Road noise is ridiculous. This hotel need updated better sound proof windows. There are vehicles all times of the day and night revving their engines, racing, loud exhaust, spinning their tires. I was not able to sleep for 2 nights.Hotel staff did nothing

The shower bench was not accessible for someone that needs to transfer off there wheelchair.

Great location, right off the freeway. Clean rooms, comfy beds, clean bathroom with plenty of amenities. Customer service is very nice, too. Pool isn't very big, but it's enough to dip into. Hot tub was nice! Lots of restaurants walking distance. Would definitely return to this location.

The staff person Kim was GREAT!! She is always so helpful when we stay there! She is one of the reasons we come back there! The noise from the traffic. Its understandable as the hotel is right off the interstate highway.

We paid for the breakfast, but there was nothing good. The scramble egg is swimming in the hot water, pancake is dry, no meat, not even bacon available, potatoes doesn’t taste good, yogurt was not placed in the fridge ($&@*%#???). Unfortunately, they advertise good breakfast in the elevator (with bacon), the reality there is no bacon.

Did not eat breakfast. My bedroom was cold could not locate thermostat, The plumbing in my room was bad. The bathtub backed up and could not take a shower the next morning. I reported to management and they apologized and reported to maintenance.

The room was good. Amenities : the courtesy of having bottled water in the room would be great. Something else woulde be to have a pochette besides the door to leave the when staying at your hotel.

The room was incredibly clean and the housekeeping/hotel staff were very friendly. The Expedia listing notes that there is a restaurant on site, however, the restaurant is no longer operating. The hotel now only offers a paid breakfast. Additionally, while the location was prime to nearby amenities and attractions, the amount of noise late at night from passing cars made it unbearable to sleep most nights.

The people were very nice but hotel smelled like old cigarette smoke and cleaning chemicals. The freeway is very loud and there were cars and motorcycles (with modified exhaust) racing up & down the street most of the night. I know that the hotel doesn't control the traffic, but still a miserable night. I rarely write a negative review, but this was the worst experiences I've had at a Holiday Inn Express in a long time.

One when I booked the property it said breakfast was included in the price. Then we got there she told me $8.00 per person. So I felt we got scammed on that. Nothing said the breakfast was extra and I thought the “new” laws is that the hotel industry is NOT to have hidden fees. She just told me no that’s not the case $8.00 please a piece. Then it would be nice to have some kind of cradle for charging your phones. Some hotels have them and that option is very nice.

We stayed there for ten days with out of town guests and it was fabulous. The pool was amazing! It was clean and just the right temperature. The hot tub was nice too. The beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent. We had so much fun.

The refrigerator and microwave did not work and at 12:40 am was woken up by the fire alarm going off from a fire in the restaurant kitchen. Other then that it was close to everything! Apparently there was mold in our bathroom.

The lounge inside is not own by the hotel. You can not take a alcoholic beverage to your room. My only complaint!

The hotel staff was professional and attentive. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The area is very convenient being only a few hundred feet off of the interstate. The location was also in close proximity to dozens of restaurants and stores. 10/10 stay. Highy recommend.

The sound of the freeway was so loud I could literally count every car that went by. Also, when we pulled the blinds there was so much bird poop all over the window it was disgusting. We won't be staying here again.

Comfortable, very clean, staff was very friendly. Property itself was great. The road noise is loud when loud cars go by which seems to be frequently. Neighborhood is pretty good. Location is great, lots of places to eat and Walmart is across the street. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to the highway noise.

Upon checkout, the issue was brought up again. Front desk manager was dismissive and after questioning it, relented and said I’d be issued points. Seven days later, no points in my account and I had to call IHG’s support phone number. When they reached out to the front desk, support was told that my points were “forgotten”. I don’t appreciate dodging somebody else’s dirty bath water and don’t appreciate being lied to. Beyond the manager I dealt with, staff is great and accommodating and very nice. However, being lied to by a manager and having my issue dismissed is unacceptable. Also the breakfast is incredibly hit or miss. Great when the owner of the restaurant isn’t around, bare minimum food, no drinks, and raw bacon when he isn’t. I generally pick this place when I visit the valley and have had great experiences in the past. This trip left much to be desired.

This hotel has comfortable beds and good food at the restaurant, however, the service in the restaurant is terrible and slow. We stayed three nights here and each morning the restaurant opened 5-10 minutes late and the two times we ate dinner here the service was slow and forgetful. We stayed here a month ago for a night, and I forgot my computer charger. I called and told them I’d be back in a month and to please hold it for me. They no longer had my charger so that was also a huge bummer. Also, I booked a king room and at first we were in a room next to the freeway. We asked to be moved to a room on the other side of the hotel which they did with no problem but it ended up being a double queen room and they didn’t tell us that. If we would have known we wouldn’t have moved but didn’t want to ask to move another time.

