Courtyard view was nice and the conditioner was surprisingly good. Room smelled like pot and smoke, and wasn't very clean. Staff didn't seem well trained and struggled to check me in. AC in the pet/pool hall worked in consistently and the whole place felt like delayed maintenance. Would not stay here again.

Night staff is way friendlier than the morning. Very argumentative. The hot tub could use a deep cleaning. Decent if you have kids. Alot of shopping and restaurants in the area. Ice machine on 1st floor and no microwaves in the rooms.

The room wasn't as clean as it could be. Trash was left on the pull out bed which had a urine smell. There was only one small waste basket in a room that sleeps 6. The Hotel charges an additional $2.80 fee for(I don't even recall) once you check in. The bathroom is in need of upgrades. The bathtub was not very clean in presentation. Our stay was only one night so we tolerated but these things should be addressed for customers staying longer.

TV could not be utilized in my room. The volume was stuck on a VERY LOUD setting & couldn't be adjusted, therefore tv was unwatchable. Repairman not available until later in the week.

I’ve been to this hotel many times when I’m in the area. It’s very clean in the room and around the property. I love the pool and the gym. They do offer continental breakfast. It’s usually cereal, milk, orange juice, muffins and bagels. It’s doesn’t have a microwave in the rooms. They have one microwave in the lobby.

Amenities were clean but Hotel staff needs more training how to welcoming guests and attend their needs. Hotel pool closes too early. Overall experience was good.
- 4/5
Nestled in a cove of the city that exudes a welcoming acceptance for the business and vacationing traveler, the location is superb and super convenient. From check in to check out, we were only greeted with pleasantries that included a continental breakfast, approachable front desk personnel ready to assist, and a two-room living space that was totally accommodating to my four-person family.
- 1/5
No one was ever at the front desk. I checked in and then never saw them again. There's no security and people walk into and out of the hotel. There wasn't even anyone watching the cameras that are stationed at the front. The pool and hot tub area were absolutely disgusting. The elevators smelled of smoke. The hotel's restaurant was not in business. The only thing that was helpful was that it was in close proximity to a conference center.
- 5/5
Cafe was closed but still had continental breakfast available
- 2/5
First good things: towels were soft and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Now bad things: Room was not cleaned up properly. Hair was everywhere on the floor, in the tub, in the sink, on the curtain. Carpet was very dirty. Carpet everywhere in the hotel was not cleaned up for years. Stains all over. Floor in the elevator was sticky. Also, apparently they charge $20 plus tax per hour for early arrival. That’s even when hotel is not full. Is it customary now? All in all very disappointing experience with Sonesta. I used to be a customer. Not any more.

The hotel offers breakfast, which is a big plus because it helps you save money. They also have a pool, which is a little small and deep, but still nice. The jacuzzi was amazing. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Another thing I really liked is that there were staff members available even late at night. That is a big plus because many hotels do not have that. They also have free machines for ice and drinks, which was another great detail. The location is very convenient and close to many beautiful places to visit, like the National Arboretum, the NASA museum, the zoo about 15 minutes away, and downtown Washington, D.C. around 15–20 minutes away. Overall, it was a very good experience. The price was great for everything the hotel offers, and I would definitely stay here again.

THERE WERE PEOPLE AROUND SMELLING WEED, RUDE STAFF, AND THE PERSON CLAIMING TO BE THE MANAGER SUDDENLY TREATED ME IN AN EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL MANNER. YOU RUINED MY NIGHT. Stayed here 4 times. No issues. However, I wish guest would stop being so inconsiderate and obey the “no smoking rules”. The smell of weed reeked on the 2nd floor, twice during our stay. It’s quite unfortunate. Other than that, great place to stay.
- 5/5
My flight was very early but what I can they are always phenomenal
- 5/5
We didn’t get to check in until after midnight and the front desk attendent was so amazing and helpful and understanding. The room was awesome and all 6 of us slept soundly.
- 4/5
Everything was ok, clean rooms, friendly staff. Only negative we arrived before 4pm and they charged $30 each room, we book 2 rooms so $60 and no restaurants available for lunch or dinner even though it said it on website- we would have rather spend that $60 on a meal
- 3/5
No use of amenities
- 5/5
It was a nice room there was no bad smell we enjoyed our stay although the tub water was not draining correctly when I showered but other Then that it was very clean.
- 3/5
Before worn, the food options are incredibly limited. As far as the little store, there was no Starbucks as purported. There was a menu, but we did not order from it posted at the front desk. From what we could tell, the bar area was not stocked and definitely not in use. It would have been nice to have complimentary tea and coffee like Marriott and Hilton. Overall it was solid basic accommodations.

