Yes, the breakfast menu was fine, although they were out of milk on Thursday morning. The staff was very friendly and professional. The parking was fine.

Great place to stay, stores and restaurants are conveniently located nearby staff was very friendly and helpful and also housekeeping was very helpful as well. Whenever I travel my plan is to always stay here and my puppy enjoyed his vacation here as well too.😊

The drapes covered the ac so the room had no air movement about 82 degrees. Called for a fan she called maintenance. So I took 2 hangers with clips and raised the drapes above the ac vent. Very good ac then. Worked great.

Requested early check in & that was provided which helped us. We went to buy trunks to go in pool but upon return the pool was not clean well - water not clear so we did not go in at 3:30 Then later the toilet almost over flowed; every time used had to flush 3 x for it to go down; disappointed...

Overall good value with clean room, but dated and shower not draining. Room was good but hall carpet is old and needs replacing. No gym but there is a Planet Fitness 1 block away that is awesome and has drop in rates.

I enjoyed staying at the best Western in Goodyear Phoenix. Good breakfast nice place good price not a five star luxury hotel but it’s a good hotel for the price clean centrally located heated pool, pet friendly nice staff not one complaint.

This hotel is a good hotel for the budget traveler. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was surprisingly good. I definitely recommend.

Don’t know about pets and yes to local shops

Get a suite because it has a view of the pool and the nice area of the Inn. The regular room is like a Motel 6 in the outside area. The inside is nice and clean.

The bathtub is hazardous. I was washing my 3 year olds feet in the bathtub and he slipped, hit his head, and almost knocked himself out. The coffee pot had rust and dirt in it. So disgusting and disappointed because we paid premium prices due to events going on that weekend so I was expecting something decent. The staff really didn’t seem to care and I’m still waiting on a manager to contact me.

Clean, good area The bed hard could feel springs and pillows rough and room ac did not work well but managed to keep room cool but a lil humid. Ac seemed really old.

The door locks did not work properly multiple times making me return to the desk for new key cards. The breakfast area ran out of plates 2 different days. Was not always stocked properly.

The room is very clean but the hallway looks dirty maybe the carpet is too old. And maybe they use a strong cleaning agent or air freshener in the room , too strong that I can’t sleep, it’s good I don’t have asthma .

Upsides - The staff was friendly and courteous. The pool was clean and had comfortable lawn chairs. Loved the comfortable beds. Breakfast pretty average, but appreciated the bottled water. Downsides - plumbing seemed pretty dated. The sink in our room was clogged and drained very slowly. Screen door leading outside wouldn't close all the way to lock, so it was slightly open during our 4-night stay. Towels had some stains, as did one of our bedspreads. All was fine with the following exception.... The hair dryer was missing from the room. When contacting the front office regarding the hair dryer I was told they didn't have a back up, they were on order but not received yet, and because they were sold out they could not replace it with a unit from another room. I made a trip to Walmart and called it a night. The following morning the manager on duty was very apologetic and courteous, made a copy of my receipt, made note of my phone number, and took possession of the once used hair dryer I purchased and assured me the daytime manager would be in touch regarding a credit. Two days later, "Silence"....this was the first time stay at a Best Western and will be the last.

Absolutely nothing…. Very disappointed The room 145 patio door broke dirty towels under the bed. Just disappointed. Was here for a wedding no time to change to another property without paying.

The room was clean. I liked the smell of the complimentary lotion and shampoo Although room was clean we did have pidgeons that cooed the whole night making it difficult to get some sleep. And even though we asked for a non smoking area when we first walked it it reeked of marijuana. I was a bit disappointed with breakfast. There was no cream cheese for the bagels. The sausage tasted very bland. No yogurt was available The cable in our room was disconnected so we had to have someone come to the room and re connect it.

The price. The location Nobody was friendly. The place felt outdated. Small room. We could hear other guest talking and having their tv. On . Our last day we had a person smiling at us and being friendly. Coffee was not drinkable

Good breakfast. Excellent location. Very nice staff. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in our room so we had to move to another room. It was a little inconvenient but the staff got us another room right away.

In town for a funeral and could NOT shower the entire stay because they had a circuit breaker problem and new tankless hot water heaters that would not work.We spoke to maintenance and the front desk. They said there was nothing they could do to help us asked if we could switch rooms. They said they were fully booked and we could not switch rooms, but they were in the process of fixing the problem. The next morning we woke up still the same problem no hot water. We asked for a refund, they said they could not refund and could not switch our room. I don’t believe a nonrefundable booking means if the hotel cannot accommodate that we should not be refunded that should only be the case if we cancel the reservation. we never stay at a best Western again and I will not use hotels.com either since they were of no help. One of the two should’ve issued a refund for the entire stay.

