I have been booking stays with Expedia for a while now and your information on the hotels really needs to be updated. This is the 3 hotel we have stayed at that you say service breakfast and they don't. The rooms don't look like the one on your site and the linens don't look great the cover on this one had cigarettes holes in it and it is supposed to be no smoking and the only non smoking to m they had was on 2 floor. No elevator. My husband is 81 not good with stairs.

That i rented a room for my son and the hotel people wouldn't let him stay andcthey didn't return my refund. When i call they kept telling me to talk to someone else. I want my refund because they didn't let my son stay.

The beds were horrible and very outdated there was roach bugs everywhere

Rooms do not look like pictures at all. More run down than what pictures show. If you have a pet, they put you in smoking rooms and wont make any exceptions if you have asthma. I would not book if you have a choice.

The hotel was not the type of place I'd want to stay in. Once I saw the room I completely canceled my room. And wanted a refund back, Because I booked the room on Hotels.com I was told that they are responsible for refunding my money.So I've reached out with 3 emails to hotels.com to see about refunding me back my money, and I have yet to hear from anyone..,

For the price, you can’t really complain. Only negative feedback is non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke. Staff were very friendly and check-in was easy.

Let me say, I checked out as quick as I checked in. The floor was filthy, the pillows looked slept on, there was blood running down side of sheets, and possibly bed bugs. Totally disgusting.

They have bed bugs and when I told them they did nothing about it but change the sheets I wanted to be moved and they didn’t want to see the picture or video I had of it I booked for 2 nights only stayed one and booked another room somewhere else

I slept here because I had my flight at 5 am but it's terrible. Garbage everywhere, AC didn't work properly, a drugged person lying on the floor and the guy in the front desk wasn't kind.

The area looked rundown, but hey, our car was not broken into - so I suppose that’s a plus.

This hotel was awful. The carpet in the room was very dirty. The couch in the room was old and dirty. This hotel is run down and disgusting.

Thin covers with cigarette holes all in them. The ac was stuck on and they wanted me to take a picture and bring it to them. I don't work there. Not my job. Drug addicts outside asking if i needed anything. I asked for an extra blanket don't what was on my bed was almost the same as a sheet, and my air wouldn't turn off, they had none i froze to death. They listing a Continental breakfast and there is no breakfast. The door to my room kept getting stuck and locking me out. The furniture in the rooms are dirty and used so bad you'd sink into them i would not recommend and i def works not go back. One Star service and one Star staff.

It is filthy, I have pictures and a video of all the mold from the walls to the shower and I am planning on reporting them to the state or something, this was way beyond unacceptable and a risk to my health.

Worst hotel ever. Dirty, non smoking room smelled so bad couldn’t stay there. Pool was green and smelled. Garbage piled up in outside corridors. Manager was an ass.

Requested a non-smoking room and when we opened the door it smelled like an ashtray. The couch was gross and the pull-out bed didn't work. There were fake eyelashes stuck to the mirror. The floor was wet and stained. The bedspread had burn wholes.

DO NOT STAY HERE. People doing crack out and about, roaches and bugs, dirty rooms, broken plumbing, terrible customer service, literal blood on a broken dresser??? Not to mention the room below us had their curtains open and it was TRASHED, broken furniture and trash all over the room. A lot of sketchy stuff going on in the property, just avoid all together.

Just needed a comfy bed, cold A/C, and a hot shower. This place offered just what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Great location but the staff is not very friendly, television is very bad reception and the rooms are in dire need of some repair and re.odeling.

The model was a very average property suitable for a night's sleep and having a shower. Room and shower was clean. But everything was very old from towels to bedsheets to microwave. However this is quite typical of other motels I have stayed which charge $70 and below a night.

I wasnt really happy with the room smelt like cigarette smoke and was a no smoking room and im a recovering smoker so it gave me a headache there was burn holes on the comforter the tile in the shower was missing animal hair all over the mattress

The shower tub was stopped up. The frig was leaking,I booked a queen bed I got 2 full beds, the commode was broke.

