Our room door had quite a space letting light in. Our bathroom had bugs on the floor, the tub and toilet were very stained. The stopper in the tub had bunches of hair and some gross chunky stuff. There was a hair pick stuck in the vent with hair in it. The tables and night stands were sticky and dirty along with the floors. Too top it off our bed had crumbs in it! I took that as the sheets were not changed. I checked for bed bugs and I didn’t find any, thankfully. After a very uncomfortable night we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We wanted nothing to do with their breakfast. We were prepaid for another night but I told the lady at the front we wouldn’t be back and why. She said she would speak to the manager about a refund. I told her that wasn’t my point that we just wanted to leave. If people say this is a nice clean hotel they are clearly not telling the truth. Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures sorry but they aren’t accurate. 1 star for sure! One good thing is the restaurant next door Louis #2 is excellent for breakfast.

We didnt even stay. We checked and got to our rooms ans there were bed bugs, blood on walls, filthy floors, stained sheets. We immediately went back and turned our keys in and went elsewhere.
- 3/5
Facility definitely needs work, like new carpets and stuff because it's super stained and kinda dingy. Our room was relatively clean but not soundproof at allll. Breakfast was decent. Pretty close to Red Rocks which is great tho! And staff was friendly. Overall okay visit. Might stay again if it was a bit cheaper.

Very poor
- 5/5
Good staff!
- 3/5
Bath fixtures were worn and I had to tighten the showerhead to stop a major leak.
- 3/5
The rooms were ok, but there were stains on the bedding. The hallways were absolutely atrocious- stained and dirty. The pictures on the website are very deceiving; they should be updated so you know exactly what you are staying in...
- 4/5
Standard hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, some of the staff could improve. Several other issues were resolved immediately upon request.

Very dirty. The room hadn't been swept or mopped for who knows how long. The office man did not act suprised when we told him and showed him pictures. Windows on the inside were filthy and the microwave had dried food in it. The smell was not pleasant at all. Definitely DON'T recommend!! And Definitely don't go thru hotels.com!!!! Non-refundable $500.00 even though it was absolutely filthy!!!

Disappointing
- 4/5
Conveniently located by the hospital. Rooms were cheap , breakfast was good (nice way to start the day without having to worry about that stuff). Checking in and out was quick, efficient. No compliments. Would definitely stay there again
- 2/5
Negatives: the lobby does not look anything like the photos. The COVID glass partitions are still up. The hallway smelled musty and moldy. Maybe due to the pools users trekking wet. In the room, it was weird that all the pictures were upside down, the drawers were upside down, the shower fan pulled out, the toilet tank cover wrong size, missing light bulbs, and worst of all, the bed closest to the road had loose legs and shaked all night with every movement. Missing luggage racks and peep hole covers.
- 3/5
Overall, the stay was good. The hotel is outdated and it shows. Carpet in the hallways needs replacing. First impression seeing the carpet made me feel like the room itself was going to be in bad shape, too. Rooms were clean - however restroom vanities could be updated. Continental breakfast and coffee were excellent and staff was very helpful. I also liked that the hotel is close to the Federal LightRail Station.
- 1/5
This hotel is a collapsing, filthy, unsafe disaster where everything is broken, nothing is clean, no one cares, and staying here feels like a punishment for a crime you didn’t commit.
- 2/5
The property itself was okay. The front desk told us that the housekeepers came in daily to clean but they didn’t the whole time we were there- 4 days. We had to ask for clean towels every day and our room was never cleaned. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower leaked. The pool area was gross. Will not stay here again.
- 3/5
Bathroom was dirty. Lobby was dirty. Entire place needed obvious repairs and paint.

