There are no glaring negatives to this property for us. The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large. The staff seemed easily distracted. When we checked in the staff seemed to be in need of a big cup of coffee. When we were trying to check out the man was on his cell phone. We thought it might be a business call until he ended it with a hearty "later dude." We waited over 4 minutes for him to finish his call. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't what we expected. We did not use any of the other amenities (although we did look at the pool and it was pretty small and since there was another group enjoying it we just went back to our room) nor did we eat the free breakfast so we have no opinion on that. If you are looking for a comfortable bed and nothing else, this is a good hotel. We would probably choose another hotel for our next trip to Goshen - just to have a little more space in the room.

The air conditioner kept waking me up, all night, very loud. And disappointing that the pool was closed for as long as it was.

Room and property was clean and comfortable. Really had no issues. Would stay again. It’s about 30 minutes from Shipshewana. Shopping near by if needed anything. Nice neighborhood for walking.

There was food and drinks left in my fridge as well as the garbage bags were not in the can. I had to do it myself

Breakfast was ok. People at the front desk were great. Day one No one made the bed, Not a big deal but day two pillows were the way they were after being slept on. Sheet was just draped over both beds and bed wasn't made, Toilet paper, towels were replenished and room wasn't vacuumed

The water in the shower was hot. Ambur at the front desk was rude and unprofessional and should be terminated due to her behavior, incompetence and numerous complaints via reviews and nothing being done. You are losing customers and we tell all of our family and friends to boycott any and all affiliated properties due to unprofessional, nasty staff.

Beds were so comfortable I actually slept all night.

It was a rocky start. We checked in pretty late and the hotel manager was having a hard time figuring out the payment issues Hotels.com was having with their hotel. Apparently, they couldnt process the payment so we were almost charged again for the room. She did recover and just gave us the keys and told us theyd figure it out later. The room was nice but the mattress was very uncomfortable. It also squeaked on any movement. We ask to have it replaced or a bed topper put on to no avail. Shower was great. Just hard to sleep.

Room is very clean and bed comfortable... 4 pillows on king bed. I saw a staff member vacuuming the halls or cleaning windows every time i left my room. The gym is clean... 2 treadmills.. a bike... and a hybrid type of bike with moving handles. Dumbells 5lb-50lbs... bosu ball and some kettlebells in varying weights. Morning and night staff were VERY nice and helpful. Free parking... safe area... starbucks right next door. I didnt have the breakast but it was open 7a-10a and free. Room temp was set to 68. Excellent experience.
