What happened to the pool ?
- 2/5
The elevator was not operable so stairs are the only route upstairs. It looks like a dangerous construction zone. Ice machine did not work. The floors creaked badly in our room. It will wake you if you’re in a room with someone. I’m never staying there again.
- 4/5
An hospitable staff, especially when I was checking out

Great place
- 1/5
Messy,,, didn't even go through with reservations. Left and went to a different hotel
- 1/5
Let’s start off by saying walking into the hotel at check in, it was hot inside, the gentleman didn’t even say hi. I noticed a sign was printed out the pool was closed. Mind you I called in May that it was open. No elevator. So I said no pool no elevator anything else well free continental breakfast. Then let’s go to walking in the hallway walk-in to hotel from side entrance smaller of nothing but trash and weed. As trash bags filled the entire walkway in bags in 90+ weather. To walk upstairs to see a huge hole (assuming elevator work) wasn’t properly closed off to prevent accidents. The constant smell of weed lingering exposing my kids to that smell ice maker out of service , vending machine out.m hold in ceiling. Let’s walk in the room. The room itself wasn’t awful but let’s to go the bathroom. The door rubs in the floor stained towels , long black hairs all over. Tried calling front desk no one answers. Even hotel.com tried calling. Let’s go to the next morning breakfast as half ass cereal bruised apples a broker water machine. Finally someone at the desk to bring everything up to “well there’s not much we can do since you paid through 3rd party” wouldn’t even give me a receipt at check out. This hotel needs to be put up to standards and not just trying to make a dollar. I don’t know where it goes but not into the hotel. If I could have afforded last minute hotel room I would have moved.

- 3/5
We needed an inexpensive night stay. The rooms were recently remodeled. You could tell that it's an older hotel.
- 3/5
The room could of used a refresh the air conditioning made the room smell had to turn it off the floor could of used a rewash and some of the furniture was stained and could be updated it was old looking
- 4/5
This is a simplistic place to stay. Great price for an affordable, clean hotel with friendly staff & decent continental breakfast.

It was clean. The pool was closed.

Location was great The pool was closed and that was not disclosed when booking, that was a real bummer because my kids had planned on swimming and were excited.
- 1.5/5
Pool broken elevator removed and covered with caution tape. Floor in hallway fell as id it may break. TV in first room didnt work. Second room smelled of rotten milk. Refrigerator seemed as if it had just been plugged in.
- 1/5
Pool was closed, carpets stained, roof exposed, overall old facility. Staff was nice and helpful

We stayed for 1 night for a concert at the Coliseum. They offered a shuttle(for pay) that was VERY convenient. LISTEN: Its a budget hotel....Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Room was clean and bathrooms were upgraded and IMMACULATE. Biggest complaint: The Pillows were SO SMALL AND AWFUL. Please bring your own!

Room was spacious and very clean. The big window made it very light and airy There was not anything I didn’t like.
- 4/5
It was easy to find and closer to coliseum Couldn't get early check in
- 5/5
Check-in enthusiasm was outstanding!! Daquon Maxwell made us feel welcome and appreciated from the start of our stay. The price was right and accommodations were as pictured. A sold-out night was peaceful and other guests were respectful of other visitors. Parking was sufficient and available access to our room. Outstanding shower!! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The location was conveniently located. The facility was acceptably clean and relatively orderly, but the hallway was totally inundated with tobacco smoke and possibly cannabis smoke and consequently penetrated into our room. It was enough bother that it caused my throat to be irritated all night long. I will not stay at this establishment in the future unless they could guarantee me a total smoke-free room.

