Best Western Route 66 Glendora Inn

Most things were positive about this hotel. It was clean and located in a quiet area despite being on Route 66. However, the walls are paper-thin, so if your neighbor decides that 2:30 am is a good time to watch TV, it will wake you up and you can hear it pretty clearly. The breakfast is okay but underwhelming.

Over all this hotel was wonderful, rooms clean and comfortable large. bathroom large and wonderful shower with super water pressure. everyone helpful. will use this hotel again on my next visit.

We have stayed at this location on several occasions. I have been pleased with our stay, the only improvement could be in the assortment of items in their breakfast service. Other Best Westerns provide a better selection.

Quiet location off the freeway but easily accessible. 0.3 miles to Mr Donut if you’re into iconic donut places.

Great Staff, Clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The only issue was noisy guests in adjacent rooms ( a lot of noise from Midnight until 3am). I got very little sleep!!

The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I know it can vary from room to room because I’ve stayed here before and the beds were not always like this. Unfortunately, this time the mattress made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The pillows were also very disappointing — small, stiff, and covered in material that felt almost plastic-like, similar to hospital or nursing home pillows.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The location is safe and near where I was visiting. Hotel is clean but very dated. It’s nothing nice but it fit our needs. Would probably stay there again if visiting the area again.

It was clean and nice looking. The maid didn’t come in and empty our garbage cans, give us clean towels or coffee because we were staying 4 days. Didn’t offer anything healthy to eat, all white flour and processed goods.

Stay in a tub suite, the walk in shower bathroom smelled. Sewer gases from 2 floor drains my guess. Might try a regular room. Breakfast not good.

The room a/c wasn't working. The weather was 90+ outside, inside the room we couldn't open the windows, so we suffered all through the night. The staff made their apologies, however, no concession or credit was offered for our discomfort. I emailed the management after the stay and after 2 weeks still no response.

The location was fine for the event we needed to Arendt, I chose this facility due to it’s location BOTH of the beds mattresses were in need of replacement. The room looked very dated, it is in need of a make over…..this made the room appear dirty.

Essentially, this hotel is older rooms are large, but the heating and air-conditioning system is ancient extremely noisy, making it very difficult to sleep. Also, noises from the hallway from the lobby, and from other rooms could be easily heard through the walls.

Very clean rooms with a great location and value! Hotel was perfect for our plans out here. Thanks Breakfast did not leave much of an impression. Quite a small selection. Was great that Donut Man is right down the road though.

Beds were very comfortable and room very clean and quiet. Ac worked well and fans were not too loud. We stayed in a second floor room. The place smelled mildewy and the bedding was not heavy enough and was short sheeted.

The hotel offers amenities like a pool, gym, or a vending machine which did help accommodate the stay giving it a more relaxing and comfortable vibe. The same lady who checked me in was the same lady who checked me out. She made the stay unpleasant and unwelcoming. Every time I express concern for my stay she was always argumentative about the situation.

They moved us because the door locks weren't working. They moved us to a smaller room and it was very dark. They told us all rooms were the same price but we know that's not true. They wouldn't give us another room. Came from Colorado to visit family and our stay was very disappointing. won't stay here ever again. I feel we should be compensated for staying in a room that was more like a closet.

Easy access to APU. Missing ice machine on 2nd floor.

Clean and safe. There's places nearby that are cheaper by about $50-100 per night depending on the day, but the breakfast, & the ambience and condition of the rooms and staff here are definitely worth the cost

Hotel is very dated but good location and you can connect to your Netflix, prime apps We did not get housekeeping on Friday. On Saturday, we were out all day and had a "Make a room sign," yet housekeeping didn't come till 3:30 PM when we just stepped into the room. We asked them to come back, and housekeeping said it was a last call; they were done for the day, so we had to allow them in the room while we were getting ready. She only picked up trash and vacuumed. Didn't make beds or clean the bathroom. We complained to the front desk, and nothing was communicated. When we checked out, I complained again since nothing had been documented, and yet I didn't receive any apology or compensation for the inconvenience.

