The rooms were open on booking but full when we got there to ask the price before booking. Her excuse was it's Saturday and people are "using" the rooms. There was a person sleeping on the wall outside. Totally only for drug addicts and prostitution by the hour!!

I like the energy that I feel when I step into the room. It’s a comfort that I can’t explain you just have to experience. Enjoy I did. Maybe the fact that there’s no pool other than that, it’s a very comfortable environment

No breakfast no anything. Didn’t actually like anything but it was a good location. Wouldn’t go back. Quality of the accommodation. Bare bones. No clean up from one day to the next. Little to no pleasantness. Any questions the answer was contact booking.com. I left a day early and when I asked about my leaving early it was the same response “contact booking.com. I hope to get a refund for that night.

Location was convenient to what we traveled for No amenities but most important no standard items were provided. There were no hand towels, no Kleenex, no hangars, no clock, and only 1 towel and 1 pillow for 2 people

conveniently located close to my residence. at 9 PM, room 217 was over 100° when I walked in. Turned on the air conditioning. It was extremely loud, went to go to bed. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the pillows had no substance to them. The short period of time that I was in the room the air conditioning kept on, going on and off. After three hours of trying to fall asleep, I finally went to the front desk to ask if I could have room 106 which I’ve stayed there before. and when I mentioned about another room, the gentleman at the front desk was very rude and said I better not have caused any problems to that room that I was in. When I got into room 106 was still hot at midnight, and the air conditioning wouldn’t turn on. At that time, I went to the front desk let the gentleman know that I did not touch anything in the room at all, except for the air conditioning, trying to get it to work, I ended up leaving. The time was shortly after midnight. There was a number to call to complain I called spoke to somebody and I never heard back from their supervisor. (Update) 4/27/24 As I mentioned check-inn window had a sign about complaints or concerns. Nina was the contact the number to call was 323-452-1542. After not hearing back from anyone I did leave this review along with a 1-star review on Yelp. Via a reply to my text Nina stated that I was there for 6 hours and that the beds were changed out a year ago ( Maybe they should have left the old beds because they were much better) the 6 hours she indicated was an absolute lie. I told her to go back and watch the video footage of when I arrived and when I left.

The rooms were clean. Plenty of parking. Price was okay. Graffiti in the rooms on furniture and doors, and broken fixtures in bathroom and room. Bed was hard as rock. No phone in room. Room was very hot because no a/c in it running all day. Linens has cigarette holes in them. Hole in the floor along wall next to toilet. I should have known when I saw the sign at front desk that said no refunds. Place needs some TLC and updating.
