Our stay at the Ramada by Wyndham was okay overall. The beds advertised as "queens" are definitely NOT queens at all. They are full at best. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to a broken bed but the staff was quick to switch our room. The room 'window' a/c units were inside an enclosed hall, which made you have to set the temp low to cool the room, the hall leading to the rooms were insanely hot due to the placement of the a/c units. The perks the pool, the hot tub, the breakfast. I'm sure the bar/resturant is good, but we didnt go. Parking was tight. My truck was scraped by another vehicle enough to leave a paint transfer, which was upsetting, but it no one owned up. If I come to Grand Island I dont think I'll stay again.

Room was clean, bed very uncomfortable, restaurant needs alot of updates. Breakfast was convenient.

Great pancakes and coffee for breakfast! Unfortunately our sink in the room clogged up and the room carpet didn't feel clean.

Walking in we were pleasantly greeted by Marty who was both very helpful the check-in process and also in providing information about things to do in the area. One such suggestion an arena league football game 5/30/26, the hotel even provided tickets for my family of five and was a great experience. After going into the room and preferring a tub vs handicap shower front desk manager Hunter quickly rectified the situation by providing an alternate room. Though the front desk staffs actions were impressively swift, what made the moment even more magical was their positive energy and demeanor during that time. This level of customer service continued throughout our stay as Marty graciously extended our check out time due to a golf tournament time conflict...extremely top shelf! Lastly the amenities at the hotel made it a one stop shop in terms of entertainment for the entire family. We took advantage of the pool, hot tub, corn hole, putt putt, pool table(needed new felt), and table tennis. My wife would like to add that Cassie was also very accommodating and pleasant...we appreciate your team for a great stay.

The breakfast is really delicious and above expectations. The pillows are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The pool is bigger than most. Direct access from our room to outside where we parked was nice. The cleaning staff was friendly. The bathroom had a red warming light that was a nice amenity when coming back from swimming. It’s a bit run down and dirty. The cleaning ladies do well but the actual facilities were not up kept. Our tub wouldn’t drain properly the shower wouldn’t fully engage. The room had smoke film and smelled extremely musty even though it was a non smoking hotel. The toilet seat is REALLY uncomfortable and the bathroom is extremely tiny. The place needs some work for sure it looks like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in years. It also needs some handy man work.

Been at this hotel a couple times. My kids enjoy it. Unfortunately this visit wasn’t as good many due to our rooms ac not working, was awful couldn’t sleep got up to about 78 degrees, they gave us a new room for the following night which is nice but not fun with all the kids extra stuff and then that room also did not have AC. The hallway was 10 degrees cooler than our room for sure. Staff was great the accommodated us for one free night. Very great nice staff

Good location, lovely, swimming pool and a hot tub. The hot tub was over, chlorinated, causing a strong scent while the bubbler was on and painful, red burning eyes. The property is very dated. The rooms are dark and needs major remodel. It was very overpriced for what it offered. The Breakfast brunch lacked variety and flavor. There wasn’t any peanut butter either. We also stayed at the comfort Inn and Hampton Inn during our trip to Nebraska. This place was certainly inferior.

Would for sure stay again. Felt like I was stepping into a "fancy" 1970s budget family vacation hotel that miraculously was still in decent condition decades later. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Breakfast is fine. Don't be worried if you pull in to the front and think you're the only guest there. Parking is along the side of the building so the rest of the cars are around the corner.

They also had a great restaurant wit prime rib Friday and Saturday

It was good, room was underwhelming although I appreciated the sliding door and the staff was very nice

This hotel was an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was good, but muffins would’ve been nice and oatmeal as an alternative to all the heavier foods.

My friend had chicken fried chicken with gravy, and it was overly greasy as well. It upset her stomach.