No hot water! I noticed that the water was not getting ho the night before but didn't think to report it. Sure enough, the boiler was down all night and they didn't notice until the next morning.

Cam (Camila), the young lady at the front desk, was very friendly andd extremely efficient. Our room was great: spacious and clean. Our only critism is the height of the toulet. It was very low and extremely difficult to use for us " Senior Citizens witth mobility issues. Next time we'll inquire about a room with disability accommodations.

This is an amazing hotel, the staff super friendly and the Mexican food was amazing, the bar tender made it so much fun. Great location, super clean.

It’s all about location. Holliday Inn was close to Phoenix. Raceway. Plus many eateries within walking or a short driving distance. A small bar and restaurant were on location which was beneficial after a long day of racing activities. The ceiling and carpet may need replaced soon but my only complaint would be is that the room need USB ports. Lucky I had a plug in my suitcase for charging. Large roon tv was a bonus.

They were able to help accommodate my stay after another hotel lost my confirmation. Worked out perfect, Holiday inn became a much better pick, with a nice size room with ADA accommodations. Complimentary breakfast, although basic,was not bad, BUT he Jalepeno Margarita down at the bar was even better.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk staff an immediately checked in. She gave us instructions for parking and how to ding our room. The complementary in room internet connection was having a problem so I called the front desk. She had tech support call the room, and within 5 minutes I was online and doing my work. The next morning I went to the lobby to do some online work while my wife slept in. I got a cup of coffee (or three) and received a very friendly greeting from the building maintenance gentleman. Super happy and will stay there again!

It is a good hotel for a brief stay. It is right off the I-10. We had our dog with us and they were ok with him staying in the room for a small fee. The rooms are out dated but comfortable. It looks like the outside is getting a new paint job. It was overall a good place to rest our heads for the night.

The staff is so friendly. The restaurant is awesome. Best hotel breakfast, I have experienced. Great location & safe location.

Checked in and was assigned a room. Went to our room and immediately left as the room was occupied. There was a suitcase on the bed which was opened and personal items were laid out. My wife could see toiletries in the bathroom. Took our concerns to the front desk. There was no apology, just a look of bewilderment. She took our keys and were given another room assignment. In addition I am certain I reserved a room suite and was given a standard room. The charge reflected the room suite.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, & comfortable. The restaurant & bar (Tacos Barbon), was convenient & had great food and service.

If I had to list cons one would be highway noise. The loudest racing traffic and sirens all night. We eventually got a little used to it, but it was an issue. Second con would be that the only food service in the hotel was a mexican taco resturant. That type of food does not agree with me. I chose this hotel because it said it had a restaruant, but I ended up eating three dinners out of the snack options in the hotel store. I also paid for our breakfasts in our room package and we were given a choice of three meals (plus one kids) for breakfast every morning. I ate the same single slice of French TOast for three mornings in a row. If you have children or are expecting a standard hotel breakfast with bagels, cereal, waffels, juice etc. this place will not meet your needs and you may want to not include breakfast with your room choice so you don't end up paying twice. I believe that their website should be updated to reflect the type of food service so those of us with somewhat restrictive diets can make a more informed decision. Not wanting to leave on a negative note, if you are in and out overnight, if your family loves mexican food, if you are not counting on meals at the hotel, this may be a great choice.

There's construction next to the hotel, which is the worst complaint i can possibly find and at no fault to the hotel. Otherwise its my go to when finding a hotel near Ak-Chin pavilion

Taco Barbon in the lobby is yummy! Close to a lot of stores, a pretty busy area not good for walking but easy to get to from the airport

The readiness to receive a customer was not quite right. The first room offered was not cleaned after the previous customer checked out.

Road and highway noise crazy load. Almost like windows were open. Police and fire truck sirens. Heard every car driving down the road. No free breakfast. We had a suite, bed was in the living room and other room had 1 chair and tv. AC was so loud, had to turn tv up past 18 to hear it. Tv is bolted to table and even in height with bed. Impossible to see 32" tv if you are laying in bed. Bathroom was nice.

Room was very comfortable very clean. Room had Dove shampoos and body wash. Had microwave and refrigerator.

We tried to get into the pool one day and it was dirty and uninviting.
