Quick and easy check-in, and we were able to check in a bit earlier than the 3pm check-in time. The hotel in a quite neighborhood, which we liked. And the breakfast had many options to choose from.

Very Clean They add a $15 parking fee which is stupid especially how much you pay to stay there. Like how the hell do they expect you to get there by a horse? I see it can be good long term to stay at that hotel but not for one night especially for the hidden fees

I always feel like i’m at home when I enter Staybridge and see the same friendly face! The desk staff-blonde with an accent! has been there everytime i’ve stayed and I truly enjoy her smile and willingness to help with whatever is needed! the breakfast is always exceptional as well and that staff equally as friendly!!!

Bacon was excellent. Eggs were ok. Couldn't identify yogurt from sour cream. But then yogurt with strawberries were great. The bed was very comfortable. Very noisy neighbor's - loud TV. Very annoying. Had to turn on our TV to drown it out. Most negative thing was the bathroom sliding door which would not slide closed without a horrible screeching noise. When there are two people in the room you want your privacy in the bathroom! When I told the clerk at the desk she said oh yes that was reported before but it hasn't been fixed yet. Then I should have had a different room. Or been comped. There were also no plugs in the bathroom for me to use a hair dryer or curling iron in front of the mirror.

Everything was awesome 🌟 experience. A+++ the staff, the rooms super clean, excellent cleanliness. They had everything that we needed, pool, breakfast, griller, fireplace, computer, printer, etc. I felt HOME totally recommended. 👐😁👍

The hotel was very clean throughout and the rooms were quite comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the commode was loose and would knock on the wall when moved. It was odd, but not completely annoying. Other than that it was a great stay. The shower was great too.

The floor insulation is very thin and any upstairs neighbors were incredibly noisy late into the night which makes sleeping difficult.

Breakfast was wonderful (though often not prepared on time). Housekeeping only cleaned half of our room one day and not at all on another day (we stayed a total of seven days). One day they came in to clean our room at 7pm (way too late and disruptive) and left all of our trash and towels by the door instead of taking them away - they left these items there for a whole day. No apologies for not cleaning our rooms when we let them know and requested new towels. Cleanliness overall was lacking. We have multiple trips to Denver this year and will not be staying at Staybridge again.

We were 9 people and we got 2 suits that enabled the privacy we’ve looked for. The rooms were nice clean and cozy. The breakfast was generous and fun.

The room wasn't completely clean. The cabinet drawers, doors, and baseboards all had gunk on them. It was kind of gross.

The Society door handle for the bathroom was very strange, and was partially broken. It was a bad design, and the handle should on the door panels rather than the inside of the door. I also didn't like that the bathroom light was on the outside of the bathroom. Otherwise, the room was great. Super quiet and a beautiful location.

The problem we had was with the temperature of the room. I understand you use a motion system but we’d comeback to a 64 degree room that stayed cold for hours. There were not enough blankets. None were provided for the pullout. I was able to get from the front desk but they were very thin and definitely not enough for the low temps. Would maybe stay again but would definitely look around first.

Breakfast was not open on time so we did not get to test it. The coffee was awful.

The bathroom sink you use alittle bit of updating.

The only negatives were the housekeeping staff were literally constantly on their phones with speaker phone speaking another language, very loud and not exactly professional or appropriate in a hotel where people want rest. The breakfast wasn’t great but we don’t really book for the free breakfast so it didn’t take away from the 5 stars o gave

Rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well laid out. kitchen area had the supplies needed for those who want to to have a simple meal. location was perfect for going to one of a couple of hospitals and round trip transportation was provided. a nice breakfast was provided and an evening social with a light food offering was provided three evenings a week. Staff was welcoming and helpful. I could not have chosen a better home away from home

There were loud upstairs neighbors on Friday night. I waited over 40 mins before I complained 3x and asked to change rooms. I was a bit disappointed with the front desk response. They weren’t listening and clearly didn’t understand the issue. They finally agreed to move my room so I could sleep. When I moved rooms it was still rather noisy with a dog nearby, but that was able to be drowned out by my sound machine.

The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. Loved the modern updated rooms. Will stay again!

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful. Quiet at night, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The coffee table was always ready and everything was tidy. The rooms were clean, and everything worked and was clean. We loved it. I highly recommend it.

The laundry won me over

The hotel itself, our room, and the staff were great. Having the same exact breakfast on the menu everyday? Didn’t love that. The only fresh fruit were strawberries, the other fruit was canned and soaked in pineapple juice. Coffee creamer consistently out.

We had a wonderful time at this property, and will book again in the future. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they helped us transfer to a new room when we had an issue with a wet carpet (from the air conditioner). The breakfast had good options, the property amenities were lovely, we loved having a full kitchen! We only wished we could stay longer.

Please pay attention to description as parking is extra! Hotel has been updated so it looks nice but cleanliness wasn’t great in the room. The kitchen still had dishes in the dishwasher, and the bathroom floor had dirt in the corners. Both the kitchen sink and bathtub drained extremely slowly. Across the street is a Target which is convenient but there is also a strip club. Area isn’t horrible but I’d lock your car. The room wouldn’t cool below 75 during the day, it seemed like the ac couldn’t keep up.