Booked and paid for the room but did not stay due to the deposit not being mentioned when I paid for the stay online. Being charged regardless of not staying

Our bathtub was dirty Hot Breakfast was some prepackaged eggs and turkey bacon only on some days…not good. I only had yogurt every day. Couldn’t use the pool. The 2 out of 3 reasons we stayed there was a flop. Was hoping for hot tub to warm up after storm at red rocks. The maintenance guy doesn’t get much time off and seems overworked. I’m assuming he doesn’t have much help. The front desk lady was nice The location was good, it was 12 min I think from red rocks. Wouldn’t stay again
- 5/5
The room was clean and they provided fresh towels daily
- 1/5
Very run down property. Rough neighborhood. Breakfast was terrible - old oranges, white bread and cereal.
- 5/5
Thr facility is somewhat old so some maintenance needed. But fir thr price it's an excellent deal.
- 5/5
The front desk Gm, Noorjahan Halim was absolutely amazing in every way!
- 3/5
Basically your bathrooms are horrible it looks like finger painting on the tub base breakfast eww all I got was coffee for two days and the signage was so mean no food out of this area we pay for the amenities so not having anything hot to eat but waffles during graduation weekend doesn't look good will never stay again your entrance is very scary

Some blankets had bugs on them. Cleaning came in even though sign was on door. Breakfast was same everyday, coffee was like mud.

The hotel was the nastiest place! They even charged a $150 deposit fee for incidentals. Not only was the hotel dirty, but the bathtub was stained and cracked, the headboard had holes in it, and the walls were filthy. I checked myself out the very next day and stayed at another hotel. They really need to post accurate pictures of the hotel because the ones on the website do not match what the hotel actually looks like. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

My name is Stefanie Gagne. I stayed in Rooms 122 and 310 after originally being placed in Room 110. When we checked out this morning, no one was available at the front desk, so I am sending this message to formally request a full refund for our stay. From the moment we arrived on Wednesday, 5/13, we experienced ongoing issues that made the hotel stay unacceptable. The first room was dirty, with bugs on the mattresses, stains on both the sheets and mattresses, no hot water, and no bedding available for the pull-out couch. When we asked for bedding, we were told there was none available. We also had to repeatedly ask for towels and were informed there were no clean towels until the next day. Because of the condition of Room 110, the front desk moved my daughter and grandchildren to another room, which was also dirty and unacceptable. I spoke with the manager the following morning, but nothing was properly resolved. Later, I spoke directly with you and was promised a clean room with fresh towels. Unfortunately, we again received no towels until we asked, no bedding for the couch, and the room smelled strongly like an old dirty wet mop. Communication with both the front desk and housekeeping staff was extremely difficult due to the language barrier, making it nearly impossible to resolve any issues. In addition, homeless individuals were coming into the lobby area, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The pool area was also disgusting and poorly maintain
- 5/5
The room space was excellent and clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the location is superb for vacationers. i think i got a great deal overall. My only concern was the smell in the pool area which could use a good cleaning and the carpets in the hall could use a refresher. But overall i had a very comfortable stay and would gladly go back.

Nothing Toilet didn’t flush properly, trash and laundry were not done until the end of the four day stay, toilet tank and bowl were not properly cleaned prior to Stay, bedding had clearly seen stains in fabric, and lamp by full mirror did not work, carpet in building looked like it was stained from vomit, pool area had no towels for public use, security deposit fee was not clearly outlined in booking information prior to arrival.

The motel was as expected. The bed, breakfast, staff and room were good and I would have give it a top score if the motel didn’t need some TLC. The room was noisy due to the room above us having a wooden floor. Noise from the room above.

The reason we picked this hotel was the hot tub, but it was unable to be used 2/3 days of our stay. The cleanliness of the room was OK, but the upholstery of the chair was deeply stained and when we moved the chair there was dirt and crackers underneath. All in all this wasn't a pleasant stay and we won't choose this hotel again.