Carpets were dirty, environment had an unpleasant smell, no elevator, site of no elevator was awful. Mold around sink in bathroom
- 2/5
We appreciated that they were able to help us resolve the problem with the room When we arrived, the hotel employee assigned us Room 204 As we headed toward the room, however, we discovered that the hotel had no elevator; furthermore, the entire second-floor hallway was uneven and smelled of marijuana. When we reached the room itself, it reeked terribly a smell somewhere between urine and dampness. My husband reported the issue, so they moved us to a different room on a different floor; that room was in much better condition.
- 5/5
Itwas walking distance to the mall and neighborhood Walmart. Don’t change anything just upgrade if needed.
- 3/5
Liked the staff and the room. Did not like the open construction and the garden style set up of the building. There is no elevator. You must walk up a long flight of stairs to get to your room unless you are elderly, for whom they give preference to the first floor rooms. Then when you get upstairs, the floor is not leveled but cascades downward so you are constantly walking up and down a hill. I got more exercise going to and from my room than in the gym. And finally the breakfast has no protein except dairy. Eggs and meat have been removed from offerings probably due to rising costs. Nothing but carbohydrates like cereal, bread, waffles, muffins, oatmeal, etc. Very unhealthy. But did have a good cup of coffee and tea.
- 4/5
The room was very spacious and the hotel was in a great location! The continental breakfast was a little sparse and simple, but it was still nice to have as an option. Overall we had a very nice stay!
- 4/5
It was a quick stay but we were comfortable and everything was very clean
- 4/5
A somewhat bare bones but nonetheless really pleasant stay! Very clean, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but serviceable. Smooth check in and out. Excellent location. Only negative was I couldn’t figure out how to use the tv to save my life but that may have been user error! Would def stay again if needing a quick overnight in the city.
- 5/5
Our rooms were spacious, very clean and the beds are uber comfortable.
- 4.5/5
Facilities were clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast was not as advertised. Breakfast is advertised as a full breakfast with bacon, eggs, waffles and other items. There are no bacon or eggs to be seen or had at this hotel. If waffles and cereal is what you expect, then it is great. Just need to correct your advertisement of the breakfast you offer.
- 3/5
The staff was nice The TV didn’t work the phone didn’t work it was very hot in the hallways
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay place was very clean I like nice staff I slept well last night. Thank you I will look to stay again in the future.
- 2.5/5
The bed was comfortable There wasn't an elevator. None of the internet reservation sites stated that there was no elevator. We were placed on the second floor and it was very difficult to get our luggage up the steps .
- 5/5
Was the perfect room as a overnight stop
- 4/5
The bed is comfortable. The price was very good. The Staff was pleasant and helpful. I will stay there again.
- 2/5
It would be helpful if they'd indicated they didn't have an elevator and they are under renovation.

- 2/5
The room itself was alright clean room and quiet. The rest was just absolute ridiculous. When I went to check in, there was no one behind the desk. The clerk was sitting at a table watching TV. I didnt know he was even the clerk I asked if there was anyone who was working the desk and he told me to "hold on a sec" while he continued to watch TV. Later when asking about the pool, a staff member became irritable that I asked and was rude stating it didnt open until Saturday. While I get there is an off season there was no reason for this attitude. All in all next time im in Greensboro I will be staying somewhere else.
- 1.5/5
Seemed like maybe they were short staffed , breakfast was terrible. Counters were not cleaned up , nothing was restocked, bagels were rocks. No towels available , staff was able to find 2 in the dryer. Room had a horrible smell, trash outside of hotel
- 4.5/5
Ok Pool
- 3/5
It was OK. I booked 2 nights and housekeeping never came once. Trash was overflowing. Once you sign in you get a text message with the onsite amenities. Couldn’t the person up desk at least go over them? One of the amenities in the text stated breakfast had eggs. Well you get no eggs why wasn’t this updated? One waffle maker but could never use it because there was either a line or someone making 10 waffles. Room was nice. Would I go there again? Maybe but will look at other places first.
- 5/5
The pool was temporarily closed...

Was only there 8-9 hours simply to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Room spacious. Need more pillows as they are tiny! Front desk at check in was great!! Breakfast was average. Everything clean
- 1/5
Worst facility that I have ever stayed in
- 1/5
Location was convenient to the coliseum Dirty floors, dirty hallway carpet. Hair in the shower, couldn't even stand in front of the sink due to location of toilet. Front desk clerk was incredibly smug and smirked when we found out the pool was closed although website stated it was open. We arrived a day early for an event we had scheduled so that we could enjoy the pool so the whole purpose of getting there early was defeated.
- 3/5
The staff are welcoming and friendly. Our room on the first floor had an old, damp smell and there was a roach in our bathroom.

THE HOTEL WAS MAINTAINED GOOD. MY ONLY ISSUE WAS IT DIDN'T HAVE AN ELEVATOR.
- 3/5
The first room we were put in was not clean, but the staff at the front quickly moved us to a different room which was cleaner but still not the cleanest. Staff are very kind, the pictures online definitely make the place look better than it does.