At both check-in and check-out there was not a staff member to be found. I was calling the front desk to check-in after waiting quite a while, and I asked the maintenance person to help me find someone to check-out after waiting a while again the next morning. The hotel could use a little sprucing up and did not match the expectations we had for it. The hotel listed a restaurant but it was not open.
- 2/5
The rooms were very small compared to the online pictures! Pot smoking was going on, and the staff did nothing. No one was in the reception when we tried to check out. The front desk workers at check-in had very thick accents and were difficult to understand.
- 3/5
A few concerns: The room was a handicap accessible room, which I did not require, and had an odor, very similar to animal urine or sour damp carpet. The hotel has a no smoking policy that is reviewed and then agreed to upon at check in but the elevator and hallway had a strong odor of cannabis smoke, revealing that many guests do not heed to the policy. The breakfast was continental but very sparse by the time I tried to get a bite and coffee around 9 am.

- 2/5
I will not stay there again. They give you the old bait and switch. Upon arrival the main area is very nice makes you think the rooms will be as well. They must have renovated the lobby area but not the rest of the building. Breakfast was continental but also very limited. The rooms are tiny. I ordered a king sized bed and it came with a twin size sofa bed. Typical stained upholstery and broken furniture. I broke out in hives while there. I can’t say it was from the room and bedding but I can’t say that it wasn’t either. There’s no microwave in rooms. One main microwave in the lobby. Went to pool first thing in morning and it was not cleaned. Saw a chunk of hair near the hot tub and a fallen off eyelash. If pool area was cleaned, those major concerns would have been tended to by the morning. On top of already not being a clean environment, they clean your room every FOUR DAYS. It was so disappointing to return to room and garbage was full and bed unmade. There were other things I can bring up but I think cleanliness and expectations were the main points I wanted to discuss. I won’t stay there ever again.

Maybe it can be considered as affordable, but the quality of the property is way below the expectation. I didn't feel like it is 3 star hotel.
- 1/5
There no hot breakfast available and the cold options were poor
- 4/5
Didn't get to swim but the pool hours are 10am to 9pm. For the continental breakfast there was water, orange juice , muffins and sliced bread and bagels for toasting with condiments. Also I saw two choices for cereal but no milk. Front desk staff is hard to find. Overall it was a very quiet stay which I enjoyed.
- 4/5
Everything was clean, the only issue I had was the shampoo and conditioner was not good. And the one elevator was broken

and old carpet , they need to be updated as well as the mattress and box spring Bathroom is small, brighter lighting in rooom, over sink , and living room area would make the space feel more motel vibe than a hotel , the lobby is beautiful wish the rooms had the same vibe ..the pictures online are brighter of course but when you get here, its giving dingy . Pet friendly but but the fee is $106 for pets up to 30lb , hot tub was great.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and everything only positive We had a good stay and highly recommended for everyone
- 2/5
The hotel is extremely outdated. The hallways and rooms were poorly lit, and the windows were dirty, both inside and out. I kept my blinds closed throughout my stay because of the dirty windows. The hotel charges $150 for incidentals, which is refundable after three days. However, I’ve stayed in better hotels that only charge $50 for incidentals. I do believe the hotel would benefit from a much needed makeover and changes in their policies.
- 5/5
The quietest stay I think I’ve ever had at a hotel. Really thick walls.
- 3/5
Cleanliness was excellent. Room was comfortable. TV was old and out of date. The biggest complaint was the front desk staff. We arrived around 9:30pm and waited a good 10 minutes for anyone to appear. Then, the following morning, absolutely no one was at the front desk. Other than the lack of customer service, it was good. Also, at check in, asked front desk for a microwave and he said he'd see if they had one. Never contacted us. We had to call the front desk on a cell because the phone does not work in the room. We asked him for one and it was a different guy than at night and he made the excuse that probably they were busy at check in yesterday as to why we didn't get a microwave. We came much later than check in time so I don't know what he was talking about in order to defend the night/ evening clerk.

The room was modern up-to-date. Loved the large sofa in room very comfortable. The hallway going to into room, smelled nice and fresh carpets were very clean.Loved the hot tub and the swimming pool wish it could be opened until 12 midnight then 9 pm. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed wasn’t that comfortable hurt my back when I got up in the morning. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast nice variety of items to eat.

