The room we reserved was not available. The free breakfast was good- coffee was terrible.

We were only there for a short time, but we would definitely stay again.

Breakfast included, tasty, good variety Much confusion with front desk, one elevator not working so had option to use service elevator which was filthy, very little pressure in shower, very poor lighting in bathroom, sheets don’t fit bed because it feels like it has a topper, bed too soft.

Room 413 needs a new mattress desperately as the bed had a large dip in it. Hotel could do with maintenance. Good location and excellent staff

Nice large rooms & good breakfast. The hotel was resurfacing the parking lot on a Friday & Saturday when it was very busy. We are seniors with some handicaps so it was very inconvenient. We made our reservations 3 or 4 months in advance so we feel we should have been notified of this situation. We also feel like we should have a break in what we I said for the hotel. This was our 4th time staying here & maybe our last.

We were there for 5 nights and the 2nd elevator was broken the entire time. The breakfasts we very mediocre with very little fruit (one day none) soggy eggs(not real) no donuts and very little if any variation. We had to park in an open lot with no security and they still charged us $15/day... Why? The rooms were nice The location was excellent and easy to get to most things.

Took 45 minutes in line to check in, Hyatt system was down. They comped our parking because of the wait. The employees handled it as well as they could. Room was big, clean, other than crumbs in chair cushions. Bed comfortable, shower had nice water pressure. Breakfast was good. Ran out of coffee but we just went back a bit later and got it.

Would absolutely stay here again when passing through the SLC area. The hotel was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was much better than I expected. The only thing that caught me off guard was the bathroom. There was some mildew present, along with a few drywall and finish issues. It also looked like some caulking had been missed, which has since become filled with mildew. Aside from that, it’s a solid place to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Location Housekeeping was spotty, coffe and water cups never changed in our 5 day stay, towels that were hung up were taken but not always replaced, called to get 3 towels for 3 people and was told I had to come to front desk to get towels ( in my pjs), the AC was the worst…either room was too cold or 2 hot with a one degree change in temp controller

The hotel seemed to be understaffed and the people at the desk was not dressed very professionally for a big hotel No bellmen No safes in the rooms One morning we had luke warm water for our showers. Disappointed that we had to pay for outdoor parking. We did have a great view of the mountains.

Hitel was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Had called earlier in the day to see about early check in, was told it was no problem. Ended up hitting traffic so still didn't arrive until 3 which is when check in is. Was told they had no rooms available and it would be 30 mins. Check back 30 mins later, still no rooms available. We were going to a concert and needed to get ready so checked back another 30 mins later, still no rooms! We ended up getting ready in their lobby bathroom and then 20 minutes later our room was finally ready. Terrible check in experience and made us late for what we had planned. Nice hotel, but hire more help!

When we arrived at the time the email said we could check in, we were told they had no clean rooms available for us. The desk lady Scarlett was VERY rude when asked why. Rooms should be available at promised time. We had an event to be at and had a short time to get to our rooms and to our event on time since we had to wait. The room was pretty clean but we could tell the bathroom had not been swept at all. Then one of the 2 elevators quit working so trying to share one elevator with hundreds of other people was a joke! To top it off the door to use the stairs was locked. Due to all these things we absolutely would not stay here again and will look elsewhere next time. The breakfast was really good though!

The rooms are very nice but with the only drawback being the inferior internal lighting. The bathrooms are good and the room’s sitting area gives it a more spacious feel. The breakfast is great. Wonderful selection of dishes and the kitchen staff keeps it fresh.

The hotel was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Lots of options.

Close to where we needed to be, quiet, accommodations were wonderful. Pillows were a little hard, but others may say they were too soft. Felt very comfortable during our stay.

I stayed here for two nights while my husband was in a nearby hospital for surgery. The staff was incredibly kind and upgraded me to a suite when I unexpectedly had to stay for an extra night. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were nice and the bed quite comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and had lots of variety. I would definitely stay here again, and will add this hotel chain to my repertoire of places to look for when traveling.

I was asked to pay to park on some online system which seemed rediculous as it’s not like in a place where you would normally pay to park. Then when ai went to my car the next morning they gave me a parking ticket for not paying! I showed them the receipt and they said don’t worry about it no one expects you to pay it. Who thinks that parking ticket isn’t going to come back to haunt me. Such BS.

Staff was great. Never used this to book before. Anything needed it came under twenty minutes. Staff was nice, even the people staying in the hotel were nice. It overall was very clean and quiet. Not a lot of noise going on. Even with the birthday party they hosted, it was contained. Food was okay, but it’s a hotel you can’t expect gourmet food but it’s still good.