- 2/5
Location is not great. Many unhoused people walking streets in front. Room could have been cleaner. I’m pretty certain some people live in the motel itself. They were doing very loud work outside my door (day not night) but as a business trip I needed to work. It was impossible. I will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Nice and clean motel rooms…
- 2/5
We booked 2 rooms
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Room smelled like stale smoke. The breakfast was not great. The waffle machine was empty, yogurt machine empty, orange juice was empty. A couple apples, no other fruit. I didn't have muffins but my English muffin was stale I through that out. The neighborhood is sketchy. There was a guy talking to himself and smoking crack in the parking lot. Another guy was taking all the cigarette butts out of the ashes trays and going through the garbages. There are locks on every door and the sheets and bathrooms were clean. It's sleepable but I feel like it should've been cheaper for the experience.
- 4/5
Location was great Water pressure wasn’t very good for the showers… it’d be nice if there was more breakfast choices
- 4/5
It was a nice comfortable room. Perfect for our stay.
- 3.5/5
Room was furnished well Slight odor on entering the room, breakfast service very sparse compared to other BW sites, poor coffee, no hot food
- 5/5
This is a very nice hotel. I looked at other hotels in the area that were almost $200 more, so I was worried that there might be something wrong with this one. But everything was fine. Nice room, no problems. The elevator is being repaired so we had to walk up some stairs, but that was good for us!
- 5/5
In town with sister for an overnight trip. Deshawn at the front desk greeted us and was absolutely so pleasant and friendly, both at check in and at check out. He is really one of the best front desk associates I've encountered at any Best Western, or hotel in general. The room was clean. The location was convenient to restaurants as well as getting off/on the interstate. Felt safe. Left the car at the hotel and took a Lyft to our event at First Horizon Center. Breakfast was a little light compared to other Best Westerns, but it was sufficient. Deshawn explained that they are waiting on the certificate license, and once they have that, the hot breakfast will be back. Would stay again.
- 3/5
I did not feel safe. When I parked, someone was staring at me for a long time while I was still in the car, and then came to my car, knocked on the window, and asked for money. When adjusting the AC, the cover I had to lift fell off, the wooden toilet paper mount under the sink fell to the floor as I was trying to tear off a piece, and the light cover that went on the bottom of the sconce next to the bed fell off. Since it was glass, it was surprising it did not break.
- 5/5
Great budget option.
- 5/5
Everything was nice and clean.
- 3/5
The room was clean. The bed was okay, but the pillows were awful. Half size and flat. You need 3 to make up on decent pillow. It is old and needs serious renovation. If you are on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator. There is virtually no soundproofing on the rooms and so much light came from around the entire door to the hallway, no additional lights need to be turned on to get up in the night. No housekeeping during our stay. Breakfast was minimal on the Sunday we were there and Monday was dismal. Halfway thru the breakfast hours most everything was gone and not replenished. I stopped travelling with a hair dryer as every previous hotel I've been to has one. This one does not. If you need a clean inexpensive place to stay and don't need much in the morning, this is a decent place to stay.
- 5/5
Nice and clean I didn’t like that they allow some of the guests to play loud music all throughout the night in my room was right at the front lobby. so I had to hear a mariachi band all night. Other than that, it was a pleasant day.
- 1/5
Please don’t stay here! It’s not clean and not safe!
- 1/5
Really felt let down by the reviews for this hotel. I booked and was completely blindsided. Thank God I was only there for a night. This hotel is creepy!! Only 2 floors so the hall is superrrrr long. Looks like construction on this inside of the hotel is taking place bc theres a BIG hole in the wall and it’s covered by wooden blanks (poorly). The location does not have an elevator. When i checked in only one associate was working and the line gets so long itll go past the door. Druggies are around the back of the hotel REALLY BAD. PROBABLY NOT SAFE TO WALK AT NIGHT. I was afraid to unlock my car and put my luggage myself. Breakfast options were VERY limited. Im surprised people were using the gym! The price per night should be like $70. I thought Best Western was a great brand BEFORE THIS WEEKEND. I bring my own pillow & blanket for comfort but this place YOU WILL NEED IT. I couldnt bring myself to sleep under the sheets!
- 1/5
When we arrived late at night for checking in, the lobby smelled like weed. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator (boarded up and with caution tape). We parked and went to one of the other entrances and it was closed bc the door was cracked. There was a piece of paper that said so not enter. We went to the next door and got in. The stairway and hallway both smelled like weed. When we got to our room, it was very clean. Throughout our 4 days there, our room was never serviced so we never got new towels and the two times I went to the front desk to ask for them (and tp), no one was there at all. Our last night, our bathroom started to smell like weed. On top of all of that, the parking lot had on numerous occasions homeless loiterers just hanging out which made us uncomfortable especially when they tried to approach us at night.
- 2/5
The air conditioner did not work well in my room. And the area was not great. I had a few towels in the bathroom when i first checked in that were dirty. Wouldn’t stay again.
- 1.5/5

