They did not offer linen change on the bed you have to request, but it still wasn’t done. The floors was not vacuumed the trash liners trash bags were very thin and poor quality. The breakfast was not good. They had leftover food from the day before, the quality was very bad. The fruit was old and dry and no variety. The sausage and the eggs were processed. And unhealthy everything was not fresh on the second day. The bread was stale and left over from the day before. The coffee machine has old and badly taste the second day it was not fresh Even though the location was good, the bad mattress was very good. The sheets were really good, but the service could’ve been better.

There was pubic hair on the bed and on the shower curtain there was a dirty condom wrapper on the floor when I mentioned it to front desk they said there’s nothing they can do about it because I booked through a third-party.

There was hair in our bed. The shower is not very clean and like the corners of the doorways were pretty dirty. Front desk was pretty rude. There was six rooms total I paid for three rooms two people in each room and the lady at the front desk immediately said only two people in this room as we were all in line to check in. We explained to her that we had several different rooms and she said we only paid for two people in a room which that’s what we had. Customer service is a big thing. She should’ve waited till everybody checked in before getting very rude with us.

Had to cancel my room reservation was told I would get a half refund then I get an email that the hotel changed their mind and I won't be getting any refund. Not good business.

I liked everything, however, I would suggest cooking the sausages for the complimentary breakfast longer. They looked too raw.

Love staying here when we go to Nashville. The rooms are very clean the staff is very friendly. Paul is the manager and he remembered us by name from the last time we stayed. They have a new lady at the front that is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

A nice pool. But rooms musty and could have definitely been cleaner. Breakfast at 8:30 was very empty (still supposed to be an hour left to the breakfast time) so that was very disappointing. Kind of a dark and dreary vibe. Provided what we needed for the night, but wish we would have paid a little more to be somewhere else.

On the site it says one price, then you put in the dates, which I booked from a Friday to Saturday, the price almost doubled, it's not worth $119 dollars for a 3 star hotel. 2nd the gym was out of order. Check in is 3pm check out 11am. Sorry just not worth the money. I had no wifi it wasn't working the website is very misleading.

The receptionist was rude when I called because the tv was not set up . Telling me that I should have which ask to which room the day I got in ,which was late at night when I checked in.

It was def not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in but not the worst. The sheets were clean and smelled nice. No evidence of beg bugs and the bathroom was clean.

Upon walking in all you smell is chlorine from the pool the smell is soooo strong,the toom gave landlord special where they just painted over everything even the locks. The tub in the bathroom wasn’t even so it made it hard to stand and take a shower!

The breakfast was good, pool good and some front deal clerks were okay They charged my daughter for a room and over charged her and some of the front desk clerk was very rude. I wouldn't want me and my family to stay at this hotel ever again. I will never book at this hotel ever again

No vending machines in every floor like the signs state or ice machines. Only ice machine or vending machine are in the first floor. They need to fix their signs. Other than that the place is pretty good!

This room was very dirty and in poor condition. The sheets had stains on them, the bathroom was sticky and looked unclean. It looked as if the room hadn’t been cleaned before me. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Nothing I had bloody bed linen literally red blood once I flipped the sheets back and the staff acted scared to come see the room and when asked have they ever had bed bugs reported he told me he didn’t know and left out of the room!

The only complaint I have is that we were there for a couple days and there wasn't know me with the breakfast

Also breakfast was cold, and what was edible wasn’t very good. Staff was ok, wouldn’t say overly friendly, but overall we definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend until the rooms are updated and a new cleaning regiment is implemented.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was fine. Room and bed ok. Pool and workout room closed. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons for selecting this place. Hotel is old. A lot of wear and tear that should be fixed or upgraded.

The front desk person seemed nice. There was a big party going on and it spilled into the lobby, it was loud and hard to hear the person checking us in. Our bedding was ridiculously dirty. I removed the duvet for being stained and gross. I went and got new bedding to make the bed myself, also had to get bedding for my son for the couch. The bath towels were stained with a blue ink. For the price we paid, very disappointed.

