Location. Found a cockroach in the room. Random construction men hanging around the facility staring at my daughters & me whenever we left the facility or came back. Although nothing happened it made me very uncomfortable since it was just my 3 daughters and myself. We ended up leaving after 4 days and renting somewhere else.

Por la puntuación que tiene en la pagina, pensé que sería mejor, pero estuvo bastante deficiente... cuando retire la sabana para dormir había cabello y estaba manchado... las almohadas olían mal y el drenaje de la ducha estaba tapado... no se si me toco a mi una "mala habitación" o si todas presentan estos problemas... Solo la usamos para dormir una noche... aunque el precio es muy bueno, creo que podrían cuidar esos detalles básicos de limpieza...

The area is nice, room is spacious. Cons: shower curtain is too high which caused water to spill to the floor- safety hazard. No hooks or towel racks in bathroom. No closet with hangers, but there were hangers in one of the dressers. The bed was too high for a 5"1 individual. Showerhead worked but sure could use a new one.

Stayed one night with my son. Room was clean beds were comfortable. Area is very pretty. Air conditioning & parking were good. It provided exactly what we needed for a an evening stay

There was no breakfast, disappointed. Beds were too high off the ground. Hard to get up and out. Didn’t like that and wouldn’t come back because of it. Breakfast not included. Beds too high.

Had a medical emergency and had to leave a day early. When I spoke with desk person thru email as desk was not maned when I tried to check out. Tried to get a refund for last day but was refused.So on to looking for another hotel for next year.

Check in was very easy! They were very kind, the beds were very comfortable. The room was nice, but had some trash left in it when we checked in and the remote for the TV was missing the batteries. They could definitely benefit from getting some more towels in the rooms and some do not disturb signs for the rooms as well. The condition of the hotel was ok, kind of dumpy around the grounds. Stayed for a weekend and would stay again if we ever came back down to the area.

Front desk guy wouldn't let me kids play outside at 7pm. Not sure what his problem is/was. They weren't being loud or anything. Told me to take them to a park despite a large open green space that they wanted to play w a foam baseball in. What a loser.

The location. The room had mold in the shower. The bed did not have a cover and was only provided with a sheet. The grounds were dingy and dirty. There were drug addicts walking around at night asking for money.

We were there less than 12 hours, and it was a little pricey for the quality of the room. It was clean, but very basic. Good just to sleep in. I would recommend they have discounted rooms for less than 12 hour stay.

However we were at the pool and we were the only family asked whether we were hotel guests while other groups were not approached. It made us uncomfortable and felt targeted. We would not stay at this place again just because of this incident.

Property has potential. Older motel with a number of deficiencies. No closet or hanging area?? We hung clothes on chairs. No stands for suitcases. No towel racks? . Even hanging hook on bathroom door gone. Remodeled nice bathroom but the tub drain was sluggish and the handle to turn on water was way hard to turn. Lots of contractors there. No blankets?. Only sheet and “sheet like” top cover. Stayed 2 nights. One roach on second night. Wife really upset. Makes you think while you are sleeping and every time you turn the lights on. No visible staff or maid service, no breakfast ( they did not advertise that they had it) . Bare bones basics. Besides the above, room was nice enough for the price. Manager was pleasant. Nice grounds, ample parking. Nice TV. Kind of surprised that a franchised hotel would not have basic requirements that would address the above. I did not address these issues with management because most of them are surely known and other comments seemed to reflect managements solutions. If my room has roaches, I assume all rooms may. It was a pretty nice room with the above deficiencies☺️ I would consider returning. Wife…not so much.

Everything was superb and very CLEAN, which is most important to us! Truly an excellent value ?.Great location & staff. Facilities were updated, bed was very comfortable, towels were soft, shower was hot and they even had a ceiling fan which was glorious. The front desk even sent a gentleman to reprogram our TV remote AFTER MIGNIGHT. Who does that? ? They even had CLEAN POOL! We've been to Hiltons (Clearwater) and the pool was filthy dirty. We'll def be back if the need should arise. If we had to find something, the showerhead was a bit low for my 6' tall husband, which is a very minor inconvenience.

The guy at the desk was very nice and understanding. We walked in and walked out. We did not feel safe there at all. The amount of partying and drunks hanging out of their rooms and being overly obnoxious plus the smell of weed everywhere.

Very nice people, mind their businesses like family. Close to different shops, even a laundry matter across the street. The beds are definitely fair, much better than the hard ones you'll find in other competitions.

We stayed 5 night and supposed to get room service and clean twice, but got none. We had to reused the same towels for all 5 nights and trash was not empty and stacking up since we usually came back late and had to get food to go. Bed sheets were stained. There was a big dead cockroach on the floor the night we checked in. We will not be coming back to this place.

