was it worth it, not really. Its simply that with the others it seems like customer service and needs are of utmost importance and concern. Here, it seems a little cold, sterile and becoming dated! Breakfasts was good, but not much to offer. It was the best apple and orange juice I've had at a hotel of any caliber. (I've stayed in many around the country and world 🌎 numerous time. I share that for context only .) Would I stay here again. I paid $80, so it was very much a value price decision for what I would call a very value based hotel. I Never felt unsafe, parking lot was lit, customer service was adequate. Yes, I'd stay for $80 or less. Anything more than that, then no. Much better places in the area at a slightly higher price point.

    Top door latch broken, can see where holes are drilled in walls and not patched, toilet paper holder broken. Girl at front desk was blah if she was there. Tried to swap rooms due to safety latch but it was full, no offer of any type of refund, we were just stuck there. Cracked tile, needed maintenace, not major issues just minor things that could have been fixed easily. Made you feel like you get what you get and it wasnt a big deal. Wouldn't have been so bad if I didnt pay the same price as other hotels in the area or had gotten some kind of discount. I never leave reviews good or bad but this was ridiculous because these were minor things that could easily be fixed in between guests so either they have no maintenance technician or they don't care. Looked to the side this morning in bathroom and it looked like old blood dripped down the wall beside the cabinet. Never again bc there are SO many hotels in the area to choose from at the same rates.

    The area wasn't a good area. There was prostitutes walking up and down the streets. The rooms weren't equipped properly. There wasn't a toilet paper holder at all. No trash can in the bathroom. The food area wasn't adequate. They use dollar tree paper towels for napkins. All of the juices for juice station was constantly out. The back was missing from the tv remote and all the buttons wasn't operational. It was supposed to have a microwave in the room but didn't. Overall you could tell that they were doing the very cheap minimum.

    I’m honestly just glad this place has hot running water and electricity. I’ve never been to a hotel so dingy and dirty luckily it was only for 1 night so I thought I’d tough it out but never again. The carpet had stains, the walls and doors were dirty, there’s mold around the tub! My OCD is literally in over drive. 2/10 would NOT recommend. Even the pillows are sorry. The only good thing is the location nearby EVERYTHING like less than 5 min other than that yea it’s a big hell no we won’t go (will not stay here ever again)

    The $100 incidental deposit felt excessive, especially since I was only staying one night. It felt like I was paying for the room twice. The atmosphere wasn’t great either — there were several strange people hanging around the front entrance, which made me uncomfortable. Finally, at checkout, the front desk staff barely acknowledged me and spent more time on her cell phone than interacting with me. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I will not be returning to this location.

The front desk staff is very nice. We want to especially thank Salina for her happy smile, her willingness to help right away when it was in her power, and for just generally being a super employee. The Continental Breakfast is not a continental breakfast. There was no bread, no jelly, no cold cuts. The Jimmy Dean Sausage Croissants are not part of Continental Breakfast and were gross when heated. All in all, we believe that we paid too much for this establishment. I do not know why they have an 8 rating on Expedia. I looked at 2025 reviews and they are all 1 stars.

    We didnt stay. Traveling with children, arrived around 10pm, entire surrounding area and property was infiltrated with homeless and drug activity. Woman shooting up right at corner of drive to hotel. Multiple individuals drinking alcohol in paper bags gathered all around the area. No feeling of safety whatsoever. Dont book here

    The room had an extremely bad odor, it was like a mix of garbage, bad body odor and chlorine. Even using Lysol didn’t help. The carpets were stained in the room. The tile floor was sticky, had dirt marks. The shower walls had marks. Lights were not properly functioning. Vents were dirty. I shouldn’t have to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean a bathroom and floors for a room I’m paying to stay in. The elevator floor has cracked tiles hat when stepped on it lifted where someone could get hurt. The walls were scratched in general hallways. I’m in shock for a Radisson chain to be like this.

    This place should have been torn down years ago. The bathroom door will not move because it rubs the floor. A piece of steel is sticking out of the wall by the bathtub. The stairs are cut wrong and a tripping hazard. The staff has daily arguments at the front desk with customers, as if that is perfectly normal. You get one roll of toliet paper and nobody services the room, even after three nights. I had to ask and was promptly yelled at for not asking in advance. Telling me to just read the sign on my door telling me to call in advance to service the room. My room has no sign on the door. This place is a dump and the staff are horrible people that hate everybody.