This is an older property which has been renovated. Clean room, but bathroom commode is old. Also the smoke detector was missing, just electrical wires hanging from the ceiling. Also carpet in stairwell needs to be replaced - a number of what appeared to be cigarette burns. The breakfast was good - consistent with other Comfort Suites I have stayed at. Overall a decent value for the price

The location seemed okay for travelers DIRTYYYYY GOT IN LATE SO WE DID NOT WANT TO COMPLAIN, SLEPT IN OUR CLOTHES LITERALLY FROM HEAD TO TOE ! SHEETS HAD STAINS AND SOMEONE ELSE HAIRS ON PILLOW AS IF THE SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED! BATHROOM WALLS/FLOORING IN DOORWAYS NEEDS REDONE. THIS IS THE FIRST HOTEL IN YEARS THAT I DID NOT FEEL WAS SANITARY AT ALL

It is a good spot to go eat places near and go to small clothing stores. The hotel needs update, but I feel that the experience was overall well .

We say at this property pretty regularly and it’s usually very well cap and clean. The rooms smell like marijuana.

This hotel was a total mess. Dirty, dirty, dirty! The elevator, bathroom, under the bed and in the corners. It was old dirt, dust and crumbs. But no one had ever taken an interest in doing a quick sweep or mop. This hotel was crappy and THEN, the HOT WATER BROKE for 2 days! No credit or compensation, not even a "we are sorry"! This place was terrible!!!

The staff are kind, check-in/out process was super easy and simple, I even got to check-in to my room a few hours early. But this place needs a major upgrade in so many areas.

There was roaches in the bathroom, dirty socks was left in the room, it looked like blood on the ceiling and wall, there was brown spots left on a pillow, itching while laying in the bed.

The room was surface clean but needed to be deep cleaned. They need to inspect the sheets. They were clean but stained and had a cigarette burn.

The calking/ paint in the bathroom was so poorly done I couldn’t not notice it. No painting was done to match or cover up the fix and it just made me think, “this is one of the reasons they don’t charge more.” This didn’t take away from the cleanliness or comfort, but the lack in upkeep did take away from the joy of staying in a nice getaway.

Breakfast was decent. Waffles, sausage, eggs, buscuits, and southern gravey. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet needs more attendants, kids left it a mess and tables weren't cleaned quickly. Otherwise, good stay.

I stayed here very last minute due to being tired. It was clean, quiet and convenient. The staff was nice and accommodating. I didnt get to experience the actual breakfast since I do not eat pork, the muffins were ok and the juice was good. I would stay here again.

Some of the furniture had holes and tears in it. I took pictures and reported it to the desk clerk. I was told that a $50 charge would be added upon checking in and removed if nothing was damaged. We were not charged for any of the damages that someone else had done. But you would think that housekeeping would have already reported it and yet nothing was done to replace it. Also, the person attending to the breakfast area was not interested in cleaning anything up. There was spilt cereal everywhere and other trash. The breakfast was “meh”. And entering the hotel parking lot was not well marked. Surprisingly, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. But the room was overpriced for what it was.

When you walk into the lobby, everything looked wonderful. We walked upstairs to our room, the ceiling above our door in the hallway. Looks like it’s gonna fall down any minute from water damage. The room was not completely painted, there was rust in the tub. There were stains all over the carpet. It was stains on the lampshade. The beds are clean. They were no bugs. But we had family staying in two other rooms and they also have problems with their rooms. The pool was too cold., Being in the indoor pool should’ve been heated. The food some was good, some wasn’t. There were no vending machines as the signs to say it on each floor that there were. I went down to the desk and asked about vending, and was told that there weren’t any. They had a few snacks there at desk for sale, a small bag of chips were $3 each. The lobby looks so beautiful I thought we had chosen a great place. When we arrived at our room, we were very disappointed.

The smells in the rooms and bathrooms need to be taken care of with urgency. It’s nonsmoking hotel but smells like smoke in the rooms and bathrooms.

Mold on bathroom walls, shower heads are gross, the floors are not clean at all- they have that nasty old feel to them- didn't even want to walk barefoot in the room. This place absolutely needs a renovation.

