This is an old hotel, but well maintained. There was good variety in the breakfast.
- 4/5
Overall the hotel was good but certain areas could use a little attention. The hallway walls near our room are very banged up and have scrapes all over them (probably from housekeeping carts). There are large bleach spots on the carpet near our room. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and had some variety to choose from.

Clean rooms and great service! Will be staying again

Rooms were clean, full breakfast buffet. Pool and hot tub were just right not to many people. Staff were very helpful.
- 4/5
Location is perfect! Ten minute walk to most targeted activities and restaurants which was perfect! The staff is lovely and very helpful. The rooms are well kept and clean, but further renovations would greatly help the property.

I stayed 1 week. Was gone for day 3&4 and no housekeeping services were attempted while I was gone. The hotel kept charging my cc 0.1 cent repeatedly and my employer pays for my lodging so ended up locking my cc because of these charges as they looked suspicious. Front desk was barely any help. Then checked out and got charged again 0.1 cent a whole day after check out.
- 5/5
Rooms were updated and nice even though the property is a bit older. Nice staff. Decent breakfast.
- 5/5
I loved it
- 0.5/5
Nothing everything was terrible The room was super dirty when we walked in, the floors turn the towels black, nothing was clean and the beds were super uncomfortable
- 5/5
Travel With a friend. Great location!
- 4/5
This is one of the more reasonable hotels in Glenwood to stay at. The rooms and free breakfast are decent. It's dated but a good price. We often stay here when visiting and have never had any complaints.
- 3/5
The room itself was perfectly comfortable and the staff was very kind. They had a travel crib ready for us when we checked in. Overall, it was fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer.
- 5/5
All good. Clean quiet, helpful staff.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Super loud neighbors and thin walls. The staff wouldn't help with it
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Did a last minute reservation & i loved the room, used their laundry & dryer & had their breakfast which were all really good. It was so convenient & great walking distance from everything we did for the weekend. Definitely will be back for our next stay in Glennwood!
- 3/5
Hot tub was annoying because of location and was small. Rooms out of date even though they tried to do upgrades.
- 5/5
Within walking distance of the Glenwood Springs spa and downtown, very clean, comfortable.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff very helpful. Enjoy our stay will continue coming. That’s our second time we stay there.
- 4/5
Great location to access downtown and the spas. The suite room was spacious with decent amenities. Lighting was poor. Bathroom was as updated. Highway 70 can be heard at night.

- 5/5
I personally can not stand all the pets allowed EVERYWHERE in the hotel!!!
- 3/5
The lobby is nice with its ongoing fireplace and 24/7 hot coffee options. The staff was great and the breakfast was also good but the room, pool area done hallways were very poorly maintained. Our room had fraying carpet, the bathroom as in need of better quality repairs like the caulking job was sloppy, the shower head leaked and none of the settings worked. the fridge didn't get cold and the entry room door didn't self close. We were just passing through on a very long road trip, too exhausted to complain or switch rooms so we just delt with the conditions but I wouldn't stay here again. I will say the town is very cute and there's so many great sites and activities within walking distance so that was wonderful.
- 5/5
The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the hot springs and other restaurants.
- 4/5
The place looked like it was recently renovated but you can tell the place needed more than just paint to cover up the fact the place had some good days.
- 4/5
Proximity to downtown Glenwood Springs, breakfast that was included (a variety of hot food, not just the typical bagel and fruit basket) and the spacious suite. The place looked like it was recently renovated but you can tell the place needed more than just paint to cover up the fact the place had some good days.
- 5/5
Room was clean I think. Lighting was insufficient. Bed was awful. Worn out, I clung to the edge for a flat surface. The shower was #2 on our all time worst list. Took about 12 minutes to get hot water after running the shower and the sink faucet to purge the system of cold water. Then when there was finally warm water, you are left with less than 2’ of space (about 21” maybe) in the stream of water to wash and rinse yourself. Step out of the water, lather, step into the water, rinse (partially) step out of the water, turn around, step back into the water, rinse some more. Why? The shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers are in the way. AND, the shower doors are backwards - installed incorrectly. Add to all this, the very poor tile installation job on the floor and I was left with the feeling the owners do not care. Finally, as I’m seeing in all LaQuinta properties, the solid flooring makes the guest rooms an uncomfortable echo chamber. Speech (other gusts or the tv) is difficult to understand due to this echo effect. Who are you hiring as designers and/or remodelers? I recommend you pay closer attention! Piss poor installation of quality materials make the room look cheap. And the final straw was the facility is not sufficiently built to handle the job of being a motel. Elevators (one at each opposite end of the motel) took an eternity to arrive. Blind father had troubl

The location is good and check in was smooth and fast. The place is dirty. The halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days or weeks, the elevator was dirty and buttons didn't all seem to work. The room was cleaner but some pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. A/C smelled a bit. I generally like La Quinta but I'll be staying away from this location.

