Very small and run down room. Loud AC, no hangers in closet. Broken drain cover in shower. Cute property but you definitely get what you pay for here.

I loved that there were no rooms above. The whole place is one-story. I also loved the carport parking. The room was clean, but not the bed, and not one of the towels. The pillows smelled like someone’s hair that had not been washed, and then I found a strand of hair on the bed sheet under the covers. The towel had fresh black smudges, as if some step on it. Housekeeping has to be careful to change bedding, even when it appears to be clean. The price increased while I was there. I would have stayed longer, but I found a less expensive place that was comparable to this place.

There were no activities. When we arrived, we had no water to wash with and could not use the toilet so we had to go out of the motel to find a store or gas station to relieve ourselves. Dirty areas along wall trim and the restroom. We were very dissatisfied in the conditions of this motel.!

It’s only a place where you’d stay in case of no other options. There’s a sprouts market nearby. The room has a fridge and a microwave. This place needs maintenance. The room was dirty (the walls, moldings, frames from the power outlets), the towels didn’t smell good and were stained, I couldn’t lock the door from the inside because it wouldn’t work. It felt very unsafe. The phone didn’t work so I couldn’t ask for clean towels and since there was only one person at the front she made me take her the dirty towels to change them.

The walls are extremely thin. The unit either behind me or to the side of me was a couple with a pit bull. They would fight non stop from like 1am to 5am. Constant yelling, dog barking, and yelping when the man would kick it.

Staff were friendly The king room had a bad smoke scent ( we are no smokers). When tried to Turn on heater it had a smoke/dirty/vomit smell coming off of it. The neighbors didn’t let me sleep. They kept coming in and out of room and heard the as early as 3am up until we left so was hard to sleep.

There is a bench outside in the center of all the rooms. Nobody was sitting on the bench. I was on a video call with my wife when I was assaulted by woman that I was told stays there often. I called 911 since I was hit in the side of my face. The police came and I decided not to press charges since the young lady had a child. I was told that I would receive a refund but to date have not received it yet. I did not stay in the room and it was clean when I left and moved to Best Western.

The hotel was cute on the outside and the room was ok. The overall condition of the room was fair but could use some care around the tile and paint near the bathtub. The air conditioner worked good. Construction repairs were going on at the time. Construction paper and tape still on my door, the room windows were open therefore the room was dusty. No blow dryer. I didn't bring mine because I thought the room would have one. The gardener arrived at 7 am the next morning!!!! Very loud!! I will never forget back.

I stay here whenever I visit Glendora, CA. Its family run, simple accommodations, clean, quiet, refridgerator, microwave, well situated -- I like The Hat pastrami sandwich restaurant right next door. The Wifi works well.

Great value. The buildings were freshly painted. And new lighting allows you to actually read in the room. This is an old -fashioned motel -- not fancy -- but perfect for our needs. We've stayed here many times before. Also, the staff are nice. Rooms include a small refrigerator. Towels could be bigger and thicker.

I had a family emergency arise and was uicate with Expedia nable to check in to the motel. I called ahead and cancelled but was charged for the entire three days as a penalty . Palm Tropics also refused to communicate with Expedia to adjust this exorbitant penalty or offer a refund. I expected a penalty of one night but three nights charge and communication refusal means I will definitely never book there again and I hope others follow suit.