Our room was humid and wet the whole stay and it did not improve even with the air running. The hotel was run down and not clean. Our floor smelled of cigarettes and weed even though the hotel claims to be smoke free. During our stay, a car in the parking lot had its windows smashed and was broken into.

And the other had black spots all over the sheets.. hopefully i can get a refund.. i had to find a different hotel

Great convenient location, plenty of parking, close to restaurants and shopping, and easy highway access. 20 minutes from BNA and 20 minutes from Downtown Nashville.

Staff on duty was not overly welcoming. More matter of fact. Did not appreciated items being initialed before reading same, just given to sign. Hope the incidental “hold” be released prior to a 3 day hold. Desk person was not greeting customers with appreciation. For their stay. Floors could be cleaner in common areas.

The front desk was not friendly. The room was dirty, especially the bed. There was hair everywhere, and the linen even had holes. The hotel overall just looked bad. The restroom floor did not look clean. During check-in, it seemed like the front desk employee wanted us to leave. He looked like he didn’t know what to do or didn’t want to do it. I booked a Comfort because I had always liked the cleanliness they maintain, but I was very disappointed with this hotel.

The breakfast was not edible even to grab a snack, it was un sanitary, the room had what looked like bodily fluids on the bed frame, the shower was moldy and rusty, the room was gross.

The lobby has a musky smell and when we got to the room the couch had chip crumbs on it and the bed had stains and mold on the mattress. The smell was horrible. The front desk clerk didn't even offer a different room but said I was the 3rd person today to say that. He was friendly the only plus about this hotel. Save yourself and look elsewhere to stay.

Beds were very small, sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. The gap all the way around the door let in a ton of light and noise from the hallway. Breakfast was decent and pool was nice.

The hotel was nice, staff was great. Bed was hard, and when I was checking for bed bugs I found hair wadded up between the mattress and the wall. Might not have seen when changing the sheets but it was a lot. The bathroom tub was weird, it’s hard to explain. The floor was of the tub was not wide enough for me to stand with my feet together. So when I stepped in I fell, due to the wall being so rounded. Don’t recommend showering in the room I was in.

It was terrible. No ac in the rooms. Everywhere was hot, stains on the bed sheets, outlets not working, phones not working, bathroom toilet had water line cut off.

Waited for roughly 45 minutes before a staff member showed up to check us and 3 other families in. There were literally no employees at the hotel when we arrived, which was blamed on shift change. Aside from that, not a bad stay.

The toilet in our room did not work. We called down to the front desk and were told they would bring up a plunger. 1.5 hours later, we called the front desk back, who told us they couldn’t find a plunger. I asked for another room since this one did not have a working toilet. I was told no and that was a last resort and that we should plan to walk down 3 floors to use the bathroom in the lobby whenever we needed a restroom. That was unacceptable. I told the front desk that they had 10 minutes to fix this or my family would be at the front desk with all of our suitcases until they gave us a new room. Guess what? There was a plunger at our door in less than 10 minutes.

Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, assorted cereal and yogurt.

Ended up canceling the reservation. This hotel is not in a good area and as soon as we walked in we left.

This was the second worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out of my entire life. After we checked in, we found a fingernail on the bed and the walls weren’t even completely painted. I tried to cancel, but could not so they gave us a different room which had hairs on the bed. The carpeting was filthy and disgusting and the mall next to it was completely abandoned. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

Friendly staff the room was clean!

On our way to our room there were overflowing trash cans, piles of dirty linens, and a used plunger in a garbage bag outside the doors. Despite the overwhelming number of signs stating that this was an non-smoking hotel our room smelled so bad of smoke that it stopped us at the door. The front desk staff informed us that it was the last available room and they could cancel or spray room freshener. There were no other hotels for less than $400 in a 30 mile radius that we could find available so we opted to drive home, 2 hours away, at midnight knowing that we would have to drive back the next day. They said they would issue the refund to hotels.com and they would issue a refund to me. Over 3 weeks later and nothing.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was peaceful and relaxing, and my checkin was quick. Enjoyed the breakfast. The phone was not working properly and was sticky and dirty. But that is really my only thing i can say that i didnt like. I would stay there again.

The room was nice and spacious, easy access to the room. The one thing that would have made it better would have been a spa or hot tub.