Absolutely horrible! There was black mold all throughout the room. However, mainly in the bathroom, the shower had black mold and the ceiling of the bathroom was also covered . The fan in the bathroom was covered in 3 inches thick of dust. Water damage all on the ceiling of the room. The ac unit was yellow and covered in dust. The paint on the inside of the door looked like a dog tried scratching its way out. It smelled musty and was absolutely disgusting. The smoke alarm was chirping due to low battery and when my husband went to the office to let them know they handed him a battery and expected him to do it. Which they gave him another dead battery so my husband just took the smoke detector down. This hotel was not worth the $62 paid let alone $5. It was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Bedspread had burn holes. Floor near the sink was wet. Shower was dripping. Room next to me sounded like a porn site. Room smelled like a smoking room. Disgusting place. I had no mattress. It was a box spring with a cigarette burned bedspread.

Surprisingly, it was a peaceful night's sleep for 2 day's. There was a flying bug in the room making noise. But, yeah, the bed sheets had cigarette burns in them and various things in the room couldve been better. The whole room and the ourside wasnt the same as in the photos.

Been here for over an week when we got here ot was terribly dirty hiwever i went to town cleaning and that's all it needed . The room stove ladies are nice and even though they are cheap it is quiet over here which my hisvand and i stay to ourselves . Ive seen a few roaches eww but none sense cleaning and havent seen bed bugs but for the price its overall okay.

I didn't like that the comforters had holes in them. And the bedroom door had a big crack in it.

Yes. The lady at desk on July 19, 2024 was not friendly. The lobby was not pet friendly. The room was musty, dingy, drab. The shower stall was in ill repair and dingy and old. Paint peeling off inside if door....etc

They have roaches, dirty sheets, and the tv remote never worked. The carpet smelled horrible 😫

I was very dissapointed they had a pool however it was filthy and CLOSED It looked like it had not been openned for the season in JULY... That was one of the reasons I booked this Hotel. No breakfast, no pool I am VERY dissapointed with HOTELS.COM for even listing this hotel, I would ask for a PARTIAL refund HOWEVER I know That is asking to much...

People doing drugs right below us outside and there was an infant crying and they got mad the infant was drinking too much formula. I felt like this was the hood of Nashville. I got in town at midnight otherwise would have went somewhere else.

Absolutely nothing about the property did we like! This place was absolutely disgusting & honestly should be shut down! There was black Mold in showers & on the shower curtains. Cigarette burn holes on both comforters (several) Room smelt like mold, had little red spots on whites sheets ( I’m assuming from bed bugs), black stains on sheets. S oon as we got into the room & seen everything we walked right back out & went to the office for a refund. Which I have not received yet.

COVERED in bed bug bites. I was promised a call from the supervisor but was warned this business is ran by “the cheapest people on earth” and of course no call received. It is a cheap hotel however they’re not following health and safety laws… DO NOT STAY HERE!!

When checking in I was very condescending informed they do not accept military ID's as a valid form of id. The lady checking me in was snarky. The cement stairs leading to the 2nd story where detaching from the building and i am betting would fail a code inspection. Wifi did not work and after dealing with the lady during check in it was not worth the hassle to complain about. The bedding had several cigarette burns. You would think in a non smoking room they would at least look at that. On the good side the gentleman we checked out with in the morning was very pleasant.

When i made it to my room there were bugs and the room was nasty. I didn’t even stay i left my room key on the dresser and left for a different hotel. Do not recommend staying here.

Paid an extra 3 dollars online for breakfast and they didn’t have any. Said they needed to update that online. They should do that before taking extra money

Rooms smell like smoke and mold and the second room they switch is the same smell. Blankets were full of cigarettes holes.

The only thing to like was leaving. It was the absolute, most disgusting place I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying. We bought new pillows because the ones provided were incredibly thin, lysol because every surface was grimy & stunk of cigarettes and flip flops to wear during our showers.