Literally the toilet sat in front of the sink. You could wash your hands while sitting on the toilet. Continental breakfast was the pits. Best western tried to bill me for two nights even though we had cancelled one of the nights months prior.
- 4/5
It was fine for the price. However, it was very loud and it felt as if the walls were made of paper.
- 5/5
This hotel was perfect for our visit. Staff was great and all sourrinding areas were very handy. They continue to do improvements and hope those are ready soon.

Hotel was clean. They are currently doing some construction, but there was no work being done while we were there. There is no elevator, so if you are unable to walk up steps request a room on the first floor or do not make a reservation here. Check in was quick.

The property was under renovation at the time. The work was noisy and started early. The coffee in the lobby was unbearable, even after I complained. There is a homeless mens' shelter down the street and you see them walking by all day long, but they're generally not a problem. Conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, a mall, and access to the city. Everyone working there was very nice and professional. The room was clean. Parking was convenient. I would probably return, but not for the coffee.
- 4/5
Everything was good, definitely worth the price.

It is overall exceptable for an overnight stay. It is old and plain and make-do.

It was fairly clean and comfortable It smelled of pot as soon as you walk in the door.
- 5/5
I love the cleanliness and the polite staff. I always enjoy my stay.
- 2.5/5
I like the location it was around all the places that I was trying to go The bedsheets had old blood stains on them, where they still used them. The cover was nasty. I asked for them to change it, and they didn’t change the cover.
- 5/5
The pool was dirty and not in service.
- 3/5
Parking was easy and safe but there was no elevator, making getting luggage to the 2nd floor a bit of a challenge. I stayed for 2 nights and while my room was cleaned, they didn't make the bed. Parts of the walls in our hallway were open and marked off with caution tape.
- 3/5
There was no hair dryer or ice bucket in the room. The breakfast was less than advertised. No regular housekeeping completed to the room. I had to ask for towels and asked for housekeeping services. That resulted only in emptying trash cans but not towel replacement. A housekeeping staff member came to the room asking for dirty towels but didn't replace them.
- 3/5
This hotel was okay. Very nice front desk staff and the bed was comfortable. The room smelled as if it had been smoked in and then someone covered it up with room freshener. The shower was weak. The breakfast is all carbs.

Needs work
- 4/5
The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Always a greeting and a smile. My only complaint would be with housekeeping. We stayed 7 nights and in that time no one brought any fresh towels or inquired about emptying trash cans. I finally set trash can and used towels outside the door and towels were taken but no new provided. Laundry room door was left open so I did go and get my own.
- 4/5
Clean room, quiet property. Very near restaurants
- 4/5
A lot of restaurants are located near by. It looks like they are building an elevator so there is some construction areas. Check-in was quick and efficient.
- 1/5
The entire property felt unsafe. Every room had water stains (at least I hope it was water...) coming out the doorways into the hall, the wifi was a joke, as was the continental breakfast. The room itself was fine except the shower curtain, which allowed tons of water onto the bathroom floor. The ceiling in the bathroom was also leaking water from the floor above. The worst part was at about 3am, when a bunch of thugs starting yelling, screaming, and fighting in the hallway. They banged on several doors, yelling threats, for at least 20 minutes. I would never stay at this hotel again.
- 3/5
Not wheelchair friendly. entire property is down hill from check in area no level surfaces all floors are wavey.
- 3/5

Staying at Best Western often feels like a reliable "home away from home," largely due to the consistently attentive and friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in. The rooms are generally spacious and well-maintained, offering a clean environment with comfortable bedding that makes it easy to unwind after a long day of travel. Furthermore, the convenient, on-site parking provides peace of mind for those with vehicles, while the powerful, climate-controlled air conditioning stands out as a top-tier feature, keeping the room perfectly chilled even during the peak of summer.

