Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests praising the customer service, cleanliness, and reasonable rates, but also expressing disappointment with the condition of the rooms, lack of maintenance, and malfunctioning amenities. Many guests complained about the elevator not working, dirty carpets, small bathrooms, and unclean rooms.
- Excellent customer service
- Reasonable rates
- Elevator not working
- Rooms and amenities in need of maintenance and cleaning
- 5/5
The price was right for a convenient and well-run facility that offered all the amenities we needed.
- 3/5
Microwave would blow a fuse when used. Told nothing could do about it
- 3/5
Check in was quick but the receptionist didn’t really say anything to us and didn’t mention the security deposit for the room when charging us. No receipt or anything. AC in the room is very weak but works.
- 4/5
Terrible staff mold on ceiling of bathroom and
- 2/5
They false advertise with the rooms look like, this is a very old hotel, and they don’t put any money into it. The cleanliness was poor. There was plaster all over the walls. A mirror had a crack, bed was extremely, headboard was literally falling apart the leather on it, the mattress you can see was super old and it has stain on. When I asked the lady in the front desk if the rooms look like the picture, she said oh this is a very old hotel so it does not look like the pictures..
- 3/5
Cons: The shower and toilet is the entire restroom so after a shower the entire bathroom would be flooded so we couldn’t use the toilet, the towels were small, wasn’t as clean as I had hoped but okay, the amenities were small we had to go out and buy our own stuff.
- 2/5
I made a reservation for a double Queen suite and they overbook and over sold, the gave me 2 suites with king beds but i needed same room beds since i have small kids, terrible, try to get me to leave early the next day since they already rented the room to someone else
- 1/5
The place was so smelly and I had my worse Allergys in the room. Im supposed to stay for 2 to 3 days but I Check out the next day around 9am..

Very dirty and smelly.

I didn’t realize they had breakfast, I had pizza from the day before….thank you Chicago Deep Dish
- 4/5
Clean and accessible
- 1.5/5
I like that it was within a good distance from the airport. The price of the room was reasonable The room was dated, the temperature of the room was very warm. The vending machine was broken and didn’t have very many options, as this location didn’t have a hotel store. The hotel wreaked of marijuana and the staff were not present. The beds were very tiny and the room was a very tiny space.
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was wonderful, and location was prime. N/A
- 2/5
Old, scratched, and in places broken furniture; a thick layer of dust on the bathroom exhaust fan; uncleaned hair on the floor left by previous guests; dried spit on the wall and neighbors jumping around on the floor upstairs. Guys, you have grossly overestimated the nightly rate for your rooms.
- 3/5
We stayed here for the night as we were hoping to check out and enjoy the area from out of state. Frankly, we wouldn’t stay here again. For the price, it looked better than some of the other places that we saw reviews for in the area, though definitely wouldn’t say this was better than anything else we were seeing, after staying here. Place was clean, though definitely in need of an update. The room was subpar. Things were definitely worn down (picture frames peeling, really worn headboard, banged up furniture, draperies barely hanging together or coming undone). If this place was renovated recently, it was definitely done on the fly, and on the cheap. The bed was atrocious honestly. We had a king-size bed and room. It was rock hard with absolutely no comforts. My partner could barely sleep through the night. And breakfast was pretty basic. Hot but barely. No coffee machine in the room either, or conveniences/amenities. If you do choose to stay here, definitely ask for a room opposite the side that’s facing the freeway, though who knows how much better that would be. We really couldn’t sleep so that was something we noticed. Definitely had higher hopes. Gonna pass on this one next time.
- 1/5
The place isn’t clean at all, stains and tears all over the hotel room. We were woken up at 645 am to the fire alarms going off in the entire building. Apparently the staff burnt some breakfast and had the whole hotel up early.