Nice stay, with a fair price and good breakfast. Very close to the city attractions.
- 5/5
Absolutely love this place! Clean and well kept with warm helpful staff. The full breakfast buffet was delicious and hot. I fell in love with this hotel and the city of Glenwood!
- 5/5
Great breakfast! Walking distance to hot springs

Clean Always have trouble getting receipt
- 3/5
My husband and I stayed for one night- room 350 the towels and bed linen were clean, but the bathroom fan and the areas behind the door were quite dirty, and the bathtub also needed attention. Also, bathtub was very slippery.
- 3/5
Just ok mid type hotel. Nothing special.
- 3.5/5
Clean Always have trouble getting receipt
- 1/5
Hotel was run down . When there was an over 6 hour power outage they did nothing to help guests. We eventually left as there was no information about power outage. I had to go into dark basement to get my wet wash out before we left. They did nothing offer any kind of assistance, credit or refund for the inconvenience would not recommend for many reasons
- 5/5
Staff where great, parking easy, room was amazing, views from room where incredibly and the pool and hot tubs where excellent.
- 5/5
Clean room and staff was great. Only complaint is the shower floor is very slick.
- 4/5
Comfortable bed and decent breakfast.
- 4/5
Breakfast was the best We only had a few channels to watch. No local news or any sports. We did not like this at all.

