Very cheap stay, with amazing staff. We did have an issue with our shower head but let the staff know about it. It's not a 5 star but also not a 1 star. Its something you get when you don't want to spend $200 on a room. Beds were firm but I like my beds firm. Quiet even though its by a road. Never had any issues with the other attendants. Get it if your passing through or if you dont care for all the extra amenities. It's a place to lay your head thats safe.

The bathroom light wherr the sink is qorked fine the first night and then on the second day it worked half the day then when we came back that night and tried to turn it on it was so dim and was flickering and then not working at all. Also when we checked in the man at the front desk said that we would have to shut the door to the room a little harder than normal cause it is hard to shut, and man it was so much harder to shut than i expected. I felt so bad i had to slam it every time i had to shut it. I bet the people beside us hated it too.

The hotel is next to the street, so you can hear some traffic, but it wasn’t too loud and didn’t really bother me. One downside was that the room had a slight odor, especially around the bed—it kind of felt like getting into someone else’s sheets, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, still a reasonable stay for the price and location, but cleanliness could be improved.

Hotel Owner was very friendly and accommodating

Excellent customer service by the staff. Clean rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, Microwave and Coffee pot. Eating places near by, gas and general shopping close by. It’s not a high class hotel but it’s perfect for your basic needs. Price per night is very reasonable. Check in and out was very easy. It’s close to a busy highway but I hardly heard anything with the air conditioning on. There is no pool or ice machine. I spent four nights there while in town for work training and was very satisfied with everything and will use this hotel again if needed. Nice area, at no time did I unsafe. It’s a very nice budget hotel. If you are looking for a high end hotel, this is not the place for you but it was perfect for my needs.

My only complaint was it took the shower a few minutes to get hot water. Other than that it was very clean and nice for the price. Would say again and would recommend

They dont even open their lobby doors at all. Offer nothing. We checked in and rhwn figured that the air unit wasnt workimg properly. Went to the front and he wasnt very helpful at first. They were foreigner that didnt speak very good english. The beds were verh hard. The lighting was very yellow and old. The lock on the door was broken. The water wasnt warm at all. We had to take cold showers. Right next to the highway and you hear every car that goes by. They offer no coffee or anything at all for the room. Overall the only thing that this motel had going for it was we didnt see any bugs. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Customers are locked out of lobby at night in 30 degree weather; paid for 2 nights but my door access card had to be reloaded after 1st night; card technology failed; commode stopped up; no alarm click. Felt like foreign managers were terrified to deal with American public, felt like racism to me. Was displaced after tornado made my home unlivable. Did not need to be disrespected and rudely treated by this manager.

At 4 pm arrived, photos on line look better. Office locked directed by sign to call after hrs window sign threw the slot (schetchee as heck) Hotel almost empty but host put us on highway side - so not cool unless you enjoy traffic noise. After this was supprised room clean but dated . Once was so more then enough golly.

Way below standards of the Deerfield Inns & Suites brand! The room smelled. The bed was hard as a rock with a super thin mattress that was too low to the floor and the pillows were like pancake thin. No tissues, hair dryer or ironing board & iron. Exactly just one towel, wash clothe and handtowel per person and not even a floor mat for the shower so when you stepped out of the shower you where on a slippery tile floor (very dangerous). The shower head was rediculous and basically useless the way it sprayed. The lobby door remained locked so you could not even enter untill someone unlocked it after you called on the phone at the 'night window' even in broad daylight!! Very sub par for the brand.

The night manager was rude.He kept trying to say my room was canceled although I spot with a lady earlier in the day and she stated everything was good.There was little red bugs he stated they weren’t bed bugs when we killed one and took it to the front desk.It was late and the police was pulling everybody over so we took our bags back to the car and slept in our clothes but threw them away when we woke up.

We enjoyed our stay! We were on a long road trip, and accommodations here allowed for a great shower, rest and relaxation!

This was right off the highway & we got a room on the highway side. Even with that, once the air conditioning was on, we only heard the occasional Big Pick-Em-Up Truck & even then it wasn’t so bad. Excellent room, clean, friendly service. Would certainly stay there again.

The owner's were really sweet and kind. Helped us in a time a need. Will go back to them in the future.

It was old and basic. But it was cheap and the owners were very kind. It was incredibly clean and quiet! Close to nashville, and so much cheaper!

The beds were stiff, the pillows were just plan flat. They all worried about Covid still yet the key card holders /sleeves have been reused over and over. Attitude of the front desk was piss poor. For the price I paid for the room, it wasn't worth 1 night there.

False advertisement. No breakfast. Hard bed. Old TV. Thin walls. Bad wifi. Outdated and over priced. I dont recommend.

This location is a little outdated but for the price it is ok for a few nights but nothing long term. Very outdated room decor and room smelled like an old folks home.

The ice machine was broken, the phone did not work the TV was green & fuzzy & the soap they left for us to use was open.

Motel staff seemed to be very concerned about COVID. Couldn't enter lobby. Had to stand outside by window in heat during check-in. I would have left if I hadn't prepaid. Room was OK but my wife thought it had a smell. Some bugs but they are a problem everywhere this time of year; nothing in bed just on bathroom floor.

Everything was fine. The only thing i dont like is getting charged twice im billed when i make the reservations and i get charged again when i get to hotel. Then i have to go to my credit card company and get it straighten out would be nice not to have to do that

I had to stay here when snow and ice was predicted for our area. This was my home away from home for 6 days. Everything and everyone was wonderful.