Once I walked into the room it was nice and seemed to be up to date. My husband starts the room check(pulling off the sheets and blankets checking for bed bugs and mites) none of those were present but we did find that the blankets and sheets were dirty. Stains that clearly didnt come out when bleached. The tub handle fell off as soon as we tried to shower. I can say they did send someone up to fix it right away. The carpet in the room didnt seem to be vacuumed before we got there. The desk chair was not steady. When you sit in it, the chair lays back as if it was a recliner. I doubt that was suppose to happen. Debris from the construction was laying along the side door which was the entrance we used because it was closer to our room. The trash at that entranced was overflowing. So much so people started putting their trash on the opposite side of the entrance where there was no trash can at all. I chose this place with the thought of we would be spending most of the time out of the room and didnt want to spend that much money. You get what you pay for I get it, but this.... I would not recommend.

To much construction. No working elevator.

There's no hair dryer, I was surprised that there were no dressers with drawers , there was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the noise level from the people above us was awful I was awakened at 3:00 in the morning with them banging on the floors upstairs for at least an hour, and when we checked in the clerk seemed aggravated by my presence and before he was even finished with me and my questions which he answered like I was bothering him he was on to the next customer
- 2/5
It was close to lots of eating locations

Parking lot was ok doing the day time but it night you had people standing around begging for money. Beside that everything was ok.

The hotel was under construction and hallway carpet stained. The breakfast was good and the room clean. The faucet in the bathroom was broken but worked. I stayed one night, it was cheap and worked for that purpose.
- 2/5
Carpets are badly stained, lounge chairs in rooms are badly stained, lampshade broken, toilet seat broken (room 137), staff at front desk was MIA for about 5 minutes, coffee at the free continental breakfast was 90% water.
- 1/5
The motel is under construction, there are water leaks throughout the building, smaller than what it appears on the site pictures. They said “no smoking” but the smell of marijuana and cigarettes filled the entire hallway. The structure of the hallway is awkward as if it is not level. There are broken windows and exit doors. Not handicap friendly, you have to go up and down stairs. No napkins only 1 tissue box and 1 roll of toilet paper. The bed had men beard hair in it and it made an awful noise of bent aluminum when you sat or stood up. You can hear the next rooms conversation if they spoke a bit too loud and you could hear every single restroom that flushed no matter the time of day. The ceiling was cracked which made me believe they just painted it white for it to look pretty but did not fix the problem. We couldn’t find anything else for the night if not we would have left.

Was busy
- 5/5
Very clean and neat
- 5/5
The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. There was a musty smell to the room and hallway but I believe that was due to some work that was being done in the hall way on the wall. We skipped the breakfast as it was continental and the option to make your own waffle. We were expecting hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, instant oatmeal) in addition to the items that were available since it was advertised as breakfast and other Best Westerns advertised that way had these items. Not a complaint just an observation. It is walkable to mall and a few sit down restaurants which was nice. The room was quiet as well.

Great staff, located near many restaurants and shops, undergoing construction, breakfast is minimal, room was clean, bathroom is very small.
- 4/5
Very clean room.front desk personnel very good, parking was ok. House keeping could have been better.
- 4/5
Room was smaller but clean with needed amenities. It was a two-story property but no elevator. Not sure if broken or non-existent. TV was difficult to maneuver. It would turn on but then you had to choose options similar to apps for streaming. Anyone not used to that would struggle!
- 5/5
Staff were super nice and helpful! Room was very clean and smelled good!
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Just a couple tiny things… the toilet seat was really loose and I had two conditioners instead of shampoo. The complimentary breakfast was great! Way more than your standard bagel and toast offering.
- 3/5
The neighborhood was very seedy!