- 5/5
Perfect room and location. Friendly staff, easy parking and varied breakfast. Lovely hotel
- 4/5
Clean room wonderful staff great breakfast
- 4/5
That is the only thing that would keep me from coming back. Maybe a sign at the front desk would help.
- 5/5
Very clean & good breakfast
- 3/5
The tub was extremely dangerous and slick to step into . You need anti slip mats on the bottom to prevent injuries!
- 4/5
Great location, comfortable beds, and good shower. Only negative was no hot water for tea and cold coffee at 8:30 in the morning.
- 4/5
The breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and cozy. Only thing off was that the shower was barely hot which wasn't ideal after working outside all day. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Muy bueno
- 1/5
No sleep- homeless groups all around area of property. Upon arrival- police were checking in person to sleep it off. In 12 hours of staying here other guests admitted addiction problems or had police called on them. Large biker gang Had police come and assist sweet lady at front desk and removed unruly people at 2:30 in morning. Unsafe feeling, loud. No sleep
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Location is good.
- 4/5
Breakfast was nice. Convenient location, walkable to some restaurants (although we did have a car).
- 5/5
Recently I have been very disappointed by hotels I have stayed at but my stay at La Quinta was amazing. I checked in pretty late around 10 pm and staff were still energetic, happy and engaging. They didn't make me feel like a burden for checking in so late which I have felt at other hotels. The room was a decent size and actually had a desk, chair for lounging and a comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast was what I remember from hotels as a kid- freshly cooked eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy plus a waffle maker and a selection of pastries. This stay has made me want to seek out La Quintas for future trips.
- 2/5
We've stayed here in the past and it's been great, the best breakfast around. This time however my credit card was charged $54 the day after we checked out. I called the front desk and they had no record of the charge. I sent an email inquiry and no response. Won't be staying here again.
- 5/5
Thumbs up
- 4/5
Location is fine, took us a bit to find tho. Facility was clean and welcoming.
- 1/5
Our room was next to an exit/elevator. We did not get any sleep because there is no sound insulation between the room and the outside. Constantly felt like the door was open.
- 5/5
Rooms were great. Mattress provided a great night sleep
- 5/5
Family of 5 (no toddlers/babies). Not the first time we stayed here, it is a good place to stay. The room was spacious for our family and the kids enjoyed the pool.
- 5/5
Great staff who is helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. The green chile with eggs is excellent. Great place to stay!
- 5/5
it was nice place to stay. Restaurants and local stores are close to the Hotel.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, located very conveniently to many attractions. Great dining options within walking distance. Bedding is excellent, breakfast is ok.
- 5/5
Breakfast can be better
- 4/5
This is our second stay at this hotel. It has easy parking, although they say they charge for it, I'm not sure if they actually do? The breakfast is good, the staff is wonderful, it is a short walk to both hot springs in town and a pedestrian bridge walk away to downtown. It's right across from an amazing local bakery and a fun outdoor store. Truly has everything! It is an older Hotel and if you have loud neighbors you'll hear them through the walls and you'll hear slamming doors. One night we had this but the other two nights we didn't, so it really just depends on other people's Hotel etiquette. The beds were comfortable, the view was decent and the hotel had everything we needed for three nights. There is a random 5% Resort fee they are required to add now and Expedia doesn't list that anywhere. I spoke with the manager the morning we checked out who was extremely helpful and also said she'd been trying to work with Expedia to get that updated so it is reflected on expedia's website. The lobby is great to unwind in with a fireplace and lots of couches and pillows! Great place to stay!
- 3/5
Great location. Old facility but freshened rooms. Daily parking fees were annoying.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great and parking ok
- 4/5
Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was really good.
- 5/5
Our favorite place to stay in Glenwood Springs. Easy walk from the train station and downtown. Better than average hotel breakfast. Love it!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great breakfast and good location. I'll stay here again when I return to the area.
- 4/5
I like how clean the rooms are but the building needs a little bit of renovation
- 2/5
Toilet wouldn't flush. Called maintenance up twice. They said it was fixed but still wouldn't flush. Next morning (stayed 2 nights) we asked for a different room with a working toilet. They gave us keys to another room but when we went to move our things it was being painted. Took all day to get a different room with a working toilet and that didn't have fresh paint and the smell that goes with it.
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean and updated. Overall property is great. TV in our room didn't work so we went to front desk, the offered a credit or to change rooms. Was sad pool was closed until May.
- 2/5
They don’t have bell cards, which would be more helpful. The rooms are renovated, but old and I kept tripping from the carpeted area into the bathroom tile because it’s higher the faucet hits the mirror when you turn it on it’s right downtown so right by a lot of traffic where it’s very loud if you open your window and even if the window is closed, breakfast was OK would not stay here again
- 3/5
Thank you
- 4/5
Every thing was good, breakfast was great and staff was great. Only complaint I had was I was in 326 and up stairs there seemed to be a lot of what sounded like a chair scraping the floor as it was moved. Heard this almost every day I was there in the 4 days.
- 5/5
Hotel was perfectly fine. Somewhat updated rooms, parking was easy, breakfast was fresh, indoor pool was small though. Walking distance to gas station for snacks and a couple other food places.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good enough for the price.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
They are breakfast bar what’s one of the best I’ve had in a while. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
An older hotel but actually a very good value. The rooms are large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, better than most. I would stay again.
- 3/5
The bed and pillows were not comfortable. That was the worst part so sleep was poor. Also website and hotel staff never mentioned a parking fee for each night. $12 a night. But a 3 min walk to the springs and downtown was nice!
- 2/5
It’s not for steps??? Vanity chewed up by a dog. Breakfast terrible.
- 3/5
Staff is great. Breakfast is rally too too. Good location. Dog friendly however no area on premise for dog relief. I would suggest another hotel or accept “as is.”
- 1/5
Yo había pagado mediante la app y me indicaba que tendría parking incluido y cuando llegue según ellos no va incluido cuando la descripción lo dice muy claro parking gratis y me tocó pagar adicional
- 5/5
The breakfast was great to start off, the room was clean and the staff were friendly! And the location to the hot springs! Priceless! Great choice!
- 3/5
The usual instant scrambled eggs and butter flavored waffles. Ick.
- 5/5
More gluten free options and dairy free would be appreciated
- 5/5
The breakfast was amazing! The kitchen staff does take tips and they deserve them!! Amazing selection!!
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean. Will stay here again. 😀
- 5/5
Clean and friendly. Complete breakfast buffet!
- 5/5
Parking was easy and available The lounge is permanently closed
- 4/5
The staff is nice , great breakfast and well located.
- 4/5
The breakfast set up was great and plenty of seating, good food, tons of choices and clean
- 5/5
Great allocations with walking distance to the hot springs and the fun shopping area under the bridge.
- 2/5
Room was ok. Very loud - doors slamming, dogs barking, people running down the halls. Our room key needed to be reactivated 2 days in a row. Person at the desk never apologized. Breakfast was good but need more tables. Never was sent a receipt on check out, despite asking for one. Was charged $76 more than my Expedia receipt. They have not responded to my message asking what it was for.
- 5/5
We loved the proximity to hot springs and town as well as adventure park. Had our kids, dogs, and grandad. Great breakfast and staff was very friendly. Looking forward to next time here!
- 5/5
Will stay again.
- 5/5
This is my first time staying at this hotel and I was delighted. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly, always with a smile on their face. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is located very close to the hot springs, and above all, I want to mention their breakfast. I never have high expectations for any kind of continental breakfast at any hotel, but this one definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything tasted delicious and fresh. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for their kitchen team!
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly, was in a very good location, clean room.
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean and staff very friendly.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and very accomodating. Parking situation was a bit chaotic cause of spring breakers. There are some noticeable wear and tear on the building itself. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Love this place. Proximty to hot springs and walking distance to restaurant/downtown. And best breakfast buffet
- 2/5
Ok
- 2/5
Everything was pretty decent but it was 11pm and there was kids running the halls and slamming doors. There was no adults in the room with the kids. At one point I heard a parent come in and tell them to stop but nothing happened.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely accommodating, efficient, friendly!
- 5/5
Loved the breakfast options
- 5/5
The room was in perfect condition. We thought the entire property was well managed and cared for. We would stay there again. We appreciated the staff at the front desk, in the dining room and all those behind the scenes.
- 4/5
Nice place. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
This hotel deserves 5 starts. Very clean , modern and with a very good breakfast…

