The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom sink is in the main bedroom which could be an issue for 2 people, but not for single guests. It was odd that the rate for 2 queens was significantly less that a single king. I appreciate Comfort Inn's mini fridges as they have freezer compartments that allow me to refreeze cooler packs and not have to raid ice machines to keep my fruit and drinks cold for the next travel leg. The only negative was that the hotel did not recognize me as a rewards member, perhaps because I booked through another app. But this is the reality of hotel bookings.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the employees, Juana C definitely needs a raise. 🙂We will be staying here again next time were in town.

The heat/air unit was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep

Location Our room had a sewer smell and the jacuzzi tub was NASTY. Told us to check out and find a different hotel. There were no other rooms every hotel was booked. They moved us to another room and light switches didn’t work. Room wasn’t very clean.

It seemed pretty clean. Couldn't tell what was recently remodeled (email from hotel said it was remodeled or renovated). The website lists amenities that aren't true or available. We picked this because it had Fitness listed in amenities ( I wanted to walk on treadmill). There was none. When we asked front desk person where it was, she said there wasn't one and where did I see that listed. I told her and she looked it up and was going through the list. She said there were other things on the list that they also didn't have. Someone needs to update this!

The wall of the shower had a large crack that should have been repaired before rerenting the room. The silicone repair was ridiculous. We were unable to get the tv to work. Kept saying that a connection was loose. Staff at check-in and check-out were not rude, but not friendly either.