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. For starters I booked almost 3 months ago for a concert. This was the weekend of a high school convention so there were too many children there which is not the issue with the hotel itself but it was entirely too loud with people hanging out in the hallways screaming and laughing and rumbling around. Never again. The issue with the hotel is there was no microwave and the tv was entirely too difficult to figure out. I've stayed at many hotels and I've never had one where I was aware of the upstairs patrons. I'm sure it was the children dancing but for all 3 nights it sounded like a marching band upstairs. I had to turn the tv up to compete with the noise upstairs, the noise in the hallway, the noise across the hall, the AC, the noise in the lobby. I was in the first room so I could hear everything happening up front including the front desk staff and the cleaning staff going in and out of the supply closet. I also bought 2 rooms and had to keep going back and forth across the hotel because the rooms were not near each other. On a positive note, the area was nice and near a lot of food places. The bed was comfy despite the noise it made everytime you sat on it. I could also hear when the upstairs people sat on their bed. I'm glad I booked well in advance because the rate per night was 2.5x what I paid. I typically love the BW but to keep from having that experience again, I won't be booking any hotels when I come to the area.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast could use some work, not a lot of options and things weren’t labeled.
- 4/5
Clean and very accommodating for our early check in.
- 3/5
Adequate at best. Broken faucet door was short so heard hall noise clearly. Room could use some cleaning and updating.
- 3/5
I was given a handicap accessible room. There wasnt a shower curtain. The water pressure was next to nothing. The pillows caused severe neck pain the next day.
- 4/5
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. No elevator but they are working on putting one in. Was disappointed in the breakfast. They send you a hotel information link upon check in and the breakfast tab indicated protein options such as eggs and bacon. Every single breakfast option was carbs- bagels, toast, muffins, sugar cereal, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, sugary yogurt. Great options if not trying to eat healthy but disappointing when having to prioritize protein and reduce carbs. Not a big deal for most but the advertising was not accurate.
- 2/5
There was no WiFi, the water was cold, and the building smelled bad
- 3/5
The condition of the room was ok. The beds made a loud noise whenever you roll over and when you get up. The carpet was very dated. The floors outside the rooms were wavy( places with noticable dips. There is no elevator. The stairs are too steep. We won't be staying at this hotel again.
- 4/5
The front desk people were great!
- 5/5
Room was very nice and clean. It was a little loud late at night with some guests but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful
- 1/5
subpar customer service.
- 3/5
Yes the staff was great but when paying for my room I was charged three times and I have yet to see the money being refunded to my account. I was supposed to be 80 dollars for the one night and I have over 200 dollars in transactions.
- 1/5
Staff were great, room was fine but the a/c was leaking in the room. No meat kind for breakfast AND no salt, in the entire hotel they couldn’t find a packet of salt.
- 1/5
There was a shooting in the parking lot and the entire hotel was taped off. There was no breakfast like advertised. The hallways smelled my marijuana which then leaked into our room where we had kids. One of the worst hotels ever.
- 3/5
Staff great, room clean. Bad area avd carpets need cleaned
- 4/5
Very clean. Pleasant staff. The area didn’t seem all that safe but was fine on hotel grounds. I would stay again.

Even though the checkout was at 11, the staff let us stay until 12:30 with no extra charge. We appreciate that very much and thank the hotel.

The room is nice but I am disappointed at the fact that I was charged a deposit this time and wasn’t charged it the first time I stayed here.

Almost impossible to sleep. It’s in a not so good area and the type of people that go there are not the best. Lots of nights people being super loud and it was impossible to rest. Multiple complains in the lobby and no one did anything. I will not stay here again.

I had no internet or tv
- 3/5
even though they tell their guests they provide breakfast they do not. They provide a few pieces of bread and a waffle maker. Apparently the property franchise owner. Mr. Patel has informed his front desk to tell guest they did not receive a delivery, which is totally fabricated.