- 4/5
All good, the shower need new shower head
- 2/5
We couldn't control the thermostat! Not enough handicap parking! Breakfast menu--Great
- 4/5
Rooms are very clean, the area is nice & the staff is very helpful & friendly. The hallways throughout the hotel as well as the carpet throughout the hotel could use some updating but overall its a great hotel. I stayed here twice & I would stay again.
- 5/5
It was perfect for us
- 5/5
Nice accomodating property
- 5/5
Use trays for the breakfast buffet
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast area and options are amazing! My room was clean in a general sense but there were a few little things that could use attention...like the tub drain barely kept up with the shower, the tub faucet handle was loose and it didn't seem like it could be turned as hot as possible. I would stay here again, especially for a single night when passing thru the area.
- 5/5
It was overall a great experience
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Good breakfast spread.
- 4/5
Basic clean hotel
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to hot springs pool. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. Rooms were clean and well kept. Free hot breakfast was very good.
- 4/5
The best part of this hotel was the staff. The lady at the front desk was awesome and the girls stocking the complimentary breakfast did a great job. The worst part was the fact you have to pay $10 to park in the hotel lot, which is basically required.
- 3/5
But the main thing, they need new cleaning staff. Dirty in hallways and staircases. Cleaning staff walks by trash for two days and no one picks up. Trash everywhere in front of coffee station, no one cares, it’s in front of the front desk.
- 5/5
Muy cómodas las habitaciones y todo limpio
- 5/5
Great stay all around.
- 5/5
For an older hotel everything was very clean and well taken care of.
- 4/5
The room was pretty clean, we had a weird spot on our sheets. The hall by the elevator was not very clean. Other wise it was a great stay, the breakfast was good.
- 4/5
Was clean and nice!
- 5/5
Clean room, good free breakfast
- 1/5
I stayed for 2 nights and both mornings of my stay the staff started vacuuming the hallways at 9am. I work late evenings and sleep in late and both mornings I was brutally woken with the loud vacuum and the vacuum hitting my door:(
- 5/5
Great experience. Was not planning on staying here, but had car trouble. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast area was huge. Good breakfast options as well.I definitely would stay here again.
- 5/5
Angel and Diana were great! Workout room good Breakfast and breakfast area great
- 4/5
Clean room, ready early. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Great room it was clean . Great atmosphere and the people that worked there were so nice. I would recommend
- 5/5
Decent place to stop for the night with dogs.
- 2/5
Don’t believe Expedia all in pricing. I was charged an extra $68 in fees, taxes and parking. The parking fee was the most outrageous. There is plenty of parking in the area and it was not optional. The hot tub and pool are small and disappointing. The breakfast was pretty good.
- 3/5
The walls were not soundproof and the people next to us were up at 5 am and it was like they were in our room.
- 5/5
So friendly, clean, have pool , Hot tub
- 5/5
Very clean, super friendly staff.
- 5/5
Room very clean! Bed comfortable, staff helpful and friendly, and nice breakfast.😃 We plan to stay here again.
- 5/5
This was a nice hotel and the breakfast was amazing
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room and great breakfast.
- 5/5
Dyanana was awesome.
- 3/5
Filing nails while interacting with guests not a good look. Also, requested late check out the night before, and was told I had to follow up with the morning staff and they do not communicate wiuth one another. Defeats the entire purpose of sleeping in if I have to wake up to call the front desk. Can't put it in the notes??
- 2/5
There were people partying and slamming the door to the starewell until 3am. Then at 4am people started slamming the door to leave the hotel. Dont let them put you by the stairs!
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
Ok
- 5/5
Every time we come back staff is great food is good
- 5/5
Nice rooms, great breakfast!
- 2/5
Pool and hot tub not available. Breakfast missing or out of key items, hotel badly needs updates, noisy rooms (can hear people next door clearly). Not a restful stay. Will look elsewhere next time.
- 4/5
NA
- 3/5
The room was nice ; however the shower water was cold and they had to switch our room .
- 5/5
Beautiful breakfast spread. Everything was very clean. Stunning display. Definitely had that wow factor
- 3/5
Rooms were decent But Parking is a hit or miss, parking lot usually always full really hard to find an open space.. It's very inconvenient if u get back late u will be left with nowhere to park!
- 1/5
Wrong email address. Please verify emails before sending bunch of emails about bookings and messages
- 4/5
Nice stay, clean room, good pet policy, free breakfast; only issue was the shower - essentially no hot water (and we were in the same room on two separate occasions)
- 4/5
First off, the on-duty manager/front-desk clerks were OUTSTANDING in dealing with our issue, the first night was pretty awful - we were stuck in the very back corner room (138) with non-stop noise from 5 different sources - ice machine, elevator/stairs, traffic from the freeway, basement commercial laundry room - noise from machines & music. There were issues in with the bathroom itself - very loose large ceramic tile that literally moved when stepped on, and a faucet that was not completely operable due to it hitting the mirror. We had a 2-night reservation and decided in the morning that we did not want to bear a second night in that room. Angel got us a free 3rd night and upgraded us to a suite for nights 2 & 3 which were MUCH more pleasant. We were very happy with the solution, but feel that room shouldn't even be used by any guests.
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
The room was very clean and presentable. The morning breakfast was very good and great choices. Better than some restaurants.
- 3/5
The walls are thin and you can hear the room next doors tv clearly.
- 4/5
It was clean and the staff were nice, however don’t make the free breakfast part of your decision, it was not worth it. Overall good value.
- 2/5
People in the next room were yelling and slamming doors at night and early morning . Not enforcement of rules by staff . Got hit with charges never agreed to on expiada. Yah I know they have other fees but the ones they came up with I was never informed of . Room rate higher than agreed. Apon $10 . Parking fee ..never disclosed at booking ?
- 5/5
The best La Quinta I’ve stayed at! Felt like a nicer hotel brand, and great value. I’ll stay again for sure!
- 5/5
Nice clean room Good breakfast
- 1/5
The hotel needs maintenance. It doesn’t have a restaurant where you can have drinks or any meal.
- 4/5
Need more parking spaces
- 5/5
Staff is very helpful and friendly like always, my husband and I love to stay here for Christmas holidays we come here for a couple of years now and we had a great time skiing and soaking in the hot springs.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, this is my second time in this hotel. The first time everything was perfect but this time I stayed in a two queen bedroom and one of the bed was an old sagging mattress. I also have to pay $10 for parking.
- 4/5
Clean room, quite good breakfast,
- 4/5
Decent pet friendly place. Close to hit springs. Walls a little thin but got a decent nights sleep. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
Yes 👍 they’re very courteous and polite and helpful and the room was pretty nice and clean
- 4/5
This was a affordable and convenient location. Room were nice and the staff was kind and helpful.
- 2/5
There was some party happening in the hallway, a lot of people talking, laughing, slamming the doors and it went until the midnight. The hotel staff did not do anything. The walls are paper thin so we could hear every word and couldn’t sleep.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 4/5
The staff was super sweat and extremely helpful. We stayed in the suite with the kitchen. Wish there was a few more utensils for cooking and a fan for when you are using the stove top so it doesn't get smokey in the room when cooking. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

