Clean room. Needs updating in common areas. Not much staff at desk or breakfast area.

Our room was large and clean. The lady that checked us in and the staff in the morning were all very pleasant and friendly. I had a waffle, scrambled eggs, and orange juice that was a perfect start to my day. I would definitely stay there next time I pass through the area!

What a great time we had the hospitality was magnificent.

The location was close to the interstate which made our commute easier. The refrigerator leaked all over the soiled carpet. We had to wait until the first shift front desk person came in to be moved to another room. This caused me to be late to my convention. We were moved to a room directly in front of the spotlights for the hotel sign. The lights coming through the window made it very hard to get to sleep.. The 3rd shift front desk called and asked me to come up. She asked what service my ADA medical alert dog provided and how he alerts me. I told her it was against federal laws for her to ask me but I didn't mind telling her. She then plops a pamphlet in front of me showing they do have the right to ask what service he provides in Tennessee. After telling her my medical illness, she still wanted to know how he alerts me, all while on her phone looking it up. This made me feel like I was being judged and made the rest of our stay very uncomfortable.

The building is older. You can see that they are working on it. Our bathroom floor had a long crack in it. With older structures collapsing, it has us thinking…

Quiet location off of the highway was appreciated. Hostess was not overly friendly and certainly did not greet me warmly but she did accommodate my request for a ground floor room. I would have given it about a 6. While the carpet in our room appeared clean, I did not appreciate multiple stains on the carpeting near the side entrance that we used throughout our stay. The grounds had weeds everywhere. The tub in our room had a huge permanent stain. The breakfast offerings were very meager though the lady attending to it was very nice. The easy chair in our room was squeaky and not very steady and extremely uncomfortable.

Room away from crowd noise, aged hotel, but needs some updates. There was a scent in the room like it hadn't been used for a while, but was clean. Computer plug in options were really good. Breakfast was good with the choices. Update the rugs in hallway, possibly additional elevator. Connection to TV was rough & grainy.

The location is good, just a few miles north of Nashville - easy access to the highway. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the check in staff were very nice. Overall it was a good hotel for a good price. I would definitely stay there again!

The room stunk,the carpet made my socks sticky and stink,the breakfast was hardly even warm(cool),the elevator was very jerky and a little scary,the elevator up and down button cover plate was broken off and exposing the wiring,the lawn chairs outside were totally wore out and torn and disgustingly filthy,the ac unit didn't work properly,the tv had a terrible picture quality and not many channels.

The breakfasts were barely warm,the a/c didn't work well,the room stunk,the carpet was tacky and my socks stunk after walking on it,the elevator was scary,the up/down panel button cover was broken and you could see the electrical wires almost hanging out,ice machine on the 3rd floor work and it wasn't even plugged in,needs some major updating. I would never use this hotel and Choice again,the outdoor furniture was wore out filthy and torn,the outside grounds need attention.

We did like the comfortable beds and pillows. Liked the fact that check out wasn't until noon so that was nice. Didn't eat at the breakfast so can't comment on that. Staff was friendly. Liked the fridge & microwave availability. Our bathroom toilet was dirty upon arrival and I had the cleaning staff that was in the hallway come and clean it for us and they got the job done quickly and thoroughly. Other than that issue we had no complaints.

Great place to stay The elevator. That thing scared me. Couldn't hardly get the 3rd floor button to push and just didn't sound so good.

Front desk staff at check in and check out were pleasant and quick. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast attendant was snippy and appeared to be in a bad mood. She only spoke to say one of the waffle makers was broken and seemed annoyed when after waiting 2 minutes for her to restock a shelf I asked if I could grab some silverware in the area she was restocking. The breakfast area and front lobby were both out of regular coffee but It was already uncomfortable with the attendant so I didn't ask for more. I realize that we were arriving towards the end of breakfast, but it was still within the posted time.

Got dirty towels. Was there on memorial weekend and it said breakfast was until 10:30 on holidays and they had it closed up and cleaned up at 9 so staff, not being informed of holidays and such breakfast service was a very big disappointment and staff was rude.