The breakfast was the best array of options I've ever seen as an included hotel benefit. I was thrilled to see salsa and tortillas offered. I loved the sweet potato tots and berry compote. My only suggestion would be to add a non-dairy option for those of us (many) who are lactose intolerant.

Another bad thing was that after breakfast, they refused to put the coffee out for you during the day. I cannot think of any other hotels in this price range who do not offer you coffee in the lobby at any time. The other hotels I have been at in your category have also had cookies out in the evening when you come back to your room. Each night we came back there was an empty plate with nothing but cookie crumbs not very nice to come back too. We had an electric outage last night, which stopped the clock in the room, and therefore we were late for our appointment this morning. I spoke to someone at the desk today. She did not even offer any kind of condensation. I was not impressed.

We had an extremely noisy refrigerator in the room. Woke me up the first night. I meant to let the front desk know but had an appointment first thing in the morning and the staff member was busy. I was unable to let them know and unable to turn it off. Also no pool? Thought there was one.

The room was large and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and the brreakfast was very good, large assortment of food to choose from.

Nice breakfast

After a long day of work we sat down at the bar to eat. We asked the bartender what she likes most on the menu? She replied, "nothing". We asked what if you had to eat here, what would you recommend? "I'd door dash." was her blunt response. We were tired, hungry and the weather was bad. We ate there anyway and the wings were fairly good. When we asked for plates they couldn't provide them. They had no plates?!

Worst stay on my 4-star hotel list. It didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all. All of the staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming. It started with them messing up my reservation, and they blamed it on a new employee. I understood because mistakes happen, but the experienced employees over the next few days were even worse and had no intention of resolving any issues. In the end, the new employee was actually the most helpful one.

It was very clean, the staff was nice, and breakfast was good. However, I would really prefer if the scrambled eggs were made from real eggs, they had a weird taste. I know it’s cheaper, but they tasted artificial/plastic. Also, we were concerned about the valet prices after reading previous reviews, but they only charged $15 per night during our stay, which was much better.

Always a pleasant stay when visiting my college student. Modern and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Appreciate the comfortable beds, beautiful walk-in shower with full size bath products. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Quiet location yet close to everything. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

My room had not been vacuumed (looked like crushed Doritos? on the carpet and a visible napkin or crumpled paper was along the wall. Otherwise the room was fine and otherwise clean. When I checked in, I saw the guy offering waters to the people in front of me, but didn’t offer me any. When I came back downstairs to purchase water, a new front desk staff member offered me two bottled waters like people checking in before me were given. It was unusually hot three days in a row, which is why I mention waters. Coffee was fresh and hot and the coffee bar was clean. I did not eat any breakfasts, so cannot speak to that. I had no issues with a/c not working, elevators were clean and working, etc. It was a great stay for the price and I would stay there again.

Beds were super comfy, and breakfast was awesome! We had to pay more for parking than was advertised, which was annoying, but otherwise a great stay. I would recommend.

The facility and room were very clean. The staff from room cleaning to the kitchen to the front desk were great. They all seem to really focus on doing a customer friendly service. The only downside was in the room where the height of the toilet is very low ( I know that only applies to seniors) and the sink faucets are too close to the sink to allow hand washing without hitting the sink itself. Also, the shower did not have rightly placed grab bars to help stabilize you. Finally, the tub didn’t drain very well while taking a shower. All this aside, we enjoyed our stay primarily because of the staff and great breakfast.

Room 810 - slow draining bathtub. Fan grate needs to be cleaned ASAP.

Called the front desk probably 10 times over a 2 hour period for one more pillow and a bar of soap-there was no soap in our room. No one ever answered and we had to go down to the desk to get what we needed. Also had very loud neighbors 2-4 am, which was no fault of the hotels, but just inconsiderate jerks!

Questions answered about having a non pet room due to allergies and where reassured that the pet used rooms are cleaned extra carefull and the filter in the room had recently been changed. Pleased with the staff at check-in. Big crowd handled very efficiently. Surprised to get housekeeping without request. Nice touch. Cleaning was excellent. Decent breakfast buffet spread. Good snack selection. Quality rain shower. Only quibble would be the parking. $15 a day for surface parking seems excessive but I’m thankful the staff spared me the hassle of dealing with their (wholly unnecessary) third party parking vendor. Overall quite pleased and would consider another stay.