They have a tablet at the front desk. I walked in and started filling in the eletronic form. Then, a staff came in. Seemed to be on the phone with their earbud. They did something on the computer and then asked me for my id and credit card. I was clearly still working on the tablet without saying. I told them so and would give their my cards afterwards. They didn't say whether this form on the tablet is required or not, or they just need an ID and credit card like most hotels. They let me work on the tablet. After a minute, when I was clearly still working on the form, as I was looking over the information of the rental car from the key and typing slowly because it was hard to read, they interupted me again and asked for the same thing. I told them I needed a minute. After I got my key card and parking permit, they forgot to give me my id and credit card back. If they were distracted by a call or something else, they were not ready to check me in. Then, they shouldn't interupt me twice when I was clearly working on the table they provided for check in process in the first place.

Clean room, great breakfast.
- 5/5
Always a great stay! Awesome breakfast as well!
- 3/5
The rooms were nice, clean, and convient.... but someone had a dog that woke me and my kids up several times in the room across from us. Otherwise everything else was ok
- 3/5
The staff was not respectful. They lied and laughed behind customers back.
- 5/5
Was clean ,
- 3/5
Room could be cleaner. Staff was friendly. Bed could have more blankets. Elevator felt rickety like it was going to break. Nice breakfast options.
- 5/5
Clean & quiet.
- 5/5
Quiet room, constant fan mode really helps when you’re light sleeper. Great breakfast- comfortable beds. Unexpected $10 parking fee and a $5 tourist fee.
- 4/5
Fresh and hot food. Staff very friendly
- 4/5
Clean room. The staff were very nice and helpful. Good parking and walkable to downtown.
- 3/5
Staff was great. However facility was so loud and there didnt seem to be any privacy berween rooms.
- 5/5
Staff are fantastic, room was comfortable and clean. Only issue was due to per friendly there was several dog doos in the hallway and sidewalls.

Room was spotless, breakfast great large options, close to Glenwood hot spring pool.
- 5/5
The staff, Angel went above to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms for us and our two adult children.
- 1/5
This people told me that they were going to refund one night. And they just put excuses. Never refunded.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, breakfast was excellent.
- 5/5
Great Location, Breakfast is buffet style, great high-quality coffee. Angel is the Manager, and she provided an excellent experience, very kind and attentive. Highly recommended.
- 3/5
They overcharged me, but adjusted the charge when I brought it up to them.
- 5/5
Excelent service. Great staff. Geeat location
- 4/5
A bit annoyed that there was a parking fee. The room was a great size. Wish there were more usb ports
- 5/5
The breakfast was unique and delicious
- 4/5
Very nice staff, nearly perfect location, delicious breakfast(!!!). The rooms are definitely older, a no frills stay. But exactly what we needed.
- 4/5
You want to stay here for the breakfast!!! Older property, but well kept. Very friendly staff. Great room. Coffee and hot water available all day a plus..
- 5/5
Great rooms, wonderful and clean hotel! We loved the complimentary breakfast! Looking forward to staying here again! Thank you!
- 5/5
Helpful friendly staff. Nice breakfast
- 5/5
Pet friendly!
- 4/5

