Stayed at this location a few times over the years. It’s near Disneyland and has restaurants within walking distance. Parking at the hotel is free, and if you’re headed to Disneyland then just walk 10 minutes to the Toy Story parking lot where the shuttle will take you to Disneyland.

Location was great for our visit purpose, Nancy , at front desk when we arrived was fabulous!! Room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to check in, closet doors were open.. we hung up our clothes then shut them, they caught on drapes pulling them off their hooks. In replacing them found panties on hinge of closet door….NOT ours - previous occupants!!!

Bonnie checked us in and was very efficient. She gave us recommendations on places to eat and things to do. She was very friendly every time we walked through the lobby. Cathy in the breakfast was great at making sure everything was ready to eat. She gave the best hugs! We enjoyed our stay.

I was awakened around midnight on the second night of my stay by the desk clerk who told me I was not supposed to be in the room! She said I was only checked in for 1 night. I told her that I was reserved for 3 nights and we could deal with the issue in the morning. She refused and required me to get dressed and go down to the front desk. I complied reluctantly. At the front desk I showed her my reservation but she told me to wait while she booked in another guest who was booked for my room. Finally she told me that I had not been checked in and my reservation was cancelled. Then she found the checkin error. I was then allowed to return to my room! I certainly was not treated as a valued guest like their policy states.

They had a great selection of drinks and actual food not just pastries and cereal. They had scrambled or boiled eggs, sausage links, seasoned potatoes, different flavor yogurts, fresh fruit cups, oatmeal, muffins, danishes. I was very impressed by the quality. The room was very clean and spacious. A medium sized fridge, microwave coffee maker with a variaty of drinks. The bathroom was spotless with shampoo, conditioner and lotion available. Multiple towels if needed.

What we enjoyed was how spacious the room was and the cleanliness. Our room was well worth the price considering that we booked last minute. We only stayed one night, so the only minor complaint I could have is that most of the breakfast food was gone by the time we went, which was around 8am.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious which was a plus. There were many restaurants, bars, and stores walking distance near the hotel which was extremely convenient. House keeping tried opening our room door several times while my boyfriend and I were asleep and didn't even have the audacity to say it was "house keeping." I had to complain to the front desk to notify them about this uncomfortable issue.

I thought the breakfast was fine. The lady working in that area was very nice and accommodating. Easy access to a room and elevator. The room is comfy. Bathroom was nice and clean. We had an issue with the thermostat, called down to the office, and somebody was up to fix it in no time. Can’t really think of anything.

Check out time was at 11, but the cleaning people were knocking at my door and tried to open it at nine and woke me up

It’s in a convenient location This is the second handicap room we have stayed in a 6 week period and the safety bars in the shower were not connected to the dang wall. I notified the staff on our previous stay and nothing was done. Someone is going to get injured. The door frame to the room was also falling off. I didn’t take pictures, but I do take video.

Location 3rd time staying here over our Christmas holiday. Got a handicap room again(didn’t request, but appreciated) and once again, the shower bar came out of the wall. The door jam was separating from the door, the place is falling apart. Initially we told maintenance on our Thanksgiving stay about the issues. Guess safety isn’t a priority. We won’t be coming back even though it’s a great location for family.

Staff was nice. The fresh fruit for breakfast was a must. Wifi was decent and having a fridge and microwave was convenient.

Staff were absolutely amazing. The room had a weird smell to it but other than that extremely tidy. Also, bought 3 water bottles, which were not name brand or anything crazy and it was $10 which I found to be a bit excessive.

CONS: Breakfast could have had a few more options and definitely some condiments/extras for the eggs (hot sauce, ketchup, cheese, jalapeños, etc.). Bathtub squeaked a bit and felt off-balance in out room, tv was super small, mini fridge hard to open.

A nice hotel. We had a two bedroom with a parlor; 2 queen beds and a double pullout sofa. There was a full size refrigerator/ freezer and a Keurig coffee machine. It was very spacious!

The front desk Maribel and Jenn were amazing! We came to Goodyear for a graduation but had to extend our stay because we had to travel to Tucson to see an ailing relative. They made sure we could have a smooth extra day and room transition. Our reservation was for two days until we had to go to Tucson. The whole experience at our hotel was amazing!

Staff was great. The front desk attendant Bonnie was very helpful, kind, patient while expedia messed up our check in process and thier virtual payment wouldn't go thru. After about an hour or so they were able to take care of it.

Upon arrival, the staff was very professional and courteous. Our check-in was easy and as always, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Hotel has easy access to many restaurants.

Needed a play to stay with a group of friends traveling to a football game on short notice. The suite fit the 4 of us (with a roll away) and worked great. The staff was great including the owner who gave us playful banter upon checkin. Hot breakfast was a nice treat in the morning and the proximity to restaurants is good. Would stay again.

The hotel was clean and check in was easy. Our room was freezing. The heater did not blow warm air. Couldn't wait to leave in the morning. The breakfast was very skimpy and not appetizing. I brought the heater to the attention of the front desk and they were supposed to tell maintenance. Location was convenient and price average.

Great place to stay. It was nice and quiet. Comfy beds and there are restaurants and shopping nearby.

Overall the stay was good. We ended up with a handicapped room so it was a large room.The bed is firm so I had a backache every day. The housekeeping was sporadic. One day they would give us only towels, another time they would make our bed. They only made the bed once in our 7 day stay. We did not get housekeeping every day but did not left the staff know we did not want it every day or every third day as their policy. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods. Different kind of eggs each day. The potatoes were not cooked well. Sausage every day. Make your own original or strawberry waffles. Juices, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate.

Room wasn’t cleaned very well, the guy at check in (I got there at midnight) was nice but as a female traveling alone was not very cautious and said my room number louder than necessary posing a safety risk as there was a guy that followed me in and just sat at the counter, wasn’t good at putting a person at ease.