- 2/5
Honestly not a good hotel. Needs so much work done. The staff are kind but nothing in my room worked and the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart from me just laying down or rolling over. Will spend an extra $30 a night to go elsewhere.
- 3/5
Rooms need cleaning, shower needs scrubbing.
- 4/5
The bathroom needed to be swept. The sheets had burn holes in them. Some repairs and replacements are needed at this hotel but overall I give it a 4/5 stars
- 4/5
Great value. Clean rooms, breakfast
- 4/5
Exhaust fan in the bathroom was too loud.
- 3/5
Bare minimum for breakfast. Room floor needs some sweeping. Had to tighten the toilet seat. Hold for 10 seconds to get a full flush and fill. Pool area smelled like expired cheese. Someone next hotel over decided to set off the fire alarm and sent over GPD and WMFD at 5 AM. Wished the AC unit could keep the fan going at least to drown the outside noise.
- 2/5
Room was not the cleanest floors needed to be mopped. Lock on door did not work, door frame was damaged when door was closed you could see
- 3/5
There were many long strands of hair in the bathroom and main room. Apparently no sweeping or vacuuming done
- 5/5
Very nice

The toilet had water leaking from the tank. Hair on the toilet paper roll and toilet paper shaped rose. The bed was comfortable.

Hot tub was ho, but the jets did not work. So it was basically a bathtub I told the clerk at the front desk and she said she would let maintenance know. I tried every day, and it never did work

Leaking shower faucet, broken elevator, and we didn’t get maid service. Won’t be staying there again
- 2/5
Everyone was nice, but the continental breakfast was atrocious. How do you screw up turkey bacon? It literally looked like shoe leather and it tasted like cardboard. The eggs were brown as well. This is a really old hotel, the elevator is kind of scary, and everything smells musty. My room was clean though.