On the positive, the rooms were pretty clean, and the breakfast menu and buffet was one of the better included breakfasts I've had/seen at similar hotels.

Neat and clean. Close to a variety of take-out and in-dining options within walking distance. Ball Arena was about 20 minutes by car, shopping district also nearby. If you dont want to be in downtown Denver, it's a great location. Business friendly, safe, good price.

Convenient location, good gym and great service. It’s the first hotel I’ve visited in this price point that didn’t provide at least one bottle of water in the room. And the air conditioner was not cooling adequately. Overall I didn’t feel it was a great value.

Bad hotel

Hyatt is always exceptional everywhere I have stayed with them. They are one of my hotels of choice. Clean rooms, restaurant on site, EXCELLENT FREE BREAKFAST! I stay for that reason as much as the others. The breakfast is huge. Eggs bacon sausage pancakes cereal yogurt pastries bagels etc etc. so many options. I felt a little bad for front desk staff they seemed to be working the restaurant/ bar as well as the front desk. So maybe they are just short staffed. But they were very helpful and had a great disposition! Thank you Hyatt for another great stay

Breakfast was amazing. The room was nice, quiet and comfortable. A little disappointed there was not a small microwave in the room. The mini fridge would make a sound when it was running. It was quite noticeable at night, so I had to run the tv to drown out he sound. Then when it cut off it clunked. I have a feeling the compressor was going out.

We stay at the Hyatt Place Denver/Cherry Creek every time we are in Denver. The staff is always willing to accommodate our needs. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s become our home away from home while we are in Denver.

The gentlemen at the front desk when we arrived was very kind and friendly, the room how ever was gross. Yellow stained sheets, when we asked for replacements they requested we go to the front desk and get them ourselves. We had booked two nights there and check out after the first because how unclean it felt

Shower stall needs a good tile cleaning. Toilet ran until handle jiggled. Not much in the way of bathroom supplies. The front desk job was often handled by one person, too much to ask during busy times.

Staff was great! The room had a couple places that had been overlooked while cleaning. The ice bucket was disgusting! The over head lamp above the sofa had something gross on the cover. Glasses should be on the counter rather than near the floor. Would recommend staying there to friends and family though. Thank you for a great place to rest!

they never fixed the dresser that had wide open drawers that you could not help but bang into. They did not clean the room or vacuum daily.

Highly impressed! For a pet friendly hotel, it was exquisitely clean, and reasonably priced very centrally located to everything that we needed for the front desk. Staff was extremely customer service oriented, and friendly will definitely stay here again. This is one of the nicer hotels, especially for the cost. I was very very surprised.

Room was spotless. I was NOT aware that the hotel charges $15 for parking so the desk clerk comped my parking for one night.

Waited two + hours to get into my room due to a glitch in their system. I offered to give my credit card just to get into the room. The clerk said no. I had already paid for the room online. She said this glitch happens often :( When traveling, the last thing you want is to wait around in the lobby for hours. It could have been handled better with a protocol that allows check-in with a cc hold.

When I walked in to the hotel it’s smelled so bad. The bed sheets was not cleaned had pee stains on them. Of course I took them off and put my own on. You had to pay for parking $15 dollars. The free breakfast was not very good.

Close to downtown, convenient location

On the evening of the 3rd, around 8:30 PM, the staff member in charge of check-in was very unkind. After receiving the room key, the door did not open, so we asked for assistance, but the staff responded in a very rude manner. In the end, they admitted that they had written down the wrong room number, but there was no apology for the unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time we experienced.

Only 2 elevators for 12 floor hotel, and not sure both were working. The line for breakfast was monstrous! Crazy cleaning fees for having my dog, which I’m not sure was clear on Expedia.

Room and view were fantastic!

I paid extra for the Mountain View room when I got there they told me they didn’t have it and they gave me a lower price bad quality room.

Location was great. The facility and rooms were clean and nice. The manner in which they handled our reservations was just simply terrible. We spent an hour and a half dealing with their screw up. Finally management took care of things but it really was a pain!