.
- 5/5
Parking is plenty, breakfast too simple needs some fresh fruits, rooms are clean.
- 3/5
clean room but definitely dated
- 1/5
This property I would never go back to you. Smoking up by a false salon. Fire. 7:30 in the morning. We were told we could not have any towels. There was only two in the room for four people. The cleaning Lady would only clean after we left. When we asked her to clean our room. After the first day. She said no. There’s a big hole in the wall on the outside and on the inside. Very poor neighborhood. I would’ve rated a zero if I could.
- 4/5
Room was clean, sink did plug, which I reported, did not eat breakfast at motel, parking was fine
- 1/5
This was said to be as 3-star hotel. But the service like a 1-star hotel.
- 5/5
So good
- 0.5/5
Hotel was dirty, staff was rude, food was horrible, No hotel security, back door always stayed unlock, strange people come in and out hanging in the lobby all night. This hotel is very unsafe
- 4/5
If you're visiting Chicago, it's an easy drive into the city from either highway, or only like a 15-minute drive to the Glenview Metra station or Skokie Swift or Linden el stations (to leave the car and take the train). For food, good restaurants are literally steps away. The property shares its parking lot with a number of Asian restaurants, and a number more restaurants are just a block or two walk away.
- 0.5/5
The hotel had no security, the back door was never locked, your food was horrible, strange people come off the street and walk around the lobby.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 3/5
We asked for and were given a different room. It was better but still very worn. The water smelt strange. Over all the staff was fine, but the whole place was very worn. The lobby smelt of mildew.
- 3/5
Look at moving in individuals using it as a home Good location though nice area around the place
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 1/5
Creepy people, unhelpful staff, weird vibes
- 5/5
Room: very clean, bed was rock hard, enough space to move around inside, near a busy highway so it's noisy at night Location: lots of Asian restaurants nearby to grab a bite, 30 min from downtown Chicago Overall: comfortable for an overnight stay
- 2.5/5
Transport to places of interest was easy. The decor was on the dark side, and the corridors needed more lighting. No real laundry facilities to speak of.
- 1/5
I was put into 103 was attacked by bedbugs. It took them a day and a half to move me to another room. It was a hard time to get reimbursed for the first two nights then they put me into another room that had bedbugs again I was attacked and bitten up all over. I have videos for proof and they refused to give me my refund, on top of that they were very rude. They lied about who the manager was and I never once had my sheets changed or fresh towels, and soap delivered and I stayed there for seven nights. I kept trying to get reimbursed and get my money back to check out earlier, but they kept telling me I had to speak with a manager, but the manager will never speak with me. I want to file charges and press charges and file a civil suit.

Breakfast was OK. Location next to the Freeway was noisy all night..... Our toilet was partially clogged, and it appeared to have been so before we arrived. Not Good. Our toilet was partially clogged, and it appeared to have been so before we arrived

- they charge $100 For deposit on the top of room fare.
- 2/5
The room was clean but poorly maintained. The paint was chipped in many places - no pride of ownership was reflected here. There were no laundry facilities, no irons or ironing boards in the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The carpet was worn, as well as the furniture. The bed was not particularly comfortable. The linens were much lower quality. It felt like the owners did as little as possible and put as little money into the hotel as they could. I have stayed in lower starred hotels that were much nicer. You could tell it used to be a nice hotel, but it has become run down now. They don't seem to care about repeat customers, so we will try a different hotel next time.
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous

The room is clean, complementary breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful
- 1/5
Staff was not friendly nor knowledgeable. One lady had zero answers and the guy hung up on me twice when trying to contact hotel.
- 2/5
It was not well kept, common areas were dirty , food left on floor attracting ants, toilet in room ran, we had gotten moved because someone else was smoking weed and it penetrated through our walls. Staff was nice and accommodating, over all stay was ok, but disappointing overall.

Breakfast included was terrible! You need better healthier options.
- 1/5
I found a cheaper rate for my room and was charged the highest rate at check in. I was also told by the desk clerk the wrong place to call for a refund for the cheaper reservation. It was warm in my room so I didn't pull back the covers on the bed. When I pulled them back the next day I found bed bugs. I scooped one up in a cup and took it to the front desk. They changed my room and I wanted to speak to the manager and was told they would be there in the morning. They were there and gone by 10 am and never contacted me. I also sent 2 emails about the bugs and never got a response. Since they ignored the bed bug problem they could have spread them through out the motel.
- 3/5
Rooms were dirty and outdated, sheets had stains, towels are old and worn.
- 2/5
The bed was hard, the noise from the freeway woke me up more than once. The staff should have given me the instructions for the late check out when I checked in. I called the front desk in the morning to get a late checkout, and no one answered the phone. The late fee was too high given the amount of time (30 min) I was alloted
- 4/5
I chose this hotel because it was close to my workplace. I stayed there for 5 nights and it was okay. The only complaints are the breakfast bar didn’t taste healthy so I stopped eating there and I wish the staff would clean my room and change bed sheets and towels often. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels almost everyday.
- 4/5