- 5/5
Perfect location to Iron Mountain hot pools. Rooms were comfy and spacious, staff was kind and very helpful with all inquiries.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff.
- 4/5
the hotel is clean and safe; it's in need of some remodeling like hallway wallpaper though the room's bathroom was more recently redone; it's a great location and the breakfast spread had offerings beyond a usual hotel breakfast at this level; there's an additional charge of $10 for parking that we didn't know about until check in
- 2/5
was full
- 3/5
You basically get what you paid for. We checked in and our first room had bugs in it, some in the beds, most in the window behind the curtains. They moved us to another room when I informed them about the bugs, and looks like it's normal.
- 5/5
Comfy bed nice hot shower restaurant within walking distance
- 4/5
Older hotel but clean. Great breakfast buffet. The staff is also very nice.
- 3/5
Room was great. Charged me a parking fee!!!! Not good!
- 5/5
Clean room. Attentive staff. Great location.
- 5/5
2 best things about this hotel- the manager and the breakfast. The manager went above and beyond. She was fabulous. I felt like she really wanted to help us and wanted us to be there. We felt welcome and like we were just old friends of hers. She's phenomenal, amazing, and incredible. And the breakfast? Glorious! Loads of food. Good food- not just microwaved breakfast. We loved it.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great too! I look forward to staying there again!
- 4/5
All was good except that we were in a room near the ice machine and it was noisy during the night, making it hard to sleep.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good; room was super clean, but very small.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and updated. Bathroom shower were clean with no stains, etc. New beds decor etc.
- 5/5
The Breakfast had many choices of hot and cold food. Coffee was delicious. Area was very clean and inviting.
- 4/5
My only complaint was the noisy location of my room. There was a loud noise going on somewhere in the vicinity which reminded me of an airplane engine. Next morning we identified it as the ice machine across the hall.
- 3/5
Menu was average, had to pay for parking and park in a different lot, not the hotel. 1st night there was a very annoying sound in our room and we got very little sleep. Our offer was to pack up all of our stuff, leave it in the office area, and they would hope to find us another room. We declined to move and the noise was gone for the remainder of our time. We only asked for clean towels but those didn’t arrive either.
- 4/5
Great service and clean. Beds are soft. Breakfast had great choices. Some hot breakfast items were barely warm, but cooked. I would stay again.

- 5/5
Cool employees including receptionists
- 4/5
Fine. Felt safe as a woman alone. The furnishings specifically the bathroom cabinetry was chipped and peeling but otherwise a fine place to stay.
- 5/5
Room, lobby and dining areas, services and food were all excellent. Property is directly adjacent to I-70, however I did not experience a noise problem (but I am deaf in one ear). Hot tub use was a little concerning since use of the jets caused water overflow out of the hot tub. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Very convenient location that was close to downtown.
- 5/5
The room is clean and large. The breakfast was superb but so many options. The pool and hot tub was clean. We had an over all good experience.
- 4/5
Rooms were good and staff friendly
- 4/5
My daughter and i were only there for 5 hours but the interaction at the front desk was very quick, efficient, and friendly even for it being so late at night and continental breakfast was very convenient and helpful to getting my daughter started on the right foot before her bike race.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel with good included breakfast. Short walk to Glenwood pool.
- 5/5
Very clean and pet friendly! The room was very comfortable, and close to downtown.
- 1/5
Their website says free parking, but they charge $15 for parking. They did not talk to us at check in other than to take a card to charge for parking. They did not tell us about any amenities like breakfast or the pool or anything. The images online look nice, but in person it looks like the owners slapped on a fresh coat of paint over a building in disrepair.

Overall great stay!
- 3/5
Great location
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
the parking was overflowed it was Sunday-Monday night though
- 2/5
Overpriced cheap hotel directly under the highway. This is a 2 star hotel.
- 3/5
This hotel could use an upgrade. If you book through Orbitz the hotel still tacks on a parking fee which was not disclosed verbally check in. Really just kinda gross all around.
- 5/5
The internet was reliable. Breakfast wS excellent.
- 5/5
Parking was really hard to find, but the resort was BEAUTIFUL!
- 5/5
The hotel was the best so far in our week
- 5/5
I wasn’t able to stay long enough to have breakfast
- 4/5
Satisfactory
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Great location. Mexican restaurant next door is amazing!
- 4/5
因為在市區周邊有點吵
- 3/5
The best hotel breakfast we have experienced overall! The choices were plentiful and delicious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The actual hotel itself needs TLC and the outside too.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great - room was good
- 3/5
Breakfast was great
- 3/5
This property is in a great location. Walkable to everything really. It is dated though. Pool is more like a swim spa. Could use a renovation and parking is terrible. Staff was extremely nice but property overall is due for some repair.
- 3/5
Nice place to stay everything is close by breakfast is really good
- 5/5
Great staff!!
- 3/5
Everything was fine except for a dog barking all night with nothing being done about it
- 4/5
Good breakfast
- 2/5
There were what looked like cockroaches on the window sill. Some alive some dead didn’t notice till I was leaving. The last morning at 9am housekeeping didn’t knock and tried coming but had the security lock on. I was sound asleep and ruined my and my daughter’s last morning to sleep in a bit. I understand they need to get room cleaned but 9am is a bit too early when checkout is 11.
- 4/5
the breakfast was great. a large selection and very tasty. The pillows were quite uncomfortable. we would have preferred softer squisher pillows. The manager at the front desk was very helpful.
- 4/5
Place was well and the staff was friendly
- 4/5
It was fine.
- 4/5
Convenient location and comfortable room, but was disappointed that they don’t offer more eco-friendly soaps.
- 5/5
We usually stay at La Quinta Inn when we visit Glenwood Springs. Everything really good. Clean. Comfortable. Room big enough. Staff friendly. I would say staff very friendly. Atmosphere relaxing. I just hope price will not going up so badly so we will able to afford our future stay.