Convenient to Golden
- 5/5
The staff is excellent. For the lower hotel price, breakfast is adequate. Would prefer real bacon, and maybe a little more variety; i.e, fruit, ham. All in all, this place is reasonable priced, clean, free breakfast.
- 2/5
Great location. Old. Not professional managed.
- 5/5
In summary, if you're looking to get something that delivers the basics of a decent sized and clean room with a good bed for a very modest price, I strongly recommend this place.
- 4/5
Credit Card as the only option to pay is certainly not customer friendly.
- 5/5
Friendly housekeeping staff
- 5/5
Very impressive for the price! Breakfast was great. Our room was clean. Staff were polite. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Good accomidations
- 1/5
Not the worst place ive stayed, however the elevator was very sketchy the buttons did not light up and the panel was loose it also opened super slow and made lots of noises sounding like it was strained. Halls needed a coat of paint and some cleaning. Room itself was not bad. Only real light was in the bathroom rest of the room was one single lamp. Then ac creeked all night and the pillows are flat after a hour.
- 1/5
There are numerous signs in the parking lot about break-ins, there is a horrible smell to the property, and dirty.
- 3/5
The staff was nice. Breakfast was so-so - no fruit, limited juice. Did not eat there 2nd night. The pool area was not clean nor could you find anywhere to run the jets for the hot tub. No one was using it. Asked for a room to be reserved for another family member - gave them another room on another floor.
- 2/5
The room had multiple holes and wasn't very clean one of the tables in room had a broken leg there also want a do not disturb sign the facility itself wasn't very clean and the front desk wasn't always there and didn't have a way to page then before checking in I called 3 times before they answered the area around didn't seem very safe
- 1/5
This hotel is completely runned down the pool area reeks it smells like a fish market the room was ok the bed sheets had stains thecpull out mattress you can tell the sheets had stains there was dead moths all over the floor
- 1/5
Never booking this place again. Never using Expedia app too..
- 3/5
I liked the general location. I did not like the noise & rundown condition of the property.
- 3/5
It was a okay stay. We just stayed one night. The property is not well maintained. Our door had about an inch from the door to the door frame. As I told my son you could throw a cat through it. Therefore, the door barely latched and I did not feel secure. Also there was a car whose car alarm was going off from time to time throughout the night and the cooling unit did not work as it should. The beds were clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Not impressed with with the person for checking in, harrassment that my aunt and her 14 year old grand daughter claiming i booked the room for the 14 year old and she needed an id when i stated that her grandmother whos name was listed first and her 14 year old grand daughter were staying in the room, she proceeded on to tell me not to list the people next time when it was asked whom was staying in the room, i have stayed at several Quality Inns and eill never stay at another nor will i book rooms for my family at another.
- 1/5
The hotel property might be more adequate for an hourly rental, I can’t describe anything that wasn’t broken , doors lights, carpet missing, holes in the walls main doors busted in half. What a horrible experience and of course no refund! Ha you go ahead and keep it , maybe fix some of your junk!!! WORTHLESS!
- 2/5
I found the hotel to be very rundown, and neglected. The hallways were dingy and marked up, and needed painting. The bathtub had dirty footprints in it, and the ceiling above it had obviously had a leak and was sagging and had holes drilled in it. That room should never have been rented out in that condition.
- 3/5
Denver is VERY sketchy and the roads are awful-poorly maintained..lots of bumps and potholes. This was one of the few hotels that didn't have homeless and human feces in the parking areas per reviews. We paid about double for this hotel compared to any other place in the country. Our 2nd floor window had a bullet hole. Overall it was average in cleanliness and comfort. Someone messed with out motorcycle in the parking lot. The only button that works without the ignition on, let air outvof our seats...all the air was out-only time that happened on our trip. Once you get outside of Denver, the scenery, etc was gorgeous.
- 3/5
It's hot tub. Jets are not working. They need to either put a note up at the front desk so you're aware a time of check-in or note on the door going into the swimming pool room. This is an older hotel but it was clean and it served our need for one night
- 3/5
I came in late 10:30. The lobby was very tired looking and had a smell. The clerk told me no places open to get food. I looked at their vending machines--not a lot of choices. I crossed the lot and used the other hotels vending machines (they were very, nice and friendly). Surfaces in room were not clean, grout in shower was for the most part okay. At least the floors in the rooms were not carpet. The elevator was horrible--I was afraid the doors were not going to open. The morning breakfast was okay--only protein was yogurt. They did have a waffle maker. I knew I was only staying to sleep--not an extended stay.
- 1/5
The property is seedy, the customer service are unfriendly and rude, and many things were messed up with our room including no plug for the bathtub and curtains that don’t close.
- 4/5
Under-bed metal pedestal is horrible! Coffee was great! Breakfast definitely lacking and they ran out before time! Staff was friendly room was clean
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, basic but sufficient breakfast, clean
- 1/5
Didn't stay here and didn't cancel because they wouldn't give me a refund. Probably won't book this hotel chain anymore.
- 3/5
The hotel room was okay. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. The room was clean but the bathroom was kind of dirty. Our a/c made a super weird loud noise occasionally and I kept having to take off the back of the toilet because something was getting stuck and it wouldn’t flush. The staff wasn’t rude but they also weren’t very friendly. We stayed 2 nights. There was no do not disturb tag to hang on the door which I found odd. I know this seems weird to mention but someone knocked on our door to ask if we wanted clean towels and if we needed to throw away trash. He knocked and before I could even say anything was entering our room. It was super uncomfortable. Luckily we weren’t changing or in the shower but it was super odd and made us feel a little uneasy. He apologized and was nice but it didn’t make it less weird. The hallways and lobby were very run down. The rooms were okay though. We were going to a concert at Red Rocks and the location was very convenient.