This place was way better than expected - such a nice room. The staff was awesome and helpful. The breakfast was great, i loved that things were labeled as gluten free! The fitness center was great too, had all the things I needed for my workout. The hotel was not close to the location I was spending time at, so that was frustrating, but I still had a great time at the hotel. Would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel, a bit out of the main action on a strip mostly dominated by fast food (so no good dining around it). Staff were friendly and helpful but interestingly when we asked about food options they didn't even mention their own bar (which serves bar food). Because we were pressed for time, we had a decent burger and fries there (while they were telling another couple to go somewhere else for a good burger). There were some smaller irritations like the TV google cast and movie ordering not working, no non-dairy option for coffee at breakfast). Bed was quite comfortable although for winter in Denver you might expect a comforter vs just a thin blanket so you have to keep the room warm. Couldn't beat the price so was a good value.

Housekeeping skipped our room for 2 of the 5 days we were there !

Disheartening to see excessive amounts of styrofoam and plastic being distributed and used at this location. PLEASE Hyatt, try to be more environmentally conscious.

The breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly. Things were very clean however, late at night I could hear the people in the room next to me, granted it seems like the person I heard snoring was a habitually loud snorer. I could also hear the same person peeing through the wall, but this was at 1 AM when things are exceptionally quiet. Take that as you will. I still had a good experience

The first time we got in it was nighttime, and the front desk was amazing. They were fast, we had our room keys within 5 minutes. We went up to the room. The hallways were absolutely clean. The room was in perfect condition. The shower the bed, the TV, everything worked great. The heater was just fine. It was nice and private. The next morning breakfast was excellent. I would recommend you go even if it's just for a night to try the breakfast in the morning LOL given everything all in all. It was good and pretty exceptional, except for after that night, the rest of the suite. Staff was kind of rude and didn't really seem to know what was going on.Half the time, all in all it was good though.

They gave me wrong key and wrong room and floor it was on the 8th floor and then i went down to let them know. They gave me a lower level room 5th floor. My husband wasn't happy with that would liked the 8th floor facing west.

For being ‘newly renovated’ our shower grout and bathroom floor/trim was dirty and worn. Comforter was stained. Cleaning service didn’t come the days we took down our privacy sign. Overall not impressed - and we usually choose Hyatt Places.

I shared my hard copy with them and they said the reservation did not "come through". Not sure if the error was with the hotel or with Hotels.com. They were very accommodating and checked me at the same room rate the original reservation was

Loved the Mountain View Room!

I enjoyed my stay, however on my last night, the light over the couch kept turning itself on and off. On the same night, the TV kept turning itself on and off as well. It was super freaky. I talked to the front desk staff and they told me that I was the 3rd person that day that had mentioned lights turning themselves on and off. I was really scared and freaked out.

We were on the top floor. It was so quiet! I would stay at this hotel again.

I would have preferred to use the couch to watch the TV. I had to rely on sitting in my bed to actually have a good view of the TV.

Parking lot and entrance dark each and every time entered and left the hotel. Made for a very dreary and unsafe condition. Often had no hand soap in the bathroom and never cleaned coffee cups. Overall, would not recommend.

Room was very clean and the maids did a great job. Breakfast was great, especially the oatmeal and the donut holes. The only thing that wasn’t super clean was the coffee maker in the room.

Upon a late arrival the check in process was very easy. The rooms were clean. Staff were informative . Breakfast had a great variety my only thing I would way is breakfast ending at 9:00 am after a later arrival was a little disappointed.

This hotel was very nice and conveniently located but the area right around the hotel was not great. You can walk some places but the pedestrian pathway in and out of the facility to the main road was non existent and required walking on shared path with car. Otherwise great place--the suite was nicely appointed and economical.

Room was clean and neat, my wife forgot her Apple Watch in the room. We called when we got back home and Shawn Bankhead made sure it was found and mailed back to us. Awesome place, would definitely stay there again, they go above and beyond.

The clerk checking me in seemed disinterested in her job and in getting me checked in. The other staff during my stay was great. The shower in my room was ADA accessible which is fine, but the shower curtain wasn't long enough so water went all over the bathroom floor. I had to mop it all up after each shower.

Everything was mostly great. The only bad things were the front desk was pulling triple duty and thus everyone had to wait. She was wonderful though. And I was across the gym which was loud in the morning. The guy dropping weights on the floor starting at 5:30 and then the grunt scream starting at 6.

Ac temp sensor seemed off. Room kept getting too hot before Ac would kick on. No pool. Building seemed like a converted office building. Breakfast items were not labeled correctly. Espresso machine wasn’t cleaned correctly and caused a steam incident when we ordered coffee. Otherwise a good experience.

Excellent, new, and modern hotel in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver. I appreciate that the hotel has a hot and hearty breakfast included with the price of the reservation. Our room was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and professional, and our check-in was very easy.