- 5/5
Overall good and comfortable stay
- 5/5
We had a very nice stay at this property
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and friendly.. breakfast was great and had lots of options. Location very close to hot springs and downtown
- 5/5
Very nice and comfortable
- 3/5
The hotel staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean. Hotel overall condition needs some updates and repairs. Pool is so small, same with the hot tub. Close to the tram and hot springs. Easy walking to things close by.
- 5/5
Sin necesidad de usar el carro, la atención que tuvimos, las vistas, el desayuno ecxelente y la habitación acogedora... :)
- 3/5
No coffee in the lobby ? What up with that?
- 4/5
My trip was a last minute get away. I've stayed at this facility before because of its good location and clan rooms.
- 3/5
Cons: pet friendly (so dogs constantly barking if they have crappy owners), not enough parking, lots of box elder bugs in the window of our room, highway noise (should have checked how close we were to the highway before booking, so my fault), and they conned us out of money for parking and a tourism fee. There was no mention of this before booking. When we said that, the girl checking us in just slapped down a sign that stated these ‘new’ policies and said, ‘oh yeah, we need to get that changed on the website’. Tourism fee? Seriously? You’re a hotel. Your entire existence is based on tourism, otherwise you would have no business. And $10 to have to park way in the back next to a homeless person? SMH

- 5/5
No pets.
- 4/5
It was an ok stay. Not as modern as the ad but not terrible either.
- 5/5
Great stay!!
- 3/5
Room was clean. However when we asked for our room to be serviced during our 4 night stay it was never done.
- 4/5
Hotel location is great with the downtown area and hot springs within easy walking distance. Facilities were good apart for the guest laundry which need upgrading with new machines. Breakfast was good and kitchen staff (Mirna, Jennifer and Karla) kept breakfast area clean andd well stocked. Room wa quiet and clean.
- 5/5
Nice view from property and room.
- 3/5
Tourist fee and only one of our rooms had a “car” but we were charged that in both rooms
- 5/5
We stayed for 6 nights, overall it was a good experience. Nice clean room, we could walk to a lot of places that were close by. We did hear some other peoples dogs barking at night, including right next to us, but the staff were helpful in having them quiet down. I would stay here again!
- 5/5
The staff was so nice, the breakfast was delicious, dog friendly, comfortable beds, close to the freeway
- 5/5
Angel was very accommodating and friendly.
- 4/5
Pillows and towels were smaller than normal, and there was a skunk with a cup on its head in the parking lot! Otherwise 5 stars
- 3/5
The parking was terrible each night, and direction from staff was contradictory. For the price, we expected reliable parking and lodging. The room size was nice, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nicer than your typical continental fare, but not allergen friendly.

