    Room smelled like fresh weed every day like it was coming in through the vents. Charged $8 per night to park in their parking lot and couldn’t even get a cup of coffee in the lobby. At this price per night you shouldn’t have to buy a cup of coffee for $5.

    Staff was professional, helpful and positive; which made for a good experience. Property was clean and well maintained. Free breakfast and free paining was a great amenity. There were a few minor downsides for me. I didn’t like that the bathroom was only half private. The toilet and shower had a privacy door, but the sink area was not private. This can make things awkward if you need privacy such as after a shower. Another issues I had, again minor, was the remote was not intuitive. Although instructions were provided, the remote used toggles, rather than up and down volume and channel buttons; and the toggles weren’t labeled as such. And my final downside is, there was no microwave. Again, minor inconveniences, but it would have made my stay even better.

    It was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though it’s an older property they have kept it well maintained. It’s a great spot to stay if you’re going to a red rocks concert! Only 14 minutes from Red Rocks and close to some great restaurants. They need to invest in some better towels and washcloths though because they are very thin and not real absorbent. Also the sheets were clean but had some small stains on them.

    Older propety needing some updates and door in room was lacking tje metal lockling mechanism Restaurant can take over 45 minutes to get food as one sweet and nice person was cooking, bartending, ordering ansd waiting tables. Overall, staff is very friendly, gym is nice.     Property is not as show in the photos. Property was very run-down, doesn't feel clean, room didn't even have a hairdryer. Front desk staff were nice but didn't speak very good English. Expedia said breakfast included but it's not. You must purchase breakfast from the janky "Starbucks" in the lobby -- would have been $60 for myself and my 2 kids to have some egg bites. Ridiculous. The 2 female staff members at the Starbucks were also rude and acted like we inconvenienced them. Definitely will never stay here again.

    We had a handicapped room for my son. Beds were low and easily able to get on and off and were extremely soft! Room was spacious for wheel chair to get around. Breakfast was included in our price and was worth it from the little Bistro. Easy access to Dr office where we had a follow up appt. Several eateries and shopping close by.

    Room wasnt cleaned properly. There was trash behind the curtains. Dirty towel in the bathroom. Leftovers beer in the fridge. For a Marriott property we were suprised to see all this when we checked in at 130am in the morning. Basically tired from traveling. Just felt that there was no choice but to sleep at that time of night.

    The staff were very polite and friendly. There was free wifi and plenty of easily accessible power outlets. The room had a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. The lighting was very poor. There was a desk lamp and two bedside lamps (one on each side), and the switches to turn the light on were black - against the black background of the lamp. It was a bit difficult to see how to turn them on. Housekeeping came only every other day, and I ran out of coffee and had to ask for more at the front desk.

    My wife and I had a 3 night stay over Thanksgiving weekend. It was a wonderful experience! The room was spacious and clean. The service was very good. The heater in the room kept the temperature quite comfortable but some might find the noise a little distracting. The view was nothing special but the window was large and let plenty of light in during the daytime and the blackout curtains kept it dark when it was time to retire. It was also quiet, no noise from any of the neighboring rooms. Just a short drive to Red Rocks and Golden. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Thanks!

    At 10:30 PM, I asked the front desk for Bonvoy welcome waters/snacks. I was told, “You booked through a third party. You don’t get that.” No effort, no courtesy. Then the TV didn’t work. I called for help. The night staff said, “I’m not maintenance.” No solution, just dismissal. She later offered to move me — odd, since I’d just been told the hotel was full. After calmly pressing for a working TV, she called the police. Officers arrived, quickly realized there was no issue, and left. No report filed. The next morning, I found hair in the shower. I showed the front desk. Apology, but no follow-up. Unprofessional, poorly managed, and way below Marriott standards.

    Room was clean and the staff was helpful. We encountered a loud neighbor around 1:45am to 3am and we had an early morning flight so after an hour I called the front desk to report them and she took care of the situation right away. I wished I would have called down sooner. We were very appreciative she resolved the situation.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. We had a very late check in and they had the pack n play ready in the room which made the process so much smoother. The staff welcomed us every time we came in and out. The room was clean and had a very comfortable sleeper sofa and a beautiful Mountain View. We would easily choose to stay there again.

    Fitness center is severely lacking equipment. If you like to work out on business trips this is not the place for you. Staff was great and helpful. Walls are very thin and noises from other rooms and their plumbing can be heard at all times. Thermostats in rooms are not working properly.