The door had a large gap that allowed visible light from the outside, the air conditioner sounded like a police siren, and the worst part was the issue of NO hot water in the shower. I also thought the hotel was only accessible by the lobby according to the website picture, but every room is actually accessible by the parking lot, therefore this is a motel not a hotel. I would suggest Expedia not advertise for this dump and certainly do not allow customers to make a reservation here. I am so upset I am going to contact Best Western corporate office also.

Our biggest complaint is the lock on our door wasn't working, and we had to go to the front desk everyday to let us into our room. One night we weren't able to get into our room, and there was no one in the office to help us.

I have to be honest. I hate giving these types of reviews; however, this was not a god experience. I do not mind paying more per night, but literally i didn’t have many options because there was something in town so everyone else was booked and I see now why this hotel .. more like a motel was not. You know .. maybe they should rename their hotel, the “old western.” The beds were not very comfy.. all of the towels seemed like they were dirty because they were not white, but a dirty white.. almost like when you mix whites and blacks in the washer. The tub had hairs.. not cleaned obviously and the furniture was dusty.. I don’t see how I will ever go back there. Oh! And the door wouldn’t work with the key.. each time we had to try about 10 times. Was there really a point in complaining? My cousins room was next a few doors down..same issues but they had carpet.. which smelled like mildew and although the rooms were “non smoking” they both had a stench of a pack combined.

Hotel was perfect. In for just one night to attend a concert. Parking and entrances were abundant. Easy to unload/load car. Staff was accomadating.

Staff was able to check us in an hour early. We were rushing to get to the stadium- so we checked in dropped off our luggage. When we returned to motel around 2am we wanted to shower - besides the pressure being low - the shower head was broken & hot water took for ever. The inside liner of the shower had satins and hair. It was a hot day. So we ran the air conditioner- that didn’t help it would not cool our room. Next the beds - they were alright & seemed clean until the next morning I dropped something and it rolled under the bed —— underneath was nasty. Old dirty sock and a few bugs. Visiting for the weekend, and this was the closets to Arizona Cardinal stadium. Everything was great, gas station in walking distance, not as busy. Calm and quiet.

The place its self was dirty, no key needed to get into the hotel so people can come and go as they pleased (unsafe) the room had cheerios on the floor, didnt look vacuumed. The pool was half filled and the water was green. Landscaping was awful. The place over all was a dump.

Upon arrival the front desk varely even said a word while checking in. All i got was ID? Credit card plz no details on amount or anything else. The restaurant was closed. Eventhough we got a non smoking room someone in thw building was smoking weed. The shower was horrible, none of the plugs worked.

When I arrived before 3 PM, I went to the hotel to check in. They said I could not check in until 3PM, I discovered there was no elevator and I asked for a 1st floor room due to recent hip surgery and they said they would save me a 1st floor room when I came back to check in at 3 PM. When I came to check in, they said the 'other' person forgot to save me a 1st floor room. I was offered nothing in return for that inconvenience, like one night stay off my bill or switch me to the 1st floor the following day. I had to enter the 2nd floor from the back of the building and climb the stairs that were outside. There was no way to get to my room from inside the building. That is unsafe. One of the floor lamps was not plugged in and I had to figure out where I could plug it in. The refrigerator was not turned on and I had to figure out how to turn it on, after trusting it was on and putting my food items in it, only to discover they were warm later on. The landline phone did not work and I reported it and it was not fixed during my 3 day stay. Poor customer service. I would NOT stay here again! Since I booked with Expedia and the room was paid for for 3 days and nonrefundable, I couldn't refuse to stay there and leave and find a suitable hotel.

I had to enter the 2nd floor from the back of the building and climb the stairs that were outside. There was no way to get to my room from inside the building. That is unsafe. One of the floor lamps was not plugged in and I had to figure out where I could plug it in. The refrigerator was not turned on and I had to figure out how to turn it on, after trusting it was on and putting my food items in it, only to discover they were warm later on. The landline phone did not work and I reported it and it was not fixed during my 3 day stay. Poor customer service. I would NOT stay here again! Since I booked with Expedia and the room was paid for for 3 days and nonrefundable, I couldn't refuse to stay there and leave and find a suitable hotel.

This was a very nice place to stay. The walls are quite thin since we were able to hear and understand the man on the phone in the next room. Also, the breakfast although tasty was not very well serviced.

There where dead flies in the window well, gross!!!!! Hallway smelled old and musty. Bar next door was a good quite spot.

The hotel has a sports bar attached to to it.. great food and Karaoke on Friday nights! Made for a great stay!

I hate giving bad reviews…..The staff were awesome. The room and the property were bad. All the plants were dead and the room was smelly and outdated. Our room was a “suite” because it included an uncomfortable sofa couch and a queen bed. The queen bed shared a wall with the attached bar. We could hear the music from the bar through the wall. Originally, it was over $600 for 2 nights. It should have been $50 per night. Fortunately I joined the best western loyalty program and they lowered the price to $531, which included all the extra fees and taxes. All the local hotels raised their rates due to it being “spring training.” Blatant price gouging. I understand how supply and demand works, but this was bad. I used to travel for a living and I have stayed in major dumps before. The hotel felt safe and the staff were wonderful. Everything else was bad.