Very nice stay. Great breakfast
- 3/5
Helpful front desk . Clean comfortable rooms but pricey
- 3/5
The property is not very convient. The breakfast was above average. Was surprised when they added $10 fee for parking. The parking was very limited m
- 4/5
Glad they were pet friendly!!
- 4/5
Nice place in glenwood
- 3/5
But.... The condition of the room & hotel was marginal, obviously always fully or over booked so maintenance has really suffered. See attached photos of bathroom door. The pipes(?) in the wall were a little noisy all night. Parking is an issue even though they charge for it. I expect much better at this price point. Oh, the ice machine was also broken.
- 5/5
The stay was awesome, we had a good night sleep. Just need to wipe the base boards in the bathroom other than that it was clean.
- 5/5
Great location with a lot of fun activities around.
- 4/5
Convenient area in proximity to the Hot springs pool.
- 3/5
Close to everything. Noisy
- 4/5
Nice location property needs refurbishing
- 5/5
Friendly staff and lovely hotel. Definitely be coming back.
- 5/5
Just very nice
- 5/5
It was clean, staff was professional, friendly, courteous. It was probably one of the nicest places we stayed.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Room was fine, but the mattresses were old and the bathroom door was super squeaky and not squared up in the frame. Breakfast was good though and the staff was friendly
- 5/5
Lovely
- 5/5
Hotel was okay. Some parts were run down especially hallways. Could use updating
- 3/5
Check in was fairly straight forward, but staff not particularly friendly. Lobby area is in great condition and looks good. Rooms reasonable condition. Not enough parking for guests. Strange atmosphere around hotel with people loitering around.
- 4/5
We should not be charged or parking based on your agreement with La Quinta and based on Hotels.com website. That shall be returned
- 4/5
Everything was great except having to pay to park and no spots were available.
- 5/5
staff was friendly .
- 5/5
Beautiful town and clean hotel. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
The manager, Angel, and the lovely ladies at the front desk were amazing. We came from a not-so-good experience at Hotel Colorado, and they took care of us immediately. The room was simple, but convenient, quiet and all we needed. It is in a busy intersection of town, but it still managed to be quiet enough, and we couldn't hear the street noise at all. The breakfast was great, and overall, the hospitality was impeccable.
- 5/5
Angel was awesome ag the front counter super friendly awesome service !
- 4/5
Clean room, front desk lady’s nice and helpful
- 4/5
Bathroom door didn't close and the shower faucet handle fell off.
- 5/5
Clean, has a great location, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Easy and nice
- 1/5
This hotel is in bad shape. The elevator smelled like burning rubber. The hallway walls have gouges where the cleaning carts rub against the walls. Carpet is old. The room smelled bad.
- 5/5
Good location and great staff.
- 4/5
Location is great for hot springs
- 5/5
Great location and very friendly staff
- 4/5
This is an excellent hotel. The breakfast buffet was better than others with hot food like eggs, potatoes, meat and even green chili that was excellent. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The only challenge was the bathroom. Everything worked fine it's just that for a hotel so close to the Hot Springs Pool, there's no place to hand all the wet towels, swim suits and cover ups. Also, no place to hang our bathroom tote. We ended up going to Walmart and buying some of the removable hooks and put them all over the room, which solved the problem. The bathtub was very slippery and they took care of it by providing us with a bath mat. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Very clean and great service!
- 5/5
Very clean, good breakfast and walking distance to downtown
- 4/5
Excellent breakfast
- 5/5
The staff was very awesome and professional, and I loved the breakfast every morning
- 4/5
Nice clean comfortable room. Breakfast was also good with plenty of options.
- 5/5
Amazing breakfast, great staff, and great location close to the hot springs and adventure park.
- 1/5
There is a discussing stain on the chair in the room. The internet connection was incredibly slow. The shower pan was so slick you have to put a towel down to avoid falling. A complimentary water bottle would be nice. The absolute worst thing about this room was the price! It wasn't even worth $96.92 let alone $296.92. Absolutely ridiculous!
- 5/5
Excellent front desk service
- 5/5
Very friendly people at the front desk. Room whas clean and comfortable. Would stay there again
- 5/5
Clean and updated. Nice location.
- 4/5
Roomnext to ice machine. Got woke up every morning early from construction workers
- 5/5
Appreciated being able to stay here with our dog. We often go to GW Springs & this is one of the nicest places. It's a bit close to the freeway, but it did not bother us too much.
- 4/5
Great hotel but needs new pillows for the bed! They were lumpy and uncomfortable.
- 4/5
Very close to downtown Glenwood Springs. The sheets on the beds were super soft.
- 2/5
The room smelled like dog poop, they charge a parking fee but I had to park by in village inn parking because the lot was full, the manager offered to move me because of the smell but wanted me to do right when she called me but I was working till 7. She said they would be to full by then. They shampooed my carpet then opened the window. I came back to wet floors that was gross to walk on the room smelled of forest fire and smoke because of the meeker fire. My throat hurt so bad the next day. I was up there doing an event for work and it just added stress to my stay. Never again at a La Quinta.
- 5/5
Each person at the front desk was beyond wonderful, very attentive and helpful. It was always such a pleasure to be greeted each time I stepped up to the desk..
- 5/5
Enjoyed my 3 night stay. Quiet, comfortable, and affordable. Staff was very nice and helpful.
- 3/5
Breakfast was ok but no grab and go foods. Will not stay here again.
- 3/5
The rooms do not look the website. Had a weird small in pour room. The hotel needs to be updated. Dirty walls..
- 2/5
La Quinta added surprise extra fees for parking and tourism. All feeds were supposed to be included booking through expedia.
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent, keep the crew making fresh scrambled eggs and green chili. Only negative down there was the toilets in the bathroom on that level in the woman’s bathroom were so short, probably less then 18 p”. thank goodness there was a handle to help you get up
- 4/5
Overall
- 4/5
Not as impressive as the pictures. The place is outdated and not easily accessible due to traffic.
- 5/5
Clean and staff was very helpful
- 1/5
Rooms were dirty. Dust, stains..dead bugs. Elevators not working properly. No parking. Horrible continental breakfast.
- 3/5
This was not worth the price.
- 5/5
There were lots of friendly people
- 5/5
Excellent rooms, wonderful breakfasts, great staff. We left our wallet behind, and the terrific staff found it and sent it back to us the next day by UPS!
- 2/5
The room was clean but all the common areas were filthy. The elevator was filthy. The hall carpets were filthy. The hall wallpaper was torn in numerous places land the lighting in the public and common areas was dreary and depressing. Did not look at all like the photos. Extremely disappointed and fell lead on by your photos
- 3/5
Stayed three nights and requested fresh towels and trash pickup on 2nd day and never received service. Very noisy, thin walls.
- 5/5
The hotel is clean but the room we got have a broken bathroom door. It won’t closed properly and it’s hard to open and close the door. We have our puppy with us so it’s hard to maintain the door close all the time since my kids are having a hard time closing it.
- 4/5
Easy walk to the hot springs and dining options. The pool is very small though. The back entrance needs some work in the tiled that are broken and lifting. Safety issue.
- 5/5
Good stay, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, weekend breakfast choices were good. Great location to the hot springs. My only critique is the outside area by the pool was a bit messy. But a good stay all around
- 2/5
We could hear a dog barking all night. The plumbing in the bathroom was bad. The toilet ran all night. The tub was slow to drain and felt like you were taking a bath while showering.
- 3/5
Noisy, next to freeway, noisy kids running around unsupervised, bugs in room
- 4/5
Thanks