The 2 ladies at the front desk didn't know what they were doing. Took way too long to check in at 10:30pm. The hotel smelled and the hotel room carpet had stains all over it. The blanket had a big cigarette burn. The hotel non smoking.

Staff was friendly. However, our room had a very pungent smell. It smelled like they attempted to mask the smell of cigarettes. You could see some grime on the edges of the bathroom and there was a rather large mystery stain on the carpet. The odor persisted all night.

The bed had mold and smears of a unknow substances on it. Our room smelled like someone had cooked fries in it. Our friends had to try three rooms before finding one that did not smell like marijuana. We ended up leaving and not spending the night and are waiting on refunds from Hotels.com this place was nasty!

The pictures in Expedia were much much better than the place. I would not even shower at this place. Will not stay again.

I wish i could leave a 0 star review.. we drove nearly 5 hours (our daughter had to be seen at tha vanderbilt hospital) and we get to the property they claim "non smoking" the entire building smells like smoke. And the lobby is filled people cursing, and talking highly inappropriately. We check in and immediately see stains all on the carpet, dirty walls, the room smelled of cigarettes. Dirty bedding that not only was filithy, but also ripped! We wasn't offered another room, and told we couldn't get a redund. So here we are at 9pm stuck at quite literally one of the nastiest hotel's ive ever stayed at. And to top it off, the free breakfast was all burnt. And disgusting. So overall the experience was horrendous.. and we even had to change our own bedding! Would not recommend this property at all.

They only had one staff on site and we couldn't get into our room. The only key that opened the door was the master key at the front desk.

The room was ok, and affordable. I booked this one because it had breakfast, however the breakfast was terrible. Like the biscuits they had were so hard you could have used them as weapons. The hotel was very noisy late at night. I complained about it but nothing really was done. I dont think we'll stay here again.

Was ok but not even average. Looks like they tried to update a really old rundown hotel and put lipstick on it. Breakfast did not look appetizing so we skipped. Area is not great either. Would not stay again. Stay in Nashville or keep driving past Goodlettsville.

I like how affordable it is and they also price match and as nice as it is you would think it would be expensive.

We booked this hotel for our kids to be able to swim in the indoor pool during our stay. Upon arriving we were told that the pool light was out and the pool closes at sun down. Would have booked a different hotel if we knew the kids couldn’t swim passed 5 pm.

Breakfast was posted 630 am to 9 or 930 am, but at 645 am i go to the kitchen and lights are off. Asked the desk clerk and she said they were running late. And told me to come back in 15 mins. I told her I had to be at work by 7 and was hoping for a quick breakfast. She said she was sorry. All weekend it was the same way. Resevered a room there just for the continental breakfast and because the hotel was 10 mins from where I needed to be for work.

Clean rooms

The area seemed a little sketchy. Upon checkin, the staff was rude and the room was filthy. It was supposed to be a non smoking facility, but the smell of cigarettes was very strong. I could not stay in the room because of it. Check in was at 3pm and I left the hotel at 4pm. I have requested a refund from Expedia because this was unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusting property. We found blood on the floor, stains in the bed, holes in the sheets, mold in the bathroom. When we complained we were told to contact Orbitz. Orbitz filed a claim for refund which was denied because we “didn’t tell hotel” which was a blatant lie. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I had to change rooms twice cause the rooms were unclean and have a horrible stench. Then was told I couldn’t receive a discount or any credit for the inconvenience. The service was also poor. I would not be staying there anymore.

We booked a 2 queen suite and the room had 2 full beds, not queens. The front desk told us that they inly have full die beds, not queen size. The door latch piece in the door had been removed, which gave us safety concerns. The toilets did not flush easily when we arrived, and overnight quit working entirely. The breakfast was decent food but unavailable when we went, and had to wait 10 minutes for them to prepare new warm food to make available, and then about 7 people were waiting for the food which was only enough for about 4 people. The bathroom was dirty and none of us wanted to shower in that room.

I spent four nights here at this hotel my room suite was clean had all the amenities everything worked. I had no issue. I heard a little bit of noise but that’s normal. Other than that. I got a good nights. Sleep Staff was really nice.

