The breakfast was also a highlight of my stay, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. Everything was well organized and replenished regularly.

The room was amazing. Super spacious and we had a kitchen with the refrigerator, dishwasher, two burner stove, sink. I was shocked for the price - it is an amazing value. The bathroom was super nice too. The staff was kind.

Bathroom sink drain was stopped when we arrived. Shower was not very clean and the way it is setup, it sprays water all over the bathroom

People above us were very loud.

The landscaping/grounds work was beautiful and in walking distance from great food.

Nice place. We were only there one night, but it would have been perfect for a longer stay. Really comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was delicious- many options.

This was a great place and the staff was super nice. Will look for Towneplace suites again.

Property had obvious wear that had not been well maintained. Bathroom floor coming up. Spills down walls. Sinks did not drain. The “breakfast buffet” as advertised was NOT a buffet at all but a regular two hot option dishes, eggs & sausage. The oatmeal was not made correctly and in edible.

Limited selection for breakfast but goo tasting food that was there. Room was really good with a great shower. Plugs in room were loose in connection but available where needed. Would stay again when in the area

Shower looks like someone stood in it with dirty shoes on in addition to mold building in it. Toulet needs scrubbed at bottom of bowl. Bathroom looks wiped down but not cleaned. Rest of room seemed fine.

Staff at the front desk is friendly and welcoming. The parking is ample and lot well-lit. The room was filthy however, the comforter dirty (blood stain, among other non identifiable stains), bug on the wall, carpet un-vacuumed, toilet bowl filthy. I felt grimy staying there. Additionally, anyone can use the elevator (room key not required), which made me feel somewhat unsafe… I’ve stayed in 50+ hotel throughout my life and never have i encountered such a lack of cleanliness…

Dirty. The elevators, the floors are never cleaned. Smells like water damage. They don’t clean your rooms. Ever.

Once we made it back to our room to shower we found out the water would not drain in the tub. She said they didnt have any more rooms. Then she told me she had no one to clean ours at that time of night (9.pm) What does that has to do with me getting another room???? She said the manager was not in and wont be back until morning. I wouldnt even get a room here to let my dog stay. Please dont let the outside fool you. Dont waste your time here.

Also, you need to paint the stripes for parking spaces. So hard to see, especially when it rained.

There was no Air Conditioning working in one of our rooms, it was 83 in the room at check in. The solution was to open a window. Nothing else was offered so we did not have a good night

There is no hot water in the shower. My husband took a cold shower hoping that the water would warm up and it never did.

We always enjoy our stays at TownePlace Suites. We can count on them to be clean and comfortable. Marriott has been our hotel of choice for several years now.

Good, quiet location. I know Nashville isn’t a relaxing destination but my husband wanted to relax while we were in town for a concert and we got to do just that at this hotel! The breakfast seemed a bit lackluster compared to other Marriotts, attendant wasn’t there or something, we had to find coffee cups under the counter in the breakfast nook

It was clean hotel with nice breakfast Unfriendly front desk staff on our 2nd night. Not safe location - couple we were traveling with had their room broken into and cash and personal items stolen.

I wouldn't stay here again. The staff didn't show up to make breakfast, so it was dry cereal and coffee only.(The poor lady at the desk was doing the best she could though). Also, they have a setting on the AC where it doesn't run at night, so the room was hot and stuffy all night.

Booked at the last min on Expedia. Needed a place to stay on our way through. And it said that they were pet friendly. Called to tell them that we had a small dog. They charged us $100 for one night with a little potty trained dog. Crazy. That was basically the cost of the room.

I was able to check in early, then was told pool was closed which was one of the reasons I chose this location. I was disappointed however we told we could go across the street to sister hotel. Overall stay was decent.

This is the BEST hotel in Goodlettsville! I've already been here 5 times, and I always have the best experience! They're clean, friendly, and customer service is always amazing!

Enjoyed my stay at this spot! Very comfy and had all the amenities I needed.

There was paint peeling in the bathroom and the shower seemed to leak onto the floor after each use. Staff was friendly. Fitness area was adequate and clean. Pool is only 3 foot deep on all ends. This is probably okay for smaller children but the water level was at my daughter’s belly button when standing. Cornhole game and grilling area was nice. Guest laundry was okay. Only had 2 working washers and 6 dryers. Made it difficult to wash uniforms for multiple teams in one hotel. Location was convenient to get to restaurants and ball park.

I was dissatisfied with the housekeeping only gave you fresh towels every other day. You would have to ask for clean towels. I was dissatisfied with the housekeeping service since they only provided fresh towels every other day, and I had to ask for clean towels otherwise.

Toilet was not working and front desk gave a plunger to use instead of moving us to another room. Breakfast was promised but since breakfast person didn’t show up for work, no breakfast was given except for cereal. Had to go out for breakfast which cost more than we wanted since we stayed thinking breakfast was being served to us. Not happy since we paid for breakfast and did not receive it.

We woke up to ants in our bed and crawling everywhere in the room. The staff sprayed our room but left the dead ones for us to clean up. Never spoke with management. They pretended it never happened.

The floor in the room was dirty. It needed to be vacuumed/swept. The wall behind the kitchen sink and stove needed to be cleaned. Two people smoking heavy close to the hotel entrance for extended periods of time.