Like most hotels in this class, the bathrooms are pitiful. Breakfast gad the typical powdered eggs.

All around a good property

The staff at the front desk were so nice. We stayed in 207. The bed squeaked when you got up and the pillows were way Tongans. Otherwise very nice.

Hotel was okay, not as nice as expected. Didn't like the odd smell in the hallways! I think having to pay 15.00 for parking a night was ridiculous!

Modern bathrooms: shower, not tub. Simple water control, well drained, non-slip, generous wall-mounted body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Well ventilated. Stylish glass door. Well placed towels. The rest of the hotel room was modern and very comfortable. A very good hot breakfast included in a nice dining room.

Specifically chose to stay here for the Starbucks coffee in the mornings and they were out of beans. Bathroom was outdated and had red splattered something over it. It was an okay place. Bed was comfortable

Very nice hotel in a good location. Well maintained and a good value. My only complaint is the very large parking lot should be free not $15/night. I know this is a Denver thing, but it is ridiculous.

This is our second time staying there. Staff is great. With the exception of July 4 celebration going on at Infiniti Stadium the first time it’s been very quiet.

Property was in a great location. Easy check in. Breakfast was awesome! The only downside was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It was okay, but could use an upgrade. Overall, nice place and I would stay again.

The hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable. They serve hot breakfast every morning with lots of options and the coffee is great too. The location of this hotel is fantastic even if you dont have a car, its close to bus stops that will take you to the train!

It was very quiet. Walls and floor thick so can’t hear neighbors. Beautiful room. The only thing that would make it perfect is the bed rolled us in to the middle and there wasn’t enough light in the bathroom

The location was very good for food choices and access to I25. The morning breakfast was very good. The woman who ran it did an exceptional job. She was very well organized, kept the food choices available no matter how busy it got. She kept the coffee pots full and really hot. I did enjoy my 4 night stay their, just not the shower. We had family in another room and that floor and their shower was great, just to be fair.

The room was clean. The beds and pillows were not super comfortable but also not terrible. The breakfast was great, however either the coffee or hot water was out every day. When it was brought to the staff's attention at the front desk, they were rude and acted as though we were being divas for asking for the coffee to be refilled. Super clean, great breakfast options, and fairly convenient for a trip downtown! We chose to stay here for a trip to Coors Field and were very pleased! Beds were comfortable, and we just had no issues during our stay. Would recommend it!

The room and location is great. With the exception of the older lady that checked us in, the staff was unfriendly. We sat down in the restaurant and the 2 ladies working there didn’t even acknowledge us. We sat there for 10 minutes and finally left.

the water in the bathtub was clogged up and they had no maintenance staff, so we had to put up with that for the night. Luckily it was not entirely clogged up, but still quite painful to have to shower with dirty water in the tub for a long time to drain

Hotel fit our needs and was more convenient and less expensive than downtown hotels. Self-parking was a plus.

I reserved 2 rooms. At check in the ? agent?, Scarlett was extremely rude. She refused to let me check in and get keys to both rooms I reserved. She would cut me off mid-sentence when I was speaking; talking down to me most of the time which was embarrassing, stopping me and taking other patrons before resolving anything. Scarlett called the manager/ supervisor, Sean (hope the spelling is correct). Within 2 seconds, he saw my reservation confirmation and told her there was no problem with me checking in both rooms which showed I reserved. The request I placed on Hotels.com to have adjoining rooms or rooms located near each other, does not get communicated to the reserved hotel (per Scarlett). Initially Scarlett placing my reservation/ family on separate floors. Sean accommodated me and assigned rooms near each other; although I had to come back later to pick up the keys for the second room. 2 visits in 3 mths. Both bad. NEVER AGAIN

The staff was friendly, but the rooms were not worth the price. The first room I checked into looked like it wasn’t cleaned, there was dog hair on the tile floor in the entrance and it had a strong smoke smell, which the smell isn’t the staffs fault because they do have a no smoking policy but it was unpleasant. I requested a room change, which the staff happily accommodated, but the new room lacked a typical Hyatt hotel standard. There was still a slight smoke smell, the tv didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, the staff advised that turning the knob on the inside would cool it but it still stayed warm, ruining the food that I had stored. The bed sheets had blood stains on it, I requested sheet change twice, but they just made the bed each time. The bathroom vanity was scraped up, really showing the age. Overall, don’t think I’ll stay here again unless the rate was below $100 a night. I don’t think it was worth the $120 plus parking each day.
