Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected.

The location was nice. Had a bunch of places to eat within a few blocks. Never swam but sat on the edge of the pool and dangled my feet. It’s really nice. Had a nice covered patio to sit under also next to the pool. Had an issue with the tub not draining it was over ankle deep after our shower. Didn’t get any help from the day time front desk. He was very rude. Bonnie head of house cleaning became maintenance and cleaned the drain and it worked Great!! Michael who cleans and tends to the front area came and mopped our bathroom and kitchen area it was dirty plus sticky, but squeaky clean when he got done. I’ve made two new friends with both of them! They are awesome people!! The second shift check in gentleman was very polite!! But don’t remember his name. Free Coffee was really good!! They don’t do breakfast but that’s okay. We would stay here again if ever in the area. Internet was great!! Really can’t think of anything I didn’t like other than the daytime check in guy.

Comfortable king studio with kitchenette. This was a great discovery. Was my first time staying at a Candlewood Suites. It’s styled after an extended stay type hotel but they didn’t mind us staying for just one night. I would definitely visit again.

The water was not very hot and the dishwasher was leaking, the coffee pot broke, and the toaster broke. Staff was very courteous.

Bed was comfortable. Clean. Liked we were right next to exit door so no neighbor loudness. Grounds were nice. Pet friendly. Pillows were super flat. Thin flooring/ceiling - the people above us were running cattle all night I think. Not hotels fault, guests fault. Was a little loud as we were right next to the freeway, but that's expected.

The first level back door to the puppy area was taped open. They said the lock mechanism was broken and the key cards would not work. It felt unsafe.

Washing machine takes much longer than 30 minutes advertised! Other folks also got burned thinking it would be faster. Just fix the sign to actual time for regular load so people know to allocate more time.

Had a good time but didn’t have the dishes I needed and most importantly the Datsun pool closed at 7:59 I had kids on vacation had to go to another hotel where family was staying to swim they pool closed at 10 nice place but will book somewhere else

Clean facility. In room kitchen was nice with full refrigerator and microwave. Only a commissary breakfast option so had to leave for food. Coffee available though, that was nice. Room was spacious. Pool looked nice. We didn’t get to check in until after 11 and check out was 11 am so did not get to use the pool or gym but looked nice.

This was a perfect pit stop for our travels up north. The staff was accommodating and polite. We will be staying here again next month.

When we got yo the room, it smelled like old gym clothes . I had to sleep with my head under the sheets for a few hours until the a/c circulated enough to get the stentch out.

We knew they were pet friendly and were charged $25 when we got there. NOt surprised, but no where in the information before we arrived. Then they held a $15 charge for any damage and as of now that is entered twice on my bank account. I will be watchng that to see if it self corrects and goes away. We caused no damage. We were fine with the place, but next time will go to a normal hotel, not a conderence type.

I stayed in a king suite room 427. It was a large room laid out nicely. Couple of small things was all I could see that was wrong. The road noise was insane. Got woke up a couple of times overnight because of large trucks using their jake brake. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. If you stay here I would recommend staying on the front side of the hotel if your a light sleeper. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I wish we knew was that they do not offer a hot breakfast. I should have read further or questioned it before making the reservations. For the price, we could have stayed where a breakfast is offered and we could have saved money.

The only negative was the room we reserved had a broken air conditioner, so we had to change rooms. Overall though, a great stay.

The next day he woke up and had 4-6 bed bug bites on his body!!!! There was nobody at the front desk for him to tell as he had to get back on the road. DISGUSTING!!!

We had a great experience staying in town for a concert in Nashville. Location made it easy to get in and out of the city and the hotel met all our needs.

I've stayed here multiple times in the past whenever I'm in town for work. The hotel is very conveniently placed, so all of the shopping areas are close by and very easy to get to. I like staying here and I will be returning in the near future.

I needed a place to stay so I wasn’t looking for fancy. I would not recommend this hotel because of the highway noise- my room faced a major road with truck traffic. The room was clean. It was more a place where workers stayed the night. Many beer cans by the elevator trash can the next morning.

Hole in floor under carpet. Bathroom had horrible patched walls etc. Fan did not work. Security lock on door was coming off the wall (no security)…

This is an exceeded stay. It was pretty quiet. We stayed 4 days and was barely there. It was clean and nobody bothered us.

The proprtywas very well kept and quiet and very close to the highway.

Most staff was nice. There was no ice bucket in room and guy at the desk handed me a trash bag and refused to get me one from another room.. Floor 4 trash was overflowing and smelled horrible. Trashcan was right beside the elevator door and you literally had to take a few steps away from the elevator. It was like that on floor 2 also. Housekeeping was gone for the day and same guy from earlier was the only person on staff so no one took care of that. Everything else was nice. Nice room and clean bathroom. Decent size.

The reservation was confirmed for 2 rooms but at the check in the reservation showed only 1 room. Candlewood was terrific in working out another room for us. Somehow the reservation was changed between my booking with Hotels.com and my arrival. Not good!

I's difficult to find hotels that are truly welcoming of pets. I travel with my cat and sometimes have trouble finding a place that will even allow her to stay. They were so friendly and welcoming! I was provided a "Pet Roommate Inside" magnet for the door which was comforting. This way housekeeping, maintenance, etc. would know that there was a pet inside. I loved that!

Hotel was clean, front desk was friendly, hotel had a large variety of foods to be purchased for microwave use. Room was clean. Beds, pillows, and linens were great. Even had 2 types of pillows, firm and soft. Plenty of well lit, safe spaces to walk the dog. Rear of Building is highway and you will hear the trucks, ask for a room facing the front.