- 1/5
Not worth the money, dirty.
- 5/5
Good price including breakfast
- 4/5
The only problem was the toliet would flush and the vending machine didn't allow me to get a bottle of water. The attendant was prompt on the response. The fixed the problem with the toilet and when the could not get the vending machine to release a bottle of water, the staff was courteous and gave me a bottle of water from their supply. I thought that was very nice.
- 4/5
Very average experience. Decent price and hotel for a short stay.
- 2/5
Breakfast was ok. Hotel and room was very dark. Bathtub was dirty.
- 5/5
Clean room (could have used a paint job, though), hot breakfast with lots of choices, and easy customer service
- 5/5
Room was good, good breakfast, friendly staff.
- 3/5
Room wasn’t up to date bathroom kept clogging no laundry on site. Staff very friendly but again rooms needed to be more checked on and maintained. Frame was torn, holes in walls were just patched and lastly toilet clogged for every flush very annoying!!!!
- 4/5
Rooms were clean but some items were damaged. Holes in walls were just patched scrapes on bed frames were just left as is. My toilet in my room clogged every flush meaning if “peeing” it was annoying. But staff were friendly and attentive. I would say just take better care of rooms. Last thing to say and update from all of this it was a nice safe comfortable stay again just rooms need some TCL other then that great!
- 3/5
Bad customer service
- 3/5
Not.
- 2/5
Our nightly stay was not very comfortable. In comparison, the room bed felt like a jail stay, with hard mattresses that lead to back pain. After the first night, we decided to travel to the lobby for breakfast. Let's just say the breakfast was not as inviting in its presentation and did not entice us to fix a plate and enjoy the food. For example, the milk pitcher contained a film around the contours of it. My waffle was dry, and not a hint of butter would improve the taste. The bagels looked old and stale. The eggs were not delicious and the breakfast sausage was clearly boiled. The customer service at this hotel would benefit from a more professional training. When I requested additional towels for our room, the attendant sitting down with her back facing the front desk who seemed irritated as I prompted her with a polite "excuse me" was reluctant to honor my request. Note: I would encourage everyone to bring an iron if you need it as the staff will prolong giving one to you.
- 5/5
Nice, quiet, clean
- 2/5
Rooms were older and carpets were stained and dirty. Walking down the hall to the room the walls were really scuffed and the hotel as a whole was subpar!
- 4/5
Yes room was very clean. Sue who works at front desk was extremely helpful and professional. My boyfriend requested to switch room, Sue helped us.
- 1/5
Garbage
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean room.
- 3/5
The lobby was lovely and the breakfast very good. Had the bathroom been better, I would have given it 5 stars.
- 5/5
Yes and yes/clean room and the staff were excellent.
- 3/5
Looks ran down not like the pictures. The shower was tiny and dirty. Stuff on the shower floor.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 3/5
It’s an inexpensive hotel because it’s old and not kept up very well. For the price, it’s fine. Dont expect to love it or even feel good about staying there. It’s fine if you need a place to stay for a night or two. Certainly not a place you’d stay if this was your vacation.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and housekeeping staff was courteous
- 1/5
If I could I will give a 0 star rating. The bathroom and sink were dirty upon our arrival, we kindly requested for it the be clean and some small compensation for the inconvenience. The front desk person 2 times asked to send the pictures to an email that I realized was actually not the corporate email. The manager never replied, the front desk guy was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care about the situation. I will not be back here.

