The swimming pool is big and well kept; perfect for a relaxing swim! Also the rooms are quiet: the place was full but I didn't hear any other guests.

Bed was comfortable enough. There is a tv, mini fridge, microwave in the room. Not the cleanest. Breakfast was hot and fine. Dining area was small and there aren't enough tables. The property was crowded, loud. Looks like people are living there. Broken appliances stuffed under stairs. Looks like residents are gardening under the stairs. The indoor pool is clean, large, in good repair. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Didn’t eat the breakfast after finding the room had bedbugs. The room was not well cleaned and smelled musty. The staff was incredibly kind though. The manager, however, said they were refunding our stay but declined the more expensive of the two nights.

Location Rented this specifically because of location and indoor pool. Upon arrival, the check in staff told me the indoor pool was closed and didn’t offer any other information.

The staff was nice enough. Our key didn't work and he fixed that right away. The room had holes in the walls, mold in the bath tub, crumbs on the floors. Beds looked fine but my kids, husband and I were unsure of the cleanliness. Then someone tried to get into our room, it ended up being double booked. This scared my kids and was the deciding point in leaving and finding somewhere else

This property is not kept up. Not worth $250 for one night stay. Non smoking room smelled bad. The sheets and bed spread were stained. Furniture was old and chipped. Paint outside the room on the floors and handrails was coming off. Very easy to see these owners do not care about their customers experience or the condition of this hotel. Would have asked for a refund if I could have found another place to stay for the night.

People outside the poorly lit , run down prooer doing drugs. Not safe feel at all. Traveling with a toddler and did not want to chance the uncertainty. They called and said they will charge me even though I said it was unsafe feeling. I'm usually easy going but this was A HARD PASS.

The pool is listed on their website, the outside sign and in the Expedia listing, but is closed. The bathroom is covered in mold. The red chair in the corner of the room is covered in suspicious bodily fluid stains. My young child and I were traveling alone and placed at the end of the top floor with a connecting room door that we had to block off. The air did not work correctly and the room was very hot and stuffy. The smell inside the room was like bad weed and stale cigarettes. There is also an open vent in the bathroom right over the toilet. I absolutely do not recommend.

Maybe for people traveling for work but definitely not for a family. For family not a good location unless it’s something that they are looking for but definitely was sold on the pool being opened. Indoor and good stay definitely not what I expected. It’s descent.

Relatively less expensive location so didn’t expect excellence, but the property is in need of minor repairs and the cleaning staff are not very careful. There is also a fair amount of street noise and noise from other people staying there.

This place was a total flop. The pool was not open and that’s the only reason we booked here. The mattress quilts were FILTHY with yellow stains. There was mold in the bathroom and looked like it hadn’t been swept for quite awhile. The carpet was filthy also. It rained and when we got back to our room the carpet was soaked by the door when we walked in. We did not do the breakfast. When getting ready to leave the room the cleaning man knocked on the door and before I got to it he opened the door!!!!! I had the tag on the door so he should have NEVER entered. Absolutely horrible experience.

Only good thing was the price Tv didn’t work, ac/heat didn’t work, door handles were falling off, bunch of dudes smoking everywhere and around you when walking by, rooms smelled horrible like wet dog and cigs, indoor pool doesn’t even open during the winter. What isn’t wrong with the place it’s horrible.

The breakfast was a bit lacking. Some fresh fruit would have been nice and the juice machine was broken. This is another Quality Motel that could use some upgrades. But our stay was fine.

The Staff Clean rooms

The property was relatively cheap and easy to get in and out of. The staff were pretty friendly and easy to work with. We had a ground floor room with two windows and had people out all times of the night screaming and smoking pot. If you’re looking to sleep.. good luck the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The room was kinda clean but had a horrific stain under the mattress. I don’t think they changed any bedding it looked the same. The bathroom has black mold on the ceiling and broken fan switches. The shower hardly worked and had little to no water pressure. They do provide decent amount of amenities. The WiFi is pretty awful though is prone to disconnecting or just pretty slow. I wouldn’t stay here unless you are on a tight budget. There is a hotel beside the place as well.

The Power went out for 3 hours the Second night I stayed there. Never received any information why and was never checked as front desk would not answer calls. Front Desk refused to give me a receipt on my checkout morning and discuss power outage ?

Close to 1-65 The breakfast left much to be desired. The toilet seat was very loose. It almost fell off when I turned to get some TP.