Just your basic hotel nothing fancy. Room a little outdated but will do for a good night rest. Very quite.Only problem was the ice machine did not work. Would stay there again.

Didn't like soaps provided thank god they left 2 shampoos no suds. Towels have def been there a while. But the housekeeper was friendly at check out. The owner who checked us in Very friendly.. Very quite. We went for a kid free night and will be going again

This place will fool you. Looks bland on the ourside but actually very nice on the inside. Great batheoom with hot shower and good pressure. Large commodes. Only thing a little off was the old style TV. Great place to stay.

NO pool. NO annenities ( a 2 cup coffee maker and microwave barely big enough to heat a single slice of pizza doesn't cut it ) Outdated furnishings. Near threadbare bed spread. Pillows too thin and worn out. Old style box TV. with RCA jacks. No USB or MHDI to be found. Dust n dirt so thick under and coating the back of the TV it was ready for potato planting. Looking behind night stands, dresser and love seat it equally filthy. You could see the smudge streaks clearly All over the mirrors. Bar soap so thin i mistook it for a packet of crackers. If there were ice machines or vending machines on propery we couldn't find them. And when i went to office to return my room key, the guy inside didnt even open unlock the door so i could go in. Instead he unblocked a tiny pass thru slot in the wall for me to pass it to him. No Thank You- Did you enjoy your stay- Nothing! After taxes that " Only 1 left at this rate " room jumped in price another $10+ dollars. If anything, it should have reduced that much. Next time I'll drive the extra mile n a half and go to a chain hotel/motel.

Passing through for work, 1 night stay. Wound up with bedbugs. I have pictures of the bugs in my clothes. Called the hotel, less than 3 hours after leaving to tell them (I had bites by then) and was told “no, we no bedbugs, sorry”.

The manager/ owner was very helpful and attentive. Reasonably quiet.

Could not even register bc the guy at the front desk would not let my sister and her husband stay in the room I booked for them.

Hotel stay was great had some issues with my first room staff helped me right away with no issues they are wonderful would recommend this hotel will definitely come back

I wish I could give a better review because the staff was so friendly but upon entering our room we found multiple dead cockroaches. The place seemed clean enough but the experience was just unsettling. The staff was very friendly about giving us a refund.

Need better TVs. But overall it was a nice motel. I will stay there again.

We found this a nice place to say. Nice, easy check in and out. It was exactly what I expected for the price I paid and the location it is at. The place was clean and decent.

Cons: no breakfast of any sort, just ok beds, not really comfortable, located in the middle of nowhere - remote - away from everything. Felt it was a bit high for location amenities offered.

Smelled moldy, comforter had holes in it. Killed some type bug in the bed. Left in middle of night..didnt stay for checkout... The attendant was a nice guy tho

This is an older hotel in a more rural area. The hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the area is quiet. The TV channel selection is very good. The wireless Internet speed is great - I measured 16 Mbps download speed. The TV is an older non-widescreen TV, but as I said, there is a good channel selection, and if you bring a tablet or laptop, the bandwidth allows for good streaming to your device.

Hotel is Old, or looks to be. Outdated everything. Recliner broken, and very nasty. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Cover had to be 20 years old, lots of holes in the underside. Carpet absolutely filthy and stained; made the room smell funny. Bathroom needs good cleaning. Walls have been patched in places but not painted. Furniture needs a good wiping down.

There was a mouse that ran out from underneath the fridge! When we complained about it, the man working told us that he wanted to see the mouse before he’d give us a new room. I AM COMPLETELY OUTRAGED AT THIS! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE MICE IN YOUR ROOMS

Being unable to reach front desk on the phone the day before check in was a bad omen. I could accept the remote, ghost town location. I worked with the damp, musky smell. I accepted the sand paper towels. But the 730am on a Sunday morning lawnmower and leaf blowers wake up call was adding insult to injury.

Willing to have a really late check in. Quiet and clean. Just what I needed.

About 30 from Nashville attractions. Some pretty racist white supremacists in the area, extreme tats etc..even told their child not to talk or touch "It"( my 14 yr old daughter). But that's not the hotel. The hotel staff were nice but no one is ever at the front desk. Always have to call or ring bell for service. No pool.

Quite place to rest and lay your head with no worries.

Good location, ultra clean room, polite and friendly check-in. Bed was on the hard side, and shower head nozzle sprays in multiple directions, but everything else was good.

At this price point, was pleasantly surprised. After a long day at work, it was clean and odor-free. The linens were well worn but clean. The hot water was steamy hot.

Even during day time hours they keep the front lobby closed. My husband went to get ice at 2pm and they gave us enough for a cup through the window.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff are the reasons we come back.

Thought we made reservation fora different site, but was pleased with this facility.

Would stay here again the bed was comfortable but needed tissues in the room. The tv was very old with poor picture guality.

Nice comfortable clean quiet location

I tell the front desk about the situation and they say they have no other rooms even though there are only two cars in the parking lot, so i tell them i cant sleep with bugs. He then says he will refund the money for room, but it still hasn't hit my account. So I end up making the 2 hour drive home at 1am.

The owners were very accommodating and very nice. They were genuinely concerned that we had a good stay there. We will definitely stay here whenever we are visiting family.

Decent place to stay for a couple of days. Staff is courteous and come by at a reasonable hour for housekeeping.

Room did not feel clean, the heater was in when we arrived we had to be buzzed in just to check in would not rexommmed and will not be staying here ever again