- 3/5
Room was clean bur old style. Breakfast menu need to improve more.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 1/5
Security deposit was not returned
- 1/5
Room smelled bad. Had a lot of damage around the walls and cabinets.
- 2/5
Shower doesn't work, office chair is broken (leans to one side) and the sink emits an unpleasant smell
- 3/5
The rooms need updating. Specifically the technology aspects. By this point having a USB or USB-C charging port somewhere in the room should be a given. There are plenty of lamp styles that incorporate this charging technology that are inexpensive and could be easily added to the rooms. Also having a coffee pot and coffee should be standard in the rooms. Felt like a hotel room from the 1950’s. Also, why do you ask customers to check in advance through the internet, as your email indicates, to avoid having to do this when you check in. Uploaded my ID, prepaid through the internet and then had to do it all over again when I got there. Annoying.
- 3/5
Front desk staff were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Facility is older and a little beat up and the floors felt dirty but were probably just old. I expected a little nicer accommodations based on the reviews, but it was acceptable for what I paid.
- 2/5
room heater inadequate. Room faced highway way to noisy. Lousy sleep
- 2/5
Room was unpleasant and did not look like photos online. Water smelled very bad and appliances + provided bathroom products were poor quality. House keeping is only available upon request which is not ideal and unsanitary for sheets and towels.
- 4/5
Tip: If approaching the hotel from the south on I-294, exit at Willow and backtrack south rather than exit at Dempster and go north. Dempster sees much more heavy traffic at certain times of the day.
- 5/5
Great Service. They don't clean the rooms during stay unless requested and don't allow extra towels, but room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was good.
- 2/5
We had to get moved 3 times during our stay. The TV didn’t work in the first or 2nd room. So we had to get switch to the 3rd room. It looked like water damage in the first room. The water pressure sucked in the 3rd room. It was very loud as well I guess it’s right off the highway so it was loud. The hallways smell like marijuana. Rooms were missing hair dryer and some were missing ironing board. Then the head boards were peeling. It was a cheap stay. But definitely not staying here again. Employees were very nice.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful. Staff was very accommodating.
- 3/5
Check in and check out were seamless, however the rooms desperately need updating. They also did not offer any "do not disturb" signs. The breakfast was ok; pretty basic. But for free, can't complain. There were plenty of other food options around.
- 5/5
Nice quiet hotel good breakfast and staff.
- 3/5
Close to many Korean restaurants and stores.
- 3/5
The air conditioner/heater was set and couldn't change it. Parking was great.
- 4/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Every thing
- 3/5
The mattress was terrible and there was mold in the bathroom, so if you're sensitive to mold, I'd pick another place to stay until they clean that up.
- 5/5
parking and A/C --- no problems
- 4/5
adequate stay
- 3/5
NOTE: The hotel backs up onto a highway. My room was on that side and the traffic noise was loud. I arrived late and was barely greeted by a surly desk clerk who did not appear interested in answering my questions. The room was clean but I not well maintained (missing enamel in the bathtub, a broken overhead light covered with plastic, etc). The bed wasn’t especially comfortable but the room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave, which was nice. There is a washing machine in a strange space behind the elevator, which is convenient for longer stays (if it is maintained), but it’s odd — literally a washing machine in the middle of a small space that would normally have an ice Machine. As a motel, it’s fine.
- 2/5
Property needs renovation.
- 2/5
The room is falling apart. Headboards are peeling. The lobby furniture is peeling. The lampshade is broken and stained. The bathtub is old and in terrible condition. Also, the bathtub faucet is broken. Staff did not respond and help with the broken faucet.
- 5/5
Ok
- 4/5
Was good!
- 2/5
Old unkept room and lobby
- 5/5
Friendly staff and a very nice Continental Breakfast were highlights, although I always wish Breakfast was open a while longer. This inexpensive Hotel Room was very clean, and the Furnace/AC Unit had good controls, even if a bit noisy. No Coffee Maker was provided, and the big wooden Wardrobe in the room had a Light that wasn’t properly wired up or even plugged in. That said, we will probably stay here again. Well run, good location.
- 4/5
The staff was nice. only a few things could have been better. The shower did not have a shelf inside the shower to be able to place the soaps and shampoos on. needed to leave it all on the floor of the shower. the bathroom was very small and tight. The carpet on the stairs and hallways could have been cleaner. It did have free breakfast, and a computer with a printer free if needed which was very helpful. The rooms have DirecTV also great with movie channels.
- 3/5
No bugs, no odors, friendly staff. Good parking. Walk to restaurants. Wear and tear in the rooms. Poor quality breakfast. Waffles were ok. Reasonably hotel prices compared to others.
- 2/5
Hotel is extremely outdated, all furniture is falling apart. No room service for 4 days straight until we specifically asked for someone to come clean the room and change our towels.
- 5/5
I other a lot. I trust them
- 5/5
Nice Staff.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Clean Relax able
- 2/5
Very unhelpful staff. They couldn’t care less about your safety
- 2/5
At night the room is extremely dark. I left the bathroom light on for safety but it went off automatically and did not come back on. I fell trying to make it to the bathroom, hit my head on the floor and ended up in the emergency room. Staff would not let me file an incident report. We’ll see how they like a lawsuit.