First, this hotel has no elevators, and the LONGEST halls ever known to man. The TV channels were super confusing; broken up into folders like on a pc, and no real menu. The lighting is insanely harsh; not at all homey or relaxing. It’s all stark white fluorescents. The bathroom was WAY too small for a 2 queen bed room. The beds were made backwards, with the tags of the blankets at the top of the bed! I will say that the hotel was relatively clean, the pillows were soft and down, and the bed…while high and bouncy, was comfortable enough. The light from the parking lot came through the sides of the curtains even with black out curtains, and the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. It was a non smoking room. It was a decent room, but not enough space to eat in the room. The worst part was the place was steaming hot! I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot in the room, even at the very end of November! It was not just me..a friend stayed there and they said that they also had to turn on the a/c because it was so hot! And that just made the room seem cold and humid. It was never just a comfortable temperature. Not suitable for handicapped people. Everything was too small or not easy to maneuver around, or too high. I don’t think I would stay here again, unless I got a great deal. I was able to sleep, but then people kept waking us up with noise in the hall.
- 5/5
Room was definitely spotless and staff was great and respectful
- 1/5
I’m upset I did not get my money back. I couldn’t stay and I couldn’t get my money back cause I didn’t know you had $100 deposit.
- 3/5
The biggest issue with the room was the bathroom. There is mold in multiple areas of the tub and then there is also water damage from leaking. This is room 134.
- 5/5
Staff was very accommadating and friendly
- 3/5
But my room was great There were no paper plates for my waffles, asked for some and tender said didn't have anymore, had to pull apart and put in small bowl.

Friendly staff, clean room & amenities, and at a good price if you're on a budget. It appears to have been renovated in recent times. It's surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and is around-the-corner to I-40. Highly recommended!
- 4/5
Spotless rooms, lovely staff and pretty good location with nearby restaurants. Breakfast amenities need improvement.
- 5/5
Price affordable, room spotless, staff friendly and courteous.

The room was fine. Check in was easy and employee was courteous and friendly. Only downfall was it would be nice to have a printed list of tv channels. Being from out of town was hard to figure out the channel guide.
- 5/5
I so love it 😍
- 5/5
Need to add more options for breakfast maybe some breakfast sandwiches.
- 3/5
Everything was in great condition couldve had better breakfast options. Other than that it was an overall great stay
- 5/5
Clean room and great staff. Guy working the front desk was amazing.
- 1/5
unsafe, unclean, loud and no warning of construction happening.
- 1/5
Rude night staff attendant, couldn't and wouldn't work with me to even check how long my stay was, made up check out early from our stay stating he was overbooked. The hotel was unclean and incredibly unsafe, the surrounding area is full of drug addicts and other like individuals harassing you when you go to your car. I would never stay here again.
- 5/5
The room and facilities were very clean and modern. However the floors in the bathroom were in need of repair or new tile and grout. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but not feeling very nutritious. Fresh fruit and perhaps scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage would be good additions to make this a five star.

Unfortunately, the tub had no bathtub safety strips or anti-slip mat resulting in me slipping in the shower I received a spiral break of my right femur on October 17, 2025, the night before we were to check out and fly home the next day. I had to be taken by ambulance to a trauma hospital and underwent a 7 hour surgery the next morning. Due to the severity of the injury I was in the hospital 11 days and I am still in a Greensboro hospital's rehab center. I am still unable to return home.My friend who was travelling with me tried to cancel our American Airline flight home due to the unforeseen circumstance but I lost the money for the return flight home for me and my friend. In addition, my friend who was not abandoning me asked Best Western to extend her stay and did not even help her try and find somewhere else or offer to keep all our luggage until she got back from the hospital after my surgery (7 am Saturday morning). Best Western was not concerned I fell in their shower and an ambulance was picking me up at their facility. They did not even fill out an incident report, despite having to take off the bathroom door to extricate me. I have racked up thousands of dollars in medical and other expenses. It will be at least two months before I am able to put any weight on this leg and2025 9 I am not sure how financially I am going to be able to navigate this.
- 1/5
The surrounding area is full of drug addicts and other unsafe condo around the building. It’s cheap but at what real cost. Construction was happening starting at 7:30 am with no notice. I would never stay here again. My car is better
- 4/5
Room was clean, faint odor of cigarette smoke in the bathroom even though its non smoking
- 1/5
Room was absolutely horrific. Dirty is just the beginning. Shower was not working at all and I had to have rooms changed to one that had a working shower. That new room was just as dirty and all the bathroom fixtures were old and about to come off the walls. Just so very disappointed and upset at this stay.
- 2/5
Homeless everywhere and coming through the parking lot asking for handouts. Also dog was allowed to go in the breakfast area and right beside tables while everyone was eating and definitely was not even a service dog. Just someone's huge pet dog. Carpets in hallways dirty and stained.
- 3/5
The room was less delightful. It REEKED of cigarette smoke, had no hair dryer, no coffee maker. It was clean, though.
- 4/5
Surprisingly nice for the price. Clean and well kept. Helpful personnel. Would go again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good family friendly, maybe a little more fruit
- 3/5
Homeless everywhere and asking for handouts. Dog was allowed in walking pass tables where people were eating and around the food area that wasn't even a service dog of any kind at all. Was a very large dog. Pitbull was running lose outside the on the second night. Felt like a very unsafe area with that and all the homeless. Also lack of parking.
- 2/5
The property needs an update and a good cleaning. Carpets were gross & there were repairs needed everywhere. The gentleman with short hair and dreadlocks at the front desk was incredible. He was very helpful, friendly and is an asset to your company.