Yes
- 2/5
The place was dirty through out the halls pool area and gym. I left them know about the messy hallway came back threw two hrs later and the salad tha was spread down the hall was still there. They don’t turn down the rooms daily so you can only get clean towels if you go to front desk. Key cards had tkk ok be reset every night which was very frustrating cause there was only one person at the front desk and both times I had to stand in line for over 30 mins just to be able to get back into my room. They advertise breakfast is available to purchase but all they had was cereal in lobby. I chose this place for the idea of the restaurant and pool/jaquazzi which because we had to wait in line we missed getting to use the one night when we returned to the hotel.
- 1/5
The water from the sink was coming out brown. My daughter and I went and told the front desk and he told me it was normal. Then the tv went black and turned itself off when we were watching it. In the morning we went to take a shower the shower water would not get hot. I went down stairs to tell them and they told me they would refund me for my terrible experience and never did.

Never again!! It's so many things not quite right- where to begin. Upon check-in we were made to wait before asking where the pull carts were, once told where to find them - of course, there were none so staff was asked to collect them and return. We saw him coming off the elevator with nothing. Title: Beautiful hotel & location, but breakfast and hospitality fell short Review: I recently stayed here in Washington, D.C. The property is beautiful, well kept, and in an excellent location. Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely disappointing—so minimal that it felt driven by cost-cutting rather than guest experience. I understand the need to save, but this went too far. Service at breakfast also lacked warmth and genuine hospitality. As it stands, I would not choose to stay again unless the breakfast offering and staff training improve. I hope management invests in a more generous, well-prepared breakfast and a sincere, guest-first approach.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
I stay here a lot for work, the rooms have a smell to them and not sure how clean things are. I would say the bathroom needs work. I stay here because of the free parking and price most of the time. I am only there 8 hours and I check out. I sm a nurse and work 12 hour shifts and live 50 miles away so I stay to cut down the driving. I don't want to spend tons of money on an 8 hour time but the hotel could need some improvement.
- 4/5
I stayed overnight, hotel & room was clean, I enjoyed my stay
- 3/5
At the sink and shower, you have to turn the knob to cold for hot water. This sink was also clogged, and tub wasn't properly cleaned. Got an email on my wsy there stating the onsite restaurant was closed, so I'd have to find other options. The hallways and elevators reeked of roach spray. Bottom line, I don't think Sonesta will see me again.
- 5/5
Very satisfied
- 4/5
First assigned room (202) smelled weird but front desk immediately and cheerfully offered a different room (210) and it was great. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and we appreciated the sink being separate from the toilet & tub/shower.
- 5/5
Will stay again when in the area. Day front desk person was awesome
- 5/5
Good value; clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
It wasn’t that clean for the price I paid for one night. The bathroom looks horrible.

Hallway could be more clean

I was definitely deceived and was expecting a much nicer facility.
- 5/5
Good value and friendly staff. Convenience to local business and services
- 4/5
Staff was friendly the tvs were too small... food was close by and close to highway
- 4/5
The hotel met our needs for a weekend football game. Didn’t realize the bed size until we checked in and paying for a hot breakfast wasn’t ideal with kids. The kids loved the pool. The courtyard looked very nice but we didn’t have time to use.

Nice place, didnt know i was going to get charged again.
- 3/5
The balcony is nice. The check-in process is long. They make you run your credit card twice.only one person working and a long line at 8 pm when many people arrived after events. We tried to check in early, but there is an added fee for that.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 2/5
Really disappointing for the price point—inaccurately described on the website. No cream for coffee. No restaurant. Poorly lit, shabby room. Will not return.
- 1/5
Room was very old and had a bad smell. They charged me 100$ for a 4lb pet during check in. Note that i prepaid before arriving. I will never vist this place again. The pool was the best part and hottub although the pool and hottub was ruff and can cause damage to your body i would be careful using the pool, but they did keep it clean. The room was spacious for family of 5 but the room was old and pull out sofa was not worth advertising we didnt even use it thats how bad it was. Never going back !!!
- 4/5
The property is satisfactory, with the sole exception of a minor inconvenience. If you extend your stay beyond four days, the room will not be cleaned until the day of your departure, regardless of your request to have the trash removed. The cleaning staff member informed me that she will not dispatch a cleaning crew after four days.
- 4/5
Comfortable. Beautiful.
- 2/5
Lastly, there are more waivers and deposits than other Sonesta hotels. The manager says it's because they've had issues in the past with drunk college students breaking things in the hotel. And yet, they have signs all over advertising happy hour drinks. You can't promote drinking and not want to deal with its consequences. Totally ridiculous.
- 3/5
Neither the bar nor restaurant were open.