Building is old with needed repairs. Checked in and they gave us either a recently checked out room or gave us someone else’s room that was still checked in. They immediately got a new room when we went back to the desk. Light from the hall could be seen through gaps around the door, it was late, we were exhausted! Could have been w!!!
- 4/5
The room and facilities were very clean. The receptionist for check in was aloof. Not friendly. The beds were uncomfortable. We did not sleep well.
- 5/5
No noise hardly at all
- 3/5
The gym that they advertise has no weights
- 2/5
No A/C because it wasn’t plugged in and had an European style plug in. Very clear they cut corners and run the place just good enough to keep business. We stayed for a red rocks concert and was the cheapest option but I’ve stayed in 40 dollar motels with A/C.
- 1/5
Thanks
- 1/5
We didn’t want to eat the breakfast due to the unclean facilities and unpleasant atmosphere. The property management does not seam to care about the aesthetic and cleanliness of their building. The elevator appears to be pit where a room used to be since the metal door was still present. The carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. The paint in the bathroom from the ceiling was splattered down the side of the walls that was obvious that no one cared how it looked.
- 3/5
The positive is the hotel is very close to Red Rocks if you are seeing a show and a good location if you are visiting various places in CO. There were no bugs and it was fairly quiet. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out! The property could use a couple upgrades such as new carpeting in the hallways. I had to ask for extra towels. I don't think housekeeping came in once while I stayed there. The continental breakfast is very basic. For the price, the property was decent.
- 1/5
The property is in desperate need of a remodel! The so-called breakfast was plastic, not food. Most items were gone by 8am. I checked out a day early for medical emergency. Asked for a one night refund - never heard back. Would not recommend!
- 4/5
Don't like any hotel were the reservations hides behind glass makes me wonder.
- 2/5
Hallways needed to be vacuumed. The free breakfast was awful. Something that looked like bacon but it was not. And powdered eggs shaped in circles...not appetizing at all- very disappointed in that.
- 4/5
The shuttle service advertised to the venue was amazing. A little hard to communicate with but they dropped us off and picked us up at the front entrance. We would stay here again.
- 3/5
The property was overall worn and not updated. Sloppy paint and caulking in baths and main bedroom area. Our sink did not drain properly which made it difficult to brush teeth or shave in. The bed was comfy and the staff overall helpful but not very happy. The breakfast was adequate, coffee very good. Pool area had a terrible aroma. Great location made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. Very good price made it all tolerable.
- 1/5
The night clears accommodated us by giving us another room, it was clean, but made you question if the sheets were even changed in that place….
- 1/5
Staff was rude when checking in. Placed a hold on my card over what the deposit was supposed to be. And you took my deposit when the room was already in terrible condition
- 3/5
The front desk staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable, I checked them thoroughly and didn't notice any critters. However, there was half a case of beer left in our fridge and a sticky spot on the counter. The rest of the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was very unappealing. We ended up going to Chick-fil-A down the road. I would not stay here again, especially for $150/night.
- 5/5
Nice people
- 3/5
It was a very good central location. Close to food, shopping, and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and helpful when directly asked for something but if not asked nothing was done in room. Upstairs neighbors were so loud all day and evening that we left a day early.
- 3/5
The light switch plate was broken and only had one screw holding it in place, it was dirty and cracked. There was blood on the wall by the bed, and I had spiders on the floor. Repairs and updates were not professionally done (tile near the tub was held in place by a gob of silicone).
- 4/5
Overall, it was a decent place for the price. It was clean and comfortable, but could use some updating. The location was a little difficult and confusing to access from the south. I had to go further up the street and turn around. I think there was an access but it was difficult to see.
- 4/5
The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in a little bit early even. The hotel was good. It seems like it’s an older place that has had some average cosmetic updates. We did not eat breakfast there so I can’t speak to that. The bed was very comfortable. The location is conveniently located right off the highway and close to downtown. We were able to Uber downtown for about $20 (off peak of course).
- 5/5
Chaeck in went smoothly. The hotel manager was friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again. I recommend this property.
- 4/5
The place didn't look to nice on the outside, but the room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
We had reserved and paid for a room with two beds, as we had a group of three adults traveling. When we arrived, the hotel had been fully booked and we were given a room with only one bed and the worst stained pullout couch that was horribly uncomfortable. The tv was also broken and everything smelled like cigarettes and sewage. The front desk folks were kind and apologetic, but this establishment was just plain bad.
- 3/5
Property looks like it is on the downhill slide. Needs some upkeep and maintenance. Desk clerk was kind of rude.
- 4/5
my stay was okay but lack of communication with house keeping they didn’t speak English and they did not clean the room when I was there and I had to ask for towels
- 5/5
Great spot for Red Rocks. Lobby and halls aren’t great but rooms have been redone and are nice and spacious
- 3/5
Dirty. Stains on bed and on the walls and carpet in the hall way.
- 3/5
Carpet filthy in hallway but the room was clean maid very nice
- 3/5
Shower water pressure was very low. Cleanliness was somewhat disappointing, mostly the bathroom and likely due to the age of the bathroom/tub/shower.
- 2/5
The hotel needs updated. The tile in the bathroom was just crumbling.
- 3/5
Nice motel but the turn into the property is easily missed. Better signage before the turn is needed.
- 3/5
The property is in need of renovations.