- 3/5
It was nice and friendly and easy to get around the area
- 5/5
Friendly Staff, excellent service.
- 5/5
I highly recommend!
- 5/5
It is hard to find quality customer service these days, so I dont often expect much. The customer service at the Baymont is enough to on its own make you want to return. It is also a safe, easy to park location. They have breakfast! They have a great rate! I highly recommend!
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and nice. The stairway was dirty, the elevator was broken the Tv didnt work,no clothes iron.
- 2/5
The hotel smelled, was dingy, and dirty. The towels were old , few amenities
- 2/5
There was mouse droppings on the floor behind tge bed, fungal growth and water stains on the wall in the bathroom, the lighting in the shower is non existent you shower in the dark, several receptacles were not working
- 3/5
OK
- 3/5
Staff was amazing, breakfast was nice, but the room we stayed in definitely needed some updates. Permanent stains and cigarette stains on the bathtub. Chipped paint on furniture, leather peeling on headboard, carpet needed shampooing.
- 5/5
Good.
- 3/5
Okay
- 5/5
Helpful staff and right location
- 2/5
Arrived at the property, remembered it was next to the highway and asked for a room facing away from it. Was put into a 2 bed room on 2nd floor. Elevator was out. Stairwell was dirty. Ac was not working and needed to unplug then plug it back it. Head booards were not in good condition. Furniture was scratched up and the chair looked like it had a blood stain on it. Bathrooms were not clean in the grout lines. Bed were comfortable. It was fine to sleep in but could have been much more comfortable.
- 1/5
Elevator was not working at all for 5 days
- 4/5
Accessibility
- 3/5
Cons: Same food options for the two days we stayed. They closed the breakfast room at 9:30 instead of 10, so one of us wasn’t able to eat. We get to check-in early for an add-on of $50, but have no choice but have to take a third floor room and their elevator was not working and seems to be broken for days. We have to climb the stairs with stinky, dirty carpet at the back Every time we enter the main entrance, it reeks of cigarette smell. And our room also smells musty. Bathroom is small. Breakfast server just wears ordinary clothing, not wearing a uniform to distinguish her as an employee.
- 2/5
Excellent location but the building needs major renovation. I’m considering to go back again if you make it nice and clean. Front desk people are good.
- 5/5
Polite and helpful staff. Thank you!
- 1/5
The lady barely could speak English and said she couldnt use another credit card expect for the one that held the room. After the third time she said well I guess I can. The room was stuffy and we smelled sewer gas from the sink in the room. Had to out a rag over the drain so we could sleep. We changed hotels the next morning.
- 3/5
Elevator was out, our room was on the 3rd floor, property was somewhat rundown
- 3/5
It’s time to renew some things, not enough light
- 5/5
Very close to all the major stores
- 5/5
Really nice for the area looks like they were doing renovations in some area
- 3/5
The property needs to be more cleaned and cared.
- 3/5
No laundry bag, no working elevator
- 2/5
Elevator not working, apparently hadn’t worked for weeks. Their website indicated coffee maker in room, but no, not there. No safety strips on bathtub floor. Only one hanger in closet. Only one tissue in tissue box. Room darkening curtains not really dark. Had to have desk clerk come into room to fix TV that wasn’t working. Worth $300 for 2 nights? Not even close.
- 1/5
The rooms smell musty, carpet was heavily stained. Even though I had confirmed an easy access room, they gave us a room on the third floor, and the elevator was not working for ALL FOUR DAYS that we were there, room did not get cleaned even though we had requested it the day before. They were supposed to discount the bill for all the hassle, but the manager was never to be found on the property.
- 5/5
I didn’t like the layer of dusts on the air conditioner
- 1/5
Breakfast-terrible Floors-filthy Towels- paper thin Beds-too small for two people… what size are those anyway? Overall place was worn down and dirty… was there any cleaning staff??? (Something other than the take what you need off the cart at the end of the hallway might be a step up.) Desk staff… was friendly Surrounding restaurants were great! Find another place to stay- my advice to others.
- 1/5
This was by far the worst hotel state I’ve ever had. Elevator was broken. Hallway was dirty room was outdated needed maintenance repairs torn mattress cover stains everywhere refuse to give a refund. I highly recommend not staying here.
- 3/5
I think the whole hotel could use a very serious update. The rooms were clean but in a mild state of disrepair. The wall next to the tub is rotting and has opened up leaving a stain. The headboards should be replaced. They have claw marks in them. No coffee machine in the room. The breakfeast area was clean but one of the machines kept tripping an alarm. That made breakfeast very noisey. We did not have the need to interact with the staff much. I have nothing negative to say about the personal.
- 3/5
The breakfast was good but the elevator was not working. Also, the Wi-Fi was down for much of the first day. They do make these clear upon your arrival and you are allowed to receive a refund.
- 2/5
Poor internet, no room service available.
- 1/5
staff are friendly but my room is so old including the toilet and it was so dirty including the carpets
- 2/5
Not like the pictures and needs serious renovations. The bathroom sink has multiple cracks, in room coffee maker, and the room wasn’t cleaned very well.
- 4/5
The front office manager during the evening hours - Mr. David was helpful in addressing any concerns immediately
- 5/5
The house keeping part was not good at all. U had to put in for room service just to get it 24 hrs ahead of time . Ridiculous. Room service is everyday. No tub stopper the water smelled to me when it came on.