Clean. Free egg and bacon or sausage breakfast. Also waffles and muffins and cereal. Good coffee . Service was worth tipping. Conveniently close to the event we went to. Lots of good restaurants nearby and shopping. Nice staff. Would use this hotel again.

The room was clean. The A/C cover would not stay on. There was a very loud bar doing karaoke next to the hotel lobby.

The room smelled, someone kept trying to open my door and when I reported it the receptionist told me there was nothing they could do and would not refund me my money. I did not stay because I did not feel safe.

The person at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The only qualm was that the heater made odd, loud noices periodically throughout the night.

No hot water (lukewarm at most), no working phone in the room, bathtub fixtures in poor condition, refrigerator wobbled as of on 3 legs only. Even the room key needed to be swiped at least a few times before the door would unlock. I will not stay there again. There are plenty of options in the area.

The place is a little older but the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Best price around.

The property was fine for a night but very run down and old. Also I checked in super late as I was driving from a long distance and they gave me a room right next to the housekeeping office. At 630/7 I was awoken by the screaming and banging in the housekeeping office. Needless to say I got very little sleep and no one at the front desk or from housekeeping cared or even attempted to make less noise or not shout down the hallways.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! My family and I got 3 rooms for one night, all had something going on. Staff was friendly but other than that it was the WORST EXPERIENCE! As soon as we got to lobby we saw a condom wrapper right by the door ! Very DIRTY! Roaches in the bathroom, stained mattresses, Pee on floor, spiders found, pillowcases smelled used/dirty, hair on floor, smelled like cigarettes although it was non smoking room. VERY SKETCHY PEOPLE arriving late night next door, one guy up all night talking on the phone and leaving every 30mins or so and slamming door everytime. We didn’t get a good nights rest. Do not waste your money there!!

I always stay at this location when in town, it’s convenient, quiet, and the staff is always courteous. Breakfast is always served hot and ready!

For the price is not that great , even tho was clean overall , the property needs some love and care , my bathtub had rust , and the carpet needed to be replace , also the couch in the room the arms rest were little stain like with dirt, like when kids wiped their hands on the couch kind of situation, but if you don’t mind just as a one night stay is ok

Just nothing to write home about. Woke up to a dead roach and that summed up the stay pretty well.

Property was appropriately priced for amenities. Area very dusty and under construction staff polite and friendly

Third time staying here. We have pets and it is a great place for dogs. People are soooo friendly which is hard to come by anymore. Breakfast area is better than you get in a lot of coffee shops. Room is clean, it’s quiet, there is a restaurant on site for dinner if you like. Will definitely stay here again!

My check in was easy, friendly staff. My room was clean. Mattress was just average. AC unit was VERY loud. And the parking lot was a little too dark at night with small room numbers that were hard to read from the parking spots. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Overall a pretty good value for a clean bed, but it's maybe a bit away from more commercial areas than other choices are.

The only bad/annoying part is that the key cards never work. But the front desk is always super helpful about it

The AC in the room did not work and the bath tub was filthy. I was very disappointed with the room.

Handicap rooms were upstairs with no elevator. Air conditioning was degraded. And no air conditioning in hallwaus.

Great Value, better pool than more expensive hotels.

Our stay was great.. my family enjoyed the temperature controlled pool. Breakfast was pretty good as well. My only complaint was the patio door was really difficult to open.

I was very pleasantly surprised! It being a motel the bedding was very comfortable, the breakfast was a nice addition, the service at the desk was on point, and the sports bar was extremely nice (I wish it was open more). Close to everything Goodyear!

It was nice and clean but it had an old smell and the pipes made weird noises. And our fridge was kinda loud. Other than that, staff were great and room was great.

The front desk was very helpful after learning that my 2nd night was not confirmed with the hotel from my booking agent Expedia. I was given another room after extensive phone requests from Best Western to Expedia to make this correction.

Loved the pool and the maintenance gentleman was very friendly.

Great property near the Phoenix Raceway! The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

The hotel was outdated, the TV did not work well, breakfast wasn’t that great and there were noisy party people outside my room at midnight. The adjoining rooms did not feel safe at all, I felt like I had to whisper just so I wouldn’t bother the neighbors. The front desk agent kept speaking loudly to her co worker while checking me in, not cool at all in any job! I don’t think I’ll be back.

Worst place ever

I like the price and the fact it is with 10 miles of family. I don't particularly like the housing area around the hotel and the construction going on. The pungent smell of cleaning products when when first entered the room was a bit over powering.

Staff was friendly, the hotel grounds are disgusting! There is dog poop everywhere! Homeless people wandering around. Outside smoking and drinking parties in the parking lot. The onsite bar was blasting music until midnight. No longer a safe place to go!