The place was filthy. Dead bugs everywhere and stains on the beds and towels. Horrible smell when you walk in the room. Odd acting guess outside of there rooms being loud and smoking. Saw a guy throw up on the floor less than a hour after arriving. Service was nice but I would never stay here again.

The view was outstanding overlooking the pool and conveniently located. Wish it had a microwave. One of the beds had an issue as it made a very loud sound when laying on it, just an fyi to fix it for the future (room 206). Would definitely stay again!!

When we arrived to the hotel after a long day of traveling, we went right up to the room. As soon as we got in there there were bugs EVERYWHERE. The bathroom was filled with bugs and so was the sink. I called the man at the front desk explaining our experience for the 10 seconds that we were there. He didn’t even say sorry. All he could say was “ okay call tomorrow to see if you could get a refund”

We got there and had to change rooms 3 times. 1st room door did not lock, 2nd room had black mold the owner said dust which my husband works in construction ot was black mold. The 3rd room we just settled for it still was not clean. Then the owner accused us of smoking in room when we did not and was very rude about it. Yet the final room we stayed in had burn holes in sheets and one blanket. The best thing about the stay was the pool. That is it. I would not recommend wasting money here when you can go right up the road and have breakfast and nicer rooms.

By far the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, have no idea how is rated decently, main reason I booked this place was that rooms were equipped with microwaves (upon arrival they told me they had just removed them from the rooms lol). Housekeeping staff was extremely rude. This hotel is mostly occupied by construction workers (as a side note).

The property was well kept and the courtyard was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like having the pool closed and no breakfast. Comparable properties had both for the price.

Check-in was great. Room was adequate, comfy enough, and outside of the bathroom things seemed clean/new. The bathroom on the other hand: the area in front of the toilet was very dirty - didn’t love seeing old pee - and there were moldy looking areas. Two other little things - 1) there was really no blanket. There was a comforter and top sheet. Very odd. 2) the lighting was all a harsh, bright white. Felt like I was in an office space. How about some soft whites?

I felt very unsafe staying here with two kids and the front desk is in its own locked room. The front desk was very dismissive about talking to anyone before check in time , I didn’t stay here as it’s just not worth the risk

This is an older motel that is doing the best it can. If you check on after hours, you are not permmitted to go into the lobby. Rooms have laminate floor that was clean. The beds were extremly comfortable! They used microfiber sheets on our bed. Not my preferance, but they were clean.

Very affordable while safe and quiet with free parking. Looks like an old Holiday Inn but it has been refurbished and updated. Clean, basic room with a fridge. For the money, a very good deal.

It made a very dirty first impression. We checked in after dark and the place appeared both dirty an scary. We had the room for 4 days/nights and the only time they gave us clean sheets and towels was on the 3rd day. The beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. There was only one clothes hanger in the room to use, the desk chair was lopsided, no tissues provided and the water pressure in the sink was very poor. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hot water did not work, the mini fridge in the room was broken and did not get cold. the smoke detector alarm kept chirping due to a dead battery. they claimed they had coffee instead of breakfast and still didn’t have coffee. The staff was very helpful and seemed truly concerned, but a fix for these problems was not offered during my stay. When I asked to move to a different room, I was told they were sold out of rooms.

The staff is very unprofessional does not treat people with respect I won’t be renting rooms from them ever again I stayed there for 6 nights and got one room service out of the 6 nights we was there

His name Abbi. Staff girl at checkout was the only one who cared about her job and guests. We demand our money back. This was intolerable.

Comparable in price to other budget hotels. This was better than another in the area I stayed in at similar pricing, and would be my choice on a return trip.

The room was very clean, but spartan and utilitarian. I only needed the room for less than 12. hours. We had a sports event that we didnt' want to drive three hours in the morning for so we opted to drive ovrer the night before and get a solid 9 and a half hours of sleep.

Worst experience of any hotel stay in my entire life on every level. The hotel staff went in my room and stole items... and that's the best thing that happened at this dump. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The staff was courteous and helpful. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. Nice for the budget minded. The only complaint is the deadbolt did not work in room 103. George & Dorothy

Staff was friendly. Ice machines; no microwave in the room, only in the lobby. No laundry on site, but there is one across the street. No breakfast.

I was very impressed by the turn around accomplished since our 1st stay five years ago. It is clean, the rooms are very nice, comfy, and the landscaping is beautiful.

room was not verry clean, bed confort smell dirty, they dont wash them after customers leave, I saw them cleaning rooms and only change bed sheets but not covers or conforts, (this is not healthy )we take our owned sheets , you can hear the noise from other rooms, location is good though.

Room could have been much cleaner than it was.