After reviews I thought I would be okay staying here since I really didn’t have much money to spare. I loved the location so close to everything. Staff was very nice . I wish I wish I did more inspection prior to sleeping there . But after I got bit and seen 3 bugs o googled them . It was big bugs but at stage 1 . After looking at the sheets I noticed dried blood in a lot of places nor did the liens look bleach clean. When taking a shower the tub clogged up . I did not appreciate when bringing up the bug issue to the front desk it’s like they denied it verses stating I apologize for this and thank you so much for informing us of this issue. All he could say is I been here for a year and we never had bugs. I Love the lord and believe in him so much so I would never lie on any business or person since I believe in karma. I was in room 205 . Hot Breakfast is waffles and microwaved eggs and sausage which I don’t recommend at all. It’s not worth $100 for weekend rates but if you desperate and need to save money you get what you pay for. I just pray to god I don’t bring nothing in my car nor home.

The check in process is satisfactory. However, the room had an unpleasant odor of cigar smoke, and the air conditioner malfunctioned during the night. Additionaly, the dial was not functioning properly.

The room was very satisfactory but I had several issues come up and the staff does not speak and understand English well enough to address them. The most serious was my security lock was broken while I was gone on the second day. It was never fixed and the staff either did not understand or didn’t care. I pushed a desk against the door for security. I had trouble getting a receipt for check out due to the language barrier

Beds slighlty uncomfortable and staff was very restrictive on how many towels and wash clothes allowed. Would not exchange or give extra without old ones in hand. Other then that was ok.

Its dated and simple, but clean and the bed was super comfy. Staff are super nice and helpful. Pool is kinda weird, it's outside but covered and clean. Its a 2 floor motel, close to lots of restaurants. 20 min from all the Nashville fun, easy hwy drive.

Bathroom has a mold and the back of the headboard was dirty and also the stand table back was tones of trash. Pool was very cold they never put a warm water plus the door access upstairs was completely open so the temperature was completely cold.

Room seemed clean until we found hair in the bathtub and a dead cockroach on the floor. Had to clean our own room to feel semi-comfortable staying. People were loud at all hours of the day and night. We ended up leaving anyway

I called ahead to notify the staff of my late check in. When I got there the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She didn’t direct me to my room correctly. The room is in need of a remodel. The bathroom looked disgusting and dirty. I found a blood stain on my bedding. The property was central to gas stations, stores and restaurants but was very loud. You could hear people coming and going all hours of the night. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t stay here again.

Decent rooms for the price. 83 bucks nightly on a labor day weekend. Quiet and safe place. Comfortable beds. 20 mins to Nashville broadway walk. 1.5 hrs to Mammoth cave.

Staff were great. The breakfast was not worth eating. The room had a damp smell and black on the ceiling.

Can't say enough good things about the staff and the rooms. Everything is well kept and very clean. The breakfast is really good also. The surrounding hotels can't compete on price or cleanliness and the people who work here are of very high quality.

We are very pleased with the staff on all levels, they have been absolutely wonderful the entire time we have stayed. They have breakfast ready every morning at 6:30 and keep it going for a good 3 hours. The folks who clean the rooms are incredible and we have looked forward to seeing them each day. The swimming pool is very clean and well kept. The rooms are large and have everything you could possibly need. We will continue to stay with these folks until our job is complete.

My stay was decent. I booked a double queen but the beds were two full size beds instead. Very uncomfortable for two adults.

I have trouble walking and i was traveling with my dogs. I requested downstairs due to my disability which was relayed during the rental process but when i arrived they said they were sold out and only had second floor. When i explained my disability they said they will "upgrade" me to a king size room on the first floor for free. It was directly next to the front checkin. The room was extremely wet from the extreme humidity and the AC unit was barely, very little cool air blowing and it seemed to shut off constantly. So the floor stayed wet including the carpet. Not sure if the room was flooded prior but it was disgusting. No other options and it was late so no changing rooms. The power also went out (city wide not hotels fault) in the middle of the night just as the AC seemed to cool the room down to a warm 80 degrees. There was also a bar of used soap left in the shower.

It was a nice place to stay. Had a family wedding to attend in Nashville and the hotel was 25 minutes from the venue so very convenient. Room was good for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Would recommend some sort of slip resistant things for the bathtub/shower. Overall it was a good stay and great price.

This was my second time coming in town and staying there. I felt safe when I walked to the restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was nice check-in was fast. I will be staying there again

Check in was fast and easy. I forgot to ask for more towels but I made it work. The remote control was very nasty and sticky. The building is obviously old. poor sink drainage. rust stains around tub. I actually would stay here again bc overall it got the job done which was booking on a budget and close to breakfast spots.