The name "quality" should not be associated with this hotel. The door to my room would not close unless you pulled/pushed very hard. The door in the side of the hotel would not close and latch at all. As there were a few homeless people in the area this made me very uncomfortable.
- 2/5
Place is a dump
- 1/5
Very dirty, put me on third floor & no elevator! Felt unsafe! Person took my ID & forgot to give back to me, but waited over an hour before they called to let me know. Would never recommend this facility!
- 4/5
Elevator down, toilet seat loose. People very nice.
- 4/5
Room was clean, not a bad area, reasonable price, i thought the breakfast could've been better but they do povide one so that is nice, i would come back if i ever found myself needing to be in the lakewood area
- 4/5
Flowers out front very welcoming. Great shower (rod needed fixing), good bed & pillows, good coffee. Were some cleaning and maintenance items but staff very pleasant & helpful. We enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
For the price, can’t complain
- 2/5
We were in the room across from the pool and the noise continued past quiet hours. There were stains on the bed and water coming through the floor in one spot and the carpet outside the room smelled awful. The redeeming qualities were an okay breakfast and relatively friendly staff, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
The air conditioner was loud and the bathroom needed some TLC. Getting older I guess.
- 5/5
It was awesome friendly staff
- 3/5
Rooms need upgrades and the breakfast is terrible staff was very nice a lot of homeless around the hotel
- 1/5
Filthy. Everything smelled like rotting dairy!!?! and cigarettes. Like, a “hold your breath in the hallway or risk vomiting” kind of smell. The hot tub was so disgusting, it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time- it’s gonna give people infections. The property itself was really old and kind of falling apart. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were kind. Very very lumpy old pillows and thin sheets, but I believe the beds were clean.
- 3/5
Downstairs by the elevator stunk real bad. The breakfast was not that great there.
- 1/5
I’m going to need a full refund of this booking. This was not a hotel for families, we did not feel particularly safe, the first floor reeked of vomit, and our room was not clean. We left immediately after arriving and never turned back.
- 3/5
Nothing to say really.
- 2/5
We had a horrible stay our first night through Expedia in Westminster when we called the quality Inn to see if they could take us an extra night because we needed a place to stay from a dirty hotel. We were told they had no rooms. We then looked at all of the reviews for the quality Inn, and when we started to see things like the Hotel, smells like a sewer the rooms smell like a sewer there’s hair and dirty sheets in the rooms, we decided that we would cancel our reservation right then and there and not put ourselves through another few days of being in a dirty hotel we saw that they charged us for one night stay on the 17th and that was paid through my credit card. It was an awful experience not sure that we’ll go this route in the future.
- 4/5
Comfortable beds. Older building but okay. Needs updating including carpets

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
- 2/5
This hotel was close to our venue and affordable, but only three stars. I have learned my lesson, I will never stay in a Quality Inn again and if a hotel has 3 stars or below, that does not mean average, but ghetto.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating , when we had an issue

our room experienced a leak in the roof that flooded the bathroom. the breakfast option was minimal and the service was alright. they were out of many products as well

