This HI was so good compared to Annapolis where I stayed 2 nights this week and had to get 10 key cards another towel, and a new coffee maker! This HI was neat , clean and well stocked. The breakfast was enjoyable serving omelets too. The grab and go bag was a nice touch. Although I did not use the laundry , it was nice to know it was available.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and nice. Our room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was very good. Parking was plentiful and safe.

I had reserved three rooms for my parents and sister for dad to go on an honor flight. The staff was great at making sure all the rooms were kept under my name and my dad and nephew were able to get whatever they wanted from the little store beside the check-in desk to make sure it stayed on my bill. They were also willing to help take our photo when my dad returned from his honor flight. The rooms were clean and bright and the shower was great! The restaurant attached to the hotel had wonderful food and the hotel gives out a 10% discount if you eat there.

It was clean close to the Interstate and the the breakfast was very good although not free. There were many material equipment issues. Toilet had to be flushed twice to work. None of the automatic faucets worked well. The roon toilet is set so close to the left that you literally had to sit sideways and I am not a large person. I had to fix the blind to get it to roll down. And so on. I usually stay at an IHG hotel which tend to be well above average .unfotunatl this was not one of them

Booked in error I tried to book here but it said to busy tonight try later the room you selected SOLD OUT before we booked it. I went to the next hotel, booked on same line and they had our requested accommodations. They won’t return my money even though they couldn’t supply. I wrote them 7 I never got one live person to talk to. Whats is sooooo frustrating is the hotel not answering my 4 calls. Management of this establishment missed the mark drastically. I held one time for 47 minutes and the call mysteriously dropped to add to the frustration.

The place looks brand new. Clean and modern. Staff was very helpful (especially the woman in the breakfast room). Bed was comfy. Rooms are a bit sterile and could use better lighting but otherwise well equipped. Breakfast was the best we have ever had in a mid hotel …try the cool pancake machine! Easy access from Rte 81. Our only issues were soundproofing (thin walls?) and a fire alarm at 130am

Had a good stay. Only issue was a false activation of the fire alarm system at 1:45 am.

Easily accessible to highway. Breakfast was hot and fresh. All associates encountered were friendly. My sister is hard to impress and she liked your facility especially the shower. Nothing really. My sister and I were both pleased with our stay.

This is a small HI Express with a small gym and no pool. The rooms were also small but well equipped and immaculate. We were in a 2 queen bed room and there was only room for the beds, a desk chair and a hassock for seating. Plenty of big fluffy hand and bath towels and wash cloths in the bath but, again, small. Breakfast was excellent. All the employees we encountered were helpful and very polite. We paid with Expedia Reward bucks but it was almost double the hotels best rate so be careful booking.

Odd layout, and the luggage cart was uncooperative, but the hotel was spotless and we had the best motel breakfast in years. Excellent value.

The Breakfast was good and the Parking was well lighted

The room televisions do not accommodate screen mirroring from phones, PC’s and tablets. The ice machine on the 1st floor was molding on some outside areas and needed to be disinfected. 2 to 3 screws were loose on the interior door locking mechanism. No staff at the desk during the night I was there.

Everything about this stay was great! The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the beds were comfortable with multiple pillows, the bathrooms had lots of amenities, the location is great, and there are a lot of grassy areas for taking pets outside. The only downside was there is no carpet in the rooms. The floors are a type of LVP and with that, they could have been a touch cleaner (you notice that when you walk around in white socks!). The only other thing is that the pet fee is quite high at $25 per pet per night. This was our second stay here and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We only stayed a night but the hotel was clean, breakfast had a lot of options and the attendant was very nice. I would return if traveling in the area again.

Clean, easy to get to. Good hot breakfast. Only complaint, alarm was set by previous guest for 4:45. Could not figure out how to turn it off, only snooze, until we decided to get up. Perhaps housekeeping could check clock and cancel alarms.

Love the spacious rooms, well equipped gym, quite atmosphere, friendliness of staff, the every day housekeeping, the connected restaurant, and great continental breakfast! One of the best stays I’ve had in awhile.

The hotel room was great The bed was a little hard. Maybe a little softer mattress? The pancake machine didn't work. Despite the efforts of the excellent server, it just wouldn't work.Issues with the batter bag. But there was biscuits and gravy to make up for it. Otherwise it was an enjoyable experience.

Amazing best Hotel and good price

The hotel was updated and the room was clean. However, the hotel allows pets and my room smelled like a litter box. Dogs were barking in the hotel by 6am both days of my stay.

The (hotel) room was recently and nicely renovated. It was spacious with nice comfortable furniture. Unfortunately I did have one minor negative comment, there was a scent that I'd relate to the cleaning/laundry supplies, not so bad that we couldn't deal with but not pleasant either. Now back to the positive, our breakfast was fresh, hot and a very nice selection of breakfast foods. Overall, my wife and I would absolutely return to this hotel for future stays.

Great overnight stop. Clean lobby, clean rooms and pretty descent breakfast options.

The hotel was very clean as were the rooms. Lots of towels in the bathroom. We had a big shower(no tub) with wonderful water pressure. Nice breakfast. There is an Italian restaurant next to the hotel but they don’t sell alcohol, however you are allowed to bring your own in.

Great weekend stay!

The hotel is right off I 81. There is a great Italian restaurant located right next door which made for an easy dinner later in the evening while traveling.

Great property. New construction. Modern and eco friendly. Close to busy corridor highway yet very quiet. Good breakfast included. Near restaurants and gas station: variety. Travelocity info did not show hotel manager that my booking was prepaid but we worked it out amicably (booked under a different credit card than what I’d used for my booking).

The ceiling tile came down in the shower along with dirt while we were out for the day! We could not use the shower! When I showed pictures of the mess to the manager, she said that was common, "sorry about that, here is your bill".

Excellent hotel!

Since the remodel the hotel is quite nice. Rooms were clean, lobby was sharp, breakfast had great choices and it's right off the highway, yet quiet. Will stop again during our north and south travels.

Hotel is newly renovated and everything went smoothly with check-in, stay, and check out. Basic breakfast with something for everyone. Highly recommend the pizza from the attached pizza place, Brothers Pizza.

We have stayed here for years when it was under a different name. Very convenient for our visit with family in the area. Only criticism would be that now that we have to walk outside to the Brothers restaurant there should be a canopy over the walkway to protect everyone from inclement weather.

I realize stuff it's hard to come by but you're staff was not adequately trained there was toilet over flowing feces flowing on the floor nobody knew what to do My room was filthy the floor was brown from Phil's there were no carpets and no one had mop in my room in months

It was a local placebin a small town and i felt very safe. I always stay here when im in town for work.

Property was nice, easy to get to, grass for our dog. Getting a facelift so some of the parking was taken up with trailers, but still plenty of parking. Lobby was getting it's facelift so not pleasing to the eye, but a great place, just the same. There was a restaurant attached so we didn't have to go anywhere else for food. If passing through again we would stay again.

We stopped here on our way to Florida and we pleased with the location. We decided to stay on the return home. They are currently remodeling and it was not a problem. Our rooms were both in the refurbished section and were very nice.

The shower was hot and cold. The hard r dryer was broken. Lighting in the bathroom was bad. Maintenance man was going to get another hairdryer but never came back

They are in the process of renovating. Lots of clutter, we got one of the newly renovated rooms and it was great. Workers stopped before 7pm. We were greeted by a nice young lady for a smooth check in. She apologized for the mess which is completely understandable while renovating. Very pleased with our stay and will be stopping again on our return home.