Nice and quiet.. Very clean..

I stay at this hotel every time I go to a Commanders home game. Can’t beat the price and the service. I’ve been coming to this hotel for 3 years.

The hotel was nice and I was pleased with the service. The only thing i had an issue with was the pillows. They weren't fluffy enough. Other than that everything was great.

It was ok overall. Had an issue with kids running around the hall and making noise.

Staff not friendly. Had to wait 20 mins for the manager before they found the reservation. Didn’t get the room that promised on your website. Room had odor and carpet throughout the property was filthy!!
- 5/5
Stay was good price and convenient to things nearby. Room was great but they clean only every 4 days. Would be better if they cleaned every 2 or 3 days … 4 felt like too many.

Son detalles que pueden mejorar la percepción del cliente para futuras estancias

Hotel does have indoor pool with hot tub. However cant go from courtyard to pool have to walk full hallways to inside door to gain access. Hot tub water level low. Oddly enough there is no bathroom in pool area or hallway or gym area. There also were no pool towels even when asking front desk staff. Breakfast is not free here. Room was comfortable and has fridge. We booked based on amenities so we were disapointed.

Good service
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Friendly staff and great location if you want to attend a commanders game
- 3/5
Slow check in process. It took 20 minutes for 3 guests to check in. In addition ridiculous check in of having to use credit card twice for check in. Breakfast horrible. Back rooms of hotel noisy from highway cars.
- 5/5
Very nice staff, comfortable stay
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Great hotel all around
- 5/5
It was safe, quiet had good parking.
- 1/5
Strong mold smell. Not properly stocked with towels wash cloths or toilet paper. Rude staff who curses at customers. Breakfast is extremely limited amd runs out quickly leaving guest racing for food and frustrated.
- 4/5
The location was convenient for my needs. A minimal breakfast serving was available. Limited fitness center was available. Not quite the standards I've dealt with in the past. I had no complaints with the staff (front desk). He was truly helpful.
- 5/5
Very Helpful staff.
- 1/5
discriminated by the color of your skin, to beg for fresh towels, blankets, and toilet paper, go to Sonesta. P. S. I hope you take care of the bed bugs

For emergency

This is probably the best one with pool. The pool size was great and accurate on the depth measurements (most hotels will be shallower than descriptions), hot tub was functional. My kids enjoyed it so much!
- 1/5
The front desk was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. I was instructed to wait for the next shift to assist with my issue. There was a bug in my bathtub. The WiFi didn’t work and the TV never connected.
- 4/5
Breakfast was not very good. Only toast and fruit and coffee.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved the staff! Our two nights stay was nothing short of excellent. My son enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much. Bed was comfortable. Shower felt amazing. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area!!!
- 3/5
Person checkin me in, young male with strong accent and bad attitude
- 1/5
Also, after emailing a credit card to cover incidentals for an employee, the credit card was hacked. Do not trust this hotel!
- 3/5
They had limited breakfast and the food service or kitchen was not available
- 2/5
The stay was convenient but I have spent less on much cleaner & overall nicer hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the hotel needs maintenance done, it's not very appealing. The room I stayed in smelt bad, to the point where I woke up in the middle of the night to the smell. We changed rooms with no issue though. The pool was smaller than it seemed in the pictures, the TV was extremely dark with no way to increase the brightness, and does not support connecting your console. It wasn't the worst hotel, but I've seen better for your buck. 3/5
- 5/5
It was nice the bed was very nice I’ll be back
- 3/5
Great location and hotel amenities. However, my room smelled very musty like mildew. The pool didn't have any pool towels. I had a long drive coming from my travels and wanted to stop by the bar but a bar tender never arrived for any services. There was not any coffe or tea in the lobby upon check-in.
- 2/5
The hotel only had one cook who didn't show up for work. Instead, they threw some muffins out, some coffee, and a pile of sliced bread for us to dig through. I was highly disappointed.
- 5/5
Good property
- 4/5
Property was clean and location was good. Nice sitting area outside and inside.
- 3/5
It's a nice hotel however in my opinion they could do a much better job keeping it clean. Only hotel I stayed in that I didn't feel comfortable sleeping on the sheets. Housekeeping every 4 days I don't think is good. Don't think I would return to this one.