It was a little noisy and smelled like weed. The room set up was great for our little family. We will definitely book again.

This is a nice place that accepts pets. The only real suggestion I have is to clean the carpet in the hallway because it smelled of urine. Overall, nice place and nice people.

Is it luxury? Nope. Is it the most comfortable place I've stayed in a long while? Absolutely. I've stayed in another suite hotel by this brand and was not impressed (different management in a different city), but this location is lightyears beyond the other one. Give it a shot!

The location is great. The room was great. You can hear your neighbors if they are loud. They need to get a handle on marijuana smoking and use in the hotel. Depending on customers to police your facilities for you is a joke. Smells like a door den in the halls and stairwells.

Perfect location: near the Cherry Creek trail and across the street from Target, clean, comfortable, amazing breakfast selections, awesome patio and common areas (even a pickleball court!!)

The breakfast was amazing, gorgeous outdoor pool, clean spacious and modern rooms with a great staff.

I booked a nonsmoking room. The room smelled so badly of smoke that the next morning my suitcase and all of my clothes reeked of smoke.

This place is beautiful and warm. Definately will stay again.

Excellent for our needs

Lauren was super at check in, very friendly and accommodating. I have not been to Staybridge for some time as my last time was a bad experience. This time came close to that. My room had a dirty shower, dirty cups with someone else's lipstick on the cup. Our safe did not work and we called 3 times for someone to come help, no one ever showed up. It was fixed the day we checked out-that did us no good. You don't provide plastic cups in the room, or ice that I could find. You state a "Happy Hour" of sorts from 5:30pm-7:00pm, we went down at 6:15 and the food was gone and no one was going to replenish it. Breakfast both days was minimal and cold. Overall not so good for the money.

Outdoor area was a great place to relax with a gas firepit running 24/7, 2 gas grills for guest use, and a play area for kids. Responsive staff. Full breakfast.

The hotel was ok. It was clean. The area was just ok too. But it was quiet. I was surprised that they charge $10 a night for parking.

This is quite convenient to where my children live, is well priced and comfortable. There is a walking trail along the creek behind the hotel which is dog friendly.

Beautiful place with easy access to Winter Park skiing

This is our go to place whenever we’re in Denver. From the walking path along the creek to the gas fire in the courtyard it’s always a pleasure to stay here. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is great and we always get a good nights rest.

I would normally give a 5-star top review, but when I checked in no one explained to me that there was a parking fee and upon checkout, I was charged for each night. This is especially frustrating because I chose this hotel for available parking and no fee was indicated. I want a refund!

All staff that we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was beautiful! We had an amazing view of the mountains. However, the sheets were dirty with stains on 1 bed, there were crumbs under bedroom tv, and when we pulled the hide a bed out it was covered in dirt and food crumbs. They also had no spare sheets, blankets or pillows in the closet for the pull out bed. I only asked for the bedding, and the staff was embarrassed that it wasnt there, he was very friendly. They were so busy i didnt want to bug them and be a bother about the cleanliness of our room.

Been staying there every 6 months since 2010 , since the remodel of interior, it changed the service, saving money, I guess, now you charge for parking, require deposits for damages, I think, which I haven’t received mine yet, guess it’s time for change

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy to find. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite as my mom was starting a new cancer treatment trial. Lots of room yet cozy. Free laundry on site.

Great property, but significantly overpriced considering the length of the stay. Our family of three paid approx. $350 for a twelve hour stay and complimentary breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was updated, clean and very spacious! It was perfect for us and our kids. A great location with a lot of dining options close by and shopping right across the street. We enjoyed the free breakfast which had a lot of options and loved that parking was free and easy. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was a comfortable stay for my family and I would recommend it and stay here again!

Very pleased with every aspect of this reservation, it was quick and easy,had to check in early so called the hotel ahead of time and they were happy to accommodate it. I opted for the studio with king bed and i have to say its definitely worth it, kitchen area is sufficient the studio had plenty of space with separate room, everything was modern, clean and maintained. Very nice place to stay and it was quiet.

The complimentary breakfast buffet was a plus, as was the weekday evening social hour. The Cherry Creek Trail (pavement) is directly behind hotel. The room was clean, spacious and quiet neighbors. Easy for Uber or friends-family to pick me up, drop off.

This was my second stay at this location and it was just as good as the first time it will be my go to spot when coming to Denver!

Breakfast bar was curiously scanty

Newly remodeled, this is a great property for extended stays in multiple rooms!