We had not requested a handicapped accessible room, but did receive one. In the complete accessible shower, there was no shelf whatsoever to put shampoo or soap. If I had been handicapped, I was picking the soap and shampoo up from the floor. Probably not a great idea. Otherwise everything else was fine and acceptable.

We stayed for 28 days left for one night (since the hotel doesn’t allow anyone to stay over 28 days. We returned for another 20+ days. In particular Levi and Sierra were so amazing, so supportive and caring, always smiling and helpful. Tina the manager was also very hospitable and extremely helpful. Everyone was extra kind to our little boys who were a bit sad that we weren’t at home. The continental breakfast was great, the hotel in itself was very clean, all the way down to the gym. We are thankful we were treated so well in that difficult time. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. And we thank everyone there for your thoughtfulness.

We didn't catch the name of the young woman who checked us out but she was outstanding.Suggestion: on the weekend of Daylight Saving time you need to have more flexibility on the breakfast hours. We almost missed the cut-off time.

This hotel was ok. Wasn’t really nice, but it is a Best Western, so not surprising. But it could have been cleaner. It was one of the only hotels available though, so we stayed there in a pinch. The staff was great!

Clean including the gym

I've stayed at this property several times now, and I have always highly recommended it. After this last visit, my high opinion was slightly dampened. I arrived early so I thought I would check to see if my room was ready, and if it was, check in. The desk clerk let me know that since it was early in the day, IF the room was ready it was corporate policy to charge am additional $50 - to check into a room that was going to sit empty until check in time anyway. I was pretty surprised to hear this since it wasn't an issue on previous visits, and this is standard practice for every hotel everywhere. Not sure I can say this Best Western is putting the hospitality in to the hospitality industry with this kind of nickel and dime outlook, and will absolutely affect my decision on whether or not to stay at Best Westerns on future travel.

It was quiet and clean. The hotel room bath tub too small as it did advertise as having a tub with Jets. This was not the case.

Everyone was friendly and there was piano music playing which was a nice touch.

I really like it here, the rooms have there iwn air conditioner but the rest of the building dosen't it needs air conditioner for loby, hall ways ext specifically for the employees

the first room i got had a clogged toilet and pretzels all on the floor, the bed looked like it was made by five year old. it was dirty. when i told the attendant that the toilet was clogged when i walked into the bathroom all he did was hand me a toilet plunger!!! after seeing the rest of the room and how dirty it was i asked for another room the second room was acceptable.

My cords are falling out of power outlets. AC is very noisy and doesn’t work very well. Overall kind of 2nd rate place. For the price poor

No water in the gym, went to front desk and asked. They said, no water kept in the gym. Also room is really dark. I was only here for one 1, it was ok. Won’t be back. I work every morning. That’s how I book my hotel is if they have a gym. And the gym sucked!

Everyone was so friendly! Easy and smooth check-in process, snacks and water at your convenience, they do free breakfast and everything was extremely clean. We enjoyed some jacuzzi time and being someone who works in the pool & spa industries, it was really nice seeing they had lift chairs for handicap both pool & spa along with the water being clean. My kids and myself really enjoyed our stay and time here.

Our stay was nice. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. We will stay here again. The air conditining in our room didn't seem to work. We fiddled with the unit under the window and the unit on the wall. After 10 minutes of fiddling the air kicked on and we didnt have any other issues. The only thing I was bummed about was in the lobby they had a little tiny store and for a bottle of water and a snack size bag of doritos it was $8. Other than that the stay was great, staff was nice.

A nice little best western in a great location; we stayed here for NYE, beds were cozy and room was clean. Only thing I didn’t like was the manager calling us at 10:50 reminding us check out is at 11. I know when check out is sometimes I just need that extra minute to load out, it’s New Year’s Day for goodness sake. Also witnessed the manager berate the janitor lady, which should be done in private away from guests.. Nice breakfast but was definitely missing some of the usual items on the best western menu (bagels, potatoes, water) Probably would have given 5/5 stars had it had a nicer manager and better breakfast.