The facility was very clean. Our room was spacious. Bed was worn out and very lumpy! People above us had children that kept running and jumping on the floor. When I called the desk I was told they couldn’t guarantee the guests would quiet down throughout the night. Was told they could not do anything until quiet hours(10pm) and the only thing that they could do was move US to a different room. My husband was scheduled for surgery this morning and needed a good nights sleep. Highly disappointed with that portion of our stay! Indoor pool was cold due to others opening all windows and letting out the heat. Children in the pool were not well supervised as the parents were walking outside to smoke the entire time we were in the pool area which was approximately an hour! The four children were constantly running around the pool and jumping into the water. Probably will never visit this hotel again 😕

pointed The staff was outwardly friendly. The room and beds were ok. They advertise as having free WiFi, when it's not true. It's not reliable and didn't work. It seemed like they were on dial-up mode and it stayed in processing mode. We could hardly ever connect, and we were there for over a week. She told me they didn't know why the WiFi didn't work, and it's been like that for awhile. I asked if they could call someone to find out and she said she didn't know. That's not an acceptable answer. I then asked her if there's a manager and she said she would talk to the manager. She then said she's telling the guests to use our own hotspot. I don't have that for a laptop. She then said they have one small work room on the main floor and "maybe" the WiFi will work t? here. I paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel for over a week. I couldn't work on my laptop or watch a movie on YouTube from the comfort of my own room for over a week. They didn't seem to care and didn't attempt to resolve the issue. It was disappointing and surprising, because they're rated a was high on the site. Not what I expected. I don't think we would stay here again, if there are other options.

Upon arrival we found a BED BUG alive, walking on the bed! (3rd floor) We brought the insect to the front desk and requested to see another room. After inspecting the bed of a room of the first floor, we found evidence (dark spots/feces under the mattress) that there were bed bugs on that room too. We requested a refund, witch was granted, and left the hotel as quickly as possible. This hotel as a BED BUG INFESTATION.

The room was clean but the bed was very hard. There was also no clock in the room. When I was trying to check out at 530am. I was waiting for 30 minutes for someone to show up. The kitchen staff had to go knock on the office door. Because the front desk person she was sleeping in the office. and was very rude to me because someone woke her up.

The first room we were in had an ac/heat unit that did not turn off, the tub was chipped and it was dirty-there was a spot of what appeared to be blood in the back half of the tub and there was a big spider in our room (not anyone’s fault). The check in clerk was very nice yet when I reported these to the front desk, the woman asked if the tub was dirty before or after we used it-what??? Who would use a dirty tub then report it? They did end up changing our room in place of cleaning it and repairing the ac unit. The area around the hotel is run down and a bit sketchy and the traffic noise around it was very noisy. We left a day early and would not stay here again. The hotel is in disrepair.

Breakfast is exceptional ! Good selection and always fresh. This is a very small issue and I shouldn’t it mention it but, the chairs in the dinning area needs some felt or rubber added to the bottom of each leg. It is very annoying and loud when someone moves a chair.

The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of choices. The panel in the elevator was a little clunky and you sometimes had to push the button for the floor you wanted to go to several times before it would work.

Room was clean and had everything we needed - one note though is that the shower was not the best - almost no water pressure and the shampoo and body wash in my room was basically empty. But other than that, great value for money. The breakfast was also good. Options were cereal, waffles, yogurt parfait (make your own), egg patties, sausage patties and biscuits, hard boiled eggs as well as pastries and bread with cheese. Coffee is really good too and they also offer apple and orange juice. The area is a little bit sketchy but for the price you really can’t complain! Beautiful lobby with a fireplace that makes for a lovely entrance.

There was noticeable vacuuming needed at the lobby stairs and on the 2nd floor hallways. The door on our room (227) was very difficult to open. An elderly person would not have been able to push the door handle down. The room was large and spacious. The beds were obviously aged and “bouncy”. The TV (LG) was small and ancient. It was not a smart TV and the resolution was awful. The bedding was fine. The in room AC was loud and interrupted sleep when it turned on and off. The bathroom was aged but clean. The breakfast was probably the best part. Overall, we disappointed in the stay.

Huge mistake. Understandably, you cannot check in until 3 pm. BUT at the 2 other major chains that is NEVER a problem. As rooms become available, you can check in. The star was extremely rude and not understanding. Convenience in today’s world where you have choices where you stay makes a huge difference. Next, the rooms were not only dirty, but the beds had fresh stains under the covers, On pillow cases and the walls were dirty. For the cost similar to high end chains, that’s not acceptable. The room frequently ran out of hot water!! We had to go to a near by hotel where the other teams were staying to shower!!!! The fitness room is 2 treadmills!! That’s it! I travel more than 15 weekends a year, and organized travel for others and will never stay at a Raddison again.

The employee at the front desk was nice. Checking in & out was easy. The breakfast was decent. They have a bunch of free parking. My phone reception was bad & their wifi was really slow. Surrounding areas was a little sketchy. You can tell this place is on the older side. The room had a wierd smell to it & you can hear the people above you walking & jumping around.