We stayed there the hotel was dirty. The elevators didn’t work and they said they’re being repaired, but I don’t know if that’s happening. Going down was actually scary how it sounded. We had to pay for parking in a Staybridge parking lot and we weren’t told that ahead of time which was ridiculous. The room was dirty would never stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with free breakfast daily and free light dinner Mon-Wed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My studio suite with kitchen is perfect for my needs.There is a Target with grocery across the street and various other dining options nearby. I am here for medical appointments downtown and this hotel is only a 7 minute drive away from them. Due to doctor needing to reschedule my appt, I had to extend hotel, car, flight by one day. I had to do this outside of Expedia (directly with hotel) and it was very costly for that one night. I wish they had a discount rate for those of us with last minute extension emergencies. At the moment, there is only one working elevator that makes some obnoxious sounds. When they get both working up to snuff, that will be nice. Out front, next to parking lot, there is a walking path next to Cherry Creek. It's beautiful. Some reviews mentioned vagrants and car vandalism, but I have not seen or experienced that thus far. FYI, there is a $10 per night parking fee, which was not mentioned on their Expedia page. Overall, I am happy with this property.

9pm on a Friday they were calling saying the kids needed to quiet down. They weren’t being loud they have a heavy step and was walking checking out the room. we had also got a roll away crib and it the mattress was torn all over and they had no bedding for it

Overall a wonderful stay for a quick night trip for a birthday. Room was quiet and everything was very easy as far as check-in/check-out and had nice handouts of amenities, times for breakfast and check out times and was very seamless from beginning to end. Only recommendation i have is more focus on quality of the breakfast but thats always tricky in that type of setting when food isnt made to order. Great stay.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel, except for the elevator. One of two were working, but the noise as it ran was concerning.

Wonderful experience. Loved the 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Spacious.

We came to the area to see our Granddaughter, who attends the Air Force Academy. We attended the USAF football game on Saturday and visited the Denver Zoo on Sunday. Our stay at your property was pleasant and very important for us.

I liked everything about this property. It really has everything you need for an extended stay. It even has free laundry facilities! There is a target right across the street, it’s a short drive to the cherry Creek mall, the rooms are large and very comfortable. At the front of the Staybridge suites here, is the bike path adjacent to Cherry Creek, which makes for a great morning walk. You could also bring your bicycle and go to any of the nice restaurants in Cherry Creek residential area. I felt that this place was money well spent.

Besides that, the room was very clean, so I did appreciate them not skimping on cleaning, and the breakfast was very good each morning, however I wouldn’t recommend eating a late breakfast at things were running low by 8:30-9. The fire pit outside was very nice as well. Overall we probably would stay here again if we didn’t have anything pressing to get to the day of check in but that did spoil things a bit.

Comfortably fit family of five. Clean room and common areas. Used and enjoyed the pool and basketball court. Easy walk or short drive to many good restaurants and points of interest for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and renovated rooms. Nice outside area. Overall, highly comfortable bathroom, bed and sitting room. Breakfast is somehow limited especially for those with dietary restrictions.

I gave it a 4 star on cleanliness and comfort for 2 reasons. There was a small hairball in the tub and on the bath mat towel. I know this can happen with the laundry, however, I don't want to see another person's hair in the bathroom. Also the mattress on the bed is in serious need of being replaced. The entire left side (closest to the bathroom) was caved in. I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. Other than that, my stay was terrific. Clean, quiet, close to everything. I do wish hotels would offer more gluten, dairy, egg free breakfast options.

Overpriced and very dirty. I will never start in a staybridge hotel ever again. Room wreaked of smoke elevators were very dirty. Overall poor for the price paid.

Hotel is in good condition, but the elevators were very slow. I ended up taking the stairs to the 4th floor which was fine, but would not have been possible for many people. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. That was a selling point or me because my last visit included a wonderful breakfast at this hotel andi think it has gone way down hill.

This place was a zoo. Asked for a quiet spot and got put right off lobby. Across from kitchen and fitness/laundry. Unsupervised minors in fitness center yelling and running up and down the halls. Woken up at 1:00AM by upstairs guest stomping around. Person at desk refused to go upmand tell them to be quiet! Mived to a new room. Found roaches in my room!

It was nice to be right on the trail

The hotel is one of the most convivial places I’ve stayed. There was an excellent included breakfast, comfortable and stylish common spaces, and more amenities than one would expect for the price. Our rooms had adorable kitchens, good tvs and updated decor. Laundry,pool, gym, pickle ball! I was traveling with my sons for a soccer clinic and it served our purposes perfectly. It is used heavily so at times other guests made messes which took time to be cleaned up. Convenient to Cherry creek, DU and downtown. Across from a nice Target but some other shady establishments are nearby as well.

Everything was a phenomenal experience. From breakfast to the cleanliness, you can tell they take pride in their hotel. Would no doubt come back to this hotel for any future reservations made.

We absolutely loved our stay here!!! The hotel overall had great decor and was clean. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite at an amazing rate. We were traveling with kids so it was amazing to have the extra space! The pool was beautiful and so was the courtyard area with the fire pit, basketball court, and grilling area. The front desk recommended us eating dinner at Sam’s Diner and it was so delicious, with great prices and it came quickly. The breakfast was delicious especially the waffles, although I would recommend having an egg and breakfast meat option for those who do not eat pork. There was a walking trail by the parking lot along the waterway which was lovely for a stroll with my dog. It was very accommodating to have my dog welcomed at a great pet fee rate. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to stay again!

I enjoy staying here. Only complaint about this stay is the person in the room above sounded as if they were walking in cement shoes. 😕