Stay wasn’t pleasant. Bathroom exhaust was too noisy. Asked them to do room service everyday but they did for two days. Last day lift was out of order and we had to bring down luggage by stairs. Breakfast was awful as serving white bread.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. However, we did find the condition of the bathtub to be disappointed. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite basic, consisting of coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and individually packaged muffins.

Mold. Poor quality pilllows and sheets. Frayed towels, and only 2. Disappointing in too many ways to name. Suggest you skip over this one.

I need to be brutally honest about this hotel. I have traveled nearly a million miles and stayed in many hotels all over the world. Issues happen at hotels all of the time. What I have found over the years. When something happens I have found hotel staffs to be the most accommodating and helpful people in the hospitality industry. Hotel workers are the unsung hero’s of the industry. I booked my room at the Wyndham baymont in Glenview Illinois from May 31-June 9 with the plan of extending at least 10 additional days. The reason for this trip my closing on my hose was delayed. This particular hotel seemed like a great fit. When I arrived on May 31. The elevator was broken. I told the guy at the front desk I was recovering from a major car accident. I explained I needed a comfortable room for my stay. Especially since it could be up to 20 days. He was kind and helped me carry my bag up to my room. He also promised to get me a room on the first floor tomorrow. The next day they didn’t have a room available. I was promised Monday am I would have a first floor room. As a matter of a fact they said the room would be room 107. To my surprise the room was not available. I said I wouldn’t be back till late. Monday evening I arrived at the hotel. They said room 107 was not cleaned. I was given room 123. The elevator still wasn’t working. I had to deal with getting everything to my new room. As you can see from the sheets they had blood on this. Stay away from this hitel

Avoid this hotel, super noisy as it is right by a highway, couldn’t sleep at all

I enjoyed my stay here. Location is convenient and there are many food options around. Plenty of parking from the hotel. The breakfast option was small but it is something quick and simple. I recommend it here.

Very good hotel, I will definitely stay again.

It looked like the property was "in the midst" of renovations, but still, hallways - especially stairwells - looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. The toilet 'leaked', so autoflushed every so often. Value for the money was still good.

Good breakfast as well

The staff is always awesome, and the accomodations very good and comfortable. It's close to the Temple where we go. No complaints -- ever!

The pictures online were one thing, we got in and everything in the pictures for the lobby is there but completely worn out. There was a smell to marihuana as we enter, seats had fake wore out ugly looking fake black leather. There was a piece of a joint left out on one of the lobby seats. The room was smelly, a mix of musty dust and mold. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. My husband had to get an air mattress to be able to pass the night. It is located in Glenview, IL. Never expected to be this bad.

I asked the desk the morning of for an extension to 1pm to check out which was supposedly granted. They do not provide do not disturb tags for the doors but the clerk promised they would alert housekeeping. The problem is housekeeping knocked on my door no less than 4x’s disturbing much needed rest!

Great experience

The stay was average mostly because the hotel was so old. Clean room and friendly staff but the hotel itself was very very old. There were soft spots in the bathtub and the mattress was very hard. Easy parking was great and the location is great for getting Korean restaurants/groceries/bakeries in the area.

It needs to be renovated and modernized rooms are shanty and ran down it’s looking like a motel 6 from la

the rooms were disgusting, the headboards were all torn open, there were stains on the bedding, there were missing lights on the headboard and exposed holes with random wired hanging out of them, the air-conditioning had mildue inside it and looked like it has never been cleaned, and the entire unit just looked broken.. The bathroom had stains everywhere, and the extractor fan was also coveted in mildue and dust. There are literal holes in the floor near the vending area. When asked if we could change room, they only had smaller rooms available (obviously we couldnt) We ended up booking the best western across the road. Much nicer. Dont waste your money here.

There was some mold in the bathroom shower, but other than that, I had a fairly decent stay.