Family vacation to TN and the hotel was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

All conditions were good, except, we had an issue with the tv. The remote wouldn't operate the tv and we could only turn the TV on manually, however the cable was plugged into HDMI port and when we would try to chg the channel with the tv buttons, it would only operate the input control. Someone was sent to our room to fix it (which after a while trying to pair the remote to the tv) he had the tv working and after selecting the "guide" to locate the channel, once I got on that channel I couldn't chg to any other channel and the remote would not work again. The front desk said the mtnc person had left work and wouldn't be back til morning. I asked to move to another room, but they said they had none. Next day I asked for a partial compensation for the inconvenience. They said I would have to talk with the mgr and he wasn't there.

The hotel was older. It is showing its age, but for what my needs were just the place to lay my head after being up for 24 hours. It worked despite the police trying to arrest somebody in the room. Next to me and woke me up at 2:45am, and then again, at 4 AM, trying to apprehend a person that had a warrant out for their arrest. The breakfast was okay. They also let me keep my cat with me, which was very beneficial.

There was dirty Q-tips and empty drug bags on the walkway of the property that stuck to my kids shoe! Our first room had blood stained pillow and smelt of a strong oder of Marijuana. They gave us a different room. The 2nd room wasn't any better. Not very clean at all. Random people were just standing outside smoking infront of our air conditioner where it was blowing into our room where my small babies were. Staff wasnt apologetic towards our room change and more of acusing.

If you're like me, I spend hours checking out rooms in the area I'm traveling. I definitely made a great choice with this location Quality Inn its in what feels like a safe location,quite,clean, Air was COLD.:) Front desk was friendly but even the people who worked there were "extremely" friendly. Staff at check in was so sweet and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Other than that the room was old and left much to be desired. Stains in the bathroom, on furniture, etc. For all those who don't know, Quality Inn is a motel and not a hotel. The rooms all open to the outside. It was loud at night. Thankfully, it was a quick one-night stay. I would not recommend.

i will avoid it in future and I am going to question expedia ratings of the property as well.

The rest of the staff was nice and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean. The breakfast was nice with waffles, muffins, yogurt and cereal. That one employee just made the whole stay terrible.

Very minimal breakfast, very rude breakfast host. We asked for some milk for our cereal and was advised that the table of Mexicans probably drink it all. There was dirt behind the bathroom door as if the floor hadn’t been sweat and we were given two towels for four people For two days and when I ask one of the gentleman housekeepers if I could have a couple more towels he wasn’t very happy about giving them to me.

We had to wait a minute before the customer service agent came back to the front desk.

We chose this hotel in June 2025 as an affordable option to stop overnight on our way to Florida. The staff was friendly, however, the hotel was not great. The outside was very run down and dirty with cigarette butts everywhere. The room itself looked nice at first glance, however the AC unit was leaking and carpet was wet, the bathroom was filthy with hair and dirt on the floor, and people were loud and disruptive in the parking lot late in to the evening. In the morning there were trailers lining the parking lot that blocked visitors cars, making them unable to get out of their parking space. We didn't even attempt the continental breakfast so we can't comment on it. Yes, we saved a little money but it was a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this for families.

The property is definitely dated. The room was clean in appearance. Areas could use some extra attention. The rooms reeked of smoke even though I had to sign an agreement not to smoke and I'm a non-smoker. Bed was lumpy felt like something was poking me in my back all night even when I moved. Get what you pay for and the manager always responds with the same response to all the reviews. Thank you for pointing this out but apparently nothing is ever done because my complaints are the same as everyone else's

Although our room was ok, sheets seemed clean, several others traveling with us had bugs and hair on their sheets and had to cancel their rooms and move to a different hotel. We would have done the same, but feared we couldn’t get a refund. The TV didn’t work, and overall cleanliness was poor. The carpet was sticky. The people staying at this hotel are low class and we did not feel safe. My wife called it the hotel ghetto.

Location - Its near anything you would want as a traveler. Grocery store✅, park ✅, fast casual restaurants ✅ Service - Always a smile from the woman behind the desk and at breakfast. Needs Improvement: The facility itself could benefit from some capital improvements, but theres definitely some pride in ownership here as they try to make up for things with clenliness. The pool being closed was a disappointment

I did enjoy my stay but, i was expecting to enjoy the indoor swimming pool except it was sesional for some reason and they only allow you to swim in the indoor pool during the summer. My children was very diappointed.