It was nice

Facility needs a lot of work

We had leave after the FIRST night. The roomed smelled terrible, there was a vent cover missing in the bathroom and exposed wires and dust. Breakfast was a joke. Homeless, drug dealing outside the doors. HORRIBLE

Hotel conditions were horrible. Dirty worn carpets in hallways. Pool murky green with dirty deck. Room smelled like smoke and smoke detector covered with plastic. Toilet didn’t work. We checked out in 30 minutes and found another place to stay

Our first impressions didn't go well as we waited 30 minutes for anyone to be at the front desk. She was cleaning rooms to help housekeeping, and trust me, they needed the help. Our refrigerator had food in it and food spilled in it. It hadn't been swept, let alone mopped and the floor was sticky. The bathroom door wouldn't latch and the shelf above the toilet was hanging on by 1 screw. There were several holes in the walls and the bathtub was in dire need of replacement. It did have good water pressure though. Breakfast was ok, but there didn't seem to be anyone restocking food. We will not stay here again.

Breakfast food was cold Sink drained slowly Chair belonged in the trash This place should not be in operation. Needs a major overhaul
- 2/5
Fridge didn't work. Room phone not connected. Curtains didn't block lights completely. Hall floors needed vacuuming. Carpet in halls was in poor condition. Showerhead needed repair. Kitchen was unattended on Friday (messy, not stocked). So yeah, not too happy.

Place is dirty, room / hotel needs repair work
- 3/5
Room was decent. Bed sucked. Didn’t realize for dirty the floor was till I showered then wiped up the drips and the towel turned brown…. Pool was gross and had a film. But it was cheap and last minute available

Cleanliness is definitely a 0 (carpet in the hallways was dark green and not vacuumed and had stains everywhere(carpet on 2nd floor outside elevator was ripped and replaced so poorly) in the hot tub and pool area walls were disgusting and the tiles around the pool and hot tub were nasty definitely needed to be bleached, jets to the hot tub doesn’t work, pool looks like a very thick film on the top) the rooms a/c didn’t work, woke up multiple times dying of heat and couldn’t use the a/c or fan, room had a strong mildew smell. Beds made a sound of like rice mixed in a cup when you moved. Overall eating is a 0000000000000.000000000. Would not recommend. I would consider condemning.

My room was at the end of the hall by the outside entrance. Every time someone came in, the door slammed shut and shook my whole room.

I've been staying here for the last five weeks or so 5 nights at a time for work... I have yet to find anything even comparable as far as quality price and comfort... I will continue to stay here weekly until I move to the city.

Curtains were extremely dirty, looked like they haven’t been washed in like an eternity; carpet and floors were dirty and smelly; the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned, it had ants and later on the ants were in the room too; the worst part was the hot tub, the water was like cloudy and smelly, I couldn’t even see my feet through the water, the pool wasn’t that bad, although the floor of it didn’t feel clean at all; I don’t even know how to begin with breakfast, I’m just gonna say that I have never tasted a bacon so plastic like. Expect nothing for what you’re paying, I’ve stayed in better places for so much less.

I've been staying here for roughly 6 weeks for work. Best budget friendly room I've had in the area. I have intentions of staying here every week until I'm able to move.

Have to start fixing the toilet and barh wasnt clean
- 5/5
The only reason i went there was the hot tub but ot was broken.
- 1/5
We did not stay because the room was not clean and the toilet did not flush
- 3/5
Carpet removed from room, replaced with laminate flooring, no area rugs. Different, but you could tell the floor was clean. Room was clean except for several hair strands in the bathtub. Hallway carpets were very dirty, no vacuuming or cleaning in recent days. There were signs of general maintenance work but not of a bldg-wide renovation effort.

I left something in my room. Ad I already checked out. And they let me back in the room to get the item out