This is an awesome property with friendly and helpful staff.

The entrance is a bit tricky, requiring a u-turn and quick turn to enter the hotel; not a very walk-friendly street.

The studio room at this hotel offered a good option for my 5-night stay when I came to town for some family business. Fridge, microwave and 2-burner stove all came in handy. A small rolling table made it easy to work at the desk or sit on the couch with a laptop nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful when I needed a couple of things.

Good location was great for us and being pet friendly was a plus. Rooms were clean but pet fee was a bit steep for one small dog.

Loved the bed and the room. The kitchenette and full sized fridge and freezer were helpful. I didn't hear much outside noise at all even though the hotel is right on a busy street. I slept late and well both nights. I think that informing the potential guest that the pool is closed down would have been helpful to me. The door to the pool area was just locked and the water in the pool was green. A four star hotel with an indoor pool should be open year round or at least a reason given for it being closed. Most of my room was clean but there were several smudges on the windows and some mystery spills/spots in places on the walls like they just hadn't been wiped down in a while. Overall I was happy with the stay and I'd probably stay again.

Nice and clean rooms. Long weekend to visit Nashville. About a 17 minute drive from the hotel to downtown Nashville. Cyndi at the front desk was welcoming and friendly.

We appreciated having a kitchenette in our room. The staff was courteous, our room was clean, and we had close access to the city and lots to do around the area.

I always try to stay at Marriotts because I love the beds and they are clean. This was not around too much. They are doing construction across the street, but it was not too loud. I really wanted to go swimming but the pool is out of service, they offered if you wanted to go across the street to the Courtyard, but I didn’t want to do that. All the staff was very nice. Easy parking, and quick to your room. My only complaint was that housekeeping just walked in my room while I was laying in bed. No knocking. It was very awkward. I said I didn’t need service. Then she left and walked back in like a minute later, again without knocking offering me towels, which I didn’t need. So very uncomfortable. Again this morning, I heard housekeeping try to just walk in again, luckily I had locked the door. So if you stay here, make sure to lock your door or you can unexpectedly be staring at a stranger from your bed.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby. Breakfast was included, with good options on the buffet. Our room was very comfortable. The shower was gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. The TV set included Netflix and streaming options. The only (minor) complaint is that the kitchenette in our room showed signs of wear, and the coffeemaker made very weak coffee. But that was very minor, considering we didn't need to use the kitchen. Very nice facility.

This is our hotel of choice every time we come to Nashville. They have been very nice to us and we really enjoy the stay.

Check in was great! The room was very nice the only one or two recommendations. 1 is to be mindful of what room you have. We were on the bottom level and the noise from traffic was louder than expected some of that is the cars themselves (loud exhaust etc). Loved the amenities and the 1br is great for a child or two. You can watch TV in one room while the child sleeps in another. 2. The pool was closed which is odd given the main picture on here is of the pool. They do have another Marriott near by that you can swim at.

The Staff was professional and courteous. The place was very clean. I loved that it was in a quiet area, but close to food and downtown Nashville. The cost was great for the area.

We lost power for hours, without ac. Pool was not open.

If served the purpose

We stayed at the property after we checked out early from the WoodSpring Hotel at the hotel. For the most part we enjoyed out stay at the TownePlace for 6 nights. The staff at the front desk were excellent, very polite and helpful. But the house cleaning staff would not clean our rooms the entire time we were there. My husband actually had to vacuum our room himself.

Staff was helpful and efficient. The full kitchen is convenient for using so you don’t have to eat out every meal. Quiet environment and just an overall pleasant experience. Second time staying here and will be my go to place when coming to visit my daughter.

For us the greatest negative was that they only had on clothing cart and the guest dont return it. we had a suite with a lot of things. Thats the negative. Buut everything was great.

We stayed here on our way to Alabama. Got here pretty late but the stay was good. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We took advantage of the grab and go breakfast in the am and then we were off and on our way. Totally stay here.

We booked and paid with hotels.com. The front desk asked for a credit card for incidentals during our stay. We only stayed one night. We were traveling to Florida for our next destination. We discovered that the hotel charged our incidental card for another night stay. We contacted the hotel and and that time the hotel manager stated that he would correct the charges. We checked again the following day and the hotel charged us again for another nights stay. We contacted our credit card to dispute the charges. Nice staff just no follow thru.

You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Room was nice & clean overall; however when we pulled the sofa bed out for my grown son, there were crumbs - popcorn, crackers, etc as well as pink stain of either blood or juice. I don’t know if they were on the sheets or the mattress pad. We just folded it back since it was so late. My 6 ft son slept on the way too short couch bc all we had was a king bed for my hubby & me. It was not comfortable. He did that for two nights as our option was to move & we had too much stuff. Also there seemed to be only one luggage carrier & it was not available either time we needed it. People were nice but we were glad to leave there.

This may have been one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Especially Will, He went out of his way to make sure our experience was perfect. The room was very well maintained and comfortable. We even had an opportunity to make use of the onsite grills to have a wonderful dinner outside with friends. I highly recommend this hotel.

...and the pillows sucked. You need to offer memory foam options as well.

Cleanliness

The housekeeping didn’t come once during my stay. People stacked their garbage outside their doors in the hallway. If housekeeping would have come it would have been a perfect stay!