    Upon arrival we felt pretty good. Front desk staff was courteous enough. We traveled with elderly parents, arrived at 1:30PM, asked if rooms were ready and if so, could we check-in early. The young lady at the counter said “sure, you can check in early for $30 extra per room”…first red flag. Because the weather was nice, we decided to take advantage of the two wrought iron benches directly outside the entrance until the 3:00PM check-in time. The furniture in the lobby looked decent enough from afar but once you got up on it you can tell immediately that upholstery cleaning was not a priority here. Regular maintenance can take furniture a long way. I pray that I’ve been a decent enough human being to be going to heaven because if there was an elevator to hell this must be what it feels like. It continues to have the moving pads up on the inside and the way that thing loudly banged & shook as if it slammed into something on each passing floor was crazy, and it bounced & shuttered each time you got to the ground level, you sort of held your breath for a few seconds hoping that once it settled the damn doors would open, jeeez.     The staff was super friendly. Beds weren't that comfortable. Toilet handle kept getting stuck had to call them like 5 times. I thought it was all you can eat breakfast but it was microwave breakfast sandwiches. They had waffles and cereal. Nothing to write home about. I wasn't told when I made the reservation in March that we had to pay 100.00 incidental. The y did wave the early check in few. Overall it wasn't a bad stay

    Front desk staff exceeded my expectations. Friendly and helpful. They made up for the rooms. Carpet was stained. Bathroom tile grout in both rooms including the bathroom tile in my parents’ room need to be cleaned. Rooms smell a little musty when air conditioning is off. Breakfast was good. Appreciated 24/7 coffee and tea service (hot water upon request). Nice amenities.

    This is about my 4th stay at this location and it has definitely gone downhill since our first stay. The elevator sounds like it’s about break down, there were no extra towels when I requested, we had to be moved from one room to another because the room smelled like smoke and the door didn’t look secured when closed. There was running around in the room above us starting at 7 am and groups of guest hanging around doorway.

    The property was very clean and convenient for my visit to High Point Furniture Market. Only downside was that the room was incredibly hot when I walked in and the refrigerator was unplugged but these are minor and easily changed by me.

    We stayed one night, a Wednesday night. The check-in and check-out process was good. My biggest concern and complaint was the room I was staying in, Room 407, had evidence of a room leak above the bed and mold was on the celing at this point. Very bad. This brings my whole overall review of the property to a grade of "Terrible". This wasn' something new, it had been there a while and nothing being done. The other complaint was the shower not having any water pressure through the nozzle to remotely come close to a "spray". The sink had pressure, but not the shower. For the price per night, breakfast could have been more to it. Other hotels with similar pricing, had hot meats and eggs.

    I was very disappointed to find the bathroom that was not clean. found hair strands in the bathtub and toilet was not clean. The floor does not look vacuumed. There was broken shelf in the bathtub. The light was out in the bathroom. The light bulb of the lamp (next to bed) was missing. The curtain was not closed good. no blackout. The bright light came in the morning and woke me up real earlier. unhappy. no napkins in the breakfast area. the counter was not clean. very disappointed. I did complain to the front desk all i got was thank you!

    I stayed here before and it was very enjoyable, which is why I chose to book again. This trip was totally opposite: the light didn’t work when you walk in the door, the toilet tank leaked leaving water on the bathroom floor, and to top it off, the water was brown when I got in the shower. I notified the front desk but no one ever came. We had to keep turning it off and on. And letting it run until it cleared

    The hotel staff was friendly but our first room the fridge was not cleaned. There was stuff still in the fridge from past guests. We was moved to another where the water pressure was low it took forever to run a bath. There was no hot water half the time and the room didn’t look as clean as other hotel rooms I have stayed in. The elevator sounded horrible like it was breaking down on the way down to the first floor. To top things off the power went out in the middle of the night and there were no accommodations made for us having to sleep in a cold room. I definitely would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Very clean. Felt safe in the hotel. At night there was alot of homeless people wandering in the area which made us feel uncomfortable. The beds were compfy and we appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room.

    The room was definitely not qhat i expected. The elevators were not working most of the tim. The rooms were only cleaned every 2 days upon request. The bed were very uncomfortable and did not have comforters. The sheets were dirty upon arrival. It was the worst hotel I've stayed in a very long time. I didnt know that hotels like that existed.

    There was no remote for the tv. The room was dirty, floor was sticky. There was a knife in our room. It sounded like there was construction in the middle of the night. Door had a gap under it and the peep hole had light shining in the room all night.

    My room - 401 had crumbling drywall and paint on wall with bubbles indicating moisture in the bathroom. Carpet had odd red stains. My coworkers room on second floor had a toilet that the handle had no retaining but on inside making flushing a challenge. Never was repaired during stay. Elevator shuddered and bounces at end of travel. Staff were helpful and kind. Management ownership is done bare minimum and it shows especially in the limited and basic fast food style offering. Never staying here again. Same with all my coworkers.

    Hotel was very clean as well as the room. Came for the Blake Shleton concert and a shuttle was offered by another company, this made it so much easier and less stressful to get to the coliseum.