Upon arrival for 1night birthday stay , the night staff manager was very rude and was not helpful to us as guest. I truly believe me and my partner were racially profiled when we arrive to check in. Once accessing the Room it was completely in poor condition. Shower curtains were extremely dirty. Tub was not clean stains in tub. Mold/burned cabinets near refrigerator for food. The bed Nightstand was coming apart. Hazardous destruction was done to the room. Walls and ceiling were melting and cracking near bathroom area when yu first walk in. Overall my stay was not very pleasant.
- 4/5
THE HOTEL WAS GOOD
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and there were no complications.
- 4/5
It was a weekend away from home to relax and thats what it was good for. Its a cool spot
- 5/5
I always have a good time staying at here
- 5/5
My check in was fast. Quiet at night to sleep would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The pool needs to be filtered better.
- 5/5
The property was quite, staff was kind and friendly.
- 4/5
The Manager was out of line with this extensive no smoking policy, that I am sure wasn't told to everyone. Only to end the conversation saying if you smoke marijuana and walk through the lobby we will charge you if we smell it. We were there because my daughter was speaking at the capital and had a college visit. This was very inappropriate to say to parents in front of their child!
- 3/5
Door connecting the rooms has no sound barrier, had a group on the other side making so much noise from 11pm-6am. Phone wasnt connected to anything so wasnt able to call front desk from it.
- 5/5
Great manager, Nathan, who is always friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Friendly staff and good rooms. 3 miles from the Metro and close highways to DC.
- 1/5
This property is a scam and the general manager Ayo took my deposit after stay at the hotel for 3 days. I wiped down all counters and even took out my own trash due to me staying with two children in the room. Only left dirty towels at door and claimed the room was totaled
- 5/5
We were here for a 5 day convention at the U of Maryland. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The free breakfast options were very limited as they have a paid option as well. But for the location and cleanliness, we made it work. We will be back.
- 5/5
Hotel is very nice , weather was raining so didn’t get to enjoy outside patio
- 5/5
It was a unique experience
- 5/5
The room is so beautiful and clean and great staffs.
- 5/5
Property and room was very clean
- 3/5
The area is great, the hot tub is great, but I didn’t like the fact that there was a sign that said something like the pool water is recirculated so don’t allow in your mouth. The main thing that we didn’t like about the hotel is that it smells moldy. We thought it was our room, so we asked for another room, but we checked it out before switching rooms and the other room had the same exact smell, so we just stayed in the original room.
- 1/5
i was very very disappointed in this hotel the rooms was hot and stink very bad smell like cats and i went to tell the front desk they moved me and moved me into another room and it still stink and smelled like cats and i am allergic to cats the room was not what i expected no microwave and there was a loud noise throughout the night no sleep just very unhappy about this stay

