    We understand that the hotel was under construction. However, the room that we stayed and should’ve never have been occupied by any customer. There was no extra supplies or accommodations that should’ve been provided such as cub for coffee, ice, bucket, and even tissues this room should’ve never been slept in.

    Our stay for three nights was great. King size bed was so comfortable! The staff at the front desk was extremely nice and polite. I didn't catch the gentlemens name who seemed to be there Everytime we walked by but he was very nice!

    The hotel is currently being renovated. I booked through Expedia and had asked for a crib but upon arrival I was told that they have none. Keep in mind I tried calling ahead of time, but no one would answer them called Expedia and they confirmed that the note was passed down. We entered the room and it was very very dirty hair in the bathtub dust everywhere even a cockroach! Tried calling the front desk and no answer to try to get someone to give us some cleaning supplies.

    There were spaces in the door frame so we could see people walking by. All night there were two little girls running and skating up and down the hallway. But the young man who checked us in was professional and kind. Please get the renovations together! This hotel is in a great location.

    The front desk clerk and the house keeping for finding my blazer. This hotel has been under renovation for over 3 yrs and still has not the top tier experience. I got my room and the bathroom smelt like urine. I complained to the front desk and he was so professional that he switch me to another room and it was ok, but not what I was excepting. Not under stand why the rooms are almost $200 for the experience. The outside of the hotel gives you a different look until you take ownership of your room.

    Staff was kind and makes up for much but as a member experiencing many properties like this it just continues to be a rough stay with this company. At this location the cleaning certainly did not seem thorough as obvious trash was found in the bathroom I’m not sure how it was missed in the first place and along with such a foul odor in the room that I went to get all kinds of sprays to make manageable. Breakfast matched what this company normally offers but it lacked here to an extra degree unfortunately and for the fact that I also had pay for it just did not help. More renovation at this location as well.. seems like there’s always renovations at these hotels associated with holiday/IHG. I recommend staying anywhere other after continuous similar issues.

    Plenty of parking. I didn't like a fact of paying $15 per person for breakfast and it wasn't as good as any free breakfast I've gotten at another holiday inn or other hotels. Actually the breakfast was horrible. Nothing to drink on display. Look like frozen pancakes and so on.

    Parking was a bit of a walk away from the front door. We stayed after a concert so my husband dropped me off at the door and parked since I was so exhausted from dancing. Otherwise the hotel was fine, easy check-in, decent room. Nothing terrible

    The front desk personnel were so welcoming and willing to help us, so friendly and respectful. There were cockroaches in all the room, restroom, near the fridge and even around our bed, that was soo disgusting. We were literally having a nightmare about the cockroaches. The pillows aren't comfortable.

Weird thing, at check in, they have you sign a document stating that they would charge $300 if there is evidence of smoking in your room but the whole place smelled like weed. I do not smoke but the rule doesn't seem to be stopping guests. The front desk team were nice and very helpful.

    The building had half electricity, charged full price for the room even though there was only half electricity in the building and no working elevators. We stayed in the 5th floor. The hotel was getting maintenance which is what they blamed my rooms cockroaches on. I had to change rooms because that’s just gross. Location is a little hard to handle. There’s not any food options in close proximity, best have a car.

    I understand they are doing renovations… but the conditions of the property are unacceptable. The first non smoking room we checked in to smelled like an ashtray. They quickly moved us - key cards wouldn’t work, door knob was practically falling off. Hotel was filthy! Bathroom was nasty, tub / shower was peeling, water dripping constantly. If we hadn’t driven 10 hours we would have left, but were too exhausted! Needless to say - will not stay here again.

    I will never stay at that hotel ever again found roaches in the bathroom and in the near the beds they moved just to a second room and it smelled like pot then finally the third room on the morning of checkout we found more roaches in the bathroom, it was not a good experience, but the employees were awesome

    The hotel is completely run down. The initial room I was given the bathroom appeared dirty. There was soap suds and hair in the shower and bathroom floor. The staff was kind enough to switch our room but the new room bathroom had a peeling tub. And this time I found a strand of hair in the bed. Because I've been driving all day and had somewhere else to be shortyly i just accepted the room and wasnt able to return until after midnight. I won't be back but hopefully the renovations help when it is done because it was a nice quiet location.

    This property is in very poor condition. There are smells in the room area and the bathrooms were disgusting. I rented two rooms and they were both the same.     The mattress is uncomfortable to where it sinks in the middle. Went downstairs to let them know and immediately they changed my room. But while waiting there was a mouse running around the lobby. I know they are doing renovations they could be the reason why they have a mouse in the lobby.

The room itself was ok and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was sorely in need of remodeling. The plumbing didn't work well and the shower surround was showing rust (mold?) stains. The staff was very courteous and responsive. There was a crazy fight in the hallway one night of our stay and security came up quickly to intervene.

    The staff was courteous. The hotel is extremely outdated. A complete renovation of the entire hotel is needed. What renovations have been done, was crappy installation. The waller paper, border of the baseboard, bathroom equipment, furniture is old and chipped, mattress is uncomfortable, surfaces show water damage spots, carpet is nasty, everything is dark and gives a dingy feel.

    I do not normally find anything to be worth complaining about, but i felt that my experience here needed to be voiced as this hotel is not properly represented on their booking. My colleague and I specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool, dining on-site, and it was near by to our destination. We ended up having to sit at a high top table in a fairly busy hallway (for a hotel) off the main lobby to get our work done. The rooms were clean enough, but I could hear the tv and people talking in the room next to me (despite the amenities list saying soundproof rooms). When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was barely any hot water and I ended up taking a fairly cold shower. The sink also didn’t have any cold water. Had I known that there was construction and some amenities would be closed prior to booking, I would’ve booked at a different hotel.

    My first room was very dirty, all kinds of hair in the bathtub. When I talked to the front desk they switched my room, but this one is just as dirty. I don’t think the room was even cleaned after the last person stayed here. I had to go out and buy my own towel and shower shoes just to feel okay staying here.     I never leave hotel reviews, so I’ll keep it short and sweet: rooms are irreparably dirty (spider webs, unidentified dried residue on the floors and all the furniture, and mice!!! in the rooms!!!), bathrooms aren’t much better (I ended up buying flip flops from the nearby dollar tree to shower), breakfast buffet is below average and overpriced. The 7th floor is a rundown version of the 5th floor but I can’t speak to the rest of the floors. Hopefully all the renovations going on can fix this place but I’m skeptical. The gym is closed due to ongoing repairs. Only stay here if you really need to…

    It is a very nice and beautiful place that I think anyone wishes to stay for a vacation. The staff there was so nice and they were always there to help us out when we did things wrong with the key. They were there to make it work again. Can't wait to be back soon.     They are in the process of renovating so hopefully some of what I had issues with will be fixed. The property and rooms are very dated: the lights in the rooms were delayed, our fridge wasn’t even plugged in when we got there and didn’t work once plugged in, the outlets were worn so things wouldn’t stay in the plugs, half the TV channels didn’t work.

    I had come in for a conference. The front desk staff were rude. The room had roaches and ants. The gym was not functional. When I questioned them about the issues the answer that I got was the hotel is under renovation. There are other good low cost hotels around. Had to book an earlier flight just to get away soon. I forgot to take pictures of the mess probably because I was so done with it. Do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s better to rent a car and stay in it.