    One of the best we have stayed in. Kelly on reception was so helpful explaining where to go and went best to do it and even on the cog train to sit on the left for the best views. We also appreciated the free coffee throughout the day especially early morning.The breakfast was also excellent. We have no complaints and would thoroughly recommend it

    Staff said rooms cleaned every 2 days as Marriott policy. Never heard that one before and certainly doesn’t apply in UK. So challenged them why wasn’t cleaned the third day. Staff just lied and said they had asked if we wanted it cleaning but they never did. On the plus side food was good

    When we got to the room all was good, the room was clean. When we got a better look at the room they had paint peeling in the bath tub. The tub had been painted and the paint was peeling, and the air conditioner was noisy. In the morring one of the staff wearing a suit thaught it was a good idea to place his 1 gallon jug of water on a shelf in plain site. We had breakfast the 2 days we were there and everyone in the Bistro were very professional and the food was very good.

    This is a good location. However the rooms leave a lot to be desired. I had booked a larger room with a sofa and instead they gave me smaller room with no eating area and very small, no balcony like it stated in room I selected. When I told them I had the wrong room I was told since I had booked through Expedia there was no guarantee of which room I recievd and would have to call them which I did and they confirmed I should have the bigger room per my booking.The staff were unwilling to help with this. The front desk was never helpful. They had a bar which had ice but the front desk people could not be accommodating to just get me some. Even when they had two attendants and weren't busy. Told to go to second floor ice machine. The only person who was helpful with anything such as new towels, trash bags, coffee was a gentleman named Tommy when I would see him and maids were no where to be seen. Otherwise my requests were ignored by the front desk

    Could hear people stomping above us but I’m sure that’s normal because most of the time very quiet a lot of homeless around the area but I think that’s a Colorado problem. At night when they would walk by our sliding door it was a little sketchy. The beds could definitely be improved and the condom wrappers I found in the couch were a little disgusting. Had to pay extra for everything. The best part of the hotel is the nice staff. Was told that the stay included breakfast but that was not true. Like I said everything costs extra except the condom wrappers. You get that for free.

    We've stayed at this property several times and always enjoy it. It has a very convenient location if you're going to Red Rocks or want to shop at Colorado Mills. Hotel is updated, staff are always friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We will be back!

    The kind and welcoming staff were what made the stay great! In the room, when I took the towel off the bar in the bathroom, the bar came off, it was cheap. The curtains were hanging off the hooks but we couldn’t fix it. If the staff wouldn’t have been so friendly, these things would have been annoying but instead, just things to fix.

    Not impressed with this Courtyard Marriott. Had to pay to park and no free breakfast…not even coffee in the lobby. The door lock mechanism on our room quit working and a water pipe in the ceiling of our hallway burst and just had a bucket under it. No one was tending to the leak or cleaning up the water on the tile floor which we had to walk through to get out. Also the room layout was less than ideal. There was no door on the sink/vanity area and no mirror in the closed-off toilet/shower area. There was no way for me to get up and get ready while I let my husband sleep. As soon as I turned on the vanity light, he was awake. The staff was friendly, our room was clean, and the location was convenient but probably won’t stay there again.

    Overall, this was a great hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the area felt safe. Breakfast was not included, but could be added on. The only negative was the pool was located in an adjacent hotel. The evening was chilly and windy, so we did not feel like walking outside to get to it. We would stay here again if in the area.

    To which I politely responded, that’s no problem ma’am just whenever you are able to I’m just here to check in. She rolled her eyes, snatched my ID out of my hand and begin frivolously typing and banging the keyboard as if that ordeal was not enough when I was paying the security deposit with a physical debit card, she told me that my credit my debit card was not allowed. She could not adequately. Give me a reason why and it is the exact same card. I have used at this exact same location for over a year now every week I pass through here between job sites in different parts of the state and I’m usually too tired to bake the drive in one night. She then proceeded to ask me what my problem was and why I had been giving her attitude to which I replied ma’am, since the second I walked in, you have been the one giving me the attitude.     We did ask for an early check in as we arrived 30 min before 3pm. Front desk was accommodating and said a room is ready but has just a few less square feet but really is not a big loss compared to a room we would wait 30 min for. Well the room was a lot smaller. We dealt with it. The add on Hotels.com showed pic with a balcony and love seat/sofa. Our Son arrived at 3:30pm and received a room with no sofa or balcony. If the add shows those options for the room available then that is what is expected. Shower size was horrible. Very clean and new but hard to shower in as the width didn’t give enough room. Hit my head on the shelf!!

    Love this hotel, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and the location is convenient as a stopping point on way to skiing. There are restaurants and a super Target nearby making it the perfect location for us. They also have Starbucks coffee to get the morning going. We stay here every Spring Break and have always had excellent service.

    These employees are phenomenal, helpful, sweet. there are always nice employees but the chances of every single encounter being with the friendliest person was wonderful. From the cleaning staff, to the breakfast chef and Starbucks worker to the front desk in the evening and Khloe in the morning. 10/10 recommend

    Room was clean. It was noicy and sound insulation is not good. There was screming and singing arround midnight. Brekfast was served from 7am and we were at bar exactly at 7. We get our brekfast at 7:40am.