We tried to check in at 11 PM, but we were informed our prepaid room has been given away due to maintenance issue in another room. It had happened hours earlier, but they never called or emailed us. We had to scramble after 11 o’clock at night to find another room. They were not even apologetic.

Nothing, rude faculty I had a emergency and check in wasn't until 3pm we arrived at 2:15 pm already paid for my room the refused us to check in my daughter need a breathing treatment she is had just had a asthma attack we just needed to plug in her machine they wouldn't even let us sit in the lobby I had to take her to the hospital we never checked in to the hotel wouldn't refund my money horrible experience. EVERYTHING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY OF LOCATION AND I OWN A 500 EMPLOYEE CORPORATION

Well old-fashioned it is not rundown – the facilities are pretty immaculate! The breakfast on site was delicious. It kind of feels like staying at an old Airbnb before Airbnb.

The room wasn't the cleanest. There were stains, and the paint was bubbling off the door.

We only stayed for one night since we were driving through. The location is off the interstate which is convenient. It’s an older hotel that needs the rooms to be updated. Other than that we had no issues. It was an okay place to stay to sleep and head out the next morning.

Alison was incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted us with a warm smile, and when she learned that my aunt has trouble with her legs, she thoughtfully placed us on the first floor. She even offered to help take photos for us in the lobby. Her attentiveness truly made our experience feel special.

The place and staff was above what I expected. Shawne was above friendly and pleasant. the lobby, breakfast, and halls were nice, recently updated. The rooms were roomy for 2 of us and our dog. The fixtures in the rooms seemed to be the of minimum value; tables, dresser, microwave stand but worked. The TV reception was not great as it was fuzzy. But all good!!!

Great hotel for a weekend stay. We did have a stopped up sink, but we notified the front desk and it was fixed the next day. Overall not bad, bed was clean, room in general was clean. Probably could use some minor updates.

The hotel is really nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. They had cookies and fresh coffee when we arrived in the evening. The pool is bigger than most and our kids had an awesome time blowing off steam from an 8 hour drive. The downside was the pull out couch. I specifically booked a room to sleep 6 as I was traveling with my 4 kids. The mattress on the pull out was absolutely horrible, impossible to sleep on. The hotel really needs to upgrade the mattress if they’re going to sell the room as a room for 6 people.

The breakfast was quite good with lots of options. However, the reason I would never stay at this hotel again is the area it is located. It was in a very bad part of town. Every corner had someone panhandling, and we saw LOTS of people walking down the street "tweaking". It was a very unsafe area.

We only stayed one night. The staff were helpful and check in went pretty well although there was some struggle with the payment I had made via Expedia. The hotel was condition was good but definitely was older and showing some wear.

The staff seemed courteous enough. However when I asked to be refunded for the rest of the stay they denied it claiming damages to the room; which they wouldn’t provide me evidence of exactly what the damages were.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good, lobby was clean. But there was a homeless person that wandered in when I was checking in. The paint was pealing off in the bathroom, and the shower was just a trickle. I was surprised because all the reviews were so good. I felt I should leave an honest review.

After going to the YMCA 15 minutes away and almost missing my meeting, I returned to check in and was greeted by a much more pleasant associate (cannot remember her name) and was checked in without any issues.

When we went to store something in the refrigerator we found 2 Bud tallboys that had exploded and were leaking. Called down but Alison said she was the only one there and couldn’t leave the desk. Said she would give us a discount. Since we booked thru Expedia, not sure that will ever happen. Good breakfast.

The lady running the breakfast buffet was a hard worker and friendly! As far as the room, we booked here for the full kitchen pictured, pool, and fast wifi. However the pool heater was broken and the room for the pool was just as cold as outside so far too cold to swim. The WiFi was so slow it was unusable and the full kitchen in the pictures… was not there. Just a microwave and mini fridge. We were here for 3 nights during power outage, the room was clean, and suites were roomy. The front desk gal was cool. Would stay here agin in a pinch.

Check in was okay. The lady behind the desk was less than professional. She was not wearing a hotel brand shirt or a name tag to indicate she was an employee. The room was updated but the bathroom was caulked together and there was hair on the floor. We used the pool but there were no towels. We went to the front desk to ask for some and the desk attendant stated that the towels are there, we just weren’t looking. We stated that there definitely weren’t towels so she said she would bring some down. We just ended up using our room towels because she never followed through. There was also trash around the pool for 2 days which leads me to believe the pool and the room aren’t properly maintained or cleaned. The walls were thin. We could hear people talking and tvs on both sides of us. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a funeral. If given the choice I would probably say elsewhere.