Nice
- 3/5
Staff was extremely terrible to me checking in and because of that I’m not sure I will return
- 1/5
Horrible stay kids in the Jacuzzi area entire time. Staff was very short and rude, so-called breakfast offered nothing but dry muffins.
- 5/5
Excellent stay, very convenient location.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms that are both comfortable and modern. This hotel location seemed to be very safe and is close to a lot of restaurants and commerce.
- 5/5
Wonderful clean property. They were able to get us adjoining rooms at the last minute which truly helped a lot
- 5/5
The bed was very comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
- 2/5
The staff was nice. As for the room. It’s was very stuffy and had a slight smell of mildew. The furniture felt sticky and smelled. You can tell the couch and chairs have never been deep cleaned. The mini fridge had a severe ice build up on the freezer part as were if you had something that needed to frozen it wouldn’t fit. The ice maker on our floor was broken so I had to go the main floor for ice. The smal complementary bottle of lotion was open and used, that’s just unsanitary. And lastly the continental breakfast was a joke. It was no effort what so ever. Lastly, the hotel takes forever returning your deposit for the room. I guess it’s safe to say I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.
- 3/5
Overall the room was ok. We chose to stay here because we have stayed at a location in St. Maarten and really liked it. The rooms definitely needed a little upgrade. The shower curtain liner was dirty on the bottom and clearly hadn’t been changed in a while. The convenience to stores and food was a plus. I’d consider staying again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
- 2/5
Someone's broke into a car right near the entrance of the property. My room was hot and the AC worked sometimes. I was there for a funeral and didnt want to be bothered by switching rooms. The rooms can use a good update. Housekeeping didnt come to my room at all, not even to drop off fresh towels. I would recommend going elsewhere
- 3/5
Rooms were clean and a lot of parking.
- 1/5
Nothing
- 5/5
Was amazing.
- 4/5
The property was close to the main highway. The was adequate onsite free parking.
- 4/5
The check-in was terrible
- 5/5
The front desk gentleman checking us in was very nice and allowed us in our room two hours early. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice as well. Enjoyed the access to the outdoor lounge area from our room although we did not use it. The beds were comfy and the TV did have limited channels, but we were able to watch our preferred programming. It was a safe hotel and close to where I needed to be. Would stay again when in the area!
- 3/5
When I checked in they did not have the type of room I reserved, which was two queen beds. I was given a room with a king and a pullout couch. The condition of the mattress on the pullout was very poor. My daughter and I were there for four days and there was never even any light cleaning done like replacing trash bags and towels and wash cloths. The overall condition of the hotel was not very clean.
- 3/5
the dresser is broken and the door stopper is broken off the wall
- 4/5
Great for a couple of days. Walls were thin. Guy next store was talking with someone for at least a hour.
- 4/5
Property was good. Nothing spectacular. I regret staying there because we could’ve stayed somewhere else for less that would’ve been the same quality.
- 1/5
Stinky rooms and super rusty hand rails. Terrible room 119.
- 5/5
It was a quick refresh for the Mr. and I. We enjoyed the hot tub.
- 1/5
Room was dirty and smelt like mold. Refused to give a refund so I could leave and book somewhere else.
- 3/5
Arrived at about 1am, took a while for the person to get to the front. The first room we were put in had an awful smell and someone left clothes in the drawer. Went downstairs to the front desk. It took about 5 minutes for the staff to come back to the front. They were very apologetic and moved our room. No issues after that.
- 3/5
I didn’t like the fact that we stayed for seven nights and only cleaned the room once and no towels
- 4/5
Pros: lovely, accessible view, brought our cooler and was able to easily discard any ice outside with no hassle, comfortable beds, nice shower Cons: the lady with short hair told me that she wouldn’t provide me a “do not disturb” sign because my friend and I were changing to get ready to go to a festival, and with house service we weren’t able to know when they’d show up luckily they hadn’t but kinda rude knowing we paid a lot, we also had to ask for a microwave despite asking well in advance, and was told we had one upon arrival, when that wasn’t the case Kids walking back and fourth through the halls made me a little uncomfortable sayin the “n” word and cursing like no tomorrow, these were teenagers.. it made me feel very uneasy…
- 5/5
We love staying at this Sonesta Suite in Greenbelt, MD. Think it’s our 4th time there. We love the location and quality of the room was satisfactory.
- 5/5
Amazing stay
- 5/5
I enjoyed myself and I will be back
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 3/5
It was someone arguing the room beside me no security never came. The pool area the Caucasian people left there kids alone at the pool, they was throwing balls hitting people with them. They did not have any manners at all. I don’t like how I have to come to the front desk to turn in towels to receive a new one. Last but not least, my stay was for the entire weekend. I was checked out my room Saturday, while trying to go to my room I realized my key wasn’t working. When I went to the front desk the young lady said I’m sorry I checked you out. Overall this hotel can use improvements!
- 3/5
Aside from the amazing staff and the clean room, I did have an issue with the fees they charge. I found them excessive. $20/hr for early check-in /late check-out. $150 security deposit at check-in.... Unexpected and not my favorite experience. The pool area made the entire quarter of the first floor smell like chlorine. I cut my hand lifting the latch to the balcony door in the room because the protective covering was broken. The staff being kind and welcoming was really my biggest plus. Overall, I would not stay at Sonesta again. I would not recommend.
- 1/5
Very unaccommodating staff; very high prices
- 5/5
Nice large rooms, very clean and spacious. Pool area could be a bit cleaner (saw some hair all over the tiles and in the corners) but maybe it is because it is in use quite a bit.
- 2/5
Complimentary breakfast was poor- cheerios, fruit, toast, coffee, tea
- 5/5
Nice fir a one night stay
- 5/5
The stay was pleasant. The associates at reception desk were friendly. The thermostat was working, and we were able to adjust temperature. The room and toilets were clean and well maintained. Overall the stay was very good and we would stay again next time and recommend to others too.
- 5/5
My campsite flooded and I needed a place to go, lol. This place was close, affordable, clean, and the room was great. I had a large bathroom. I appreciated the coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge in the room. This is definitely my go to for the area now!