Nice spot

This is an older property. It’s not well maintained beyond the lobby. Plus, the cost was way too much for what we got($132.00)

The bed cover and sheets were stained and the mattress was stained as well. The carpet felt sticky to the bare feet. The staff was great, very polite. I did not complain since we were only staying for one night (I probably should have).

Bathroom, was somewhat clean pubic hair was in a couple of towels and the tub was slightly dirty. Adjacent room were other family members stayed was about the same except they had the added of excitement of killing a cockroach as soon as they walked in. No other local insects were found. Also, the pool was closed and we were looking forward to a swim after a long day of traveling, and was closed for the duration of our stay. Apparently, the door lock was broken creating a safety hazard, but there is no telling how long it had been closed. It would have been nice for that info to be posted on their website before we booked. As we probably would have went elsewhere. Also, the gym was exceptionally dirt and dated. Overall the experience was 2 stars, the desk people were somewhat helpful but couldn’t help with any kind of discount for all of the issues without a manager present, we are supposed to be contacted today by the manager so we’ll see.

Best part were the comfy beds. Worse part was cold breakfast. Pool was closed.

Entire property smells of must, mold, and old smoke being covered up by air fresheners. Couch in room was covered in dog hair. Pull out couch matress was absoulutley nasty. Our feet were black after 5 minutes in the room.

The staff was friendly, but the condition of the hotel was poor. There was a musty smell, the room smelled smoky, even though the building was supposedly smoke free, the sheets were yellowed, and the floors were stained.

The hotel was nice and was not too far from the apartment my daughter was moving into for school. All of the members of the staff were extremely nice and breakfast was really good. I gave the rating I did because the first room we were given, did not have a shower curtain, but it shows that they are cleaning and washing behind each guest. I was switched to the room across the hall which did have one. The stay was pleasant and would possible stay here again. Thanks all.

Rundown and not cleaned thoroughly. First room had coffee(?) stain on side of bed sheets. Requested to be moved to another room and the bed had the same thing plus some pieces of garbage on the floor and trashbin by desk had not been emptied. Carpets need to be changed out and lots of chips/holes in the walls young woman at front desk was very nice. .

The first room we were given was not cleaned after the previous guests. Beds unmade, dirty towels on the floor, etc. the second room had cockroaches. The faucets and drain were filthy and then we saw 3 roaches. Left immediately!!!!! The office staffed seemed completely not surprised regarding my concerns.. it was clear she’s heard it before.

Very calming and quiet. Staff was nice and quick when needed.

I arrived a couple hours before the check in time and had to pay $40.00 for early check in

The pool area didn’t have lights and had a huge whole in the ceiling. We were told it was closed but then it opened. Our bed sheets had what looked like blood stains on them and the sink in our room(not bathroom) was leaking.

The pool was closed, the gym dirty, had to ask several time to bring more food out. Breakfast was to be until 9:30 and they would stop 8:30!!! When you asked for more food they made a face!!! Like the inconvenience! I said something about the pool and they instantly offered a refund! I just drove 8 F hours idiot!!! I booked the room from Expedia and you disappointed me!!! I won’t be fooled again!!!!!!

Our room and bathroom were dirty. Breakfast if you can call it that was a joke. Pool was closed even though I called before booking to make sure it was open. Hallway smelled horrible outside our room like wet sour rug. Only plus was the bed was comfy.

It’s was ok, bathroom could use some work, the bedding smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

This place is like the best

Was told my family was too many people for one room due to fire hazard but yet when we got into the room, the smoke detector wasn’t even plugged in and the ceiling in the lobby was falling through. Bugs in our bathroom. Would not recommend

The bathroom had rust around the door, the bath tub was in rough shape, the sink had a rusty drain hole, everything needs to be replaced.

I love that it was very quiet and well clean the night shift worker was friendly and nice but the morning shift worker didn’t have breakfast at 6:30am like they advertise the pool was also closed which none of these was mentioned or advertised

Good stay wonderful people that work there. When i com back to nashville area will plan to stay again.

Clean nice elegant and peaceful places to stay everyone looks really nice and friendly he was very welcoming no complaints.....