Rooms were clean but could be updated. Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. A few places near the hotel looked a little rough but we had no issues. Price was great and being a little away from downtown Nashville was nice to avoid higher rates. Dryer didn't dry my clothes so I wouldn't use the laundry here but would stay again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. We were looking for a place near but not right in Nashville and this was a good choice. The king suite was spacious, with a really nicely furnished kitchenette, separate from the sleeping area. Plenty of breakfast options. A nice travel stop.

We were just passing through from our Christmas in Florida so stopped just for an overnight bed. We rely on cleanliness, Wi-Fi access, a tv to watch, and a solid breakfast in the morning before we continue our journey home. While the room was pretty clean, the Wi-Fi did not work at all and the tv was like it was from the 80s with a grainy picture on every channel and only 10 channels at best. We went to the front desk to ask about Wi-Fi and were told "the hotel is pretty full tonight so it will be slow because of that." Really?? I didn't work at all! Shouldn't your Wi-Fi run as if you are full every night?? Pretty terrible service when you promise Wi-Fi. Plus, our door was so bent that you could actually see out into the hallway through the side of our door despite being locked. The breakfast was mediocre at best with rubbery eggs and sausage. We make this trip often so we won't stay here again and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. We all pay way too much money for a simple overnight stay to have this type of disappointment.

Our tub was dirty. It looked like it wasn’t washed the front desk lady seemed a little confused and overwhelmed. The cable was horrible and there was no seating in the smoking area outside so you basically had to sit in your car. And the breakfast attendant was rude as hell and she was running late when opening the breakfast on Saturday.

One we slept with a pee cover two days of the stay then on the last day I had a house cleaning person walk in while I was completely naked and my do not disturb was still on the door.. dish liquid was full of water dishes were dirty

We stay at this hotel about 6 times a year when visiting family. Our room is always ready, and our stay is nice. The breakfast is satisfactory for us, especially when the hotel is busy in the morning. Th hot coffee is a bonus!

Property was all we needed for 1 night. Things seemed pretty clean except couch had nasty stains.

Room was okay. Bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor still. Water pressure was extremely low. Doors to bedroom and bathroom was splintered and in need of replacing or repairing. Staircases plus hallway was stained and dirty. Breakfast was ok. No yogurt and only one kind of fresh fruit. Would’ve loved ice water as an option also. Had to have our room key replaced at least 2-3 times as they just stopped working. Elevator was out on the day we left so had a load to take down with several trips and we were on the top floor. Advertised as having kitchenette which we didn’t have and the mini fridge doesn’t offer a freezer so no way to keep our ice packs frozen while there. Bed was fine but the couch and chair were not. There was hair and particles on the couch. All the furniture had you sitting straight with no give to get comfortable. Would’ve love for a smoke area so we didn’t have to walk through people smoking right outside the doors.

Continental breakfast was good, a lot of options. Front desk staff not very helpful with providing information regarding local church services for my mom, who was also on the trip. Internet / wi-fi was spotty and was very difficult to search anything on the internet. The business center computer was antiquated, running Windows 10. My spouse needed to work during this trip and without internet options inside the facility, he needed to drive to a local spot for access. When asked, the staff all replied the same - nobody's internet worked. They had no solution.

The front desk person was not friendly or accommodating in any way. The rooms seemed clean, but there was a very musty smell in the halls and room. The location was perfect for us. It was close to food options and about 20 minutes from downtown area.

Wi-Fi and fitness center were pretty abysmal. Food was ok.

Staff no friendly or helpful

We had a wonderful stay. The price is very affordable, rooms a spacious, clean and accommodating. All staff was very professional and friendly. It was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Great room

Very dated. They did not have any cable channels. Got to watch 3 local channels that were mostly static. But on the bright side the bed was comfortable

This place smells bad and is in poor condition

Not sure why this place is rated so high on Hotels.com. Sure the staff are nice and it’s cleanish, but it’s at a freeway overpass by a motel 6 and a hooters…that should say enough. Beds were uncomfortable and way too bouncy…if you’re sleeping with someone else, you may get bounced off the bed if they move even slightly. Breakfast was horrible. Usual fare but tasted old and overcooked.

The room had the stench of curry and cooking residue. I asked for a room change and told to come back the next day and ask again.- The Internet service at best was unreliable and when I inquired why, I was told it’s always that way ! ie: They know all about it so put up and shut up.