Bathroom was not very clean. There were stains, looking like mascara on sheet and two pillows.
- 3/5
other then them putting me in the wrong room and someone walking in on us, it was genuinely quiet and the nice lady at the desk was amazing
- 5/5
Just a overnight stay with elderly relatives. Everyone was so accomodating and friendly. Whole staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful,
- 4/5
Breakfast was good.
- 2/5
Hotel staff were accommodating and welcoming, which is the ONLY reason I didn’t rate this as terrible. Our floor was so dirty in the bathroom I was afraid to take my shoes off. Linens were dirty and had to be replaced. Towels had someone else’s hair on them. Bathtub was chipped, water didn’t get hot, and the noise level until 4:30 am was so high, we had to ask the manager if the hotel had enforceable quiet hours! I wouldn’t recommend a stay here.
- 3/5
The room was somewhat noisy since i could hear the other rooms and the air conditioner like a twin engine jet.
- 1/5
Parked the car and a swat team arrived at the hotel right across the street (30 feet) blocking all roads to make a drug and prostitution raid (as we were told). The neighborhood does not seem to be very safe. Room was decent but it was hard to relax after that. In the morning we woke to two people yelling at the top of their lungs right outside our room. For breakfast at 8:45 there was no food to eat. Not minimal- nothing yet the breakfast was supposed to last until 9:30. I will not stay here again.

We arrived into North Carolina on Thursday. That night was fine there were no complaints. Friday night we were in our hotel room when we hear this noise and we run over to the bathroom the ceiling had cracked and water was now leaking onto our bathroom floor. We informed staff of what was occurring as well as took pictures we were told the next morning we would get accommodations but that they couldn’t put us up in a new hotel unless we paid for it. We had to walk between rooms to use the bathroom and the shower in the other room was also broken. We informed staff of this as-well and nothing was done. On Saturday morning we woke up got a new room they tried to put us in another single bed room even though there was three of us this was the second time they had tried that. I informed them again why this wasn’t gonna work they got us a two bed room but by then we hadn’t showered for two days, were ignored, could barely pee, and has stinky sewage water falling into our original hotel room. We decided to check and get a refund, which we only received partial of because they said “Thursday was fine.” Overall I would not go back and would not recommend because there staff were not helpful. When I spoke to the manager about what the other staff member told me she informed me that “he was not a manager and what he said didn’t matter” when I informed her that he “represents best western” she rolled her eyes.
- 3/5
I don’t hold anything again the hotel and the staff, my issue was with the guests and the arounds, there were many people at the hotel parking smoking weed and the hotel hall smell the same way.
- 2/5
The rooms smelt like cigarettes and the sope bar was broken up and most like old, stains on the hallway floors, WIFI DID NOT WORK and overpriced for what I paid for. $30 to $40 dollars a night is more appropriate price at this location!
- 5/5
All and all a good stay

The staff were friendly, professional, & willing to help & advise. Thank you all.
- 4/5
Overall we had a good stay, for the most part it was clean. The blanket on our bed however was not clean. The elevator was out so we used the outside stairs which is fine as they make improvements. The breakfast bar was excellent. Overall I'd stay here again.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near multiple restaurants and a movie theater. Continental breakfast was okay.

Overall this was a great stay, enjoyed my time there. Service was great.Desk clrks at arrival.and departure were awesome. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink was dirty, there was hair and soapscum in it. I would stay here again. Needs a microwave in the rooms, i had to throw away food that I wanted to heat up, wasn't able to eat it.