The night staff couldn’t care less about check-in or a guest’s needs. Arrived and my “Hello, how are you…” was interrupted with a curt “LASTNAME?” And was rushed through the check-in process with no friendliness whatsoever. And one night, just after midnight, I went to purchase some bottled water (from the only vending machines in the three-floor building) and they were out. A trip to the front desk found it unattended, so I waited a few minutes for someone to notice me on the security camera. When no one showed up, I said toward the back office “Anyone here?” And then a woman appeared wearing a shower cap (it appeared I had awakened her) and I’d noticed that there were some bottles of water behind the front desk. I told her that the machines were out and was about to offer to purchase one of the bottles I’d seen, but she disappeared and reappeared down the hall heading for the machines. I called after her that they were sold out, but she decided she was going to see if I was mistaken. She did what I did (paid with her phone and then saw it was indeed sold out and cancelled the transaction). Before I could offer to purchase a bottle from the front desk, she was headed back to the office, calling over her shoulder that there was no water available at the front desk. Not a very happy person. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The room set up was nice, however the bathroom door swung open and would hinder getting to the bedroom, which also had a door. The tv service was poor, lots of snow. Breakfast was good. Check in was okay, although the person was not very welcoming. I felt as if I was bothering her.

Stayed one night. The evening front desk employee was very curt; like I was bothering her by checking in. Probably had to get back to her Tik Tok. My second floor room was very clean but had a dehumidifier on the desk and the room smelled very musty. Breakfast was good, and the attendant was attentive and polite.

Comfy bed, decent breakfast, quiet and clean. Not a very friendly staff, except the housekeeper was very kind and sweet. I’m pretty sure that if anyone was staying in the room under mine that they could hear every step I took; the flooring seemed like it needed reinforcement. 😳 Cosmetically the room could use some attention. The WiFi was poor. But the room suited my needs and was a reasonable price, so I can’t complain too much.

I don't think this is axceptional property. Had to drive thru homeless encampment. The parking lot was dark. The shower enclosure was cracked around the controller. The electrical outlets are worn out and my cords would fall out. I felt like i was in an economy roadside hotel instead of a Radison. It was clean and the breakfast was nice. Just disappointed with the property description.

I had a difficult time at the Nashville Airport, and didn't arrive to the Inn until after 12 midnight. The young lady was very observant and could tell I was so tired and needed to get to bed for an early meeting at 7:30. She gave a room close to the door and it was a very nice room. I could not have been so grateful to her for noted my condition. My knees where hurting so bad. I don't remember telling her this , but she knew. I wish I could have remembered her name, She was an black lady, with a beautiful smile and pleasant spirit. This was the night of July 21, but really July 22, 2025 morning, Thank you so much, I definitely would stay here again if I am in Nashville. It was worth the 20 minute drive I had to my conference my stay.

Good for 2 overnight stays, nothing special

The hotel was so nice and it was quiet. I was worried when we were close as the surrounding properties were a little outdated. However, when we arrived, it was the best experience. The hotel was clean, the receptionist was kind and efficient. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The air conditioner was on point. Kept up nice and cool all night. The bathroom was small but we were fine. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean. It was very family oriented. We will definitely stay again. Great price.

Property looked nice and clean in lobby but when we got to room had a damp feel and musty smell so turned down air conditioner thinking that would help but didn’t. Went down to front desk and check in lady comes to room and said she didn’t think it smelled musty and dampness would go away after air conditioner temp was turned down Woke up to wet carpet and standing water on what was apparently a bad AC Told check out lady that morning (was different person) and she did apologize and said we should have been moved to a different room

This hotel is always quiet, clean, and predictable. The rooms are a great size and the breakfast is convenient.

Plumbing fixtures loose/leaky. Sofa/chair in room not comfortable to sit on, very hard. Front entrance area outdoor furniture very worn, reeked of cigarette smoke.

Front desk staff was very rude. She was lacking being courteous towards the guests.

It is not a bad hotel. Service is adequate at best. Nice people, but never found anyone at the front desk waiting. Always in the back room. WiFi/Internet was NOT good. I was on the 3rd floor, but still expect it to at least work. I did better using my phone as a hot spot. Not a lot of parking, but it was a slow weekend I guess, so not issues.

When we went outside there was a group of people smoking pot at the garbage cans. Some may be okay with it but it’s not for me. It was so strong that it the smell filled up the downstairs hallway and elevator.

Bed was comfy. Temp was easy to set and control. Breakfast was super yummy. Stayed for 5 days and felt like home away from home. Very grateful for front desk personnel for not leaving my door dash out on counter even though my dasher wasnt supposed to leave it there anyway. Overall great place and price.

Got there late and they had a call in system to get in the door. Nice safety feature for them and guests. Nice breakfast. And noon check out time which was very nice…no rush for vacationing. We will certainly go there again.
